I love love coming to this place. So many cool things to pick from. I’m so picky about what flavor vapes I like to use. Yet the workers always take their time to help me find what I’m looking for. But the only problem I have ever had with them was my son bought a disposable tank. To which he only had for two days when the tank cracked. We just want a replacement but was told they could give us a replacement. This didn’t seem right we had r recipe showing when we bought it. So I felt like they could stand by their products and made it right and gave us the replacement. But no matter my unhappiness I will continue to come back to their business
Been to a many vape shops in my time, but let me tell you this is one of the best Ive ever been too. The manger Heather was very courtesous and helped me with exactly what i needed. Ive traveled to many vapes shops around the country in my travels and Cloud 9 is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and kind Ive come across so far. They have a customer for life!
AMAZING SERVICE!!! I went into the store a few days ago to check out what they had and grab a few supplies, and I was greeted by Jeff who was so surprisingly knowledgeable on just about everything I had questions about and was very friendly. You can really tell that He and his coworkers genuinely care about quality products and customer satisfaction, will definitely be back to this location to shop and chat with the amazing associates!

I bought a Elf Bar Tuesday and I thought that the flavor was missing.. I gave it a day and a half hoping it would get better but it didn’t so I went to get another one thinking that one was just a dud. Go in and same thing the flavor just isn’t there and I’m told I have to purchase it since I opened it. Couldn’t even change it out. Won’t ever do business with them again.

This new locally owned lounge & apparel store is the PERFECT place to treat yourself to a relaxing show with their featured belly dancing performances they host regularly in their lounge while also being able to treat your friends with the many gift items available in their store. They have a wide range of items in stock so you can find something for everyone! They also have a spacious parking lot, a local food truck that frequently sets up there, and discounts and specials almost happening almost daily!
Cloud 9 has some of the best selections on this side of Oklahoma. Jaw dropping and great service!
I would give no stars if possible. My family and I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store monthly. I walk in today with my child to make the same purchase that I always make and was stopped at the door and told my child is not allowed in their store. The manager asked me if I wanted her to stand outside with my child so I could make my purchase. Are you kidding me? No. If my child isn’t welcome here you can not have my money. The amount of time that I was lectured about policy I could have made my purchase and walked out the door. Meanwhile this store has credit owed to me due to their employee over charging. Explanation was because they have tobacco product. Well so does a gas station. Long story short this store has lost a customer that has been with them from the jump.
