Journey Well Spa

I got a coupon at work to come in. Looks more like a wedding venue than a spa. Pretty. Place was clean aside from the bathroom smelling strongly of mold/mildew. It wasnt dirty in there either, so my guess is the room flooded at some point. No big deal, it happens.The staff were OK. They didnt answer the phone until the 5th attempt. All made during open hours. They werent super friendly. My masseuse kinda looked deflated when he saw me actually. I barely said a word to anyone, so not sure what warranted that. He was good at his job. Didnt talk. Didnt hurt me. I do wish the room used incense though to cover the slight mildew smell I mentioned. It seemed to just be in the back of the building.Id give the place a second chance.

Visiting from out of state & My husband and I had a spa day. We had facials and a Swedish massage. They treated us like royalty! Staff was so sweet and welcoming. We had Cassie I believe for facials and massage therapist was Amy. We enjoyed every second of it! Highly recommend!

It was my first time visiting Journey Well Spa. The facility is much larger than it looks from Main Street. The environment was peaceful and pleasant as soon as you walk through the door.I got the Bright Skin Facial done by Rebecca and the Body Scrub and Wrap done by Cody.Both of them were very professional and knowledgeable about the services they were providing and the whole experience was extremely relaxing. I can’t wait to come back.

Journey Well Spa is absolutely stunning! Their professionals are top notch and its hands down the best massage Ive ever had.

It was my first spa day and first massage. They made it very comforting and I loved it so much! It’s such a beautiful experience.

I had a reflexology massage with Rhonda and it was a great experience, she worked on my hands/wrists/shoulders because my job is hard on those areas. It was intense (I havent had a massage for those pain points in years) but afterward and the next day I feel amazing and a lot of the pain I had from work went away. Definitely recommend!

I recently moved to the area and was in search of a wonderful place to frequent. I went for a facial and was pleasantly surprised. Hillary did my facial and she did an awesome job. My face was rejuvenated and glowing afterwards. Hillary was so Pleasent and down to earth, easy to chat with and very knowledgeable. I appreciated that she took her time giving me my little spa day! Highly recommend and I will be back again. Thank you !

Came for a marine peptide facial today that shows to be an hour long and includes a light neck, arms and hand massage. The facial was great, but I was shyed 12 minutes, the spa person stopped at 48 minutes and I never received the massage 😔 should not have been charged the full amount

Wonderful experience, , lady did amazing. Only complaint was that it wasn’t a full hour, got me in the bed at 2:13 for a facial & I was out the room and in my car by 3:02. Good experience, just wish I’d of got the full hour that was paid for.

I went in to get a brazilian and a massage. It was my first time doing either done, and they treated me with the utmost professionalism. I was a little worried the brazilian was gonna be awkward, but the person who did it made it super comfortable and it was honestly kinda fun. I will definitely be back and would recommend journey spa to anyone.

Cody, Rhonda, and Hillary made my spa day exemplary! The Renew package was just what I needed. I highly recommend.

One hour massage only lasted 45 minutes!! Facial dermablading was very spotty @ best & esthetician was dressed very unprofessionally but facility was very beautiful. Will not be returning!!

Absolutely the most caring & considerate staff. And the whole spa radiates calmness & promotes health & comfort.
