I didnt know that I was missing great service from a Vape shop until I entered the Vape Loft today. If youre going to any old run of the mill vape shop, youve been going to the wrong places. Thank you Joyce and staff, Ill be back!!

Mel, Travis, Rick, and Faith are the best people you could be around and are helpful to the ‘nth degree whether it has to do with vapes, juice, parts, or even random topics like obscure movies 😂. You never have to worry about knock-off products or leaving with something you might regret later. They will do their best to get you exactly what you’re looking for, new smokers and experienced ones alike. I’ve been shopping exclusively with them for almost 7 years and i never regret a purchase and stop in just for the hospitality and good vibes. This is the only shop you’ll need, and the only one in all of MD i can recommend without a second thought. Love you Vape Loft fam.

Today they helped me get the documents needed to file a warranty claim with PAX.They went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue with another company, truly excellent customer service.I will definitely be doing more business with Vape Loft and SO SHOULD YOU!

This is the best small business in America. The folks who work here are most knowledgeable in their products. They work with you and your budget in order for you to enjoy yourself the most. They are actually the only store that ive found in the state that stocks the juice I like to vape (vct).

Had to return my coils I bought yesterday, they didnt work. I went to my to go vape shop, Vape & Tobacco Elkridge, MD and they had some compatible coils. They worked just perfect. So, I just wanted to share that it wasnt my tank that had the issue which he had originally said. Thank God, for me because this tank was expensive. However, we bought an amazing new juice..called NOLABAR. Definitely a winner..If u like sweet juice, then this is for you!!

Melissa has created a great team and a warm, welcoming environment where there is no “dumb” questions. GREATEST STAFF EVER! My husband and I LOVE this place! Everyone is so knowledgeable and they are always willing to go the extra mile helping me change my coil, or suggest a new flavor we might enjoy. Absolutely LOVE THEM!!

1st time visit to a vape shop & could not have had a better experience. Rick was super knowledgeable & did not seem to mind educating a newbie.

The employees are very helpful and dedicated to their customers. Its an extremely comfortable and relaxed place to hangout and vape. Not to mention they have the best flavors and will always steer you in the right direction as far as helping you find what flavor is right for you. I happily drive 40 minutes round trip to get my juice from them.

Lets talk about how amazing vape lost is and goes their employees are SUPER friendly and I was able to get everything I wanted in no time! Travis was the gentleman who helped me today and not only was he so informative but I let him know what I dont like and do like and he made magic happen. This is also my first vape and the 2nd store I stopped at and boy am I glad I didnt have a great experience at my first store or I probably wouldnt have stopped here. Great staff and selection! Staff is always very welcoming and extremely helpful. They know their business. Best selection of juices I have seen thats not online and prices in my opinion are very good. They also of rewards so more you buy you can get money off. Highly recommend for Vape people.

Found this shop on Google, decided to go there because of the reviews. I was not disappointed! Super chill and friendly staff, with a welcoming atmosphere. I talked with the owner for a bit about my taste in juice and he had some great suggestions, along with shockingly low prices which made it a no-brainer to purchase from their shop. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Melissa and her staff are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth. The environment is cozy and inviting. They have a great setup and offer many different products depending on your wants/needs. I highly recommend this spot!

So to start off, best service you could ask for, if you have questions no question is a dumb one. You ask something and they will do their best to lead you in the right direction, now when i say that, i mean they have your best interest in mind. They will help you get whats best for you. I work with heavy machinery you could imagine i break a lot of my stuff and a lot of wear n tear from bouncing around in the machine. Travis (employee) helped me find more reliable vapes (heavy duty) instead of cheap plastic that falls apart on the first fall on your counter surface. Vape loft tend to stick to devices and juice brands who have been know for reliability and certain aspects of each device. I literally come here every week day and hang out for an hour before going and picking up my significant other from work. The owner and all the employees are phenomenal and i wouldnt ask for a better place to hang out and chat.

Staff is wonderful and always willing to help and explain anything you have questions on. If they dont have an item in stock they quickly will get it. And remember the regular customers even to the point of knowing what you order.

Excellent customer service. The owner helped me pick out a replacement mod for my wife and he showed me 6 options along with features of each. They had exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.

This is the best vape shop around. Travis, Melissa and Faith really know their products, and their customer service is amazing. Travis set me up with two new mod kits today, (complete with new juice and batteries) and I left the store completely thrilled with my purchase. I’ve ordered vape products online, but this shop gives me the expertise, product knowledge and personalization that you can’t get from a website. I highly recommend you stop by—you won’t regret it!!!

They have a great staff very knowledgeable . Wonderful selection of products for all levels of vaping. The best part is that the atmosphere is wonderful very welcoming and inviting. The staff never speaks down to you making you feel comfortable . All in all 10/10 in my book.

First time customer 5 days ago and Travis was amazing! I showed up 10 mins before closing and expected to be turned away but I was welcomed and quickly became well informed about all types of vapes and flavors. I had such a nice experience I told my inner circle and both my mother and best friend are new satisfied customers as well. If youre looking for a one stop shop for any vape stuff, trust me the people who work there are super knowledgeable and will help you out. Its a super relax environment with nice people who know what theyre doing. Their inventory on juice and equipment is always great. Their prices are reasonable. Plus they have a rewards program, so every dollar you spend gets you closer to saving money the next time you stop in. Ive gone to many vape shops in Maryland and I must say its one of my favorites.

This Vape shop is a great addition to Edgewater. The people here are friendly and very helpful when they are informed of the products they have. They generally have a decent inventory but its just a few cases. Where they shine is at the juice bar. From the owners to the younger people working the bar they will push juice after juice on you. They want you to find what you like and they want your business unlike other vape shops in the vicinity. One thing I really enjoy is the fact that they let you taste juice through an RDA with a coil and fresh cotton vs those tasteless small sample tanks. This is a huge selling point when you go in without your RDA or with just a tank because you still get the full flavor and feel of what they are selling. I have even been in to sample juices and they have insisted on changing my cotton for me so I could get the full flavor of their products. Stellar customer service.

This place is amazing. The people here are so helpful. Great experience and vibe to it. It makes vaping a pleasure. I enjoy coming in and talking with the workers here, they have created a great vaping community with tight bonds. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is in the vaping community.
