Dont know anything about vaping or you want to sell my wife vape that look old and its been open and sell it to her for 40$ and the vape she got sell online for 17.99. That sad she will never be going there again.

Update: I just love this place I’ve been coming here since day 1 and it has been just an amazing experience overall from the friendliness of the staff to the detail of the store always neat and kept nice. It makes you feel at home. The huge selection of juices is amazing for everything you need they have it and they will strive to keep you and your vape needs contents. I would recommend everyone to try them out. A+ in my book as it has always been. Keep up the great work! :)

This was my first time at Cloud House, and I have to give them 2 thumbs up. Staff was really friendly. I sampled different flavors of ejuice and Rodney was beyond helpful. Sebastian came in later and he was definitely friendly and helpful as well. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing juices. I came in on business and left as a customer. They have a great weekend special!

Great customer service. The guy at the counter took the time and explained all my options. I left educated. Other shops dont give you the time of day and make you feel like youre bothering them. Not at this place. Highly recommended.

I am a heavy vapor and usually goes through about $400 worth of vape juice every week. I just yesterday, I purchased $189 worth of vape juice. I bought from you the week before and purchase $140 worth of vape juice. I like to use one company so that way they know my flavor profile. You also have some of the best customer service agents there are. . Diego R. Is one of those great employees. He stayed oñ the phone with me for over 30 minutes plus.I o I would have given you five stars except for I have three problems. The first is that I like my juices very very sweet. I usually order a 15ml bottle of super sweet (or whatever super sweet you use) so i can add 10-15 drops in a 50 ml. I asked, since i was almost out of juice, if i could please buy a 15ml bottle so i could add it to the new juices. I tried the juices without it, and they have a good taste, but i simply cannot vape them without the Cap super sweet, or some other sweetener. I have a medical condition which does not permit me to taste certain things, but the sweetness helps. Ill certainly buy it from you and since i am an attorney, you cant be sued for selling a sweetener since its not technically a flavor. I could order it, but by the time it gets here, i will be out of juice.The second problem is that there was supposed to be cool added to four of the juice as follows:. 1.Birthday Sui,t. 2. Cloud House., 3.Blueberry tiredSmasher , and 4. Forbidden fruit . I suppose the confusion was that when i picked out a flavor called additional ape. Im attachoughnut smasher, i said that i hated menthol because it would not match that one flavor. That kAlso, and the biggest problem is that i am missing two juices. , I only received 6.I had just gotten out of the hospital the day priorI hóyesterday and being very tired; i was asleep when my husband picked it up for me since im disabled .If u need any additional information please let me know.I would like to remain a loyal patron , so please ry and fix these issues .

The guys were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I tried about 15 different juices and they were All GOOD. The ones. I ended up picking out were sweet banana and mothers milk and theyre the best Ive had..ever. Theyre sweet and have a wonderful flavor. I cant stop vaping them! They have sales all week long as well. In my opinion, best house Juice in ep, you can tell they are using quality ingredients. Check this place out!

Very courteous and helpful staff. Juice prices are pretty decent. The two house juices I tried (snake cream and strawberry mothers milk) were pretty good. Ill definitely hit them up again.

What can I say? They have some of the really best flavors I have ever tried. The staff is friendly and super helpful they will go out of there way to make sure you leave with everything you need. That’s what I really care about personally, it’s the customer service they provide, it’s definitely very outstanding. I really recommend this place and also it is very well taken care of and super neat, which is something I enjoy. I went in for a problem with my mod and they took their time to see what could be wrong with it and ended up just being the batteries needed to be replaced. At least now I know lol. Will definetly be back!

Pros: They have everything you need and a vast selection of in-house ejuice.Staff are friendly and very helpful.Cons: the in-house juice dont taste the same everytime, there were times the throat hit was real harsh and other times was smooth inhale and exhaleSometimes the flavor seemed dull other times the flavor was a bit excessive.Ive been here enough times to notice the difference in taste.Also the Prices are High!!! I highly recommend to order ONLINE unless its last resort and you need it now.

I cannot say enough good things about this place, upon walking in Rodney was already helping somebody out and she seemed happy, and he let me know that he would be with him in just a second. Do you moments later Ron he was helping me pick out an RDA and I have to say by far one of the best Vape shops I’ve ever been to, super courteous, very helpful , and great presentation with the shop highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get into vaping or looking for an amazing shop!!!

Pretty cool shop, their in house juices are a bit different though, its almost like they dont soak properly through my coils and they hit me and my wife a bit harsher than other in house vape juices Ive tried

I went to Star Mountain Vapor earlier today and was overcharged ($18 ea) for batteries. Something didnt seem right, so after doing more research, I called Cloud House Vape and was told they had the same batteries for half the price! I drove there immediately and bought 4 batteries for the same price as I paid for 2 at Star. Javi was super friendly and answered all of my questions. He wasnt just trying to get the sale. Ive worked in Customer Service for over 20 years, so I know the difference. Cloud House Vape is now my go to for everything vape. Thanks again Javi, you are awesome!

Theyve creatwd house juices that are pretty good and are sold at a great price. Very nice welcoming environment. Have a good selection on premium juices. I would definitely give them a visit again.

Their juices are real rich and a lot of variety but yet very on point with mimicking an actual flavor you may think of! Blue carnival and spaceman cheese cake very delicous!! Oh and the different build you can do with RDAs very outstanding experience you can get with different set up! Best I mean the best in town! Great for advanced vapestas!!!

Ive been to many vape shops in el paso and this shop by far has the best customer service in town. Employees are knowledgable of the products and have great attitudes and personalities. The juices are great and the prices are hard to beat compared to other shops.

Last week I went in trying to get more information on vaping since Im trying to quit cigarettes. The guy that helped me out was friendly and patient when answering my questions, I believe his name was Javi. Anyway, it was a good experience overall, Im currently enjoying vaping and will consider going back for more e-juice for sure.

Javi took care of me of my first time at a vape shop made it easy and he even offered a water. Definitely reccomend this place 10/10.P.S. the vape shop is facing George dieter and not Estrada dr.

Went there just to get some ideas and prices since I’m new to this and let me tell you Arturo from the store on montwood really sold me on the whole vaping very knowlegeable friendly and the store was great various items and juices to pick from I am making this my go to store!!!
