Ive been in twice, both times The staff was super awesome, especially Christy, she remembered not only my face, but my preferences and her suggestions have been spot on. Great help from Jordan there as well... They also have growers NO ONE ELSE HAS and its good stuff, awesome prices... And if you get there in the first hour they discount heavily... Also open more and better hours... Gotta say Im not going to Nu any more..

Will give you what they want to not what you ask for! Took $120 of my money for something I didnt want. I called when I get home when I realize the mistake and was told to come back and start a credit process. I drive back to the store for them to hand me a business card that tells me to email the company. I was then told that they wouldnt do anything for me in the store that day. If I wanted what I originally came to get I would have to purchase it again! Had no management on site! One of the front desk employees tried to say it was my fault! Not only did they give me the wrong product they wasted my time by having me drive back to the store for no reason but to hand me a business card and say we cant do anything for you! Even if I get a store credit it wont be for the full amount I will have to pay the 35% tax again!

Every time I go in, the staff is very laid back and friendly. And very helpful in answering any questions, they offer info on product, and suggestions on different options. Ordering online for pick ups is easy and fast. Clean store and chill.

Very poor management. Sometimes I am in there for an hour. They dont have enough employees to handle the recreational side of business. But if your medical you are in and out. They discriminat against recreational customers. I was a every day customer that has spent hundreds of dollars in that building. Found out cloud 9 right around the corner is way better.

Love the dispensary and all their items, but the update to the website from a few months ago, is complete garbage. It takes 30 minutes to fully load everything and be able to go through the whole menu, it lags all around. Wasnt always like this until recently now it just takes forrrreverrr.

Im a medical patient non Hodgkins lymphoma and a stem cell transplant and I suffer from graft vs host disease etc. Too many times Ive came in with a preorder just for them to not have it. They were out of white truffle, it was on the menu they said they were getting more. 2 days later I order it and they are out. I told the guy that its been on the menu but out for a few days and he just laughed at me until his coworker confirmed what I was saying. The menu is not reliable. Went in on Friday the 14th of June and once again they werent taking med patients first which is the law thats why we pay money not to wait in line because some of us cant stand long and theres no seating. The kid manager there that day was making his budtenders take rec. first. I said thats not how its supposed to work. Med patients go first and he just laughed and shook his head and kept calling rec up to the counter. Looked like he was barely 21. Ive been going there for a couple years and usually hit my limits every 2 weeks but I can no longer go to a place that doesnt obey the rules but expects us to. They should just make all their dispensaries rec so med patients dont go in there expecting to be first in line just to be overlooked for rec customers. Now if theres little or no rec customers in there med patients can get right up there. I dont think the young man managing understands what its like to be in pain constantly and sick if he just laughs and shakes his head at my concerns.

I love coming to NuEra Dispensary! The staff is always incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and a very welcoming environment. I got the pleasure of speaking to Alaina the last time I went in and she was able to give me a lot of great recommendations as far as brands and specific strains to look for. Always my go to shop!

Web site is terrible don’t plan on getting the right city and then when you do go to pick it up, you realize it’s the wrong city and you can’t get what you want. The Lady was rude. I’m done because it was messed up. They wouldn’t even give me any kind of break 10% off or anything so I rated a one.

I like this store but just like all the rest of the dispensaries around here there is absolutely no organic cannibis ! Other states offer organic cannibis flower there is no reason Illinois cant! There is alot of pesticides sprayed on the cannibis and it doesnt make sense when its grown indoors!Change the dispensary and give people organic options for flower please !

Ever since management change, quality of service has gone down tremendously. Everyday you walk in, there is a new system in a place and every system they try is trash. If I put a pre-order in, Im now waiting upwards of 20-30 minutes versus 5. I dont find it surprising that the staff turnover rate is extremely high. Wont be using this dispensary moving forward. Website is awful to navigate. The new management has absolutely ruined that place. Will gladly drive an extra 20 minutes to use Trinity moving forward.

The line was quick. I was given good information about the products that would benefit me. I purchased GUMMIES which come in a container of 10. However when I got home and opened the jar, I was short 3 gummies. I called and reported this. I then sent pictures via email and the manager is supposed to get back to me. I was told that I was not the first person to have this type of issue. So if I purchase them again I will check before I exit to verify quantity. Hopefully they will make this right and give me a discount at least on my next purchase.

This is the worst dispensary ever if you Have an Illinois medical marijuana card and have an out-of-state license. Do not go to this dispensary they will not serve you as ahave a Illinois medical marijuana card and have an out-of-state license. This is my fourth trip to the dispensary and theyve all been good until today. I bought a product that had a tape seal on the side of the product of a small plastic container from the manufacturer. When I opened it it had been clearly opened before as the foil seal had been broken off and the edges of the foil packaging have been moved by someone with fingernails. I have no way to verify if I even got what I paid for by weight or product description. I did contact the store and now I have to bring in pictures and my receipt so they can do something but I dont know what do something means. I dont want to blame to dispensary but if the production companys quality control is this bad, I may not be buying this product ever again. The product was 3.5 grams cresco flower. I am leaving a four star review for the dispensary as they are good people but this really makes me question the quality control of what theyre receiving. Again, the people there are great and are easy to work with and will help you when you have questions which is very much appreciated.

I will admit the people that work There are pretty awesome But unfortunately in the four years that ive been going there Ive seen nothing but a decline They change their prices from the website in a moments notice. They also have the highest prices in Peoria. Its just cheaper to drive to Bloomington and get my Medical There. They literally scalp you on prices If you look at their prices and compare them to any other place, say Beyond Hello and just look at the price comparison This is a place not meant for medical patients Its about getting your last dollar I cant believe I drove all the way from Pekin to Peoria. To get my medical, and they change their prices within 45 minutes Then the gentleman was rude with me and made it out like I was a liar even though I showed him a copy from his website showing the price, basically I was told that that was my problem and there was nothing they were going to do about it. So I am now refusing to give them any more of my money and I hope anyone that reads this does the same. I am currently trying to contact there main office but when I tried to get that phone number. They were not willing to give it to me. Furthermore, about 8 months ago I even had an employee Try to take one of my pens After he wrung me up for it and he hid it underneath the register and I thought it was in my bag when I got out to my car. It was not in the bag and I had to go back into the building where the employee said that he had gave it to me, and they found it under his register after he had charged me for it. I have had a multitude of issues with this facility. And I know Im not the only one. If youre having the same problems that Ive had do your best to try to contact their customer service or their corporate. Im not letting this go, Ive dealt with enough. And Im sure the people that work at this business dont want to deal with Customers coming in Who are upset about the prices that were lied about? This business is not being run correctly.

So on the website we preordered 4 1000mg pens and ended up getting 500mg and we have a screen shot of the order they are saying it’s our fault for not checking the bag and won’t fix it. There has been many other problems here with them basically getting away with stealing. You’re terrible people that get away with screwing people over clearly on purpose cause how do you mess up that bad unless you have stupid staff working that can’t tell the difference.

Ryan helped me renew my Medical Card today.he is Super fast and professional navigating the portal. I highly recommend them. I also found the prices a lot cheaper than the other dispensaries in town. They also honor vets discounts on top of other discounts. The employees were all super polite. Ill be going back 100%

There was a fight in the parking lot when I arrived. Entry was quick but the line for preorders was about 6 deep. I had to wait at least 10 minutes to pickup my order. Ill probably go elsewhere.

Stop changing things! What’s the point of pre ordering anymore? Now there isn’t a line for pre orders. So we all haft to stand in the same line except medical who gets to go ahead of everyone. That is fine as that’s the way it’s always been. But if I wanted to stand in line for a hour I would have just not pre ordered. Been coming here since they opened. Will not be coming back anymore.

The OG of Peoria area dispensaries, the staff are always friendly and helpful, shop space is clean and comfortable, and product selection is plentiful. I enjoy dealing with these folks. Alaina was especially helpful last time I was in. She guided me to the right product. Highly recommend.

I have been a medical patient for many years at this place and used to love coming in. As of lately, I have not really been coming in bc of the way myself and other medical patients have been treated. We are getting skipped over for the people who come in there recreationally. Most of the new employees are either rude or know nothing about what they are selling. Myself And other medical patients will only go in if Jill or the other long time employees are there. As a medical patient, we should be treated first. And your new employees should know all about the stuff they are selling.

Had multiple bad experiences of pre ordering and then when I arrive they dont have the item. But today was it. High times judge kits was available today. I was there 30 mins before they opened. The kits are limited so the worker ask people in line what categories theyre there for. I told him my category. Waited over an hour in line just for them to tell me it was sold out. If my category was already allocated for why let me wait? So I would buy another category instead of wasting my almost 2 hours in the line. Well played...I get its a while supplies last thing. But Im here at open not the middle of the day...20 people in line. If thats what Im here for and you know this and know its not gna be available. you shouldve said something and let me leave. Offered me a apology as if that was going to fix or solve the issue and problem. Be better prepared for things like this. Had the right idea when the worker was asking and writing down the orders. What good does it do if your not relieving people as the products sell out.

This is an amazing place for people who dont know a whole lot about the process. When I visit, I never get judged or anything; everyone is super friendly and very helpful with finding out what you like and what you dont! At my last visit, Jill helped me out and was truly amazing; she was friendly, so personable, and even waited as I struggled with the ATM (as everyone seems to do).Definitely will go there for the future.

Placed an online order. Security guard was rude. We waited over an hour for our pre- Online order…their priority are customers with medical cards. Don’t bother wasting your time. There’s another dispensary called trinity I’ll be checking out instead.

Top marks for bud tender Michael Berrios! He was getting slammed due to being short staffed and the only bud tender there at the time of my order. He maintained composure, and his positive attitude, and made sure everyone was getting taken care of. Excellent employee!!!

This place is a mess. So many lines for no reason and they mean nothing. Slow staff plus high customer traffic means waiting for 30+ min. They also dont separate medical patients from recreational so if there are medical patients in line, you will have to keep waiting until they have been helped. Trinity has it down right.

I was having issues with my card and didn’t have enough cash, but my budtender never rushed me, or made me feel bad for taking so long. He was so patient, and then the computer acted a bit funny and he had to get help from someone else and he was just as patient and calm. The door ladies are always the sweetest and make you feel so comfortable walking in. I love shopping at NeEra EP 🩵

This location is by far my favorite dispensary to go to. From the wide variety of products they carry, to their friendly and knowledgeable workers. Today was a typical day for me, but at my checkout Michael Berrios made it a fantastic one. He helped me out every way possible and made sure I got everything I needed and more. Staff like him at NuEra EP are why I will always come back and refer my friends!

I wasnt sure what to expect but my experience was absolutely awesome. Through my first appointment I was actually physically emotional, I felt immediate relief and gratitude to this man, dedicated to this company so wonderfully, it makes me want to support them too. Big bow to Ryan 🙏... They see you, that is so very huge to me. They know the symptoms of ones condition and they are active in creating ways to help make life that much better for you. Theyre beautiful, a Godsend in my opinion.

It is very, very rare to walk into a public shop and immediately feel relieved knowing youll be safe in there. The staff is consistently amazing, informed and supportive to anyone just starting out or just resuming their canna journeys. AND its finally about the same price as the guy with sketch its top shelf but brown with no strain name or terp profile flower for saleBut lemme just friggin say, Jill is an absolute GEM. Everyone who works there is, dont get me wrong! Genuinely everyone. But Jill, theyre the one you walk in and see and immediately go oh THERE she is!. Their vibe alone is Im going to enthusiastically validate and support you and it fits them for sure(sorry Jill! Forgot to ask your pronouns)

I went in to the store in East Peoria for the first time and they couldn’t have been more warm and helpful. As a pain patient for over 20 years and not wanting to take opioids, I tarted on cannabis products. The lady that waited on me was very informative and told me about cbc, and it’s benefits as well as the CBD I have been using for a few months. I’m very grateful for that she was so knowledgeable and kind, Thanks NuEra

Not only is the staff unbelievably slow, they take all the preorder and medical customers before walk-ins. So, you stand there while everyone coming in after you is priority. I understand the medical patients, but not preorder customers, which were the bulk of what was coming in. 3 people were in front of me when I got there. I bet 15 were waited on before me. I finally just left.

Ive being shopping here since first day it opened as nuMed . And this is first time I felt it was a must to leave a review about The Bud tender i had last visit Michael Berrios not only was he very friendly he went above and beyond out of his way to make sure I not only got things I wanted but suggested things he knew Id love from previous conversations plus made sure I got any available discounts available to me. And in a time when all the other companies are getting as much money as they can from customers this type of customer service is sooo appreciated..

Incredible staff, hardly ever more than a 10 minute wait, deals, sales and discounts galore. 10/10 wont shop anywhere else in the Peoria area

Turning away customers 20 min prior to close on a Saturday night, huge let down once we finally got the kids in bed and I drove all the way there. No indication on their website or store hours that they stop taking walk-ins at a certain time. Highly disappointing.Update - 2 days in a row. Peorder not honored. Good thing Cloud 9 is opening soon, Ill never be back to this clown show.

My fiance and I bud tender was Michael B. And was the best person I ever got weed from at a dispensary. Very chill and informative, also about laws with driving. Like the smell proof bag and explained what to do when traveling.

I just want to put a good review here because my car was dead and I needed a jump. I walked over to Lowes across the street, they asked the whole store of workers for help and nobody was willing to help me but when I went over to the dispensary and told them what was going on they let me stay inside where it was warm to make some phone calls and they helped me get my car started. The three guys that came out and helped me were very kind. Everyone treated me so well there and I cannot appreciate them enough for having the heart to help me. It’s nice to know there are good people in this world.:)

The staff., including the manager, are very friendly and knowledgeable. They talked me through my first time experience and answered all the questions I had. Dillon was extremely helpful and told me if I had any questions to call and he would be happy to help me . I would give this dispensary an A+! I enjoyed the whole process. The manager Lana was absolutely delightful. She put me at ease the minute I walked through the door!!! I rate this business a solid 5 stars!

The containers are always open when before you buy them. Every single time Ive gone to this dispensary lthe protective seal is always open like someone opens it before hand them put the lid back on it like it never happened. The shake is literally keif so you cant even touch it without it getting everywhere. The extracts look like they are kept in a heated room because its always blothy and gooey. Overall this place absolutely sucks and it feels like theyve cheated you outta money when every container is pre opened and the sealer is pealed back so.OHH and if you wanna call and complain to the staff about it, then get ready to be sent through loop after loop. Just stay away from here

I would recommend you goto cookies or the other 2 trinity locations.The service is mid at best. Thier prices are the most expensive out of the 4 dispensarys in our local area ( peoria, east peoria)They have events but ive never seen them announce winners or people show they have won anything from them.They have no promotions that consumers are actually looking for. Or have benefits like trinity does: tshirt Tuesday i get 10% off just for wearing thier merch in store. Theres no incentive for me to spend my coin at nuera and you shouldnt either. Ihavnt seen much community engagement from them aside from our pride event in July.They are kinda slow with processing orders and the way they handle thier traffic flow is odd i innerstand medical beng priority thats cool but waiting 20+ minutes case i forgot to preorder is weird.We pay the most for our weed in the country if you can save some money while getting your bud go to trinity or cookies. They will take care of you and appreciate your support.

Both Alaina and Dylan here are amazing- both are incredible helpful and kind. Couldn’t love them anymore! This is absolutely the dispensary to go to in the Peoria/surrounding area.

Turn customers away before close regularly. Two days in a row. Arrived before close WITH a pre-order and turned away because the manager Jordan doesn’t want to work late. She lied about being able to serve after hours, while claiming I was being “degrading” simply for trying to explain the flawed logic. She claimed that closing the doors early was for the medical patients who were already inside and not going to be served any later due to me being there. She was dismissive and continuously changed her reason as to why she couldn’t serve us. To reiterate, we arrived before close AND had a pre-order. They should alert people placing orders they will deny service after a certain time - that apparently changes each day depending on how the staff feels. Very disappointing and will never return.

I bet this wont even get a response from them but I couldnt even get in the dispensary with my VALID state ID. This location is doomed. Prices are through the roof compared to their competitors. And honestly I wouldnt have even known about the other dispensarys had Nuera not let me in their establishment with my STATE ISSUED ID. Just shop with your local guy, he cares about you more than the state government.

Reading their reviews and wondering where this wonderful customer service was the two times I was there. I will stay with Peoria. Never have I met with rude youth there that talked to me in such a rude/polite manner. My questions should not be met with such condescending attitude. Just because this is what your place is pushing and I tell you NO ,it means NO.
