I have been going to this place for years and absolutely love it. Lana is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and always does a good job. The massages are always nice and feel good.

Never been to this location, greeted everyone was friendly. One lady did my overlay and a guy did my paint job. Service was ok would not come back. Overlay with gel polish is $50 😬 application was a Lil bulky and paint job not so good anyway its good enough for right now

It was okay at best. I expected a little more for a $55 pedicure. I didnt get the Calluse removal that was suppose to come with it. We werent offered anything to drink. I expected more for an upscale salon. Overall they were very nice but this isnt on my list of best places. Its very clean.

I never write reviews, so trust me, this place is fantastic!! I’m super picky about my nails because I get regular polish(no gel or anything), and I love designs; a lot of places say they can’t do it or won’t in fear that I’ll come back in 3 days complaining that it didn’t last like Idk that already lol. Anyways, they give fantastic massages, as well as do tremendous nails and eyelashes. A little pricey, but you pay for what you get! The stellar service, superb outcome, and the fact that they deal with me being all over the place, lol, is well worth the extra $5.

I really don’t understand how this place has over 4 stars. I haven’t been there since my last review but seeing all the other reviews really shows that the owners of this salon need to be reevaluated or something because it’s disgusting how people have to go through the ignorance from this dirty salon and pay all that money. And I forgot to mention in my last review that when I took my mom there, it was her first time getting her nails done in a very long time and she had got mold under her acrylic and when she went to another salon to get the nails off the other salon told my mom she should of gotten a refund and someMore stuff. But I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! But I do know of 2 REALLY GOOD SALONS and one is on Glen Burnie called Luxury Nails and Spa and the other one in odenton Maryland called Nails Today! Check them out!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED☺️

I’ve been going to this salon for years and for the most part always had great experiences, however, the last time I went, Kevin (one of the owners) was very rude and unprofessional. He could not do the design I requested and instead of telling me, continued to do sloppy work. When I inquired about the work, he got frustrated and began telling me to just paint my nails one color. I told him no, that’s not what I wanted for my birthday nails. He got upset so I told him to just take off what he did and I’ll go get designs somewhere else. As he was taking off the messy work, he drilled over my skin and that’s when I’d had enough of the unprofessionalism. I had no issue with the additional charges, I’m always a good tipper, even when several people work on me, and I’ve brought many patrons to this establishment based off of my recommendation. I’m disappointment in my experience and unfortunately, will not be returning to spend hard earned money for carelessness and rude treatment. Lana & Henry are still great technicians to work with if you do visit this establishment.

I used to come to Lana for years and I leave for my wedding tomorrow so for old times sake I wanted to give her and her business another chance, but now I know why I stopped coming here. I got there at 1pm for a basic pedicure that took 2 hours than left for 10 minutes and made an appointment for 315 which was only literally 15 min away! I was there by 3:11 and Lana took another client, brushed me off And just said sorry. This business offers terrible services and customer service is trash. But enjoy if you get good service. Good luck in advance. Will never return

Excellent service, friendly staff and my nails are the closest Ive come to how I like them. Ive been searching for a good nail technician in Ellicott City for 9 months. I have tried 5 different salons in Ellicott City and Angel Nails is the only salon who has been welcoming, professional and could actually get a FULLSET done beautifully. High praises for Angel Nails!!! You will not be disappointed with any part of their service.

When I moved to Ellicott City a little over a year ago, I tried several different nail salons before settling on this one. It is very clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing - no big screen TVs! Lana is an excellent technician. The only downside is that I have to remember to have cash on hand for tips (they do not accept tips on credit cards), but thats a small inconvenience in light of the quality service they provide.

I brought my daughter in to surprise her for her 1st set of acrylic nails . They quoted me at $55. We asked for stiletto nails & they said they had them. When he began, I noticed he was glueing square tips on & asked him why He said he will shape them . He then told my teenager it was going to be $80 , not me !! When he finished, some were curved , some were straight ! And VERY thick ! Looked so unprofessional . And they lied that they had the correct tips & they lied about price !! I am sad this was my daughters 1st experience with acrylic nails . When we were leaving , they said this was the 1st time they did this style . Not returning.

Man, Ive been around the Baltimore area for nails. I was flas when I found Angels Nail Day Spa in Ellicott City. They provide great customer service. Stick to appointment times. And Im always happy with my results. They know what I like.

An amazing spot! We happen to run into this place when I was making a Home Depot run. Lynn did an awesome job on my wifes hands and feet and I couldnt be more satisfied with Ann who did my pedicure. Will definitely return!

I was in need of getting my eye brows done and decided why not get pedicure. Niki is my favorite. Very pleasant and gentle. She did a awesome job on my pedi and eye brows. The staff is so nice. Very pretty inside. I will definitely be back

THIS NAIL SALON HAS VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had to argue with the manager because she did not want to shape my nails correctly! This is not the first time I had a problem with this. Ann (nail tech) was trying to tell me how to do my nails instead of me telling her how I wanted my nails done! Why pay money for something that your not asking to get! The manager Lana, she threw the nail file at me because I asked her to fix the shape on my nails that I paid for and got up and walked away.. who tells a customer to file their own nails? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never come back to this nail shop ever again!!!! They CANNOT do nails and very bad at treating customers with the best experience. The type of experience i had today was TERRIBLE and I will NEVER EVER go through that EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I love this place!!! That staff is amazing! They are clean and so talented! All the staff is amazing ! I will never go anywhere else ! You can trust each and every person that works here ! If you want great nails and lashes go here!

Went to the salon with my friend (she wanted me to write this review for her). She got dip powder with tips, and the nail tech did an AWFUL job. Her nails were BOTCHED! There were multiple issues that transpired in the hour we were there--firstly, the nail tech did not seem to know what she was doing with the dip powder and had to ask a coworker how to use it. Secondly, all of the nails were different shapes! They were all going in different directions and were not cohesive at all! The dip powder was way too thick, it looked like giant blobs of ketchup on the nails. During the process, she had to redo a few nails MULTIPLE times, and kept re-dipping the nail like 8 times. The end product was so horrific that we had to go home and fix it ourselves. Some of the nail techs here are decent, however, this one was terrible. I wish I got her name, but she was an older woman.

I’ve been going here for yearssss and it seems as though since I’m a long time client my business doesn’t matter anymore. Anytime i walk in I’m always told to come back later but they take other walk ins , I’m not greeted when i walk in like they do with other customers, it’s a totally different experience . I can feel the energy like I’m not wanted or I’m overlook when i come in . Starting to really question whether or not i should just go elsewhere where I’m a little more appreciated cuz this ain’t it.

First time I went Kevin did my nails, and they were perfect. The problem was during the pedicure. They wanted to do a paraffin wax on my feet, while I was sitting at the hand station getting my fingernails done. Second time I went, I did not get a pedicure for this reason. Someone else did my nails. He was good, but not as good as Kevin. Everyone is friendly, and gentle. I didnt come out with cuts or bruises. Im going to try one more time with a pedicure, and see what happens.

The decor in here is nice and it makes it seem like an elegant place. But a few of the staff are unprofessional nail techs. I went in for a simple gel fill in. I was the only one in and it took over an hour. Not to mention, the man made my finger bleed by stabbing me with his long pinky nail (he blamed it on my dry skin which I just went with) but then he proceeds to paint my nails while there is blood on my nail. He tried to paint around the blood so there are spots on my nails without polish. Instead of wiping it off, he just went with it.

Lana has been lying to Nikkis customers, just to get them to come in and be serviced by her, while Nikki is on break. Shes been saying, Nikki is on vacation and shell be back in a couple of weeks, for more than a couple of weeks. I booked with her, by the way...Not the same quality or care that Nikki delivers. Today, I called and asked if Nikki is back, and got the same line of a lie. I eventually said, Youve been saying that same thing for quite some time...Is she just not coming back??? Lana finally said that Nikki isnt coming back. This is a loss because no one there is as good as Nikki...So Ill be taking my business to Purity Nails, just a few steps down from there. Why lie?

Fantastic secret little charm. Never had a bad mani/pedi. Excellent customer service. Even when busy, they never compromise quality. Online appointments are easy too. Highly recommend!4 months later and still the best place ever!Updated review: still LOVE this place! Great quality and attention to detail. Make sure you tip them well! They deserve it!

I love this place!! I come here a lot and its always good but Julie just knocked my socks off (lol) with the most amazing foot massage Ive ever had.

The staff here is very unprofessional especially T. He laughs at you and talks about you while he is working with you. Speaking a foreign language its not hard to know he is talking about you. If you want to relax and be at peace while getting a pedicure this IS NOT the place for you. They should be grateful anyone supports their business.

Everyone was super nice and the ambience is awesome. You feel so relaxed while youre in there to the point that youd legit just want to sit in there to wind down after a long day. Great staff & service.

It was nice with good service and quality. The people working there were very nice. The only thing that I didnt like was the wait time. Me and my mother had to wait for 1 hour. Other than that it was fine. 🙂

They were so kind, and worked with me on a special that I believe didnt exists anymore(i thought it did at the time). My nails came out really well, and Im looking forward to going back sometime.

Expensively price for the job they do not a great one at that was rushed she finished way 2 fast didnt take her time and ringtones feel off when i left i payed extra 7 dollars for those

She never do eyebrows threading or waxing properly. I tried many times still they never do properly my eyebrows shape is bad everytime, its not free Im paying money right! Felt very bad. Never recommend this place for anyone

Ive been to this nail spa a few times and its been great. Im not sure what was going on with the Cigar shop next door today though because the nail spa reeked of cigar smoke inside. Not cool!

Only place I go to get my nails done. Everyone is kind, the facility is beautiful & very clean! Simply relaxing every time :)

Terrible service The woman who I assume is the owner was teaching some random guy who was also cleaning to do pedicures she did the sloppiest nail job I have ever had my nine-year-old could’ve done my nails better total waste of money will never go there again or recommend anyone to go there
