Got recommended a new type of flower because they didnt have the caps flower I usually get. Horrible decision in the cashiers part. Next time Ill just wait for them to stock up

I love this store, they are open 24 hours. they have a large amount of vapes, pipes, candles, HTE Flower, Snow Caps Flower. pieces. They have pieces for 30, tons of blunts. I am lovin the HTE Hemp Flower 4.2 oz for 20 omg yes... Must Go Now. tell them Hilda sent you.

Love the customer service and knowledge that you all provided. I Definitely will be going to this store from now on.

This is the worst vape shop in McAllen. The workers are terrible and kinda stupid. Never have the good stuff. Half of their vapes don’t even work. TRASH! If there was any way to give a zero I would. Don’t trust the 5 stars.

I can’t believe I’m actually seeing so many 5 stars on reviews. There are a few vape/smoke shops near by that are 10 times better than this dump. TRASHHHHHHHHH! ZERO STARS

I am sorry to say I am amending my 1st review. Apparently there is a 24 hour limit on returns or exchanges. The icy menthol I purchased with the bog 1/2 off 2nd became irritating to my throat and I am unable to continue use. I called today and the lady I spoke with said I could not exchange the second one even though I would be a return customer @ 2 weeks. So thats $1000 plus in sales for a year, doesnt make good busines sense. I truly regret not returning I really was looking forward to being a loyal customer.Laurie was awesome, great customer service. My first time there and wanted something different than I was buying, Vuse, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable... I RECOMMEND HIGHLY

Thanks to the team over at Vape City, Damien, Louie, and James for being quick and attentive as soon as we walked in. They were very knowledgeable in their craft. Damn normally Vapecity was my go to, the Austin one is immaculate, but I bought a vape yesterday and the lady at the counter did not give me the receipt, and said just with your number you can input and I did and the charger wasn’t working this morning so I went back today and they said I needed a receipt which of course i know is always needed for a return, but I did not get one. They couldn’t exchange because I did not have one. I get that it’s policy but it if was not my fault then I would’ve liked maybe a little help but oh well. Still recommend but I’ll probably just stick to the other locations! Sorry Trenton Vapecity 💨

Juice prices were a little inflated, comparatively. They didnt seem to have much in the way of more premium brands. Not a bad selection but all 3 or 6 MG, though. Staff was preoccupied so I didnt have an opportunity to ask about some of the flavors and brands I was looking for.Not bad in a pinch.

The employee Nataly has amazing customer service she always has the best recommendations and is extremely knowledgeable on what items she is selling will definitely be coming to trenton alot more 👍🏽

I went in yesterday morning for the vape I usually buy. Since it was all sold out I had to get a different brand, and Veronica was super helpful with my experience! She recommended me 2 new flavors and I think I just found my new favorite vape🤍 Shoutout to Vero for that!

I loved going there to get my ECO Bars, never had a problem with them until just 3 days ago, when i bought one and it only worked for 3 days, i know its only 24 hours for returns but come on man, 3 days, never going back

Just bought and could not have had a worst experience. All three workers acted as if they had never done a sale before. Would make rude faces when I asked questions and basically brushed me off with annoyance. Horrible customer service but hey I got a cheap cart, not that they were much help

Went there around, 1:30am, Louie, great service, was a big help with my first time getting a mod and the juice for it, 100% chill and non judgemental, totally recommend, he said he works night shift, so if you need something, night is definitely the time

Disappointing. Truly. Could be genuinely valued at what the overall general avg is but I think its fabrication. Prices are highly fluctuated in nicotine vapes. For no apparent reason. I can’t even begin to follow logic when it comes to their pricing. And I’ve been in the market of disposable vapes for years - in many states. Secondly, and most detrimental to their business, their return/exchange policy of 12 hrs is beyond asinine. I have never come across a vape shop that has a meager 12 hr return/exchange policy. For that, you should just not have one. Or at least make exceptions for faulty products, such as in my case. Bough a disposable hyde vape, 3300 hits, two days ago, and it began spitting and tasting of burning coil. The clerk was all shoulders when it came to finding me a solution for a faulty product. A waste of $22 and a disappointing and misleading experience. Do better mates.
