Loved the microdermabrasion with Gaby!!! She is always so attentive to my skincare concerns and knows exactly how to communicate recommendations on routines and products! Ever since receiving facials at Massage Envy with Gaby, I feel so confident in my skin and appearance!

I have been a member at Massage Envy in Edgewater for many years but only started going regularly when Delia started working there. She is anything but robotic with her massages and they vary as my needs change. I train regularly and as I get older my body needs more attention. One week it may be my neck and the next week it could be my back. I am not saying Delia is the only qualified masseuse at this location but I am basing my review on my own experience with her. She consistently adjusts her methods and techniques according to my needs at any particular time and performs all of them professionally with excellent care and competency I wholeheartedly recommend the clean facility, accommodating staff, and Delia...

Had a fantastic experience. I was running late, and the team called me ahead of time to make sure I could still get the most out of my appointment. My provider, Josie, was so knowledgeable and communicative! By far one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I felt amazing afterward. Absolutely magical, definitely coming back!

I received a facial from Linda and she’s wonderful. She is very knowledgeable about everything related to skin and what treatment would be best. Fantastic! Each Massage Envy is definitely different. I was a member at a different location and it was closer to my home. But I had to go to this location a year ago because they had the only opening for a massage. And I’m glad I did because I ended up switching my membership to their location and that was farther from my home. It was most definitely worth the switch because it is the best Massage Envy I’ve been to! I first started my memberships on the West Coast. I rejoined when I moved back east. I highly recommend Massage Envy!

Linda has been my go to for my monthly facial for several years. She has put together various products that work well for my face. Her professionalism and easy going manner makes my experience at Massage Envy a great experience.Yuko is an amazing massage therapist and she is able to target all of my pain points. She is willing to work with you to find what works. She is caring, professional and overall a pleasant person. I look forward to my sessions.

Tianwei is truly an expert masseuse. I personally use massage therapy for improved athletic performance and recovery, which often times means deeper tissue work (not for the feint of heart) and firmer pressures. Of all the deep tissue workers I’ve gone to over the years, he’s the best of the best. Temporary discomfort in the moment from the deep tissue leaves me feeling fresh, knot free, and ready to hit a good training session the following day.10/10 recommend if youre willing to experience a little discomfort in the moment to remove discomfort long term.

This location is always accommodating and flexible when it comes to scheduling. Front desk is always courteous in person and on the phone and the therapists are all very professional and thorough. Milena is great and super kind - she did her best to make the most out of my last session even though I arrived late to my appointment.

I had an absolutely horrific experience. This location does not pride itself on customer service whatsoever. I spoke to a manager named Robert there, who yelled at me on the phone, consistently belittled me, and spoke over me. He spoke to me as if he didn’t care what I had to say or what the problem was, it was going to be his word over mine. He was not willing to help the customer at all. And what’s worse, it was over the most insignificant thing that could have been easily resolved. What made matters worse is that he told me that he could have potentially solved my problem, and CHOSE not to. I am still flabbergasted and disgusted at the way that I was treated especially from someone who is supposed to be an example of a role model in leadership. I DO NOT recommend for anyone to go there because if you do find yourself with an issue that needs to be resolved, Robert only cares about himself, and what’s best for him. That facility only cares about the business aspect for its self. The way that Robert handled the situation, was very unprofessional.

Delia was great! I asked her for deep tissue massage and she did a great job!The disappointment I have was that I scheduled the couple massage 3 weeks in advance and I was told 1 day before the appointment that I had to come in one hour earlier which changed all the birthday plans. Also, my bf complaint that he requested Hagar for a deep tissue massage as well and she said no. I am very mad for the price I paid he deserved to have the massage he requested.

I come here at least 2 times a month for facials/massage. Gordana does my facials and I LOVE her! She tailors each treatment to my specific skin type and concerns then gives me honest recommendations. She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, kind and overall just lovely to spend time with. My husband started to get facials from her based on how great my skin looks! I can not recommend her enough! 15/10 Gordana is amazing! My facial session with Stephanie was excellent! We tried a new technique, the microderm infusion & it was amazing! Stephanie explained every single step along the way, while also insuring my comfortability with the new treatment.

Linda, our esthetician, is so awesome. We go to the Edgewater location. Myself and my two daughters see Linda for a variety of services from mild chemical peels, facials, microderm infusions, etc. Linda is very knowledgeable about the skin and always has great tips for taking care and maintaining healthy, beautiful, glowing skin.

I have generalized anxiety disorder and this was something that I had never done before, I could not have had a better experience. I felt so incredibly comfortable and had a wonderful conversation with her about how to continue to treat my skin. I had a lot of anxiety around this and it was a challenge for me, but it could not have exceeded my expectations more than it did. Thank you so much Stephanie, I will be making another appointment in the future with you!

My facial with Stephanie was simply amazing. She is so good at what she does. My skin looks and feels fantastic, the experience itself was so relaxing and I will always come back as lo g as Stephanie is around.

Gabriela has hands of gold. As soon as she touched my face I relaxed into the magic of her touch. Her hands are so soothing throughout the entire facial during which she will encourage feedback so your experience is tailored according to your expectations. My session was 1-1/2 hrs. after which my skin was sparkling clean, supple and glowing. Gabriela will take her cue from you as to whether or not you want to chat. We did, but only a bit and enough for me to realize that she is as intelligent as she is professional.

Excellent experience. I typically visit luxury spa for services. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the ME offered so many different services. I joined. I had an Amazing facial today with Gabby. I use high-end products and ME offers that. While the front desk staff was young and more casual in the approach, lacking some spa-like demeanor they were still friendly and made for a nice experience.

A recent member and have had three massages so far. Three different massage therapists. All were very good and have no complaints. My most recent massage with Tian was exceptionally good. I think what made it so relaxing and effective (lots of knots) was the right balance between firm / medium pressure and long relaxing strokes. I only wish I had a 90 min session…

Someone even rolled her eyes at me when I was making an appointment. That is my only complain.The masseuses are very nice and professional.

My sciatica flares up to the extent that I can barely walk. Melvin is ALWAYS able to release the muscle which allows me to walk out of my massage as though it never bothered. I am very Greatful. THANK YOU !!!

Roberto in this location is probably one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Not only was he rude to me he called my sister ( who is not only disabled but A MASSAGE ENVY MANAGER IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION) a derogatory word when she came with me and offered to help because HE didn’t know how to run a HSA card. Me my mother my grandmother my sister and best friend and husband All have memberships and we are not only never coming to this location again all 5 of us, I’m thinking of taking other actions. I work for a fertility practice and we refer ALL of our patients here. More than half of my patients are clients in this location. I will be notifying them on Roberto treats women. I already contacted the better business bureau. Not only has massage envy lost 5 faithful clients, this location has lost my respect all together as staff is reflection of the owner. Very disappointed.

I had my first facial with Gabriela and I loved it! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so friendly by Kristen. Kristen helped me check in and wait until it was my turn. Throughout my facial Gabriela asked if I was comfortable with the temperature of the bed and towels, she let me know what products she was using and what they would do for my skin. Both Gabriela and Kristen helped me choose what product would work for me to bring home.

I like going here. The place is clean ans nice. The staff ar professional and very nice as well. I liked all the therapist I’ve had, but so far my two favorites are Tian and Milena. The reason I’m only giving 3 stars and my only complain is, you’re not really getting the full 60/90 minute massage. So far my I’ve noticed it’s really 15-10minutes less. I just wish you’d actually get the full 60/90minutes.

From the front end staff to the therapists and esthetician themselves, all marvelous!! Ive worked with 3 different therapists and 2 different estheticians, and Ive never been disappointed. I had a facial with Stephanie. She was very informative and kind. I had a very relaxing experience. She recommended products but wasnt pushy. My mom loved her massage and shes not an easy woman to please lol bless her heart. I didnt care much for the rude receptionist from the start. She looked judgmental and annoyed. For me, I like to feel welcomed when Im giving my business to any place cause theres plenty of other places that offer the same services.

I had been experiencing significant pain in my neck and shoulders for several days. It was so bad that I couldn’t sleep. Leidys was terrific. I felt “worked on” yesterday but when I woke up today and throughout the day I felt great. My shoulder started to bother me slightly this evening but the difference is amazing. I am so grateful to her for working her magic 😄

The massage was very relaxing & the masseuse very attentive however, one of the front desk receptionist was rude. In fact While trying to schedule my appointment she was not accommodating, had a bad attitude and was contradicting the other receptionist Who was trying to be helpful. At one point the rude receptionist said to me I’m “speaking to her”, while I was trying to tell her my schedule she was speaking over me. She killed my buzz!I left very stressed out. This happened during my recent (Sep.) appointment.

Linda is simply the best! I would only trust my face in her hands. A knowledgeable, warm and relaxing person and experience is what you get when you have a facial with Linda :)

I have been a member since this location opened and have had nothing but the best experiences. The staff is friendly and professional and the therapists are generally really good. I have been going to a different location during the pandemic as I have been staying elsewhere and the experience has been good but doesn’t compare to the Edgewater location. I am now up in Northern NJ more often so Edgewater will again be my go-to location.

Massage Envy is a special place to receive Massage.I have been a member for several years and go every two weeks. My massage therapist was Liz and she was excellent. She knew my body and addressed any problems I might have. Sadly she left a month ago but happily I was referred to Michelin and I feel equally as to her professionalism and caring treatment of my body. Michelin gets 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.Everyone one, from staff to therapists, are friendly and excellent, from making appointments to making each client feel welcome . During this time of COVID-19 all the rules were carried out as to cleanliness, masks , staying 6’ apart in the waiting areas and staff.I would highly recommend Massage Envy Edgewater !

Micheline is a great massage therapist!!! She listens to my needs and advises me about how to get the most out of each visit. She also makes me feel comfortable enough to ask for changes throughout.

A good business practice and customer friendly would be to state the rules at the time of appointment or should be mentioned in your automated confirmation message including the Covid form. I had a 60mn massage booked for today. I was caught up with a business call and was late. On my way to ME I called to notify you and was informed that ME will only honor the remainder of the session. I asked to reschedule and was told, no as I needed a 24 hr notice. By the time I arrived, fill out the forms, waited for the technician to start, I ended up having a 30mn session instead of 60mn. To be noted the technician ended her session over 5 mn earlier.Shameful business practice.

I workout a lot and with the stress level at my job, I always feel the need to go for a massage as often as I can. Milena is the masseuse I go to for all my back issues. She is the BEST!!! I recently pulled something working out, I told Milena where I felt the discomfort, and after my massage I felt sooo much better. I no longer feel the stiffness in my upper back. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MASSAGE ENVY @ EDGEWATER!! Everyone is very nice and friendly . 😊

I attempted to make an appointment on a Friday for Sunday afternoon. Of course there were no appointments available but the friendly receptionist said she would put my on the cancellation list and call me if an appointment became available. To my surprise, I received a return phone call and booked an appointment for Sunday!Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a staff member and my temperature was taken. The facility was clean and masks were worn by staff members. I received a medium/firm massage was with Tianwei. His demeanor was tranquil, he asked me throughout the massage if I was feeling ok and his touch was firm but not painful. I enjoyed my massage and would definitely book him again.

The massage by Genesis is phenomenal. She’s very talented. The front staff can use some improvement. They are not at the door when they tell you to enter for temperature checks, they are usually having side conversations when customers are present. Not very professional. I also think it’s time to be serving at the very least water bottles to the customers. That has nothing to do with CDC restrictions.

Milena is my gal. I’ve been going to her since I started with massage envy back In January. She was the one who really convinced me to get the membership, simply with her patience, technics, and making me feel so comfortable. Overall, massage envy in edgewater has great helpful employees.

My therapist , Laidys is the best therapist I have ever experienced . The facility at Massage Envy Edgewater is very clean and quiet. The front desk staff couldn’t be nicer and helpful. Great follow up when they put you on the waitlist

One of the best massages Ive ever had. Melvin was amazing, he found every knot in my back and neck. I feel 50 lbs lighter and looking forward to a good nights sleep.Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be back!

Milena is very patient and attentive to my requests as a masseuse. I ask for her because she does make me feel better, eases my soreness from my arthritis, lupus and pain on neck and shoulder. I highly recommend Milenia at Massage Envy.

Facial was great! However, it started LATE at 10:12am instead of 10am and ended early at 10:54am. Which means I paid for a FULL hour I never received. Perhaps Massage Envy should invest in a timer! MISSING OUT ON 18 minutes may NOT seem like a big deal for some, but it is for me. And I still gave the young lady a tip!!! She was knowledgeable and pleasant.

I love Genesis. She is a lovely person and a great massage therapist. I always feel so much better after a session with her. She worked wonders when I saw her this last time.I would also like to acknowledge Leidys. Recently, when I was unable to get an appointment with Genesis and I was in excruciating neck and shoulder pain, I had two sessions with Leidys. I felt so much better. After seeing her, I was able to perform movements that were not possible before without pain, such as putting on a backpack and brushing my teeth!Both Genesis and Leidys are wonderful!

I did enjoy my beautiful facial from Lucy on Wednesday, along with my massage from the Dominican lady on Thursday. Truly appreciate you ladies.

I am sick and can no longer use their services yet they continued to charge me during Covid-19 and continue to charge me even now when I told them several times I cant use their services due to 2 back to back surgeries. These people are crooks that just let you accumulate and accumulate Ive already moved out of NJ and told them that I am in a location where it is not easy to go to another Massage Envy, but they dont care, these are people that dont care about peoples health or wellbeing as long as they can charge your credit card. Give me my money back!

I felt safe and secure as soon as I stepped in. From temperature checks to social distancing norms, ME is serious about maintaining the covid protocol. They ushered me into the reception area just 5 minutes before my appointment and then quickly whisked me into the assigned room. Tian had his mask on the entire time - which was very reassuring - and the massage was as good as it’s always been. Felt renewed. Before leaving I even booked my next appointment.

I had a Microderm performed by Linda.Linda was professional and communicative.She first went over why I decided to have a Microderm and proceeded by looking over my skin and describing what she was doing as she performed it. I was very pleased with the results! My skin was extremely dry and looked so good afterwards.

Love coming here. Stephanie is my favorite for facials. I always leave feeling like a million bucks!

I’ve been seeing Tian for over 10 years at Edgewater Massage Envy. He gives the best massages and he really understands his craft. He listens to my requests and knows exactly where to target my issue and how to correct it. I always walk out of there feeling all “repaired.” He is my favorite therapist. I have to book early in advance if I want to schedule a session with him. Apparently, I’m not the only one who finds him the best. My massage was for 3:15pm they took me in at 3:20pm started at 3:25 pm felt rushed and by 4:13 it ended. They indicate 60 minute massage I can understand taking 5 minutes to get undressed but this is unacceptable. When addressed at front desk they indicated it’s only 50 minutes yet I didn’t even receive 50 minutes. Therapist was good but the massage felt super rushed no real care for the reason I was there and less time than indicated.Super disappointed🤦🏻‍♀️

Leidys is an incredibly strong yet gentle, responsive provider. I have long-term neck issues from two whiplash injuries, and when I reach that point that moving through my day as a teacher of little kids comes really tricky and painful, shes the one who is most likely to help me improve my range of motion, reduce pain, and provide me with the Kickstart to my stretching and physical therapy exercises for self-care.

Worst investment I could have ever made in my life. Don’t bother doing the contracts. They do not explain contacts properly to you but of course take your money whenever they can. And for you to make any simple change to your account you have to let them know 10 days before. Just because I was short by one day they did not want to accommodate me. They don’t remind you when freezes on your account are about to expire but sure do call for you to come get serviced. They are not flexible nor accommodating at all! I’ve been called multiple times very last minute before my appointment about my massage therapist or esthetician calling out. Never going to get serviced by them again and canceling as soon as I use up my services elsewhere.

I have been a member for many years. The therapists are great. Lately Delia has been taking care of my back and shes great.

I walked in excited and happy, only to leave disgusted after speaking with her front customer service agent by the name of valerino. I walked in, ready to pay for services and the membership but unfortunately I was talked to rudely repeatedly, looked at crazy and I know the lady was out of order, because the gal who sat next to her and my girlfriend both saw and gave me looks of shock because of her rude disposition, responses and stares. After reading the reviews, I’m happy the girl at the front desk was rude because I’m now going to take my business elsewhere.

Best massage I have received. My experience here was nothing but phenomenal from start to finish. Genesis was professional and attentive. I am looking forward to coming back soon.

I spent the last six months taking care of my ill son. I was not able to use my monthly appointments. Due to circumstances beyond my control I am no longer able to keep my membership. I am being told if I dont use my 7 sessions in 30 days they will expire. That is a ridiculous policy! I work 60 hours a week and take care of a son who isnt well and I loose hundreds of dollars? How will it hurt your company to extend that expiration? I will tell everyone I know about this! I will post it wherever I can!

I had Delia today and she was great! She had good pressure, ensured I was comfortable, and had great technique. I’ll be back to see her for sure!

The Edgewater NJ Massage Envy has been around for years, surviving in a very competitive market.The place is immaculate and their therapist are professional and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating during the height of the COVOD crisis, allowing members to take a “leave” and defer monthly fees until they were comfortable coming back. I don’t like to name specific people to protect their privacy but ME management knows who my therapist is and that I think the world of her.

Serenity calm And self care all in my 90 minute massage. The 90 minute massages are a little bit more difficult to book but well worth the wait. DAHLIA AMAZING

If you are looking for a Facial, you should try Mica. I have been going to her for the past couple of years. My skin was originally dry, sometimes oily and prone to blackheads. After a few treatments and follow-up, my skin remains clear and remains in the best condition ever.

I have worked with several massage therapists but now consistently work with Milena. I work at a computer all day and my posture suffers. Milena us really helped with the tight, sore muscles in my shoulders and upper back.

Staff and Place is Great . The Flaw is at the Managment Level . I have been a member for nearly a Year had a great experience thus far till I got to recently meet the Manager Stacy. An unpleasant individual who would rather antagonize a repeat client before evaluating how to solve a simple issue.

I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance for my partner and I for our anniversary. They called me the night before at 9:00 pm saying that they were cancelling our facial. So I call the location and ask to speak to the manager about this inconvenience and he offers no assistance at all, instead he gives me a lecture about how difficult it is to have 2 people recieve services at the same time and how difficult it is to have staff available. I was considering going and maybe getting a membership but not anymore. Poor service and poor management.

Although I loved my massages here. Cary and Free were very good! I didnt like being tied into a contract. I ended up losing quite a few sessions due to moving.
