My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of experiencing a couples massage here, and let me tell youuuuu.. It was amazing, the ambience was very relaxing, enjoyable, & accommodating. The staff was very friendly, professional, and timely! We will definitely be back and we recommend you to try it out!

Never noticed this quiet place! Their tables are warm and cozy! I got a 90 minute massage and got free facial lymphatic drainage! I am asleep! I will come again!

The quality of the massage itself in this place was outstanding. The therapists technique was impeccable, delivering the perfect balance of pressure and soothing strokes. I could feel the tension melting away as they skillfully worked on my muscles, targeting areas of tension and promoting a deep sense of relaxation. It was evident that they were well-trained and experienced in their field.

I have had many massages and this was not one I’d recommend. The front reception and the masseuses were all really friendly but my masseuse was not the best I’ve had. She did not focus on the spots where I know I hold all my tension (upper back / neck and traps). She actually barely spent time there. She spent a lot of time on the back of my legs but didn’t massage my feet, upper legs or arms. The massage felt like she spent 80% of the time just rubbing the oil in. The hole for your face is also extremely uncomfortable - it pushed my chin and I kept having to readjust every few minutes due to the awkward position and pressure (I don’t even have a big head). I was a bit disappointed because this was not a cheap massage. The person I came with enjoyed her massage but it was also not the best she’s had.

Their prices are higher than other places. Its not worth it unfortunately. I will be looking for another massage place.

Sunny was very nice, professional, and gave the best massage I’ve ever had. I am currently pregnant and felt no more back or feet aches after the massage. Best massage ever!

Nicole is phenomenal! She did a deep tissue massage and worked out various knots in my shoulders and neck. The office is very clean and relaxing.

Amazing and thorough great recommendations. Alicia was the name tag and she did great. She found the root of some pain and tight spots I wasnt even aware of on my back and side. Ive had shoulder and neck pain on my right side for a long time. I can say walking out of here I definitely feel relief. I will be going back. Actual relief for an affordable price. No regrets.

This is the best massage parlor I have ever had. The Spa is so clean and quiet that I feel like to spend more time to take care of my sore feet and tired body. The massage therapist Ivy is very nice and sweet. She seems to know how to work on my sore spots on my back. The price is competitive and fair for body massage. Next time, I will bring my wife to have couple massage.

This is an amazing and relaxing place to go for your Body massage. Gardenia massage located on the Peachtree Industrial Blvd, in Duluth. I made an appointment with Lily for a back pain massage after a closed friend highly recommended for this massage for their professional massage works. I liked the entire massage treatment and the entire staff are so awesome to work with. Everybody that I have met so far are so sweet and care so much! The space is clean and amazing, and have posted a sign of Covid-19 compliance certificate. manager told me that the the room, massage beds and even towels were very clean and disinfected . most importantly， I liked professional, yet home-y feel that really makes you feel extra relaxed. We love the cleanest I cant wait for the continued business with my company and Gardenia Massage. Well done. Will come back for sure.

They raised the prices for foot massage but honestly it’s not worth it. The last two times I went for a 60 minute massage it seemed very rushed and not relaxing at all. They also didn’t complete the full 60 minutes. They used about 10-15 minutes of that time to soak my feet and then stopped my massage about five minutes ahead of time.

Went there for a couples deep tissue massage. The lady was nice at the front desk and we got attended to immediately for a walk in. Both the ladies who did our massage were nice and did a great job. My boyfriend loved the hot stones and I liked the dim lighting.

My husband and I had been traveling for the last few days and we decided to take a much needed break and stopped at this spa. We got the couples massage and it was nothing short of AMAZING!!! It comes with an hour massage in a couple room and includes hot rocks towards the end of the service and it was wonderful. We are both former military and I, myself, have spent quite a lot of time in the Far East. I have had massages in the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, and China, but the massages we recieved here were the only massages weve had that relieved YEARS of pain. The hot rocks were also amazing and really relaxed my muscles enough to be comfortably stretched. My husband also says that he was extremely impressed with the amount of pressure that the masseuse was able to apply throughout the entire hour of the massage. The couples room is very relaxing and made for a long overdue romantic date night. I would absolutely recommend this establishment and the couples massage for a romantic gift, date night, or just because everyone deserves a little spoiling here and there. I am making it a regular plan to visit this spa whenever I find myself in the area.

Ive always loved this place but lately witness the owner display faint signs of racism. During a clearly available time, the women in the front desk turned a away a women of color by asking them if they had an appointment. I was confused because as a walk in myself, this question wasnt asked of me. I decided to leave as well and go somewhere else. It appeared there was a bias on who they will take in.

The counter is very mean and rude. She asked for at least 20% tip. And she said that only Indian paid very few tips….(Originally, I would like to pay 10% for foot message). I only have cash $100 and she said she has no change for me, i.e., 25% tip. I said that I can wait for 3 minutes and my husband can pay the fee by card. And she said she has change now…. Liar!I will never visit here!

The whole experience was excellent. The total body massage was a game changer. I had not had a massage for a few years. He took the knots out and left me with a renewed body. The relief was immediate and lasting. I also had a foot massage a day later-for an hour. I will be going back regularly. Thant You Gardenia Spa!!!

The actual massage was amazing. However, when it was time to pay, I felt bullied by the staff to tip. They kept saying TIP TIP. That made me very uncomfortable. Customer service was trash. You cant make me TIP you! Unless they add it to your bill like some places.

I went in for a Body Scrub. The lady at the front desk said...Its for skinny. I tried to overlook and act like I didnt hear her. I said I would like a body scrub...she repeated again....Its for skinny. One of the other ladies knew what she said was WRONG...She offered a massage and a Body Scrub. I was determined not to be offended. But tell your front desk staff to never tell a Woman she is too fat for a service!I appreciate management apologizing. I understand communication can be tricky....but when you run a business find someone who can communicate effectively...so gross misunderstanding does not happen like that. Thank you for your apology. I do accept it.

This was my very first full body massage at Gardenia & when I tell you Ivy is an angel....she is heaven sent! My experience was phenomenal. She can realign your entire soul, spirit and the universe with her hands. Thank you Ivy for my wonderful massage. I will be back soon.

Liked this massage place. The manager Ivy treated me like a speical customers everytime I walked in and I would see her smile on the face. She paid attention to my concerns and worked on the most focused area where I needed most. Clean and quiet environment. Resonable price for deep tissue massage. Will come back and recommend to friends.

I came in for a massage and was so disappointed. My therapist kept coming and going, answered a call DURING my massage, and would leave the door open when she left leaving me exposed on the table. The massage itself was good, but I felt very disrespected and was incredibly disappointed in my service. I had high hopes because of the ratings of this place and the great pricing, but ended up let down.

The spa is very quiet and music is vey relaxing. So was the massage itself. Ivy was amazing she looked like she knew I needed for my body. She was very attentive and professional. A good place for unwind and relax your body.

I love this spa . we were treated like a royal cusotmer when we walked tinto the salon, given a few minutes of relaxation time with a warm towel and neck wrap and a cup of hot tea. I got the acupressure massage and my husband got his deep tissue massage and it is wonderful for stretching muscles, particularly the low back .The spa ofter offers specials which is great to returned customers. Staffs are very professional and friendly. Pleasant environment and welcoming. Next time we will comeback for a couple massage again. Thanks! job well done.

I had the most awesome massage given by Ivy. She’s smart and listens to why you’re there. She’s got sting hands and really knows how to get the knots out. I’d really have to say Ivy rates in the top 1% of all the massages I’ve ever had. Just Fantastic!

Very bad service. Made an appointment for a 2 hour massage. When we reached at our time, they told us that we couldnt do the 2 hour anymore since the previous customer had come late and they had the next appointment at before they could finish ours. This is the second time they are doing this. Do not recommend this place. We received no call or notification to tell us that they would not be ready for us at the time that they asked us to come.

Ivy at the Gardenia Massage and Spa managed to sort my pain levels when I wasn’t exercising at all and when I was exercising too much. Now I have found a happier medium – but my sciatica and back pain return cyclically (discogenic and various accidents) and Ivy always does the right massage for me. I wouldn’t have anyone else, ever. It is well worth with your money . I Iike the spa environment and staffs were very attentive and friendly. will come back and recommend to my friends and family members.

Made an appointment with Ivy because she was frequently mentioned in reviews, they tried to give me a male masseuse, I again asked for Ivy, ended up with Wendy. Doubt Ivy was even there. From the language barrier to the male trying to come in the room as I was undressing, I was left feeling really uncomfortable and just wanting to leave. Massage itself was okay. Definitely wont go back

My husband and I typically go to another spa in Duluth, However, I wanted to try a new one... OMG.....It set my whole Mother’s Day weekend off! We got a couples massage andddd I got a body scrub.. Honey, let me tell you that Ms Ivy did the damn Thang!!! I will continue to come here for as long as she is Alive! She Is professional, very sweet and knows her stuff. My body feels soo rejuvenated. My body scrub was amazing too! Wendy was my husband’s masseuse. He says that she was Awesome!! This is definitely Our New spot! Lorddd, Ms Ivy has magical hands.
