Guys inside were very friendly. I was sold a faulty bottle of juice. The seal didnt break when I removed the lid and it pulled the entire top off, in turn I wore a good amount of it on my cloths. Management didnt want to exchange the faulty product. The employee agreed the bottle was defected and used a pair of pliers to get the cap and lid separated. Check everything you buy from here before you walk out of the door.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Me and my daughter are in there pretty much every week buying vapes and this one time my daughter forgot her ID so she came in the store with me to pick her out a vape !! (She is 22 years old) I had my ID on me so I told her I would purchase the item.. The guy scans my ID my daughter picks out her vape so do I and the rudeness we received was uncalled for and MESSED UP!! He would not sell me my vapes when I had my ID on me at the time. He said he wouldn’t sell to me cuz my daughter that’s in there every week buying vapes forgets her ID…. This is ridiculous and I say VERY Unprofessional I WILL NOT BE BACK or anyone one I’m in contact with will be either!!

The guy in there is SOO rude, he acts like you’re completely disturbing his day and his tone is terrible. They won’t get another dollar of my money. If you want people business, it’s not that difficult to just be nice and respectful. You lost me.

If I could give 0 stars this would be the spot! Customer service was the worst ever! Then sold me an Orion. First one was popping and the lady was like sometimes you have to hit the bottom??? Um no. Traded that one for another one with no problem as she is saying that she had to go through 4 to find a good one. Ok now to the 2nd one, this one was burnt so wanted to trade for another one and she proceeded to tell me she can’t trade if it’s not popping! Um what? So left with a burnt vape. Horrible horrible place do not go here. Vape store down the way is place to shop! Red river tobacco!

Would give it no stars if I could.. the bald, bearded guy with glasses was not friendly, wouldnt let me look at something behind the glass, acted like he doesnt want to sell products or any kind of buisness.. wont go back, worst customer service ever, red river tobacco blows them out the water n will for now go there

Always friendly, know me by name when I come through the door. Also know my order off the top of there head. Best place around for your vape needs!

Super horrible customer service, and the lady behind the register is very rude. I am a business owner as well a very reasonable person. The Internet was down. No biggie. I have cash to pay for the item and would have gladly paid and left extra. But to her that was too complicated in the end of the world to just ring the product up after their Internet, came back and put the cash in the drawer. So we will be taken our business elsewhere, and I encourage you to do the same.

I personally like coming in here because they are cheaper than other stores in town and most of the employees are great and respectful. I absolutely love the manager here. Hes always super nice and will go out of his way to help you and answer any questions you have. However, there is one employee by the name of Mike that I have issues with. He has no customer service skills what so ever and is always extremely short with his answers and acts like its a burden for the customers to sample the juice and for him to answer any kind of questions. And he talks down about any product or juice other than what hes using personally. Any time we are in there close to closing time, he pushes you to make a decision to get you out of there. He even stated to my husband and I one time that if anyone is walking up to the store right before closing, he will lock the door so he can get out of there. I get having a bad day because everyone does, but to be like that everytime is not ok for the business. Other than the issues with the one employee, I would give the store a five star rating. Its always real clean and organized in here and over all good.

I walked in, was greeted and immediately got to show id. No big deal being a tobacco product. Dude did not seem very knowledgable and everything was pricey. Unfortunately i did not read the hundreds of signs saying that i could not buy a gift, and was kicked out. He said it was not a mom and pop shop! I guess they don’t get my money and i would advise you don’t give them yours! Shop mom and pops!

Terrible customer service. Will not be spending another dollar in this store.

This store has the worst customer service. I quit going here long ago, but after a really good experience in Altus, figured Id try here again I was sadly mistaken. Dont waste your time here. They cant even read an ID properly.

Im a business owner myself and hate to leave bad reviews because of knowing how hard I work to get where I am. But I guess I messed up by opening their door and ruined the guys vape experience he a terrible attitude and didnt want to be there. He acted as if he hated tom make a sell kicked my wife out over not having id (not buying only there with me) and when I ask about disposables he answered I wont touch disposables. I would go back only to beg someone to go someplace else terrible people environment only knowledge of product is what he likes only worst experience in durant Ive had with any place of business PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

I’ve shopped here about a year; never exactly left satisfied with the visit, and on a few visits actually encountered rude, bearded, gamer looking dudes. I only continued to go for convenience.. The nail in the coffin though was my last visit which I was rejected a purchase because I mentioned my wife’s name whom was in the car watching our baby. (Ps 9/10 we both shop together so it’s not like I was a random sus dude buying vapes for kids) I would shop at the one by Dollar General. They get 2 stars for selection and convenient location. Also be prepared to show your ID EVERY single time you enter because they also sell some trash looking CBD weed lol which makes them feel sophisticated or something.

Horrible customer service! Walked in and got juice for my husband and ended up getting the wrong size. He called to try to exchange it and they absolutely flipped out on him! if they had know I was getting it from them they wouldn’t have sold it to me! Just rude and hateful.

I went in and order a juice for my vape and was sold the wrong liquid. When I called they didn’t help at all a seamed a little rude about it. I will be probably looking for a new vape shop. I don’t like the liquid that was given to me and it horrible the shop made a mistake and made no effort to correct the problem. Horrible customer service all around even when inside the shop. Update to my review as of 11-8-23 I went in with my wife and she was racially profiled by the lady behind the counter and denied her entry. I have even reported this once before to the manager and he backed her up. It this was the last time for me I only went here because it’s a little cheaper but I would rather spend a little extra money for better customer service and respectful employees. Well the guy there was rude. I figure this place will go outta business very quickly as they refuse so much business. The law states you cant sell to persons under 18 not that you cant sell to anyone that doesnt have an ID. I mean clearly some peopke l9ok old enough. Im 42 and my wife is 33. If you cant use common sense then well I guess your business will go under. I wont ever go back. Terrible staff and management. Management is unable to take accountability for their errors and is very disrespectful. Staff does not seem to know much about their job. I don’t recommend this vape shop especially if you have questions about your vape. They won’t be able to help you. There is a vape shop down the road that has way better customer service and can actually help you properly. I normally don’t make reviews, but I wouldn’t want anyone having to experience this place.

I went there on 8/29, and upon entry the staff was super friendly and gave me a warm welcome. The person working that day was named Amy and she was super informative and helpful. She gave me info on all the deals and times for the happy hour. The store also has a wide variety of products for all your vaping needs. All around great store!

Please hire people with common sense not to tell in peoples ears on the phone I think it would really help your star rating go up if there was nice people that treated others with respect alot of the reviews on here revolve around your workers being rude or disrespectful

The lady working in there when I came around 4pm 8/10 was extremely rude and unhelpful. First Cbd shop Ive ever been in and I definitely wont be returning. The key to a successful business starts with the customer service I believe.

So I purchased a Bang XXL disposable vape from these guys. Less than 24 hrs later its not working, seems like a dead battery. Definitely hasnt been used up or misused.Called to ask what could be done and Alija (spelling) told me that nothing could be done. He suggested rolling it in my hands to warm it up and to draw on it really hard. After our conversation I said it seems like you guys just dont care once you get the money which he agreed with. I got managements number and am hoping for the best. I wouldnt bother spending money here when there is better options in town. From now on I know not to waste my time or mo ey here, and neither should you.Edit: After calling back to get a different number for managemen Alija was very rude and full of attitude. When I called him out on it, he hung up on me. Excellent customer service 👍

NOT GOING AGAIN!!!! Just moved to Durant, Ok...Walked in... got ID for myself an my brother... that was fine I understand that... after that made me feel like we were bothering him to be there... very rude!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!

My first visit was awesome my second visit sucked Im never buying from here again I bought a vape mod the first visit told my friend about it that lives in Iowa and he wanted one so I went back in to buy him one and they told me they dont do third party sales to me business is business so if they dont want my money Im never going there again

I went into the store on Tuesday (8/20) afternoon and the women working were so helpful. I believe their names were Molly and Amy. Molly was the one who took care of me. This was my first experience in any Vape store and she had no problem explaining anything and everything I wanted to know about including the cbd. She took time to ask questions that were needed to find the right cbd product. Those two are definitely busy cleaning bees the store looked amazing and organized.

Went there as a first time customer to try and exchange a charger for my battery for my vape since it was not the right fit. However; they will not allow me to exchange a six dollar charger with one that I tried on in the store. Not the way to handle first customer. Employee of the establishment screwed up and recommended the wrong product but I get penalized for it. Will not be back. Better local stores in town.

Amy was absolutely amazing. She knows so much about every product in the store. This will be my all time favorite Vape shop. I love how Vaper 100 has so many different flavors that other Vape stores dont have and great prices.

Always recommend vapor 100 when anyone needs a good vape shop. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Prices are awesome and not too expensive. Love coming in and being able to have a conversation with both Amy and Gabby. The girls are always down to earth and willing to help you understand anything if you need it. Environment is very laidback and you’re always welcome to just sit and chill with them.

Horrible place to go. Rude customer service and the disrespect shown towards veterans is appalling! I wish I could give negative stars! Please do NOT make the same mistake and visit this shop!

Absolutely love this place! Everyone is always so nice and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Would recommend this shop to anyone. My favorite juice is Mood Swing! Its delicious

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Girl working had no customer service skills and was rude from the beginning of the visit. Bought two puff bar disposable e-cigs, one did not work when I opened it so I went back in to ask to exchange my product (seeing as I PAID for a working device) and was told they don’t do exchanges or refunds so I could pay for a new one. I have never left a review and I was upset enough about the visit to leave one. Will never use this store again.

This place takes vaping waaaay to serious. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Dude acts like vaping is life carded me upon entrance before I could say 2 words then refused to sell to me because I didnt vape. Hail Hydra 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Today we pulled up at 5:07 with a sign on the door that said will be back in 5 minutes and said it was posted at 5:10. So we kinda laughed and figured they did it to get a few extra minutes. It was 5:27 before the employee from the back finally came to unlock the door after several people pulled on the door and we called the store.They didn’t answer the store phone when called either.

Went in this morning because a vape we bought the night before was acting up🙃 The girls in there THIS morning knew exactly how to fix it and were extremely friendly!!! I hope to see them in there next time I go!

Went in on my break to get 2 vape cartridges, was told by the gentleman working that I could not purchase anything because I was on my phone when I entered the store. First of all Im in my 40s and I was talking to my husband. Will never go back or recommend this store to anyone. EVER!!!!

Not comfortable with the scanning of my ID, and been in there a few times and all they did was look at my ID to make sure I was over 21 but the gentleman who works on sundays wont even let me shop without scanning my ID first theres a better vape shop just down the road.

They will happily sell you a defective product and refuse a refund the next day. Stay away.
