This has been my preferred local shop for many years now. If you treat the employees kindly they will do everything in their power to help you however they can. The staff are generally knowledgeable about all of the products they carry and tend to do a decent job of helping you make the right choice.

Terrible terrible service.. my sister was 21 with an ID PRESENT.. and this man told her he couldn’t sell because I was right beside her. MIND YOU I WAS NOT purchasing anything, WHY IS MY SISTER WHO IS ABOVE AGE being denied.. terrible service. The place was also musty, don’t recommend .

Best selection in east Brunswick, high quality dry vapes and glass. Cbd lotions and other cbd based pain releaving products that are difficult to find in most . Staff has above avarage knowledge of the products sold in addition to being friendly and helpful

I’m giving 5 stars due to this amazing worker named, Mike. I was just at the shop, first time there and he was totally welcoming and helpful! He had so much insight on the products that I had questions about, very sociable, and very sweet!! Even after all of my annoying questions, he was so happy to help. Great work attitude and ethics. So knowledgeable and friendly and gave great recommendations. Very satisfied with this worker and the shop!

Wasting my time during my work break. New dude shouldn’t work there.

Rude, totally ignored me, didnt acknowledge me. I dont know where these good reviews come from, I guess Im not cool enough to be given good customer service. We shopped here a couple of times in the past, try to support small business but the employees come across arrogant, like they are doing me some kind of favor to buy their over priced products. They push delta 8, which if they were actually knowledgeable in their field they would never sell that. Ill go elsewhere from now on, lesson learned.

I love this place. Great attitude and awesome staff. I had the pleasure of dealing with Robin. She went above and beyond. She is one of the main reasons I’m going to be a returning cutomer. She made me feel like a friend I’d know forever after just meeting her for less than five minutes. I highly recommend this place.

Robin is the best! She was an enormous help when I visited the store over the weekend--friendly and super knowledgeable. I was interested in a vape for dry herb and had done some research beforehand. Torn between two similar items, Robin talked me through the pros and cons of each to help me make the best decision. It was honestly like chatting with a friend, not a store employee I had just met. I will definitely be back!

Bought a HUSH pen that comes with a lifetime warranty (thats the main reason I bought it). I actually brought the pen in one time and they replaced it No problem. I was thinking wow what an awesome store and how easy that was to do as they honored the lifetime warranty. Well the pen broke again and now all of a sudden the rules have changed. According to the employees, the manager says theyre no longer honoring that. I didnt know the manager can just overrule something that they had already previously honored in the past. Its a really a shame because Ive given them a ton of business but they just lost a really good customer. How can you offer a lifetime warranty on a product and then decide on your own, that youre not going to honor it anymore. Thats actually embarrassing and Ill be sure to spread the word to all my friends to let them know that this place is turned into a joke. If I could give it a zero I would and I definitely will not be going back there ever again and Im telling all my friends to do the sameI was not able to respond directly to this post or I couldnt figure out how. But I will say this again. I have called the store numerous times to be told numerous times that I have no choice because you wont give me my lifetime warranty pen back and nobody offered me a refund. I will admit somebody offered me 15% off my next pen. But why on planet Earth would any sane human do that when they initially bought a product under the premise that it had a lifetime warranty so I wouldnt have to worry about any potential issues. Its just a terrible way to run business and I dont leave bad reviews barely anywhere but this was just a joke the way that it was handled. Ive been to your store many times and I Ive met the owner and the staff and they are normally very friendly. I just dont understand how as an owner or a business you can change your mind and go from a lifetime warranty to offering someone a 15% discount on buying a new pen. If I wanted to buy a new pen I wouldnt have bought a pen originally that had a lifetime warranty. Catch my drift? This is a rocket science and the fact that nobody offered me a refund and the fact that people told me that they could do nothing for me except for that and just shrug their shoulders is a complete embarrassment and honestly I would never go back to that store and Ill make sure none of my friends do either

Ive been going here for a couple years now. Smiling faces usually. They have good, no bs experience with the products they sell. Ive went in to do a quick pick up and found myself engaged in an interesting conversation for 20+ mins! Cool staff, but prices can be anywhere from fair to a bit higher (yet one cant overlook their quality so its still worth a couple extra bucks for safe & reliable products).Highly recommend

I walked in recently to purchase a few gifts for my recently engaged friends; Robin approached and offered to assist me in putting together a gift bag of multiple items. She was friendly, informative, and super helpful with her suggestions. She clearly takes her job seriously and because of my experience I will never go to another smoke shop. Hands down the best place in town!

Won’t come back here. It’s a lax rainy day, just was going there to purchase a wrap and instead left disappointed. I hadn’t purchased a wrap in years and I was just trying to have casual conversation because I remember in 2013 every store under the sun was selling the double platinum blunt wrap, and years later I tried to buy that in a convenience store and couldn’t. I asked why they don’t sell those anymore, and the two gentlemen working weren’t helpful. I don’t blame the guy trying to help me because he was trying to understand but just didn’t—the white dude with the glasses kept butting in and aggressively stating they have blunt wraps and what I’m holding is a blunt wrap; he was making the conversation worse when it wasn’t bad to begin with. Then both of them just kept stating they have blunt wraps. Clearly I knew that, I’m not an idiot. Granted I wasn’t familiar with filters, but I know what a blunt wrap is. I was just curious and trying to learn why double platinum blunt wraps weren’t around anymore. I like learning about that stuff, maybe it was marketing, maybe they got bought out, maybe its policies, who knows; I thought I would ask an expert , or someone who was more familiar with the industry than myself. I’m not a frequent customer but I come here whenever I get the chance and I usually spend anywhere from $20 to $120 and upwards whenever I do come here: pretty much, I won’t be coming back here. Unfortunate because I liked shopping here and usually receive phenomenal customer service, hate to leave 1 star but I must because of the customer service, bad experiences leave a lasting impression.

This shop is definitely the best in the area. The staff is incredible and always take time to talk with you making you feel like you’re a part of the team. Their selection is vast and they always do their best to get you something if they don’t carry it. If I could rate this higher than 5 I would!!! Recommend this place to anyone looking for a killer shop!!

Everybody that works here is awesome and they are very knowledgeable about the products. Robin especially is AMAZING she was the best and really knew her stuff I especially liked her “green bible”.

Love love love this shop! Super knowledgeable staff that is always willing to answer questions and have personally bought and tried some of the inventory. So much better than some of the smoke shops where they just push certain products. Its nice to have an actual conversation and ask questions about something the salesperson is knowledgable and passionate about. You guys definitely have my business and referrals! Great prices too

I was shocked at how rude and uninvited the two gentlemen in the store may me feel. I am aware of the upcoming change in laws for shipping vaping products but they completely shut me down as far as offering ANY e juices which are not illegal to sell. I visited 2 other shops right after and had zero issues, was treated with respect and was able to purchase the products I needed without incident. In my 10 years of vaping, Ive never been treated so poorly.

I am greeted every time I walk in. The staff is able to answer almost all of my questions and if they can’t, they try to find out and get back to me. Unlike the other vape shops popping up in the area - this one does not feel corporate. You can tell the culture is genuinely about it. If they don’t have something you want, let them know and they’ll help you find it with ease if not get it for you. All in all great service and stock. See for yourself.

Bought 2 vapes here both started leaking within 2 weeks. Manager said they dont see any issue with a leaking tank, said its on me to replace, refused to exchange or return. Dont stand behind their products. Beware!!!P.S. I hope this was worth the $15 vape you scammed out of me.

I’ve been to a ton of smoke shops and Montreal is definitely the best! Customer service is amazing, staff is always smiling and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. I’ve purchased multiple hookahs from this shop and they’re all great! Bottom line: great price, great service and great variety!

This place is awesome. I wish they had a website so I can see their inventory instead of me calling them all the time to find out if they have something Im looking for. Theres a brunette young lady working there who is an expert at anything hookah, and she gives you honest answers about the different shisha and accessories that you can and should use. She has not steered me wrong yet, and I feel lost when I go there and shes off.Great place, friendly atmosphere, and a very busy location.

Amazing shop. They have so many different kinds of vapes, from the tanks to the flavors. I went in there in need of something to get me off of smoking. At first I didnt think it would work but, since my purchase Ive been good(2 months now). It wouldnt have been possible without the helpful staff who took their time to assist me. AMAZING! So I stopped at my usual spot to find they changed thier hours and are now closed on Mondays. This turned out to be a good thing. I looked for another shop near me and found this place.The 2 employees were very nice and helpful. The one that was working with me took his time and didnt rush just to make a sale. He went over all the flavors and which ones he liked and didnt like and why. Grabbed two new flavors to try.They also just started a points program which is always a nice touch. Looks like I found a new place for my vaping needs. Thanks guys!

I was a good guy vapes customer and after visiting this vape shop during a time in which good guy vapes was closed, I decided to switch up my loyalty. Such a cute shop! Theres so many options! Theres never been a time that Ive been there and they didnt have exactly what I was looking for ! The staff is very friendly ESPECIALLY ROBIN!!!!!!!!! Every time I go there this girl makes my day. Shes gorgeous and is so kind.

The guys who work here are so helpful and they always answer our questions and address our concerns fully. They are the only shop around that sell my favorite juice. We always enjoy coming in and talking with the guys and having a good laugh!

This place has the widest selection of vaping goods compared to any other shop Ive been to in NJ. The customer service is one of the best, you can tell the staff is not there just to make a quick sale, but instead to serve to the needs of customers, such as showing and explaining different options before purchasing items.

So this business does not stand behind anything they sell. The salespeople had the audacity to tell me they are not a retail store. The box mod was under warranty and a more reputable vape store asserted that they could swap out mods with no problem. Stay away from this business.

Great selection on vape stuff. U fortunately I was told that pure glass has great customer service before I purchase a $400 water pipe. Well, pure glass never responded to any of my contact attempts.

A very wide variety of Kratom! And its some of the best Kratom Ive ever had. Whenever I have a bad chronic flareup, I always go to Montreal Vape Shop to get some, because I know itll provide me with intense relief, unlike the questionable quality of Kratom bought online. Its great to have a place to go to where I know Ill get exactly what I need. Would absolutely recommend.

I dont understand why this place got negative reviews. Evertime I go in there everyone is sweet and polite. They have accurate answers to my questions and the tobacco is priced perfectly. I used to go to a lot of different places like Wonderland and Tobacco Leaf and their prices are through the roof. When I go to Montreal smoke shop on Rt 18. Im getting what I want for a steal. I went in today to make a couple of purchases, Ive purchased from them in the past. I was even one of the employees LYFT driver about a week ago. However, today when I went in and made my purchases, when I paid with my debit MasterCard, which by the way is chip enabled, meaning I have to enter my pin number. This employee asked for my ID to match my debit card. Now this purchase was under $50, and this is the first time anywhere using a chip enabled card, Ive been asked to show ID, which I did by the way, my drivers license. I asked myself was this to protect me, the customer, so this is the regular practice for every customer using chip enabled debit n credit cards, or did this guy profile me??? It felt like I was being profiled. Id like an answer to that question.

This was my first time coming into the shop and Robin was super helpful and knowledgable. She really knows her stuff. Will be coming back.

I stopped by today to grab some new coils for my rebuildable tank and some speciosa and these guys were awesome.Im from out of town and have tried a few other spots but these guys define what good customer service should be.They made me feel welcome right away and made sure that my vape was working before I left.If youve dealt with the apathetic, pretentious obnoxious vape/head shops and want to come to a place where youll be taken care of then come here! The shop’s best quality is the variety of goods available, followed closely by a friendly and helpful staff. The prices compete with the local market. They are generally well stocked on popular devices/products and e-juice.

Dropped by this establishment due to my current vape battery passing into the here after. Within less than 2 minutes of me pulling up to the shop and calling about a new battery, I got a new battery handed to me. All done with social distancing,masks and gloves. This shop abides in these uncertain times.

Place is a joke dont waste your time they need to increase there customer relations better and own up to selling defective products. They purchase /sell defective items, anyway shop around and youll find much better service and prices oh and they are affiliated with the shop on rt9 just south of 18

I cant take regular pain meds anymore and my doctor suggested CBD oil. This place not only carries a lot of it but know their product. I needed one with no THC and they guided me to some very good products which work well with pain.

Never disappointed in this place. Always have what I need, cheaper than most places I’ve been to and it’s a quick in and out. Great location too

Usually go here to get nitrous oxide whipped whippets. For 20$ you would get 25 pack. They have sisha/hookah flavors also have decent hookah pot collections.
