We bought a Vape kit with two batteries. One of the batteries would not hold a charge. I called and the guy that answered the phone told me to come in and he would swap the battery out. I let him know that we tried charging it on two different devices and it didn’t work he said it was no problem. Then when we came in he hooked it up to a charger and then argued with us and wouldn’t exchange it. Finally before we walked out he exchanged the battery after arguing with us for sometime. I do not recommend this place at all. Not only that, but they don’t even charge their batteries for customers. There are other places around that do charge the batteries and are much friendlier.

Vaporized has a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have a good selection of liquids and equipment.

My favorite place to go, they have a a great selection to choose from, and their all knowledgeable about it all, and everyone is so super nice!!!

I LOVE this shop and I won’t go anywhere else. I used to drive 45 minutes to come here and then I moved down the road from them. Been coming here religiously for 3 years. They have the BEST team and the BEST selection. They’re ALL genuinely nice. They try to help you with any problems you have (I tend to have a lot and I’m a quirky caper😂🤭🫠). They know me by name at this point, always greet me when I walk in and always give their best options for me when something I use isn’t available at the time. Ive been coming here for a while now. I bought my first vape here back in July of 2023. The staff is amazing. They always greet me with a smile and are very helpful. They have taught me a lot and are very knowledgeable about vaping vs cigarettes. And trust me, I didnt know much. Id been told how horrible vaping was for a long time. After talking with Dave I learned that vaping is less harmful than cigarettes chemically. We also discussed Popcorn lung which was caused by one company when vaping started. He educated me on the different kinds of juices there are and which ones are safer. He told me to always check to see if it says (PG/VG), these are the safest. Made with natural food oils. Ive smoked cigarettes for 37 years. Im now down to 9 to 10 cigarettes a day because Ive switched to vaping. I actually cant stand the smell or taste anymore. Im reaching for my vape more and more. I then plan on decreasing the level of nicotine in my vape. I can already tell the difference. Eventually the plan is to vape at zero nicotine and then stop. I cant believe how much cheaper it is to. Im saving a lot of money!! Thank you 😊

Let me first start by saying they have a large selection and a nice stock are both juices and Hardware. Thats where good news stops. Like any good business it leans on its help to be great. The employees here do not seem to care whether you buy anything or not. Also there is a disconnect between helping selling and service. The most important aspect of any business is their service. Vaporized needs to restaff and have a grand reopening!

First time going in today and safe to say I will absolutely be back! Variety is great, staff was very thorough and patient with me picking things out, and I felt like their pricing was the cherry on top. Thank you Vaporized!!

Absolutely love the staff and selection here. Unfortunately they dont sell parts to my vape, but their selection of juices in top notch, and they have very reasonable prices. I will continue to only get my juice here as i am so impressed with the staff and their friendliness and knowledge.

The most expansive selection in three or four towns surrounding. And Matt and Roy know their stuff - about equipment and flavor profiles.. theyre total pros. A cool clean spot to sit and chill and make jokes

First time visit today, my husband went in just to see the products, talked with Roy, what a super nice guy, made a sell, Roy set it up for my husband and he was a happy guy. Thanks Roy, love your personality, you have wonderful people skills, your demonstrations of the product sold were 👍.

The staff here is excellent, really helped me break my habit if smoking cigarettes. Any questions I have, I get direct answers. They dont try to sell you something you dont want. Genuinely ask what you are interested in, then steer you in the right direction. Excellent prices, huge selection of juices. All around great place for vapers.

The employees were helpful in explaining mods and didnt take cheap shots at me for my lack of knowledge (which happened at JJs in Pekin). They have an excellent selection of juices at reasonable prices, and the quarter to taste ten flavors is a tiny price for finding out what you may or may not like. The place is clean and organized, and the staff are definitely of the variety youd expect to see in a vape shop.

Ive been going there for rougly 2 years. Only reason i go is for their juice selection. I always get flattered when people ask for my ID; but they carded me out of the blue after 2 straight years of going there, and when i asked why their response was “ dont do that.” I immediately walked out. There attitude in the store has slowly became un friendly over time, so i doubt they were just having a bad day. I wasent even greeted upon entry, 2 of the associates just sat in a circle talking to one of their friends. Not the end of the world though, just the end of my business.

By far the best Vape Shop around. Staff is knowledgeable but not arrogant or cocky. Prices are fair and selection is perfect. The store is good for veteran vapers or beginners. You can come in and try juices out to see if you like them and they are great at communication. Multiple times I have reached out via Facebook and was replied to almost instantly. This is the type of shop that will continue to flourish in a time of uncertainty with a fairly new industry.

Extremely helpful with great service. The staff is very knowledgeable . The prices are very fair. The selection of juice is great and the quality of the juice is superb. Always go this store especially when needing assistance.

SUPER Nice employees that are willing to go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need. They are very knowledgeable about different vape items. Prices are very reasonable, and they have ALOT of diff juices to try out. They have the latest and greatest vaporizers in stock, and if they dont have it they will order it for you.

Honestly i only found about about this place becuse, and wonderfully, this place is the only place of its caliber open in the area on a Sunday which is not only amazing in itself, but also the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. To top it of they even went way over the bar by hooking me up with some cutlery so I could enjoy my lunch. 10/5

I know the 360 view is what made me choose this place to come. It looked likr a good place with lots n lots of selections. When i went there the guys there were amazing! They know what they are talking about. They helped me out so much. They are totally friendly down 2 earth people there. I would recommen this place to anyone and everyone! Im new to town and have been there a total of 4 times. They have a decent selection of juices and all but the big bearded guy should brush up on his customer service skills.

They do have a great selection of juice and mods. A bit pricey though. But the real downfall is the atmosphere. It is a small shop and when you walk in you jus feel uninvited. Kinda like you are bothering them.

Not a big fan just because I look for a certain disposable vape. Im personally over the whole mixing it and dropping it all over Im trying to fill it when you drive its almost worse than texting/drinking and driving. But for those who do still like the liquid date and the whole charging thing I did sample a few of the products and theyre pretty good so if youre a liquidator definitely the place to go however if youre trying to disposable vape pens this is just definitely not the place for you. My favorite vape store, Id rather travel some miles and go here then to another place. Im always friendly and helpful staff, give great recommendations, always have some type of sales going on on something, and I really like that its a premium vape juice only store.

The guy there just tells you what ever. He has told me for three months they will get shipment in and never does. Bought vape juice and it leaked all over my car the guy goes its an common accurance and doesnt refund my money. Ruuuuun from this place.
