Raven as well as the staff here are some of the most articulate and professional people to work here.They help me with all my vape needs and gice me great details and recommendations.

Came and bought a mod and juice from here and Teresa was the only person working and was so patient explaining which mod would be best suited for me and the difference between salt juice and regular juice! I left not feeling dumb about my lack of knowledge and that I could come here not be judged! Oh… and she was like mad pretty… Please have Teresa send me a fax 🫣

Extremely arrogant and un knowledgeable employee. Went in to see if I had broken a part of the vape or just the clip on the pod. Employee said I had broken both and needed to buy a new vape. Once I get home and open new product I see all I had to replace was the pod. Anything for a sale and they expect you to know everything about their little world because they can’t answer a lot of questions.

Second time here and they always have the best deals & have the best flavors. Jon helped us with what we needed and we were out quickly. Thank you Jon!! 🖤

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sold me juice that tasted horrible. Went back in to at least get a discount on bigger bottle of juice I know I like. The attendant became super condescending and rude, gave me a small discount but gave me juice with zero nic instead of what I wanted. They are very overpriced on their coils and staff sucks. Wish I got his name so I could have posted it here. Screw this place, vapolocity is just a couple stores down and would be a much better choice.

Great customers service, and I love all the disposable favors

The place was great up till about a month or 2 ago. The staff is rude and looks like they hate their life. They have a customer service skills but they are not sharpened. I am a business owner, I dont expect to be treated differently but I literally drive to other locations even though I live on the West side because I can actually have a humanly conversation with kindness at other locations. I will continue to go to the Vapory, but never the west side location again.

Great assortment of ejuice flavors. They customize the nic content which is nice. They also carry lots of coil replacements, mods & other accessories. Their staff is knowledgeable and their pricing is decent. Theyve become our store for all our vape needs.9/10 definitely recommend (only reason its not 10/10 is because they didnt carry the specific pod I needed but thats ok, they were great with everything else)

I think I have had mostly pleasant experiences going here in the past 3-5 years, but for some reason, I am not sure they value my business anymore for reasons unbeknownst to me.On June 19th, 1 of the 2 guys I am used to seeing and working with me, felt it was necessary to talk down to me over my new tank coil burning on me and needing help from him finding their replacement coil, after correcting my faulty settings. Is that too much to ask?Do I need to buy a new top of the line mod kit every week to get good service with no nasty attitude attached? If that’s an issue going forward, I cannot come back here then. Maybe watch how you address customers and keep it mutual. And to think I’ve had very much high respect for you, to disrespect me like that. Too bad.

Went here and SHOWED my device to the employees to get coils. They bring me the coils I’ve been without all day (so all day no nicotine) and I get through traffic to get home only to discover these are indeed NOT the coils I need. Fuming I drive back expect AT MINIMUM an exchange FOR WHAT I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR. Instead? He tells me it’s $2 more to get the right ones. Zero percent chance I’ll be back in this place. I can understand MAYBE that you work AT A VAPE SHOP where ITS YOUR JOB to know what you’re selling, that you made a mistake. Sure. Whatever. The nerve to charge the difference when it was so little is unbelievable. I didn’t even think he was serious at first. So I guess go here if you like having your time wasted then charged MORE like it was you fault.

I must say the staff and overall products an vape juices available are one of the best in el paso if not the best personally I love the elf bars y’all have however some staff not might have all the answers to my questions about the e liquid I’m still giving 5 stars as someone who also works in customer service I can tell you first hand people aren’t walking encyclopedias it’s your own responsibility to do you own research on a product you want to buy however if you could give better training about e juice specifics that’d be great but overall excellent store friendly staff definitely coming back!

Went to the the store on Mesa st in El paso and have been a Vapory customer for over 2 years. I walk in decide I needed a bigger tank. I showed him my mod and he sold me a tank that didnt fit my mod when I asked him if I can change it he stated they dont do returns on buyers remorse. Kinda funny since I had just purchased it a second ago and he didnt explain it wouldnt fit my battery. We think they are the experts and would explin that. I guess he was in a bad mood. Lost me as a customer forever.

Excellent customer service! Got a Hyde Icon earlier, turned out to be faulty, kept getting dry hits after properly preping it.. took it back and the staff replaced it immediately after inspecting it!

The staff is pretty awesome. It feels welcoming and they know their products very well. I haven’t had a bad experience since I’ve been going there and hope it stays that way.

Staff was friendly. But I bought a rechargeable disposable, but it didnt charge. When I asked if they could swap it, I was told I couldnt after 24 hours. I was pretty much told I never know if any disposable vape will be faulty. Waste of time and money. Will not be returning.

The face you see when you frequently visit the store, Raven or whatever the name of the long haired man is with the pendant necklace of a ram in it. Personally sold me a product that wouldn’t fit the mod I purchased. I didnt use it, only tried to put it on, which he also tried himself. He wasn’t able to give me a clear answer on why he couldn’t take it back. Please don’t go to this location if you don’t want to be completely helpless. They’ll take your money without taking care of you. This is beyond buyers remorse, it’s misleading.

Called ahead asking specifically for a certain device, was told they had it in stock. Drove across town and was told they had one the other day when he worked. The guy specifically admitted that he hadnt even bothered to check when I called. His only way to try and make it right was to upsell me to something more expensive than what Id wanted.
