Doesnt even worth a single star. I bought a vape yesterday, and the vape didnt work at all. The guy who was working told me its not fully charged, and if it doesnt work after charged, he will give an exchange the next day . It didnt work so I went back to the store driving 20mins and they now say no refund no exchange lol. RIDICULOUS. I asked if I purchase item here that actually dont work, then whose responsibility is it? , and they said OH WELL TOO BAD, ITS NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND. PLEASE DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE , THIS STORE NEED TO CLOSE FOR REAL. Baddest experience + customer care I ever had in my life.

Terrible customer service, 70% of the time you will receive something defective, unoriginal fakes mixed in everything beware of fake vapes! You’ll be told to go home & charge vapes if they are “dead” which just means it’s actually broken it’s not the battery they just want your money!!

I’ve been coming here for about two years. When I started coming, great customer service. Now between employees making up prices, charging almost $20 more for something that they sell for cheaper and then making ME verify how much it costs, coupled with whoever this new male employee is who acted like I was disturbing him when trying to spend MY money, just let me know if I should explore other options. Thanks.

I walk in at 10 05 or 10 10 at the latest, I greet the cashier and he tells me the store is obviously closed because the lights are off, mind you, as a customer focused on buying a product and the store hours displayed on Google maps im unconsciously just walking in not thinking about the darkness of the building just the 2 pack of hemp wraps that i want. After that, because Im genuinely confused why Im such a bother for making a mistake and coming in while its closed in reality the employee is late I was then refused business due to being a smart allick for coming in the store while its closed, I know what i did. Supposedly thousands of people do it every day or whatever he was saying and I suggested that if thousands of people are coming to the store and this keeps happening maybe change the time or post a sign that says lights off means the store is closed so it can at least make sense why you looking at people, or just me, crazy when they come in at 10, 10 05, or anytime after 10. Long story short if you want to shop here make sure the lights are on before you go in because the door being unlocked doesnt mean that. Instead of making a scene I just went 2 mins away to tobacco hut which is way bigger and has way more products anyway and got my hemp wraps.

This shop has a nice vibe, great selection on pieces and ejuice, and staff has always been very friendly to me. Maverick in particular (with all the hand tattoos) is extremely knowledgeable, and his recommendations are great. Little hole in the wall and right in between a dispensary and a sandwich store for all your one-stop-shopping needs.

Tho I was ready to do some shopping, I left without buying a thing based on the lack of interest or care I received right off the bat.Having worked jobs dealing with customers, I will often start with a hi, how are you for various reasons. Not expecting them to just open up, but some kind of recognition other than the raised eye brows, blank look, and the huh? I received from the young lady working the counter today.I repeated myself, saying oh, I was asking how your day was going, to which was responded to with another very disinterested what are you looking for. Cmon, really?From there is was a matter of pulling a few more teeth before deciding it just wasnt worth my time.As I mentioned, Ive worked customer service jobs, so I get the you dont know what kind of day they are having perspective, which is in large, why I try to greet people with a pleasant hi, how are you.Maybe Ill try again another time, maybe shell be in a better mood, or someone else might be working who got good reviews above/below.

I went in with my mom for the first time yesterday and the guy who worked there was AWESOME. He helped me immediately and was super personable. They have a huge selection of stuff too. I’ll definitely be coming back!

You guys have a great selection of Vapes and the employee with the ponytail is always really helpful.I do have to say that your website was super frustrating. I found myself scrolling through what it seemed like a bottomless pit. If you guys could put in a search bar or a filter for what I was actually trying to look for, which was a 10 mm male attachment.Hopefully you actually take that into considerationEdit: I saw someone say this is a cool place to hang out. Please dont do this unless you know the employees personally. Imo its intrusive & they have a job to do

Bought a vape on regular basis , they always say bring it back if its not working. I took my first ever vape back to return next day as it was not working and they didnt replace it and said that is not the policy!!!Basically acted like street scammers..i will buy it from dozens of other vape shops around that do replace vape if it doesnt work!!!
