Underground Vape

The staff here hasnt a clue in the world about vaping. They had no idea what a squonk rda was and they had the balls to think I was making it up when I educated them. They didnt know what an unregulated mec mod was but they said they are getting them soon. The store is always empty of people and products. Im tired of hearing were getting that soon and it never happens. Lousy juice and mod selection. Dont waste your time.

Stopped in for the first time today and it was a great experience. Very appreciative of the help Drew offered. This store is great, they really care about the customer and the service they offer. I went to another vape store yesterday for help because my vape tasted burnt and it wouldnt get fixed. I came in here today for help and Drew helped me and explained a lot more to me. Thank you!

Half the guys that work there have no understanding of the products they sell. Also they say they close at 6pm when in reality they leave whenever they feel like it. Youd be better off going to the vape shop down the street they have a much bigger selection and the employees are knowledgeable.

This place has gone down hill. They rarely have what you need in terms of coils and accessories. Their juice selection is updated less frequent (or not at all for long periods of time) as well.Dont waste your time here, just find somewhere else to go.

Im a regular and in the past 6 months I watched the good and the bad honestly I had amazing times with the employees and had tough times Im starting to feel like its not a fun place to go and vape and chill back in the day you would go to the store to buy juice and sit and chill with everyone now I dont have the same feeling its just not fun anymore and a few past times I was in there I was disrespected and idk about you but that doesnt make me wanna come back I go for the product but I mainly go for the good time which is lacking

Great local shop for vape products. Very knowledgeable employees as well who are always willing to help out.

Great sale people, especially Ryan who takes the time to make sure you get the right juice you need.
