I love going to this Smoke shop, Jimmy the owner is amazing. He goes above and beyond to make you satisfied. I manage a store and guests love heading to the smoke shop after visiting my business and they love Jimmy and all of his AMAZING products !!!

Been coming to this store for years. After a few years the main guy working there left for another store. Another guy took his spot and have been going to him once a week every week for the past few years.Well one day I go in to buy a vape for 25 bucks and it craps the bed three days later. I go in the exchange it for another one and the same thing happens 3 days later. I look it up and all products by that company tend to fail very quickly and have horrible reviews so I told them I just wanted my 25 bucks back. Same guy Ive been going to for years tells me he cant. I tell him youre selling these things for $18 more than they are online nobody is going to buy them its better that you get stuck with the 25th and me because Im a solid customer that spends $25 a month easy. The idiot couldnt comprehend and just lost a solid customer.

Friendly people but beware of buying The kind pen it only works on certain oils I bought a black one and a silver one pay $10 a piece and they dont work hardly at all so be careful if you buy one save your receipt if I would have saved my receipt I would have took them back. On the good side is they have Gambler tobacco their $9 a bag which is a great deal and I travel from Lynn to get it

I called to ask about the product that they carry and was hung up on. These people are very rude I would not recommend anyone ever purchase from them.

Friendly with good prices and if they don’t have what you’re looking for they’ll acquire it asap.

Horrible customer service.Bought a cheap 10 dollar butane torch. When I get home and use it the thing catches on fire. The entire torch. Gas tank and everything. I quickly put it out and come back to get an exchange.As Im in the middle of the exchange I noticed the owner puts the very same defective model that catches fire (to which he tested and noticed it wasnt working) back on the counter to be bought again. Not only is that HIGHLY unethical but HIGHLY illegal when selling butane torches (to which the store owner knows is defective and catches fire).I ask if the new one i get acts up as well can I come back to get a new one the store owner goes off on this huge rant about how he cant do it because its too expensive.One, If hes selling a defective product I as a customer have the right to come back and return it or get an exchange if the owner knows a certain product chain is defective.Two, he wouldnt even have lost money as he tried to resell the dangerous defective product I returned.Mind you this is a 10 dollar torch retail price. Hes a store owner who receives them in bulk prices so its even less of a loss.This man should have his business license revoked for nonchalantly putting his customers in danger just to make a quick buck. Making sure none of my friends and anyone I can contact is aware of the unethical business practices that goes on in here.0/10

This store had a great collection, very nice knowledgeable employees, reasonablely priced, definitely like a candy store for a smoker. No bad words if your around check it out for 1 minute you wont regret it. Take care God bless you XoJaynaoX

Terrible. The young girl is obviously rated to the owner and is downright rude. She doesnt smoke or vape i asked. She doesnt help you look everythings waaay behind the counter. If you asks she says we have what you see in broken english her english gets fine when you pay though, and give her the wrong denomination. Yes I played dumb to see.I used to go thru mav everyday. Out of 10 visits i got what i wanted once. And garbage once.Dont even bother.

Big selection, not enough knowledgeability on everything.new mom dealing with PPD, I went in looking for CBD oil.when i asked the difference between two items, i was just handed an info card.. which wasn’t very helpful because I didn’t know what I was looking at?!Some help and direction would’ve been great. they lost me as a customer.I do recommend La Tia Smoke Shop just around the corner. Super knowledgeable on all of their items!

I love this place... This is the first smoke shop Ive been to that has everything I need and want. The employees are awesome they take the time to help you and not just worry about a sale. My favorite smoke shop in Boston.

Editing my review of Maverick Smoke Shop to give it a bump and relay another recent experience there.Ive been a regular customer here for about 3 years now. I buy all my vaping supplies, rolling paper/cones and other utilitiy items for dabbing, grinding, storing, etc. A couple months ago, I became aware of the new Puffco Peak concentrate vaporizor/Electric Dab Rig. I actually saw it in a store downtown... $460 and was saving up to get it.On a whim, I stopped in to see Rocky at MSS and check if he could possibly get one for me. (Id rather give him my business than some other shop!) And he laughed and said, Puffco, my friend, we already have it! And sure enough, right in the case was the Peak...and for $60 less than the store I saw it in before! I looked at my wife and commented on the price, and mentions I should grab it now before someone else does.. then talked myself out of it with her help. My buddy behind the counter, Rocky..to the rescue! Jonathan, how about a 10% discount?SOLD! Thank You Maverick Smoke Shop!! You are the BEST!

Price gouging going on here. Charging $15 for a Juul charger. You can buy from Juul for $5.99. Charging $20 for pods, anywhere else around $16. Walk across the street to 7Eleven and save ur money. Do not recommend. There are plenty of other smoke shops out there.

Love it here, only Vape store I know that opens at this time (7AM).

You can tell which workers know what they are selling because they actually speak. The young girl who helped me only pointed at things and never asked for my ID like they are suppose to.
