This salon is very clean and everyone is so kind and polite. I always hear them greet costumers by name which shows they have a loyal clientele because of their great work. I come here very often. Usually Nini does mynails, but today Julie did them and she was great! She made the experience stress free and offered me a great color selection. She is a professional! I also love that they have a loyalty rewards point program where you can earn a discount on future services.

Definitely NOT a Stella job! So disappointed. I’m usually relaxed afterwards, but not this time as it was done haphazardly. That was a total waste.I went for signature pedicure and gel manicure. The water was cold and the attendant barely massaged my foot. For example, the lotion and creams that came in the package she just wiped them off with a towel. Even the stones weren’t quite warm as usual. She didn’t offer me anything to drink. What’s more, she didn’t offer to carry my things to her station for a manicure.Rather than soak my cuticles, she immediately began with an electric filer while I have short natural nails. She told me my nails were dry and hard 😕 During the manicure she kept tapping my hand and saying my hands were very strong. I’m not sure what that meant, but the result was messy again with polish on my finger tips. See the photos.I really didn’t want to tip her, but she clammed that she stayed a long time, give more. I reluctantly gave 5%.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been coming here for almost a year now and Out of my many years of going to different nail salons, i have never been to a place as this one. The staff is super warm and welcoming, they always give you what you ask for and do a marvelous job, EVERY TIME! Hung is especially great at his craft! Absolutely love it here and i have now found my forever home for getting my nails done. 5 stars all the way.

Just terrible work overall; the lack of precision and craftsmanship is quite obvious. Not to mention when I got home, I had to get a nail cutter and remove particles from under my nail beds and dried polish from my cuticles. Deplorable work. Will find somewhere else.

Great first experience here! Came in on a whim and got the best pedicure ever! I don’t use acrylic on my nails so I also appreciate that they have (and know how to use) builder gel. Great work, good price. I will be returning.

Decided to go back to this salon Again for the 3rd time and it was a mistake. Nina charged me $76 for nails that were messy and just not neat in gentle. I then decided to go back to the salon and have them fix it because it was terrible and she still did a bad job. The green nails are the ones she did the second time. I wanted a refund but did not get one.Update: 9/22/2022 5 days after getting my nails done they started falling off. I would like to speak to someone about getting a refund. The nail was lifting up at the salon and I told Nina to fix it but she did not want to take it off and fix it. I need a refund.

EDIT: Stacy did my nails for my first ever manicure for an upcoming friends wedding this weekend and they look just as I asked for!PROOF THAT MY RIGHT BIG TOE ISNT CROOKED and that the last place I went to did a bad job.The salon is very clean and big. They offer wine and soft drinks while you get my pedicure (not sure about manicure). And the massage chair felt amazing too. Only thing is they use the rasp on your feet. Next time I will probably ask to skip that.Stacy did my pedicure and it was so relaxing and she made me feel so comfortable! She is such a sweetheart too! She made my toenails look amazing! I plan to make a future appointment for my first manicure with her.

I moved from La so I needed to find a nail lady as good as mine back in Cali. NiNi did not disappoint and did exactly what I asked for! I will forever keep coming to her!! She did an amazing job on my nails.

ASK FOR LENA! I have been going to Lena every two weeks for over five years. I have followed her to three salons, and this is my favorite one. The staff is really friendly and funny. Lena does a great job for gel, dip, regular acrylic, and pink & white. I mix it up and she always does a great job. She follows instructions and really gets to know you and your preferences. She is always really understanding if I have to cancel last minute and we can work out a new time over text. Lena is the best! Highly recommend.

I came here without an appointment for a classic manicure with French tips.One of the ladies was available to do my nails, but she was in a rush since another client of hers with an appointment came in.My French tip nails are so thick in width that theyre ugly and comical.I guess, make an appointment when you come here otherwise youll be rushed.I wouldnt have minded waiting until someone who didnt have a client lined up 10 minutes after starting with me.I had to add a clear top coat home so that my nail wasnt rough.They reuse cuticle oil (its painted on instead of dropper) and reuse emery boards. Pretty sure thats a sanitation code violation in Maryland.Oh, and she reused a towel that had an clients nail dust.

The place is decent and staff is friendly and timely. However, they dont use quality products and the application process was not satisfactory. My gel polish came off 3 days after my appointment. They touched it up and two more days it was peeling off Again!! It looks like I got my nails done a month ago, not less than a week (at time of photo). I also had top coat on skin around my finger nails from imprecise application which peeled like a sunburn with pain and sensitivity. Ive never had that happen before.I dont recommend the place or their products.

I’ve been visiting this nail salon for about a year now and honestly it’s best ! Very clean, comfortable and cozy ! Nini has been the person I see when I visit and she’s honestly my favorite! I went to different salon in few past, the place were horrible to me cause I am deaf, they couldnt handle very well with me while I trying types on notes, hardly to communicate, they not even understand english well. One of my co-worker were refer me go to Bellaluxe Nail, This is place is amazing, beautiful inside, I went there for the times, showed them that I am deaf, I feel so welcome there, staff super friendly, easy to communicate, gesture, showed photos what I want for design, communicate via phone notes without any issues, my Tech Nini is amazing, a lot of patience, take times to make sure my nail is look good. I will be back again from now. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Always love my nails! Owners are friendly, and go above and beyond. Grace is my go to girl, but everyone is great. My dip manicures last weeks with no chipping. Pedicures are also bomb.

This spa is beautiful! They have a huge selection of colors in every type of polish, including SNS dipping powder. Everyone here is so nice and professional, but my personal favorite is Hung. I found him about a year ago and haven’t let anyone else touch my nails since. See below for some pictures of his work.

I came in for a dip powder manicure and the owner started to remove my original powder manicure with the rotary or Dremel tool. He ripped up part of my nail!! As it was bleeding he treated it with Styptic powder. I told him I didn’t want to have that nail manicured until it healed. I’ve had my nails manicured for 18 years and this is a first. To make matters worse, by an owner and he charged me. I felt I should have been fully compensated.

I am one of the MOST forgiving when it comes to reviewing service related businesses, but my experience was incredibly disappointing. I had acrylics done and they’re really really bad. The shapes are uneven and since they didn’t push my cuticles back they look 2 weeks old already. (This pic is only 3 days in) My appointment was supposed to be at 6 and I wasn’t seen until well after 6:30. The girl in front of my kept taking pictures of me (which isn’t their fault, but still very uncomfortable). Then when another customer asked where she should sit one of the male workers “joked” that she should come sit on his lap...

Grace was amazing! She took time to sculpt my nails with forms and made them the exact length and shape that I asked for! It was an amazing experience! The salon is clean and was quick to take care of us! Will absolutely be back!

I move around a lot and every time I have to find a new nail salon. I seriously got lucky this time, as I tried Bellaluxe as the first place when I moved to Maryland. I havent gone anywhere else since then because they are fantastic. The salon is always spotless clean, and never overcrowded. I have gotten more compliments on my nails than from any other nail place I have been to in the U.S. I always get excited when its time to get my nails done because I know they will look amazing!

These nails are 2 weeks old, gel, and look amazing! No peeling or fading. I went on a whim because it’s by my work and I’ll go there forever from now on! Nikki did an amazing job!

Nini never disappoints. I have been coming here for a couple of years now and have never!!!! Had a bad experience.

First, Ive only been here once. Second, Ive not gotten a mani & pedi for a few years. With that said, making an appointment online was an absolute breeze. I was immediately greeted upon arrival and was taken to the back to start my pedicure before my booked time. Once in the back, I was given a menu to choose which pedicure I wanted. Unsure what pedicure was in the bundle I originally picked when setting my appointment, I accidentally picked a more expensive one. My fault but the pedicure was amazing. My technician was great. My toenails had gel and my fingernails dip. I picked out this beautiful lilac color. Even showed the tech the color I picked and a reference of the color I was going for. Was assured the color would turn out how I wanted. Unfortunately, they are not the color I wanted. The color used was clearly pink, even though the color code was the one I picked. So I figured it would dry darker, maybe. It didnt. So Im assuming the display nail/color is mislabeled. With time constraints, I didnt have time to get them redone and the shade of pink is pretty. Just not the color I wanted. Now to my finger nails. I had not realized dipped nails would be just as thick, if not thicker than acrylic. I absolutely hate thick nails. They just feel weird to me. Again, this is my own fault. The tech doing my manicure was a pleasant gentleman. Though I believe my manicure was lacking. He did not push my cuticles back, nor trim them. Which is a first for me. I asked for ombre color, purple to white. Which turned out almost all white. To top it off, the cost was $150 before tip ($170 after). It was $95 appointment. The pedicure I picked shouldve made the total only $120. Unsure where the extra $30 came from since I didnt get a receipt. Again, my own fault. Im rating them 3.5 at the moment. If the nails hold up during my vacation, Ill bump it to 4. In my opinion the work was not worth $150. Had I gotten tips, designs, some embellishments...Sure. Considering how simple my mani pedi was, definitely overpriced.

Jenna(I believe is her name) was great.She was kind. She is a little heavy handed so filing was a little painful but she quickly adjusted when she realized she was hurting me. I was really scared to try a new place but I love my nails and feet.

I have been a client of Hung for many years. He is simply the best, and I trust no one else with my nails and toes. He is meticulous, has perfect attention to detail, has a great eye for color and knows my style. He makes great recommendations, is personable, friendly, funny, and a joy to be with. And he is simply perfect with his nail technique. I highly recommend going to this salon and asking for Hung. The salon is immaculately clean, they have plexiglass dividers for safety, and are constantly cleaning while youre there. I feel very safe going there, and my nails and toes always look wonderful!

I always go see Grace, she is patient and kind. I like her because she is always taking her time on me, I don’t like people rush to do my nails when the time is up. To be honest, it is not cheap, we all deserve better service. I highly recommended Grace if you go, she also speak Chinese too!

Decent quality nails - last gel manicure I got from Anni lasted 4 weeks! Was constantly getting complimented.

I had a great experience and I’m loving my nails! Making appointments was nice and simple through the salons booking site and Nini did my nails! The salon is very nice and clean with a great ambience….Nini was awesome; she was nice and gentle when doing my dip powder manicure. She listened when I told her my concerns and what I wanted, and the end result was great. My pedicure was done by someone else, which was subpar. However, I will be back to see Nini in a couple of weeks.

I initially came here by accident but figured I give it a try. The service here is exceptional. I only go to singh at station #1. He’s great! The vibe of this spa is also amazing! I highly recommend

The ladies at Bella Luxe hosted a spa party for my daughter’s birthday. The ladies were playful and professional. The girls loved it! Thank you for the special memories!

I have gone here for awhile and, per usual, I loved my nails!! Only thing is when i had arrived for my 12pm appointment, I waited till 12:45 for it to actually happen. When my appointment did start and the technician had to remove my previous acrylics from here and she was quite rough, hurting my nail bed and ignoring my reaction to the pain. Once she was done, they were beautiful but the tips of the nails were rough and a bit spikey :( Other than that, she was extremely patient with figuring out what length worked best for me as we went along (since i also attend school and needed a practical length) and it was a pretty good experience.

Lena was spectacular. I was way overdue for a pedicure and she did a wonderful job. I will now be a monthly patron. The Spa is clean and beautiful and all of the employees wrre welcoming and kind. Thanks very much!

I think your experience really depends on who you get as a tech. Mine was extremely rushed and over aggressive with my cuticles- I’m still trying to grow out the damage.Plus the entire mail peeled off after one day

Bellaluxe Nail and Spa in Ellicott City is fabulous! Kims new spa is beautiful! I love how the pedicure and manicure space are divided, allowing for maximum relaxation. Kim and her team always make you feel special and your nails always look great! I love the new location to, great parking and it’s near Sprouts and Tuesday Morning. There’s also a reward system which is great for frequent flyers like myself! There’s enough space to bring your entire family! Check us out! If you are worried about social distancing, don’t need to worry here. Kim and her staff have made the space safe!

I was able to schedule a same day appointment today and I love this nail spa!!! Super clean Covid safe and very professional and quality service. They also use new implements for each client. I will be back.

I just moved to the area, and I’m so glad I found this gem! I have crazy work hours due to working in hospitality and I always have to come in late. Ive been going here for 3 years and I love them its never a disappointment.

I started going to this nail salon in April because my go to nail tech (Lee) moved to this location. On my first visit everyone was welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxing. Lee does a very good job on my overlays and pedicures. He listens to what I want and executes in a timely manner. He double checks his work and fixes any errors. Plus he does not leave your hands messy. I would definitely recommend Bellaluxe Nail Salon as it has become my go to salon and I brought my sisters along.

Every time I come here, I leave so happy. Ive never been to a better nail salon. They are capable of doing really cool, complicated designs and have so many little cute things they can glue on top (ie. rhinestones, etc.) The polishes are new, my nails last for more than four weeks. I never have had to wait more than 15 minutes to be taken back. Staff is really friendly and welcoming. Almost every person does a great job. I highly recommend Nini or Sihn.

Do not recommend. Jenna did not listen to what I wanted gave me coffin nails instead of ballerina nails, refuse to fix it removed full acrylics with using another nail instead of soaking them off didn’t want use the color or design I wanted and cut all 10 cuticles on my hand where I’m bleeding inflamed & pain -complained to the manager got a $20 discount. Will not be returning. It took three hours to do a simple French design.!!!!

They gave me a same day appointment, even though I called at the last minute. You can also make an appointment online. The place has a clean and nice atmosphere. They also just got a ton of colors and different packages to choose from. I always go to Stacy ever since she fixed my pedicure that was done wrong by someone else. Stacy is absolutely fantastic!!! I started coming here over a year ago and I wont go anywhere else. She is so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. Each and every manicure/pedicure is done right. She takes her time and delivers a truly exceptional product; you can tell she genuinely cares! You wont be disappointed!

Stacy did my toes and she was excellent! Though the staff seem to be mostly Asian they did not just chatter to each other in a foreign language but spoke to their customers in English in a friendly way. I love my stylist name Stacey. She has been a wonderful stylist and has been doing my services for a year. I brought my daughter to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I think know her name was Ina. Very good stylist who has been there 3 years.

This is my second time at this salon. I had a really positive experience for my first time. Nina or Nini (I think that was her name) did my french full set. I loved them and they lasted well over two weeks. My second time here I went to Lee and I loved my nails. I showed him a picture and he did really well, but my nails started popping off a week after getting them done. I had to glue a couple nails back on. And for $73 that shouldn’t be happening.

I have been going here for over a year and have had such a positive, welcoming experience every time I go. Everything is always super clean. All workers are very nice and professional. I always make an appointment, but they do accept walk-ins. When you make an appointment they are always ready for you. I like that they only work on one customer at a time and devote their full attention to you. I have had dip manicures, gel manicures, multiple types of pedicures and had my eye brows waxed from here. I have taken friends and family with me. They have gotten tips with designs, acrylic nails, pedicures, and waxing. I have never been disappointed. If you decide this is the nail place for you, I recommend you join their reward program. Don’t worry, it’s free and will save you money.

Bellalux is the best. I took my 91 year old mom and they treated her like a queen. Bellalux decor is well appointed, the ventilation system rids the space of chemical fumes, there is a soothing water feature and relaxing music. The staff is the cherry on top! Everyone is so welcoming. You are greeted as soon as you come through the door. The technicians do excellent work making you feel and look your best.

I have been going to this nail salon for some time now and let me start off by saying that they are the best. My nail Technician is Nikki. Nikki is an absolute sweetheart!. She is quick, her work is neat, and always does a great job. This salon will treat you like family. The environment is great, they are clean and well organized. I will remain a customer here for life.

There are some good technicians there, so I visited about 4 times. Unfortunately, this place can be disorganized and the owner has an attitude (he seems to care more about $$ than good customer service). When I took my friend with me, he and another technician treated her poorly (based on her appearance?) Not a good experience at all! We found better salons nearby and will never go back.

Kim does my nails. I had a problem with regular acrylic, Kim researched and found a natural product to use and my hands no longer itch.My hands no longer itch and my nails look wonderful. Thank you Kim.

I am not a pedicure person - first time in at least 10 years. I avoid going because the few times I have been I always felt uncomfortable. Decided to treat myself. This place far exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, beautiful, nice set-up, lots of fun pedicure options, staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, genuine people. They did not just go through the motions - they were meticulous about their work and really cared about the outcome. They didnt shove you out at the end - let you sit there as long as it took for your feet to try in their massage chairs. This place completely changed my view and I will definitely be returning!

Wow! I had an amazing experience at bella luxe nail salon! My appointment was for 3:30 but we arrived early and they were more than happy to assist us immediately, my sister had Anna and I had Nicki. Anna and Nicki did a phenomenal job on my sisters and I pedicures, the atmosphere was very uplifting and relaxing! We spoke with another nail tech named Kimberly as we were leaving, we had an amazing conversation with Kimberly right before we left! I definitely recommend this beautiful honeycomb hideout to everyone!!

I was a little disappointed because I have several employees I work with that told me this place is amazing and they go only there routinely. I had a appt scheduled but I did not request a specific nail tech. Stacey did my pedicure and to start with it was great but then she had a appointment come in that specified her, she told a gentleman who seemed to be running the store that the appointment would have to wait until she is finished and he said she must go talk to her right away. So she had to step out for several minutes which is fine but when she came back she completely rushed my pedicure in which go figure I paid for the most expensive one to pamper myself and it was so rushed I could not enjoy it, all I could focus on was the anxious vibes she diffused to get it done quickly.I also got my nails done, dip powder with gel polish. Kim was the tech who did my nails and I would not recommend using her , rather then focus in what she was doing she was constantly talking to another male employee in their language which seemed they were having a dispute. She also was constantly looking around the Salon and at the front door and it was very disheartening. The work was good though, hopefully it was just a one time mishap that day.

Ive had a pedicure and dip nails done here, and they were done decently well.For the dip: In the end my nails looked really nice. Most of the nails lasted over two weeks. (I chipped one at work a week in but that is an occupational hazard.) The samples in the book for the dip didnt match the color I ended up with particularly well. One thing I wasnt thrilled about was the technician didnt push back my cuticles prior to doing the dip and hit several of them with the dremel while she was working. When I got home, I realized she actually took the skin off in a couple of places, too. The price was reasonable, and I like that they give you a discount if you pay cash.For the pedicure: Both my mom and I had the deluxe pedicure, and it was great. Both Ninka and Grace did a great job. Again, the prices are reasonable and the salon has a very nice vibe.One thing of note: the staff are allowed to be on their phones while working. Both when I had my nails done and when I had my pedicure multiple of the staff were on their phone while working. If that bothers you, then this is definitely not the place for you.

New to the area and have been searching for a new nail place. After trying a few in the area- I have found my favorite place!The spa area is extremely clean and peaceful. Soft background music adds to the relaxing oasis. The massage chairs feel fantastic.My nail technician, Nikki was outstanding. She was friendly and kind. She put in a lot of effort to give me a great pedicure- the massage almost put me to sleep! I HIGHLY recommend her.This will be my nail place of choice !

I don’t get my nails done frequently because I work in healthcare. But I had such a great experience with my nail technician, Nikki. She was very professional, detail oriented, and her personality was so bright! One hour didn’t even feel like a long time because she was so engaging. Definitely will come back to see her.

Ive been in Maryland for 5 years, and yet to find a professional, friendly nail salon. I found it with Bellaluxe Nail and Spa, everyone was friendly, warm and professional. My manicurist Grace, explained everything to me, was very professional, and friendly. My nails came out beautiful, no surprises at the end. I will recommend this place to my friends and co-workers.

This place is very nice and clean but unfortunately they will say they can do designs even if they cannot. I went for my 21st birthday and wanted white nails with gold tips. They put gold foil tape on the tips and it looked okay but came off in hours. I went back the next day to have the gold painted on instead. She wanted to just paint over the foil and I said no and that it will just peel off. So she filed and tried to do just one coat of gold. I asked for a second to fill in the gaps of glitter. After all of it was done it still just looks okay.

I have been coming here since opened this past year in our shopping center and love it! Anni was so precise and has just the sweetest energy. The service is always top notch and the atmosphere is relaxing with the wall waterfall in the manicure room to separate guests from the pedicure area. I also get my eyebrows waxed and love the cleanliness. The icing on the cake is a glass of white or red wine for this mom of three to enjoy a moment - for me!!

I’ve been going here for months and always enjoy the service and quality. I had to share this place with a few of my friends and my mom. All of us go home feeling great about our nails! Every time I come I always make an appointment with Nini. She is such a great nail tech who always satisfies me and helps me choose what design or color I want.

This is my second visit this holiday season. I enjoy the atmosphere of the new salon and the professionalism of the staff. I love getting my nails done and I love to have them decorated with original designs. They truly nailed it “no pun intended” with my Christmas nails. I love love them so much!

I enjoy Bellaluxe, however, prices seem high. Been coming here for a little while now and out of nowhere, I was charged for “shaping my nails”. If I’m paying $53+ for dip, I would expect for “shaping” to be part of the service. That’s a lot of money and to itemize small things like that, makes me feel like it’s not worth the money. I’ve never been charged to cut or file down my natural nails in the same shape they were when I walked in.I am a very understanding person but this doesn’t seem right. I’m curious what shape is included in the dip service because I do simple shapes like almond and square (seldomly)? Not to mention, it’s never told to me ahead of time.

If you want nails popping off or lifting up while on vacation, or you want to be upcharged for services you declined, this is the salon to visit. I first came here May 2021 and all was well, except their dryers are trash. If, like me, you dont want gel nail polish, the dry time is 10x longer than any other salons dryers. The 2nd time (done by Stacy) 2 nails were lifting up within 2 days. I had to return for them to fix it. This last visit I scheduled with Sihn. He is very personable and a true conversationalist. He asked what I wanted and I emphasized several times that I wanted acrylic nails with REGULAR polish NOT GEL polish. I selected white and handed it to him. During the full set, he tried to convince me to do gel and I said NO THANK YOU. I happened to be the last customer and they were cleaning up. I noticed he used white polish, but not the one I took off the shelf. Would you believe that Sihn had the nerve to use gel polish and then charge me for it? So he charged me for a service I did not ask for, along with some other bogus upcharge, only to have 2 nails pop completely off while in Belgium (Day 3 after Sinh did them). Sinh, buddy we shared such great conversation, I told you about my connections to consumer protection agencies, we talked about the reason we have various Federal and State agencies in place to protect consumers...Department of Labor being the one that oversees (you) nail salons in Maryland. Anyway, I told Sinh I will be paying for regular nails not gel. Still, I was so disappointed! I am very big on ethics, honesty, integrity and good service. Unfortunately, Bellaluxe Nail and Spa lacks them all. I refuse to patronize such a business. Dont allow them to chat you up while ripping you off. Take your money elsewhere.

One of the best pedicures I’ve had. They were also kind enough to let me stay longer after on the massage chair as I waited for my ride.

I got acrylic nails and a pedicure from Nini. It turned out exactly how I wanted and will definitely come again!

I have been going to Bellaluxe in Ellicott City since it opened. I have the most amazing acrylic nails, they are super thin and last a really long time. Hung is a genious. I also get wonderful pedicures from Trish and others. I am so glad they have so many services, I get facials, lash tinting and waxing, all very professional. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They are truly the best.

The salon was extremely clean and staff was super friendly and I’d love to recommend this place! The salon is beautiful on the inside and for the most part the service was good. However for the price I paid the next day my feet felt rough still and I got one of the deluxe like pedis and honestly I’m licensed since 2006 and usually do my own but lately I’ve been wanting to be pampered so I’ve been looking for a salon to get a great pedi with a relaxing massage but I did not get that. My polish job it great and the pedicure was ok at best as I said however I got absolutely no massage and that’s the part I look forward to the most. So unfortunately this won’t be my salon home but it’s a shame because I definitely loved the atmosphere and staff but I need my feet to feel as good as they look.

I love this place! The owners are super friendly as well as the employees. The interior looks super nice. I got my nails done there yesterday by Nini and they look perfect. They also do tons of other services such as lash lifts, eyelash extensions, brow tinting, waxing, facials, etc. As of right now they are having 20% off all services. I would totally recommend coming here for beautiful nails!

Bellaluxe is such an amazing and beautiful salon!! Everyone is so friendly, there is an incredible color selection, and the salon itself is clean. I always go to Cassidy and she always does an excellent job! I get compliments on my nails all the time thanks to her :) She is always thorough and effectively communicates with me to understand how exactly I want my nails done. I went in to get a gel full-set while on my lunch break, NiNi was VERY gentle and professional. This is the most Ive ever spent on a full-set but it is DEFINITELY worth it, my nails have never looked this great. Shape and length perfect, did not take super long, and very attentive to my nails. Its been almost 2 weeks since Ive gotten my nails done and they still look practically new and still very shiny. The shop was very clean and clearly abiding by COVID-19 regulations. The ambience of the shop was also very welcoming and soothing, true spa like feeling! Im already thinking about what color I would like next! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you ladies!

My 84 yr old mother Marie Corbett was a long time customer at Bellaluxe Nail and Spa in Ellicott City. Mom passed away on May 9, 2022. The only person who could do her nails was the owner, Kim. When Mom and I would go for a mani/pedi, I would watch Kim take such gentle care for Mom. She showed so much love and patience no matter what mood my mother was in. Kim, I love you and thank you for making my mother feel so special every time she walked in your salon. I also want to say thank you to Nicky for being there for me and caring for me during an unexpected health scare while getting a pedicure. Nicky stood by me, kept me comfortable and even managed to finish my pedi and mani! And, there are so many other wonderful technicians who work there that I cant say Ive ever been disappointed or displeased. I highly recommend that if you are looking for someone to pamper you and make you feel special during your mani/pedi, facial or other spa needs, you will never go wrong choosing Bellaluxe Nail and Spa in Ellicott City.

Will not be going back. Nail tech took the liberty of “removing” what she claimed was an ingrown toenail. Ripped something deep in the nail bed of my toe and did not stop after I reacted in pain. My toe is still painful, swollen and red and looks infected.

She was quick, attentive and if she applied to much pressure, would quickly acknowledge it on her own and readjust.The spa is relaxing and exactly what I needed to unwind.

So happy today. I sat with the gentleman of the house, Mr. Sinh helped me today when I made my last minute appt. request. Very welcoming and receiving to my nail need. Kind and very gentle with my over worked mom, nurse hands. Funny and welcoming like a kind host. Busted out a whole new set for me in a quality amount of time. dealt with my want to change colors, while I was deciding very patiently ( always important in color choice). Totally clean, lovely and comfortable shop.

I get my manicures and pedicures done by Hung every time I go. Not only does he do a great job, he always a super pleasant / fun to be around! The atmosphere is awesome and I enjoy my experience every time I go. I high recommend Hung!

I LOVE BELLA LUXE! I’ve been coming here every time for my nails and I always get a design and they do so well. ANNI is great for designs and never messes up and always goes straight by the picture I show her!

I came in last week which was my first time in this salon after reading so many positive reviews and Haan(sorry if this is not spelled correctly) did my nails he was very nice and did a great job but someone else did the design and top gel coat, the only problem is in less than a week I’m back here again because the clear coat started to become dull and started peeling and lifting on one nail. I also had one nail(different nail) brake by doing absolutely nothing at all I’ve never had a nail break off so fast unless it was a press on. I walked into the Salon today to get it fixed and the woman who did the design last time was really nice and said she could do it, she started fixing it for me but left to do someone else’s nails and told me someone else would come ( and I heard the lady say she didn’t have an appointment) so I was sitting there for more than 30 minutes waiting with little to no care and the customer service was horrible. I asked 2 different people who’s in charge and it seemed like no one knew then they said someone’s coming in 5 more minutes. Lina came to fix my one mail but overall the non-chalant attitudes from the workers there today left a bad taste in my mouth. They acted like I wasn’t there and everyone was walking around me not helping even if they had no customers, they would also laugh to each other about me when I asked to talk to a manager. On my way out they told me I had to pay to fix(not a big deal at all) but it wasn’t communicated to me before, I figured since it was less than a week it would be free. I paid and left because the way I was disrespected today was just really off putting.

Hung is the only one allowed to touch my nails, and he does an amazing job every time! I am VERY particular, and I have no complaints. I love this place! The atmosphere is great and they treat you like family! Do not hesitate, get your nails done here, you wont regret it

I got a facial here (I think it was called Age Smart?). It included a double cleanse, facial massage, treatment mask, red light treatment, and hydrating serum/moisturizer. It was very relaxing! Im not sure what was in the mask or moisturizer, but it left my skin feeling very soft and smooth. I have a few acne scars on my skin and now, days later, they definitely look better! Im definitely going to try to fit this in my budget and try to go on a regular basis!

Got standard manicure, started chipping the first day. It’s been less than a week and most of my nails are halfway gone. Nice service, just wouldn’t go back for a regular manicure.

I giving this place a one star because of how me and family was treated. They actually accused me of not paying $10 when the clearly seen on my receipt that I did. Then try to make it seem like my sister didnt pay her bill and she had her receipt as well. Too pricey and the service wasnt the best will not be returning at all bad business.

Nini did a fabulous jobs on my sns dipping powder ! I highly recommend coming and checking out this place.

First of all I wanted blue ombré nails, when I sat down some dude started doing my nails he was doing the blue I asked him POLITELY “are you doing ombré?” He then replies with a smerky attitude “YES OMBRÉ I KNOW” Like the heck? Then I look at my nails it’s all bulky and ugly I asked him “Are you going to fix this?” He replies with “Yes I am I have to file anyways” I believed him because he’s the nail tech AS SO I THOUGHT, I tell him I don’t like it he then removes the nails clipping them hard and cut me! Soaked my hands into the solution. I’m disappointed tomorrow is my first day of high school and he RUINED IT my nails are a hot mess and all nail places are CLOSED. Never coming back here.

My friend waited 30 mins in cold water for her feet to get done.I had a guy do my nails and they were very bad. Nails were uneven and misshapen.Never coming back. Stay away.

Great place for a pedicure. Yen (Jenna) was very detailed and ensured I was comfortable.

I got a new set last Wednesday, two nails have already popped off and two others are lifting. This is after the one girl made my finger bleed. For the price I paid $60+ you would think they would last more than 5 days!

The online scheduling is great. They do an excellent job of keeping all appointments on schedule. The environment is very comfortable and the employees are all very friendly.

Many techs. It can be difficult to schedule with the best ones. I have had excellent service and some not so good but I go there regularly in addition to a couple of other shops.

I had a hard week and decided to treat myself. The customer service was decent however, I am sadly not satisfied with the quality. While in the middle of getting my nail filed it broke and also one of them have a indent on the side and I fear it may break. Unfortunately the place was closing and my thoughts was this place is suppose to close and we have families to get to, so how can it be fix. In addition, my two thumb nails were not shaped evenly. Again the nail technician was great, but I am sadly displeased.

Do not come here to get your eyebrows done. Over priced and horrible quality. They do not know what they are doing. My sister and I went to two different technicians with the same result.

I usually pay 89 to get my pedicure and my nails done they charge me $130 and it wasn’t explain to me ahead of time I feel like I was taking advantage I hope the business calls me back and gives me a refund but I don’t want to go back up there maybe they can PayPal or Venmo me money because it wasn’t disclosed by the price or will not return and they said the would refund me and never did

They are horrible at doing acrylics. They do not shape the nails properly, the polish application is messy, and the owners are unorganized.

That was happy enough with my nails but not with the attitudes of workers there are very nasty and I thought it was just me until I took an Uber the other day and the girl told me the same thing she had a problem with that same thing that I did a very nasty attitude with the people that work there for example I went to get my nails done and I inquired about the eyelashes I never said I was giving them and the girl sat there I thought she had nothing to do when I was done my nails she takes me to come over to your eyelashes I said I dont want my eyelashes done and she got nasty and said well I waited for you to get finished and I looked at her bosses even say nobody cares theyre all nasty there I can go anywhere and spend my money but I do expect the respect and at the very least I still am a customer
