TUTTI Spa & Nails

I was a faithful client for manicures and pedicures at tutti for years. I heard that the employees have changed last week. Today I went in for a manicure. It was a mess. Does anyone know where Mari or the other girls went? They were amazing!

I always go to Tutti, and this Wednesday I got a pedicure and manicure. Today is Saturday, and now all my nails are chipped, and I have completely lost one nail polish. The salon was so disorganized, and the service was not like usual. No surprise, as their management and staff have changed. With this service, I recommend staying away from here.

Do not waste your money!!!!! I had nails done here and the following day my nails were looking terrible. I was so embarrassed as my co workers were laughing at the terribly done set of coffin gel nails. The worst part is we dropped $320 and $40 tip for my partner and I. The lady at the front is friendly but at the end of the day they don’t do a good job!! We’re not going back there ever again. If I pay that much, I’m expecting a new set to last at least 2 weeks not 4 days!!! So disappointed!! I called and they asked me to come for fixing. I’m not fixing nothing with them, Infact, their business won’t see our faces again!!!

This is the only nail salon I go to. Very clean, airy and spacious! I love how a regular pedicure includes a lowkey free 10min foot and calf massage! 🤫. They also take their time and not rush pedicures here. Go and check it out! You won’t be disappointed 🤗.

I came here with my daughter for the first time because she was gifted a certificate. Our appointment was for 4:00 PM and we came 15 minutes earlier. We waited for someone to start our manicures for over an hour. Had we been warned about such a delay, we could have planned what to do during the wait differently. Finally, we were seated, and in the seat we waited for 15 more minutes until the nail techs came. The nail techs are sweet, though! My daughter is pretty happy with the result, but she said that the buffing was uncomfortable and there was some space left that couldve been covered with polish. Im happy with my mani.This salon welcomes walk-ins, so scheduling an appointment in advance almost doesnt make sense. They did apologize about the delay, however. Overall, its a nice salon if youre willing to wait.

I have come here faithfully for years but after my experience last weekend, I will never patronize this business again. I went for a gel manicure and my tech was Ricky. My nails initially chipped within 2 days, I went back and they fixed it right away. 2 additional days later my gel polish turned from pink to nude. I talked to Kathy, she was not apologetic, she said it wasn’t the nail techs fault and I asked if the polish was old she said no. So then how do you explain the nail polish color changing? She said she was too busy to help me and I need to call her to come back and get the polish changed. No accountability, nothing. No thanks! I’ll go elsewhere. Please see pic for reference and think twice before you patronize this Tutti salon.

The place is clean and a great range of colours. Pedicure spa is really nice as well. Basic gel polish is done well but anything with design is mediocre at best. My gel manicure with design started peeling after 4 days but they did fix it for free when I returned to correct the issue.**Update** Just came in (Spring 2024) and saw Rosy for a regular gel mani. She was amazing! I was indecisive about what color to do and she took her time to find a shade I loved. She painted them very well and even did the tips to prevent lifting. Looking forward to seeing her again!

Less than 2 weeks after I got tips here they either fell off completely or are on their way out. Stick to regular manicures and pedicures here if you go. I will not go back.

Call to make an appointment in the morning and I was able to set something up for the same day. Pedicure was $25 but, when I picked out a color, she pointed out most of the polish had an upcharge of $5 or $8 more. Long story short, I did not feel the pedi was worth $25.I gave 3 stars since they use the disposable liner for the pedi spa& setting up the appointment was easy but, paint job was extremely disappointing.Realized after I got home that there are lots of polish on my skin and toenail cuticles were all raised. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Nice, friendly service. A ton of options available for color choices including high end brands such as Christian loubotin and dior. I left one star out because I wasn’t very happy with my nail shape and their nail polish selection is very unorganized.

This place became horrible. I went to do my eyebrows and I asked a lady for clean up she made them very thin. I will never go back. It is just unbelievable the way she did my eyebrows.

I normally have a great experience at Tutti in Edgewater. Not today. Two days before my wedding— my eyebrows are uneven and my skin is burnt. Luckily, most of the guests will be on zoom and I can edit my photos. Should have done them myself.

2 stars since it was easy to make an appointment and staff was pleasant. Price went to $45 to $85 for gel. I think it should be better communication when it comes to prices.Pedicure lasted two weeks which at my frequent place last 4 weeks, big difference, nails were not cut properly either. If you going to charge $85 for a pedicure at least use good quality products. I will never use their service again.

Went in for regular pedi and gel mani- pedi was ok but the gel manicure is horrible she didn’t paint to the edge of my nail and when my gel didn’t match the regular polish like she said it would she tried to charge me extra to change it. I won’t be back for almost $100 service.

I was thinking for some time whether I should write a review. I have been there a total of two times. The last time I went to get a mani and pedi with my friend, the experience was not pleasant. In particular, my friends technician Olga was extremely rude, and passionless and gave her very bad treatment. From pocking and handling her pedicure in a very bad manner to the point where she was asked to be more gentle, Olga continued to ignore my friend and kept up with some sort of animosity. From the moment Olga touched her feet, it was clear she did not want to perform the pedicure service on my friend. Whether she was in a bad mood, or not, this is unacceptable. The whole experience was so bad. that my friend refused to finish the service. While my technician was fine and I have nothing bad to say about her, I would never go back and give my money to this establishment that employs these kinds of individuals. There are many other Nail salons in the neighborhood that provides way better services with proper hospitality. Also the owner or manager seem to be a pleasant lady, but needs to own up and stand up for this kind of behavior in her establishment, if she cares about her customers.

I came here yesterday to get a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Mimi did my nails she did good but the reason I gave a 4 start because she barely scrub my feet. She must have scrub it like 4-5 time each foot barely putting an effort into removing dead skin. If you are going to charge $60 for gel pedicure please do the job correctly. However, I must say the place was relaxing and clean.

I woman name Ivy should not work here. Don’t get any service from her. She was doing a very fast and bad job so I stopped her every time and asked to do it again. She started talking in her language clearly about me. I went for regular pedicure and I was handed a menu with services I clearly understood this will be extra and I didn’t want it so she did a very poor job instead. Then I did French Gel and she was doing a very bad line shape and I asked to do it again and she was in a bad mood. I needed to repair 2 nails and she tried to charge me $10 extra for that. When last time I went there a very nice Latina girl name Maria did it for me no extra charge. At the end she left and somebody else came to finish my hands she didn’t even have the curtesy to come out to take the tips. She clearly just wanted to charge me more for everything and she was trying to be faster to take somebody else.

Very good, very clean, a little quick but a really good job

Hit and miss - I went twice. The first time it was done really well. The second time the lady destroyed my nails taking the gel off and it lasted for less than a week. I wont be going back.

Worst experience. I have been to tutti nails in Edgewater a few times and each time it gets worse. I will not be going there any more and will be sharing my terrible experience with friends and family.My husband booked a nice valentines day couples pedicure for the both of us it was scheduled for 12pm. The appointment was booked a week in advance!We get to the appointment and there was a walk in that clearly was seating before us. We waiting for an hour and still we were not serviced. We watched as some of the technicians gave additional messages to customers that did not order them. Also a couple walked in as we were walking out and were serviced right away.It is a shame that this establishment treats people a certain way. I do not recommend.

The worst manicure I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

I live in the area, so Tutti Nails is convenient - not preferred. The nail technicians are cold, passionless and not friendly, except for Ricky and Cathy. The nail technicians sit around and don’t seem interested in helping you. I’ve walked in around 5p a few times to be serviced. While they closed at 8p and had 1-2 clients, they couldn’t service me (only when Cathy is not present). If you’re in Edgewater, I highly recommend Trillium Nails, instead.

I feel it every time I receive service, all the people working there are really unfriendly and seem to be angry. A woman named olga is good at gel manicures and not a lot, but she is kind compared to the others. I go there often because its right in front of my house, but every time I get service, I feel bad. It would be nice if another store came into this place.

Came here for a spa pedicure after a 10 day trip with LOTS of walking. Maria, my pedicurist was gentle and pleasant, and I received the BEST pedicure of my life for a very reasonable price. The receptionist is also super kind and accommodating. They had a great selection of polishes, the place was clean, and there was no wait; even though I didn’t have an appointment. Can’t wait to go back!

I Love Tutti Nails! Cathy is always so kind to speak to and its always easy to make appointments. Jenny is fantastic, my manicures last 2 weeks with regular nail polish! She has done my nails for years and they always look perfect. Tutti Nails is always clean and they always have new colors. I highly recommend Tutti Nails to all my friends and family.

Please do not get any waxing or service at this salon. I was burned on my face upper lip and chin. I was ask by owner to come back and its on the house. But, why would I go back ... the technician was Amy. I dont mind paying for service but they always rush and in my 4 visits Ive never had a successful service rendered.Please save your monies, its not worth the frustration.The best place is ocean nail and spa, awesome prices and great service. But you have to make an appointment.

I received a gift certificate for $50 and confirmed with their staff around expiration date. I was told gift certificates doesn’t expire. It’s been COVID forever and not having been in the country, I thought I’d finally use it. I called in and was told that it’s a one year validity. It doesn’t say anywhere on the gift certificate. Terrible customer service and shame on them for not honoring money that’s already paid.

Julie has been doing my mani and pedi and she’s just amazing. Great job with gel manicure and my pedicure was just over the top. The service from the min. You make your appointment (with Kathy), to when you arrive and all the way to sending you home is great! Thank you!

Absolutely never going back to this Salon. Unfriendly staff is one thing but after 1 day my dip polish started chipping and upon returning they told me the manager would have to call me. Of course, you know how that never happened. Large waste of money for pedicures and manicures. Their loss of potential long term customers (5).

After recently having a baby this was the first time in the pandemic getting a pedicure. I informed the woman doing my pedicure I had ingrown nailed on both my big toes and asked her to be careful because it’s painful. She proceeded to ripped out the sides of my nails. When I pulled my foot away because it was hurting, she turned to her coworker and started speaking in another language which I also speak fluently about how another client was annoying “like this one and didn’t allow her to do her job properly”. Two weeks later and my big toes are swollen and hurts on the side of the nail that was pulled out (instead of snipped). She did do a nice job cleaning and painting the other toes. This is my first review ever (normally, I’d just say better luck next time) because I’m in that much pain and hopefully can help someone else avoid a trip to the podiatrist...and ruining that pedicure

The owner informed me that the manicurists could do the designs I had shown her. She attempted the designs and failed terribly each time. In the end I did some regular gel colour. Not only did she waste my time but the service is overpriced. I would not recommend this place.

$90 for a gel pedi is crazy

Very clean, professional. Great polish selection and fun spa pedi options. Ask for Mimi, shes a perfectionist on the best way.

Always willing to accommodate a walk in; appointments easy to make. Welcoming staff, spacious and modern design, equipment thats well cared for, professional service, soft with upsells, and above all sanitary conditions. Ive been satisfied each and every time Ive visited. Worth every penny.

Rude people... didn’t even get serviced. I live in the building across from them and I guess I didn’t look like I fit in so when I came in they were rude and dismissive. They took someone that came in after me. There was no communication so I just walked out. My husband went there and actually got service from them and he said they were rude, dismissive, and his manicure came out horrible and he would NEVER return. Really wanted to support a business in my neighborhood but I can’t.

This is an awesome neighborhood nail salon. They are pricy but thorough. Rick did my nails. He did an awesome job of covering up a dark green acrylic my previous nail tech from a different salon administered. I highly recommend them. 💅🏾

The manager Kathy is great very attentive and is hands on. This place is my little escape, listen to my music or watch a movie while I get the Royal treatment. Prices are fair, very clean and profesional staff

Probably one of the worst gel manicures I have ever gotten; thick and uneven throughout. The woman at the front counter simply told me to come back tomorrow. I will never come back though the location is convenient.

Horrible, horrible service I received today. The girl was super rough and rude. Then, I hair got on my pedicure and I asked her to fix it; she rolled her eyes!! I didn’t even get that few second back massage they give you while your nails dry. So, so disappointed.

Walked in needing SNS redone. (Tourist from Australia) SNS technician had gone home so chose Shellac. Have thin nails but had been growing long with SNS. Older gentleman started on my nails, used both electric sander and sanding block. Made my nails so thin they were bending even with Shellac on. Within a couple of days my nails were breaking and Shellac was peeling of the ends like rubber. Should be hard. Have had to cut nails right back and all chipped on ends and only been a week. Cost more than having done in Australia too. Cant recommend.

SHE SAID I ONLY MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR PEDICURE, I NEEDED THE MANICURE ALSO WHICH I ALWAYS DO TOGETHER.KATHY REFUSED TO HELP ME AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY. THE PLACE WAS NOT EVEN BUSY AND THE GIRL THAT WAS DOING MY PEDICURE TOLD ME SHE DIDNT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS ABLE TO DO IT.I AM NOT COMING BACK BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY OTHER SALONS AVAILABLE WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.PLEASE CHECK ALL COMPLAINTS. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT COMING BACK.

Great massage chairs while getting a pedicure. Staff does a nice job and always accommodates me as a walk-in.

The nail technician are not professional. My gel nail started to peel off from the base within few days. I would not recommend this salon.

To expensive for the nails to come off within the week i got them done. The place is beautiful but they dont clean the cuticles correctly.

I dont like this salon, rude people and they are not good in doing your nails. Dont go here! Waste of your money.
