Destiny was fantastic! She listened to what I was looking to address with the massage. She was professional and I felt safe and relaxed. She also took the time to explain where tight spots were and how to work on them (eg foam rolling) in between massage sessions. The front desk staff were courteous and there was lots of neat things to look at while waiting since I got there early.

This experience was the best one I have ever had. At 6 months pregnant, my body is sore. My massage therapist was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session.

Infinity Massage & Wellness is a gem. I might not quite be able to call myself a regular there, but I’ve been there over a handful of times now and I always walk away feeling calm, rejuvenated, and ready to look at all the nifty jewelry, chocolates, candles, and other goods available to buy.Every masseuse I’ve had does a fabulous job & I literally want to just sleep on the table for another hour after my massage.You can’t go wrong here: soft blankets, calming ambience, spa music, cute Lake Superior Scandinavian earrings, and tea! ☺️

Highly recommend this place! Professional place and very inviting! I had Cassandra and she was a very genuinely kind person. She did an amazing job! Prior to my massage, she sat down and asked what my needs were and what I wanted her to focus on. She is very good at what she does. I’ve gotten many massages, and this was my first one where they got my knots out. They offer you tea or water before and after your massage, I also love to look around at all the goodies that have for sale.

The staff are very knowledgeable on how to provide relief for long term, physical traumatic injuries, and are very queer friendly. The intake form has a section where you can list your pronouns and I instantly felt much more comfortable getting a massage here. I appreciate that staff check in with me on what could cause dysphoria and they go the extra mile by brainstorming ways to work with it. Everyone is so thoughtful and kind here. I will continue coming here and recommend this amazing crew to everyone I know.

That was my very first massage and Zoe took very good care of me although I only got 30 minutes Im knowing an hour Wil definitely have me better off and ready for practice and games

Nice lilplace. Enjoyed a joint couples massage with scented oil. Called & was able to get in same day by chance as they do stay fairly booked. They offer plenty of choices, add ons & allow for focus areas by request. Cute gift shop/store in waiting area, plenty to read, look at or smell. Pretty little things. Good place for your special persons upcoming birthday needs at a good price. Kind staff.

It was wonderful experience from booking to the massage. Got couples massages, scheduled morning of the day, very nice place, the staff were professional and did excellent job. It was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Mckenzie, sorry if I spelled that wrong destroyed me. In a good way. I come in for more results based treatment over a relaxing massage. She digs in with all the tools and cupping and gets rid of the knots. Highly recommend

I love coming in for a treatment. Warren consistently listens to me and adjusts the massage appropriately. The shop is spotlessly clean and all the employees have a really calming vibe.

My massage was terrible. I specified what I needed before and during multiple times and the guy just ignored what I told him. It was like he was just rubbing lotion on me. Zero pressure. It was a waste of my time and money. I left still stiff and in pain. He put his hand on my forehead and stomach and held them there for literally 30 seconds not moving or doing anything. It was so bizarre. I’ve been getting regular massages for 10+ years and never experienced anything like it. Then at the end, when I was paying they had messed up and charged someone else for my service. I was paying cash so I was intending on just leaving the total and heading on my way (I drove 2.5 hours from rural Michigan for this massage and had a 2.5 hour drive home) and they wouldn’t let me leave, & being sort of rude because I wanted to leave I shouldn’t be stuck there per their mistakes. I just left my cash on the counter and left. 0/10. I would never return.

Amazing service, great atmosphere. Everyone is really kind and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are more than satisfied with your visit. I enjoy relaxing and having tea before my appointment.

Mandy is an amazing massage therapist. After my massage, I left relaxed AND energized at the same time. It was wonderful.

Tammi was very professional and intuitively found the parts of my body holding stress. She used techniques like moving my arms and legs to target specific muscles that needed attention. I will definitely be back to see Tammi again!

I have went to infinity massage twice. Yesterday was my second time and I had Tammie for a hour pregnancy massage. She was very accommodating to exactly what I wanted, the massage felt amazing and I felt very relaxed afterwards. Would definitely see her again!

The setup inside is adorable with awesome things to buy from different businesses in Duluth. I bought these cool wooden honeycomb earrings and a variety of chocolates! (Not gunna lie, it was a little pricy... I regret nothing.) Their cards are hilarious. (See pic)Andy was my awesome masseuse. She’s very friendly and professional. No awkwardness! The ladies there are quick to make it a comfortable experience for you. Atmosphere is relaxed and soothing, and of course it smells great in there. Amazing. Had just a 30 min massage with Heather, asked for very deep pressure, and got exactly what I needed!I have had over 200 massages, all over the country - as I am a full time touring musician - and it can be hard to find someone who can give the pressure level I need, since it is deeper muscles in my shoulder blade that need the attention.Anyway, wonderful treatment and next time I am in the area I will definitely be back to see Heather!Very friendly staff and atmosphere.

Cassandra listened intently and worked with my body to ease tension and stress. I felt like I had a personal massage that was tailored to what my body needed.

My husband and I were in town for a quick getaway from the city. We were lucky that they were able to get us both in for a 90 minute massage. Tammie worked on me and it was one of the top 3 massages Ive had in my life (Ive been getting massages for 20 years). She did a thoughtful intake and really listened to where I hold tension and worked out some gnarly knots. The shop area is absolutely incredible too - huge selection of Eminence products and fab gifts. While we dont live in the areas, if Im ever back, will definitely be going back to Infinity!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! I called on Sunday and was able to get in same day for a 1 hour couple massage with my husband. We had Jake and Sonja. They were amazing! This was our first time here. This place was such an experience from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. The place smelled amazing. Everyone was super nice and professional. I appreciated the little exercises that Jake recommended at the end of the session. Also, it was such a great price!! I will be booking a massage once a month!! Totally recommend!!!

Oh my gosh, it was so good all the way around!The pre-massage questionnaire & VISIT to pinpoint needs/preferences, Maya (sp?) did my massage (couples massage with husband) SKILLFULLY. I felt like I was receiving sports medicine-level care. It was exactly what I needed, without being able to say it. Then, the debrief at the end. The truth is, at least for me - you know my whats going on with my body before I can identify it.Awesome experience! Wonderful people. Beautiful shop, too. We will be back.Thank you!!

The massage and sauna experience were both incredible. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we stepped in the door. Ive had massages elsewhere before, but never as thoughtful and focused as the way Cassandra did it. I felt wonderfully relaxed, and she was very in-tune with what my body needed throughout the 90-min massage. Her experience and knowledge of massage therapy techniques were perfectly aligned with what I was hoping to get out of the session. My partner has never had a massage before, and he was immediately converted to the lifestyle of massage therapy after our couples massage. Huge thank-you to the team at Infinity Wellness!

Ive had Greg as my massage therapist the last two times Ive been here. He is able to assess where I really need work on my muscles and to me, that is someone who is passionate about their work!

I highly recommend Connie, she found and treated all my knots while keeping me relaxed and comfortable the whole time. I loved that they offered couples massages, my husbands massage therapist was also really skilled and thorough. Five stars for sure!!

The shop is adorable and has tons of great gifts and supplies, location is great with easy parking, scheduling is easy, Cassandra really does great trigger point work and always improves my ROM on whatever areas I need help with.

I visit the Duluth area fairly often, and I almost always return here for a massage each trip! I like to think, as someone who gets massaged regularly and has tried a handful of places, that I can safely say they are fantastic! I also just had a facial by Crystal, who was so knowledgeable and helpful in addition to an awesome and relaxing service! Plus, they have a very nice sauna that you can add on before or after services! As you can see, I cant say enough nice things about Infinity! Highly, highly recommend!

I got a massage for the first time in a long time and Madi was wonderful! She was very accommodating and I felt comfortable with her. It hurt a bit in the way that I know it was doing me some good given how much tension Ive built up from working, and now I feel much less stiff. I hope Ill be able to come back soon.

I just had one of the BEST massages there yesterday! Tammie was amazing. Her technique was so restorative and she provided me with so much informative feedback on areas of my body and what she was noticing during the massage.

Cause Destiny (may not be her name lol) was honestly The Best massage I’ve had. I don’t particularly like going, it’s always my boyfriend’s idea. It just feels unnecessary. But afterwards I’m like oh, that was great (I work 7days a week, constantly moving and lifting,I probably needed that.) And the vibe in the place is cool :)

I really enjoy going to infinity massage! The vibes when you enter are so welcoming and all the lovely body care, Chrystal’s, and self care items in there retail area are wonderfully selected. I get to sample chocolate after my session… who doesn’t love that. As a massage therapist myself, I take high importance in giving and receiving massage and Infinity Massage is a great place to receive the gift of massage and feel like all your stress is non existent. Lauren and Michelle are absolutely wonderful and I look forward to seeing more therapists and even getting a facial!

Massage was great. But communication is poor and didn’t get the service I added on even though I mentioned it 3x when I made the appointment.

I have been searching for 10 years to find someone who truly could give a deep tissue massage. She is Maddie!! Best massage ever!! If you need deep tissue massage, I highly recommend Maddie!! A+

I had a much needed massage yesterday after my work week and Madi was amazing. She listened to my request for deep pressure and upper back and neck only where I hold a lot of tension and she definitely followed through. Excuse my language but she knows her sh*t!!! She was hitting muscles around my shoulder blades that I didn’t even know were there. Awesome massage and I’ve seen her once before and I usually don’t request a therapist, but she’s been the best!!!

Ive been going to Infinity since before the pandemic. Ive had a few different regular massage therapists, Greg being the most recent and longest standing. I have nothing but great things to say about Greg. Due to scheduling conflicts, I am not able to get in when Greg is available anymore :-(. So, this time I decided to give Jake a try. Jake was absolutely amazing. He took the time to speak to me before the massage and checked in during the massage to make sure everything was to my liking. Jake and Greg have very different styles so comparing side by side is near impossible. However, I can confidently say that I will be back to see Jake again soon! Sorry Greg...

Amber is extremely knowledgeable She is a very gifted and talented technician.I felt like I was getting therapy that was designed for me with attention to my physical needs. She took time to demonstrate at-home self care techniques as well for managing muscle pain and correct posture for relief.The spa has a very relaxing ambiance, its not too clinical, and it smells wonderful! The staff are very personable.It was a great experience!

Been here twice and both times were really amazing. Nice atmosphere as you walk in. They talk to you about what you want, what areas you would like attention, and other areas where there is the most stressed. The person I had today, Andrea(Andy) Elden, was one of the best I ever had. I have a pinched nerve in my lower back and told her, but her technique was so good that when she went over that spot, it did not make me flinch in pain. She did make me fall asleep a few times which during a massage is great. I definitely recommend her as she was super amazing. Five star establishment!

I had not had a massage in a couple of years and booked with Ali for a 2-hour appointment at Infinity Massage and Wellness. She was noticeably strong and capable of very firm pressure for deep tissue work and was also very calming and energetically healing. I just kept smiling after the therapy and felt very relaxed, energized, and centered the following day.This was superior to my own past experiences with this type of therapy. Another appointment has been booked and I am very thankful that there are people in this world with the passion to do this type of work for others. This establishment is a nice little gem in the beautiful city of Duluth! You will be glad to visit.

Sarma was very professional and gave an amazing massage. She is very skilled at the therapeutic approach. When she was working deeper she went slow and I did not experience pain as she worked through some very tense muscles! I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting deep tissue work. She worked both sides evenly and I can honestly say as a massage therapist myself I am very picky and she was amazing!

I have been getting massages from Kendall for multiple months due to a persistent neck and back of head pain that would show up and cause me discomfort and pain for days sometimes. After focusing on my neck we worked on my shoulders and shoulder blades and ended up finding a knot and tightness underneath my left shoulder blade. Has been well over a month and haven’t had one episode. After 2 and a half years I might finally be free of this pain. Thank you Kendall!

I have had multiple massages at Infinity, and they have all been fantastic. But, the massage I had last night with their therapist Jay was over the top AMAZING. Deep work with great technique. I usually am sore after most deep tissue work, but not today. He took the time to explain his process, answered all my questions and made me aware of why he was doing everything he did. I was super comfortable and for the first time, felt relaxed enough on the table to almost take a nap. I am not a pretzel anymore. Made another appointment with him in 2 weeks. There are not enough positive adjectives to thoroughly describe how incredible Infinity Massage & Wellness is! The staff get to know you personally, they make the experience comfortable, have clean and relaxing spaces, offer tea/water after your service, and I even end my massages with a few chocolates from their selection of goodies!Ive greatly enjoyed my experience with massage therapist Rebecca Morrow. Shes personable, shares an abundances of resources including food recommendations and stretches, etc. I leave feeling much better than when I show up!

Infrared sauna was very relaxing. Unfortunately, after shower installation, the prices doubled for 30 minutes sauna. I personally am not interested in using the shower just the sauna. Was hoping to use it on a regular basis but unfortunately I will not be at the current pricing.

Oh my goodness I feel astoundingly relaxed and refreshed today, after sauna and a 2 hour deep tissue massage with Jay! And, Michelle (among her many qualities and gifts) has been so helpful in exploring scar tissue break up via cupping! It works!

Great experience and can’t wait to go back! At first we were unable to find an opening for a couples massage but the office reached out when a cancellation took place and an opening became available to get us in! My husband and I were very nervous to get messages and Ali and Anna were so friendly and made us feel comfortable! We both felt great after leaving and will absolutely be back!

I received a 60 minutes massage from Mandy, and compared to the many other massages Ive had, this one was PERFECT. She helped relieve the neck pain I was having and relax my entire body. She used the perfect pressure the entire time and helped the massage flow smoothly. Ill definitely be returning to her. Worth every penny.

It was a wonderful experience from walking in, to leaving. I got a couples massage and it was my first massage and she made me feel SO comfortable! My hubs fell asleep, so needless to say, he loved it. They found knots in places we had no idea could be knotted!! The next day we are feeling sore but still so good! LolI cant wait to go back!

My massage with Melinda yesterday was the best massage I’ve had in my life! After detecting lots of knots in my upper back, neck, and shoulders, she worked hard the entire time to get those out! I really appreciated that she didn’t just follow a standard routine like I’ve encountered in many massage places, but instead adjusted her technique to meet the needs of my body. She is very talented!

I had a 90 minute facial with Chelsea and it was seriously the best facial I’ve ever had! Great products, atmosphere and staff. Would recommend to all my friends and family in the Duluth area!

Ive been going to Michelle Wall for massages for several years now. I wish I could go more often! However, when I do go, it is money well spent. She is fabulous!! What gives me confidence is her knowledge of the body and what needs working on, or when it simply needs to be a massage for stress relief. The environment is clean, smells wonderfully, is calming and comfortable.

I would highly recommend Infinity massage! They have a great location and their space is relaxing and peaceful. I love that you can book online through the mind body app or call for an appointment. All the staff is great but I most connected and regularly see Suvi. She is knowledgeable and confident. She tailors each session to your specific needs. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and cares about her clients!

My boyfriend and I had an insanely good couples massage from Scott and Greg. They were both very professional and did a wonderful job. We both suffer from chronic back pain and left feeling so much better and also slept 10x better that night as well. I like how they serve you tea or water too just to add that extra hospitality. We look forward to working with Scott and Greg again and trying out the sauna next time we make our way to Duluth 😁

Ali Marnich is a pair of remarkably strong hands attached to a remarkably competent mind. She finessed out a decades worth of knots and tension, sending me off into the world like a red faced little sparrow.I feel like a new person, ready for another ten years of back problems. Ali is a wonderful massage therapist and an even better person. In a word: remarkable.

I received an hour long massage as a Christmas gift. My appointment was from 2:30 to 4:00 (I’m assuming that’s to account for undressing/dressing etc.)The actual massage was only 45 mins long, I was dressed and in my car by 3:45. I was a little disappointed that my boyfriend paid for an hour but I didn’t get an hour. This is why I only gave 4 stars.My massage therapist was great though and the massage felt amazing. But I was either shorted 15 mins or there’s some false advertising there.

The process of making an appointment was fast and efficient.I booked a couples massage and neither of us were disappointed. The massueses made sure we were comfortable with the pressure throughout and we both left feeling like happy well kneaded dough.

Ive enjoyed the products that Infinity Massage and Wellness have in their shop. I have also heard many first hand testimonials about Michelle Wall and the terrific treatment of her clients. The first time you go, make sure to give yourself some extra time to get to the office, its tucked away on the second floor of Gordys, but once you get their its worth the journey.

My massage with Suvi was without question the best massage Ive ever received. I came in a few days after recovering from a bad migraine and she took the time to explain the biological causes of my headache, the areas of the body affected and how to prevent future occurrences. Her deep-tissue massage focused intently on my trigger points and I felt as though the massage was truly part of a larger medical care plan to help me recover. She even took the time to show me exercises to do after my massage, which I had never had anyone else do. I will definitely go back to Suvi for my next massage!

I used to be an unemployed mountain biker and ski junkie that worked an occasional shift at Hardee’s. All that changed when I got a massage at Infinity Massage. Being a Midwestern male in his 40s, I get apprehensive about people who sling the word “Zen” around so freely. But that’s what this experience was. The Deep Tissue was the way to go. Ali Marnich was my massage therapist. She worked on muscle groups I didn’t even know I had. When she was finished I found out that I had miraculous powers that I could only have dreamt of! I am able to move objects with my mind and a wave of my hand now. This is great for doing chores around the house. I noticed my stance and demeanor have changed too. When I went to the grocery store that same day, someone asked me if I was Justin Timberlake. The magic continued as I am now employed and own my own business. I owe it all to Infinity Massage. All joking aside though, this place is great. The owners Michelle and Lauren have put a ton of thought into their atmosphere. The sounds, the lighting, the small condiments. Ali said this career has been her favorite because of the way Infinity treats their employees…….just like family. It shows. Ali was incredibly responsive to any needs and questions I had and she made sure all of her techniques and amount of pressure was suitable. It absolutely was. I am still a mountain biker and a ski junkie, but now I am employed and have better muscles because of Infinity. Highly recommend!!

Over the last few years I have been trying to eliminate harmful chemicals from my everyday life and beauty products. I had been looking for a natural deodorant that works. I have tried many, some of which that have ruined clothing, none of them have worked as well as the product from Infinity Massage and Wellness. I love it and highly recommend it. Size Does Not MatterIn the fall of 2019, I suffered a debilitating groin injury which left me unable to walk without crutches. One of my clients (I own a personal training company), suggested I try massage to relieve my pain. I was skeptical because I have never had a massage. I assumed massage was something rich people did, it didnt register in my mind that I could benefit from massage therapy. I was nervous about someone touching me etc. I am glad I did not let that stop me.Following the advice of my client, I made an appointment with Ali. Admittedly, I was skeptical when I saw her 5ft stature. Let me you: Size does not matter. I had nothing to worry about. After our first session, I immediately felt pain relief ( I went from a pain level of 9 to a pain level of 5, just after one session). Forty eight hours after seeing Ali, I was able to walk without crutches. Within a few follow-up sessions, the injury had completely healed. I was able to resume my active lifestyle. Which includes two workouts 5-6 times a week.Ali is a wonderful massage therapist. She has healing powers! Ali has been able to alleviate massive knots in my back, hamstrings, and triceps. Ali has a vast base of knowledge about physiology and anatomy which helps tremendously. Throughout the session (which range from 60 min to 2 hrs), Ali educates while working. She can readily answer all my questions. When something is over my head she does a fantastic job at simplifying it. Alis massage therapy has helped me trained harder with less injury. At 37, I am in the best shape of my life. A large part of that is due to Alis healing powers! I routinely receive 3-5 massages monthly because I NOW understand the importance of massage therapy. This stuff is way more taxing. Add in the snow shoveling this year and boom......my back should be vanilla wafer crumbles.
