Used to come here exclusively but this place has gone downhill since they reopened. With the exception of the manager who tries to help customers the attitude here is oh well. Have a problem; oh well, want to resolve something, oh well. If you enjoy the smell of marijuana and dealing with employees that are obviously under the influence (Regardless if it’s legal) this your place. They think they’re the king of the hill but there are many many other options all around. It’s a shame what this store became! They’re not the only game in town anymore!

I apologize. I believed I was ordering directly from your store. So I amend..... the below review is for the website then. Not East Brunswick store. They are great!!I am updating my review from 4 years ago. I still recommend this place to anyone who lives near one. However if you live out of state, youre going to have to wait with there new shipping. I moved to Florida where you cant get juice made as you want it. I ordered from here online and it was a nightmare. First off, they charged me 20 dollars for expedited shipping, which doesnt even exist. Then I never got the refund for it. It took almost a month for me to get my product. I know now that I need to order when I get to my last bottle. There tracking system is horrible. It gives no detailed information. I understand that its a new shipping company, but there tracking page is from 1995. Please refund my shipping charges that I was promised. And maybe throw in a coupon for a free bottle or something.

Never been to a vape store with a juice bar! Prices were good as well, definitely recommend this shop.

Im so happy Gorilla Vapes has reopened in EB! Ive been a customer over a decade because the staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly...always go above and beyond from any other experience Ive had at the several other vape stores in the area. Just an fyi...you cant access the building from rt 18, so make sure you enter from the side/cross street.Update 1/18/24 it has been a while since I last got GV juice so I stopped in this morning and I remembered why I loved going there...the staff are still so nice, the atmosphere is light and relaxed and of course my signature flavor tasted oh so good! Theres definitely something to be said about GV juices... theyre basically a recipe that gets made fresh while chilling at bar and reading the extensive menu of different flavors. The best way for me to describe it is like having homemade chocolate chip cookies not cookies out of a box 😉

I moved to East Brunswick from NY and am really particular about customer service and product knowledge. Megan and Kevin helped me a few months back & continue to help me every time Im in there, going above and beyond to make sure I walk out satisfied. They introduced me to juices I had never tried and helped me find a flavor I actually like more than the flavor I was stuck on for over a year.The store is great with a wide selection of flavors, mods, tanks and anything else you could want, but the customer service is outstanding. I would have started shopping online to avoid some of the stores I walked into prior to this one- Im thankful I walked into here while Megan and Kevin were working because now it is the only place I will go.

They make their own juice. Great flavor. Great customer service. Will rewards program where it doesnt take long for you to earn 15 bucks free prices are basically the same as everywhere else except the juices are a little cheaper when you pick their own. They have a small amount of other peoples juice but I dont think its as good.

Very nice staff! Was just there Saturday and the female (didnt get her name she was from a dif location ) was very very nice and knowledgeable ! And helped me decide on a juice I liked! I wasnt to crazy about the quality of juice but the other items they stocked are great! I would go back for sure.

The staff is really nice at the East Brunswick location. The convenience and customer service is great. Every atomizer and tank Ive purchased from Gorilla (all Aspire products) has been authentic, verified through Aspires website. Their juice prices are good, and you can try before you buy and customize it the way you want. Theyve always made great suggestions and cared about what I like when offering advice. Nice shop! I can get cheaper prices online, but I still buy from here because the employees are great and the juice options are awesome.

He even mixed up a great tasting vape juice for me that I am so impressed with. The female representative on staff, at the same time, was also helpful and assisted in resolving some of my initial concerns as well. I walked out with a great tasting juice and a brand new VStix. Great place to start or continue your vaping experience. I go here once a week, to buy juice and have never had am issue. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Just the other night I went there and they were moving the store, yet they took the time to help me out.

Outstanding customer service and the best vape juice...it last longer than any other place tried. They mix the levels that I request, and the flavors are amazing. This place is great. They have some really good deals on stuff (I bought an aspire battery here and I couldnt find it cheaper online anywhere at the time) and they make the juice in front of you. Theres about 1000 different flavors, and you can customize them however you want--nicotine, VG/PG, extra flavor, glass or plastic bottle, color of label--doesnt matter. You can try everything before you buy, and the staff is really friendly. I go here to buy all of my vape stuff.Also: Buy the monkey torture liquid its delicious.

Grilla Vapes sends $20 off next purchase coupon this is the second one they send me and its the second one the refuse to honor ..they want to give me a free bottle of juice , I cant understand why they send me offers to save money when they know there not going to honor

Great selection, great prices, and the staff is able to mix up a custom flavor with choice of VG/PG and % nicotine. Also the reward points program is fantastic - it started saving me money after my first visit and purchase.

Good service great flavors made in house. Red Cowboy Tobacco aka RC Tobacco is my number one all day vape flavor. They also have a nice customer rewards system so you get a free box of coils or juice here and there.

Been going here since I started vaping maybe 2.5-3 years ago. Wont go anywhere else. I made the mistake of trying another place since I recently moved and I had a terrible experience. Anytime I need something Im going to take the 50 minute drive out here to this store because its more then worth it with the excellent staff. They never gave me bad info and theyre always incredibly patient.

Over the course of the last year, my wife and I have spent close to $1000 on equipment and juice at Gorilla Vapes. John and Joshua have always been helpful and supportive, yet when I recently tried to make an exchange within the 90 day period specified on the receipt, I was turned away by the owner himself.I was not trying to get a refund. I just wanted a battery that worked as advertised. Now I have a $75 paperweight and have to bid farewell.Edit: I was finally able to get my device replaced, but the whole experience still left a bad taste on my coil.

Gorilla Vapes is a great place to discover the next flavor you want to try, find just the right mod or to create your own custom flavor. All of the staff are knowledgeable on the products and are always friendly. The wife and I have been to numerous vape shops and we both agree that this is our shop of choice. Ive heard that they may be offering some custom items not found in other vape shops which would further help to set them apart from everyone else. Looking forward to see them develop and grow with more products and services. I would recommend this shop to seasoned vets in the vaping life and to newcomers just getting started. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and clientele, wide variety of products and an overall calm and peaceful atmosphere make this the place to be.

Wouldnt return or exchange a brand new defective mod. For 5 minutes they insulted my knowledge and experience, saying I wasnt building it properly, then after I had to repeatedly show them the issue, they agreed it was a defective product, but refused to help me in any way. Waste of $70 (item was marked as $40) and my time.

East Brunswick location staff is very rude!Today I went in for salt nic juice which is new to I’m used to the regular juice aka 0-3-6-12 level nic and vaping sub ohm. I always Vaped 6 and recently switched to a pod system and I’m getting used to the nic level. The guy asked what level and I said “I’m not sure what is close to a 6?” Because you know they work there and should know about the nic I explained I was new to the salt juice and trying to figure out the right level. And he said “you should know what your vaping” in a snarky voice and rolled his eyes. It was very uncomfortable and rude I have been going to this shop for 2 years now and bought a lot of stuff after today I will not be returning due to this extremely rude elitist staff member. I will be placing my orders online for now on to avoid the jerky 20 something staff who acts like an elitist jerk to customers who are just trying to stay off cigarettes ! I’d give zero stars if it was possible ! Also last year they sold me a battery that was damaged that was a red flag that I should have stopped going there than.

If this store was a woman I would hustle respectively towards it (jhon cena style, of course), ask her out after impressing her with my mad dance skillz and not hesitate to call her the next morning. Their house juices are so much better than the crap I over-pay for in new brunswick and their staff are incredibly informed and helpful. Thank you guys!

Dont waste money on house made juice blends. Terrible. Wasted $50 on house juice and another $5 on coil which the juice ruinedEdit. I already thru the one bottle out.

The team that was their was very disrespectful which was very unprofessional and mean. The attitude was top notch no clue why, bad day I guess. But don’t take out in customers......Literally left the store didn’t buy anything, bought from diff vape shop. I don’t recommend this store.

With so many vapes stores popping up like mushrooms, I feel that Gorila vapes is original. Instead of selling generic crap juices and cheap over priced equipment, they make their own juices fresh on the spot, they can make whatever you want. They sell only tested trusted equipment with very competitive prices. The staff is always happy to help , and they are all very knowledgeable. They also honor our military by offering a discount, and I recommend participating in to their rewards system, you wont spend less anywhere else, plus its the best stuff around.

Gorillavapes has one of the largest made while you wait vaping juices, with hundreds of flavors and variations you can think of. Their prices are cheaper than any other places I have used in the past as well as a rewards point system.They have a website for ordering also with fast delivery and their customer service is hands down the best.

This place was good when I first started going here. Now I seem to get some dingleberry that doesnt know his job. Seriously, its what you do for a living and youve been there for awhile because Ive seen you there since Ive started vaping. You make vape juice for a living, you think you could be consistent. The freaking recipe is written down for you! The first time they messed up my juice I thought, just a bad day. Second time, ok people make mistakes. Third time, now Im done here

Ive learned of these guys through a former co-worker. Ive been to these guys for almost 9 months now. Juice, coils, mods, batteries, you name it, they have it. Never had any issues. These are good, friendly and very helpful people.

Its a chain vape store...ejuice is overpriced, but every store in NJ is overpriced. Buy juice online! I only go here for coils, with the rewards program you get a free pack of coils periodically. Theres only one dude here that knows anything, dont take advice from the little ratty kid.

I love going here. Its really the only vape shop I know that makes your vape juice on site, by experienced people who know the ins and outs of the business, current hardware, coils, tanks, ect., and are nice enough to show you how to put things together piece by piece if you get a new vaporizer. Unlike other shops, their juices can be customized as well. For example, I like strawberry gram crackers. They do not have this flavor, but they can make it. They can make almost anything you ask for, right there, on site. They also have a juice bar, where for one dollar, you can pull up a seat, and sample and smoke some of the hundreds of flavors they have displayed before you buy, and hang out and meet other people who vape, too. They have sanitary, disposable, mouthpieces for each customer, so its clean. There is no limit on sampling either, you can sample every flavor, if you would like. As for getting a new vaporizer, or if youre new and getting your first one, they will assemble it for you, step by step, before you leave the store, so you know what to do when you get home, and its time to change atomizers, ect. Also, any questions on any vaporizer, they probably know, as they are up to date with the latest technology. The prices are also decent, and the juice is the only place I know where you can choose your propolyne glycol levels and vegetable glycerine levels, as well as any mg. of nicotine. You can also choose any flavor with no nicotine, if youre trying to give up nicotine, or come down slowly to zero. They also remember you, your vaporizer, your name, and ask how things are working out and go above and beyond to help you, if you frequent even as little as once a month. This is by far my favorite vape shop. I go to the East Brunswick, NJ location. Vaping has gotten disgusting, stinky, carcinogenic, cancer causing cigarettes out of my life, and my partners life too! The smell of a cigarette now is so nasty to me!! But yeah.. East Brunswick G.V. is Tops!
