ELGIN SMOKE & VAPE

Got this brand new today. didnt open until i got home because i had to drive. the sealed package was ripped open inside the box. covered in oil. it must new owners or something the quality and customer service of this place has dropped poorly it used to be my favorite vape shop. miss the old guy he was friendly and this kind of stuff never happened before and i am just honestly disappointed. saw the no refund sign in store so i did not see the point in going inside and claiming i bought it like this.

Terrible service. Each salesman gives me a different price on the same product. Its never the same. Today the salesman was so high / incoherent he was just mumbling his words and could barely put the money in the register.

They people working the counter are really chill and ive only come twice for kratom but it was a good experience. Sorry I took so long picking out a brand the first time. I get really anxious in new environments. But this was still great!

Good prices good service

Drove 3 hours, online says open until 7pm arrive at 5pm and doors are locked and place is closed. Wasted trip, not happy and definitely don’t appreciate the misleading info.

Such a wonderful little shop with a huge variety and great pricing. The staff is very sweet and helpful and down to earth. Great people, especially Mothy, who is very well educated on the products and gives great advice.

This is the best new smoke shop Ive found in awhile. Some of the best prices on glass Ive seen anywhere, ever. They have a wide selection of quality glass, delta 8 cbd, and vapes. Service is awesome as well. Both employees i talked to stuck up interesting conversation and Shawn (hopefully spelled that right) helped me fix an issue I had with a defective vape the same day it happened. Great service, great selection, great prices. What more are you looking for?

They advertised Kratom for sale, went in, person at counter couldnt tell me ANYTHING about said product or the differences in the brands. Waste of a trip, will not be returning....

Great variety, great prices, and plenty of unique quality pieces everything you could ask for when it comes to CBD products as well, its really nice and I honestly dont think you can do better.
