Went in to explain that a Device purchased the day b4 didn’t work. Instead of wasting my time, they replaced the product and I was personally satisfied will continue to return. Happy with the employees and response time❤️❤️

Ifni could give it zero stars I would... stopped in twice in the last 4years. Both times they had such a huge assortment I walked out super happy to find flavors I was hav8hg trouble finding. Ony to be extremely pissed off a few mins later when the vaoe was defective. Not 1 but 2 the first time I ever went with years in btwn I tried again recently, again found the flavors I was looking for left so happy. 3 out of 3 were defective. And the other 2 were a diff brand but same flavor he talked me into and thwy tasted burnt and disgusting. In about 4yrs I have punched 7 vapes ALL ALL 7 WERE DEFECTIVE AND UNUSABLE. Dont go here!!!

Unless you want defective products don’t bother. I have had 3 defective products so far. When I went to owner they pretty much told too bad and to contact manufacturer. But they won’t cover anything if purchased through a shop. I wasn’t even asking for a whole new one but maybe just a discount since I only got about half use of it. There is shop across the street that is much better. Go there

The owner is not willing to listen to a customer when it comes to his product. Very combative. Very bad customer service. Worst of all I visit up here alot from PSL. Not cool and didnt appreciate the fact how sour the owner is.

Incredible shop, better than any I had local when I lived in Orlando. Clean, well lit, smelled great. The owner I assume, who I spoke with, was one of the nicest people too! I am so glad to have found a reliable shop so easily and will definitely be my go to.

Love this smoke shop. Great varity on everything smoking related. Has friendly staff and if the owner is working he inspects all his glass pieces for cracks, chips or faults before you go out the door. Has some of the lowest prices on tobacco in the area and the store is always clean and in order.

I come in here and spend at least 100$ every time. Mac has a great shop down in Edgewater. Hes always very kind and tries to recommend things he believes you will enjoy. His staff does the same. I love this store.

If Mac doesnt have what youre looking for, he goes above and beyond to get it in. We MENTIONED a certain flavor wed been looking for and by the following weekend he had started carrying the full line. The prices are great and he truly does care about his customers.

This is a nice little Smoke Shack the owners are nice extremely busy place sometimes a little hard to get help picking product Im mainly going there for shisha it takes some time to get it as far as shisha products go not very diverse and flavor the owner did tell me they will be opening up a smoke shop in the same Plaza like a hookah lounge very shortly so Im excited about that
