OYO Hotel Durant MS Bowling Green Rd

Absolutely disgusting, the bathrooms were filthy, the rooms smell like mildew and cat piss. Theres roaches everywhere, water damage, filthy bathrooms, and the list goes on! Needless to say I slept in the truck as a refund was not granted. The lady at the front desk was beyond helpful and understanding tho. 0 stars for this disgusting motel that should be shut down immediately by the state of Mississippi, I will give the lady a 10/10 for service tho.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign out front that stated the hotel was opening soon. There were zero cars anywhere. The office was locked and closed. We called OYO, and we told them what had happened. We were told we were going to receive a refund. So, we went down the road and found a different hotel.The next day we received a phone call stating that the hotel IS open, they have called to check. Therefore, we will NOT be receiving our money back for a room we could not get into.Furthermore, when you call the number of the hotel, you can not speak with anyone at the actual hotel. We were not able to even make contact with them.So, in short STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AND DO NOT USE OYO. THEY ARE NOT VERY ACOMMODATING.

Sleep in your car. Youll do better, this is the nastiest place under the sun. Roach motel and you cannot get a refund, so unless youre into this kinda thing, dont stay here.

It was awful the rooms were disgusting i was there 8 minutes an they wouldnt refund my money i booked 2 rooms in advance due to hurricane ida an the pics on the internet are not in actuality worst hotel ever

The owner is very family oriented and friendly. Great prices and rooms are very clean

Awful. Cigarette butts in the sink, cockroaches, AC didnt work, Refrigerator didnt work. filthy

I will warn you please do not go here the conditions of room 104 were inhumane to put it simply!

Awful all around. Worst motel Ive ever seen.
