Last 2 months or more, been going to Noxx. Outstanding customer service and the best prices. Retired military is well appreciated by the staff that thank me for my service. Cant beat 20% for military. Keep up the great job crew. Happy customer 😃

Excellent experience. Way less expensive than anywhere else, especially if you catch a sale! The only downside is they don’t offer medical, so the medical patients are stuck paying taxes. (Please get set up for medical patients! This is detrimental to us when we are actually using for medicinal purposes)

Bud selection was fine.. however. The medical card is not a discount that you can say doesnt stack with other discounts. The medical card is so there are no taxes and I was charged tax. $14 on $60 of bud when I already paid the state of Illinois for my medical card. I wont be going back to noxx until they fix this.

Ben was amazing. For the system going down and as busy as the location was, he stayed calm cheerful and overly helpful. The whole team was fantastic and the overall vibe was great. No one seemed stressed or in a rush and helped each person with a one on one approach.

I love going here. Best prices on bud aside from my personal budtender. In town And they always have a great deal going on.The staff is knowledgeable, and if they dont know, they will figure it out so you can get what you need/want.Plus, the saefoam green black and white is such a pretty scheme on the inside.

Great prices for rec occasionally, no med. Experience varies upon who handles the order, too. For example - some new customers get free sweatshirts and discounts while other new customers get ghosted in the same line. Ill stick to Trinity and NuEra until your customer service gets sorted and less discriminant in practice.

Went for the 1st time today...and was very impressed!! I received great customer service from everyone that was there working and shout out to Taylor for being patient with me and for signing me up for the reward program!! Noxx is my new favorite spot😊

Very happy Noxx came to town. Prices are about 20-30% cheaper than NuEra depending on product, service absolutely top notch and a wonderful selection of products.

Ive been twice. The 1st time was great but today was terrible. They told me that they didnt do the medical 30% stacked on to the deals. I had called before and had been told that one did stack. They did the 1st time a few days ago but not today. Way to be inconsistent.

I cant even begin to tell you what a pleasant experience this dispensary is, every time I go!Ive been to Noxx at least a handful of times at this point, and every time the staff is so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Their atmosphere is so chill, youre able to browse the displayed products in the store before placing your order at the counter. Its not like other dispensaries (Trinity)that make you stand in a line to wait 30 mine, then standing in another line just to get to a budtender who is even annoyed youre there. The budtenders at Noxx are always happy to help and dont rush you or try to upsell you, they really want you to enjoy the experience.They always have a screen full of great deals--better than anywhere in the area. If they dont have what youre looking for on sale, they will have something similar on a deal, that is just as good. They carry high quality products, as well as the stuff you see locally. I love being able to try new things when theyre on a deal.The building and design of Noxx is so cool. The teal really brings you into a happy, but chill mood. Ive been to so many dispensaries that are like a doctors office, gray and white. When Im purchasing things to make me feel better, I want to be in a great mood. Noxxs vibe is really that.There is so much more great things to say about Noxx, I could write forever!I just want to give a shout-out to the amazing staff--yall are the best. Shout-out to the security lady with dreads, who remembers me, and is always happy to see me--give her a raise! She got me and all my friends in at the same time for my birthday party!
