Puff city Smoke and Vape

My regular place wasnt open so I came here. They didnt carry my brand, but still had types to choose from. From what I saw, they did have a variety of selection. Price was the general $50 for what I get and since it was my first time here I got a little percentage off. Once the woman at the counter (sorry I asked then forgot her name!) and I started talking we were able to conversate a little. She was nice and we spoke about the different types and effects they gave. And she told me how she tries to read on what they have and it relieves me when I speak to someone who genuinely tries to learn more about what theyre selling and isnt faking knowledge. I have my go-to shop, but this will be my second choice from now on and Ill probably come back for the brand I got or when Im looking for something new.

Absolutely love this shop! One of the main reasons is the pretty girl Victoria that works there. Shes knowledgeable on the products and is eager to help. Two thumbs up girly!👍🏽👍🏽

After having been to the majority of shops in El Paso, this one is my new favorite. The employee working was friendly and knowledgeable. Their products have great quality. I went in for some vape juice and the prices are very modest. I recommend this shop to everyone.

Best Smoke Shop in El Paso IMO: Let me tell you why!THEY HAVE THE BIGGEST SELECTION OF (YOU NAME IT) AT ZONG.I once went dropped in hoping they sold cigarettes (They Didnt) But I was greeted, who I assumed was just an employee turned out it was the owner. Let me tell you .... I have never left a business feeling motivated and such in a good mood like I did that day. The owner of this business is a humble kind hearted individual whos not just there to make money. This shop actually cares about their customers. If you get a bad disposable (because it does happen everywhere) they change it no question.They help you decide the best product for you, even if it means getting a lower costing product versus higher costing product to satisfy their pockets.I will be a forever supporter of this business.- 915 On Blast

I went to buy a vape here & they are wayyyy overpriced compared to some of the other smoke shops I’ve been to in El Paso. The selection wasn’t very big & the employee I spoke to didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Definitely won’t return.

Absolutely terrible. Over priced and overall bad experience from the moment I walked in. I bought a vape that didn’t work for 35$ and was told I couldn’t test it inside. Super mad I walked across the street and bought the same vape for 20 bucks and got to test it inside. Go figure, bad business practice.

Literally walked in the door with a problem and walked out with a solution. The customer service was remarkable. And the prices are good! Definitely recommend.

I came into the smoke shop and the manager was rude and not helpful whatsoever. She had a really bad attitude I will not be returning. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
