I was here today, visiting from Florida. Felt so welcome, nothing like the vape stores I have been to at home, the juices are great and cheap. I will definitely be ordering from online. Especially since its free shipping! I was especially happy that they didnt try to push you into buying. They gave space, and I had such great conversations with the associates. Overall so happy with my experience.

The location in white marsh/ middle river has treated me like a valued customer from day one. They have helped me learn building and maintaining of my coils free of charge, have great prices on great juice. Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean store. * * * * * 5 stars in my book.

Every time I order here I have always been pleased. Great price on juices and the customer service has been OUTSTANDING! I have been placing orders online and they always ship incredibly fast. One time they accidently sent me the wrong juice. I brought this small mistake to their attention in an email and the juice I actually ordered showed up in the mail just as fast as when I placed my order. They did not make a big deal about shipping cost or getting back the other juice. This is just good business. They didnt have to do that, but they did and it says something about integrity. I am totally baffled to see some reviews badmouthing this place as I have had nothing but truly pleasant experiences. I will continue to buy here. I love it. Keep up the good work VapeDojo!

I have been to Vape Dojo in Ellicott City several times and it has always been a great experience. As soon as I walk in the door Im greeted and asked, How can I help you today? They have kept me up to date on new items coming out, informed me as to various upgrades, helped me weigh the pros and cons between different models, to find what would best fit my needs. I like having a tank, just fill once and go most of the day, so they encouraged me to get a Kangertech sub tank, since my issue with my previous tank, a Nautilus that had poor air flow and wasnt a satisfying solution to smoking. I love it by the way, and have gone from a pack a day smoker, to maybe one cigarette a day, if any. Their juices are good, service is quick, and employees are very knowledgeable. They listened to me and had a recommendation that fit my personal needs without trying to sell me on a model I didnt need or want, Im giving Vape Dojo five stars. Ive been to over 4 other Vape shops in the area and theres usually is a certain elitist attitude, which Ive never gotten at the Ellicott City Vape Dojo. Thanks guys!

Staff seemed tense when we arrived. And stayed that way while we asked questions about a product that was purchased there a few days before, but had no instructions. I know these places allow for fellow vapers to get together and hang out, but I did worry for the employees and their health with the vapor that was in the place. Better ventilation would be nice in the long run. Appreciate the water cooler. Maybe there was drama that day behind the scenes, but please treat all customers with kindness.

The store is always well-maintained and the employees have always been friendly to everyone when Ive been here. They have a decent pricing range and selection of devices and flavors for a physical location, but as of my last visit the menu could stand to be improved a bit. That said, if youre local to the area, this is a pretty good store to frequent for your vaping needs.

Ive been here a 8 times. Each time the employees were very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are good. They are truthful to they are not afraid to tell you what they h e are clone and whats not so you can get a good mod for a cheap price. The really only major problem with this place it they make there juices. I dont even know if they have a mixologist. But if your new to vapeing this not a good thing. The flavor of you juice will be different ever time. And not to mention you could get hurt one little oops with a dropper full of nicotine could be your last vape. But non of the less good store

These guys are awesome. Great customer service, advice and Taylor has even helped me with Tech Support which is clearly not part of his job. If they dont have something, theyll order it and call me when its ready for pick up. Taylor knows my taste and his suggestions are always perfect.

I have been a customer of Vape Dojo since they used to be around the corner (same shopping complex) which is quite some time ago. The reason why I continue to shop there is for the outstanding customer service. For a while, I have been helped by Tyler(Ellicott City location) who not only is very knowledgeable about the products available, but has a kind and friendly, yet professional demeanor. When the pandemic first kicked off, he was making deliveries for the company! He is a awesome representation of the organization! Vape dojo has kept me from my pack a day habit for almost a decade. This makes them essential, as this promotes a healthier alternative to smoking. Thanks a zillion VapeDojo!

Im new to vaping. When I went in the first time, one of the employees sat down with a couple of new customers and explained their equipment in detail, so I listened in. When I felt like I had the gist of it a different employee rung me up and filled my Evod for me so I could see how it was done, and gave me a few tips on maintenance and cleaning. Every time I go in, theyre relaxed, friendly, and helpful. Its a small store, clean and well-organized, and I feel like Im getting reliable products whenever I make a purchase. So far, no disappointments!

The staff is knowledgeable of product (beginner and advanced). They have an expansive eliquid line that you can try before you buy - with a flavor for every pallet! Good folks that are supportive of the vape community w/ some of the best online/vendor prices available!

The only complaint Ive ever heard is that the people arent nice but Ive had nothing but the best experiences here. Those who havent had great customer service- these people deal with people all day, just cutm some slack.I got my first decent vape here, (beyond Blu/gas station vapes). They started me off with a plain and simple starter kit. Im using twist/variable voltage batteries with Kanger Aerotanks now (the high end of the non-mechanical vapes).They have a selection all around and the best store-made juice around. They use high quality ingredients that are actually pharmaceutical grade and Kosher. I know when I buy my juice here that Im buying a clean, good quality product without any funky stuff.They have a great selection of batteries, tanks, and mods to suit your personal preferences. The prices are unbeatable, and they range from very affordable to very expensive, but never overpriced. Ive shopped around, compared prices, and these guys are righteous. From juice, to tech- their products are solid and their prices are generous.This is hands down the best vape store around.The only thing I could complain about, but is not necessary, is them not having an herbal selection- like adapters for herbs/flowers, oils, and waxes (stoner stuff) These peices can be found at headshops. But Buy your battery here! Best prices, and best quality around!

Ive been there ever since they opened up in Ellicott City. Well, it is good to have a vape shop in the area, however, it is NOT a place to go, if you want to be treated like a customer. They are one of the most arrogant and not-friendly retail shop Ive ever been to. First of all, if you are looking for a hassle-free return for reasons like, Sold you a pack of replacement coil, with NO coils in them. Be prepared to get treated like a lying piece of garbage. Yes, that actually happened... Also, if you are just doing a quick stopping by to pick up their not-so-good juices, be prepared to start begging for a proper service. There are many stories of ridiculous customer services from my buddies but I wont open that can-of-warms as if I did, I wont be able to finish this review today. Yes, they are THAT bad. So in overall, they will sell you knock-off items, sub-par juices (some vapes like straight up S***) and even better, treat you like crap. If you do like any of the listed things, please visit. If not, just stay away.

This Vape Dojo location used to be one of the 1st vape stores in the Columbia/Ellicott City area. Back then they had good deals, tons of flavors, and knowledgeable employees. A couple of years past and not being the only show in town, this store has changed somewhat. I understand that it could be government regulations or other uncontrollable factors, but now, I only go to this location only if Im in the area. Too bad...

AMAZING PLACE!!!!I went to vape dojo from a recommendation from a trusted friend. I have been a long time cigarette smoker for over 18+ years. I was looking to make the switch over to vaping and didnt do a lot of research on vaping prior before going to vape dojo. I walked in and was greeted instantly by one of their employees. I informed them that I didnt know much of anything when it comes to vaping, and if they could pretty much explain everything from the beginning.I was extensively explained all the differences in all the mods, tanks, batterys, charges, juices, etc, etc..... I was thoroughly impressed by the wealth of knowledge the employees had. They were able to describe everything in laymans terms, to a person like myself who didnt anything at the time. They never pressured me into buying anything, but did make recommendations on several products that they for sale in their store. They also didnt recommend anything that was the most expensive. I dont like to be pressured into buying the most expensive thing off the bat. I asked several of the employees what setup they were using and why. With their reasonings, that made a lot of sense to me, I decided to give them my business for my first vape setup.In the end I walked out with what I thought was a great deal, amazing customer service, and now have been cigarette free for two weeks. I dont think this would be possible without their help and recommendations on the correct product for my needs. I have been back several times since to purchase juice, and have been treated with the same great customer service every time.The only minor negative thing I can leave about vape dojo, is that there isnt more of their stores throughout the US. I really wish their selection of juices and accessories was available to me in a brick and motar store in Georgia. Im currently working around the area for a few months, and will be returning to Georgia soon. I will definitely be ordering my accessories and juices through their website once I am no longer in the area of their stores.Once again thank you vape dojo for everything you do! You guys are amazing!

This place knows nothing about customer service, and the inventory is about twice as empty as the owners bank account is. Overpriced low quality products are available at limited selection - pretty sure they’re Ebay products rebranded. There’s plenty other shops around the area, ones that don’t buy fake Yelp/Google reviews, and carry better priced better quality products. If anything, avoid wasting money here, Mean Street Vapor is pretty close and are more professional.

Pretty great experience every time weve been here except that their whole internal computer system is screwy. They wont recognize the loyalty account EVERY time we go in and their credit card reader NEVER works. Its all just really unprofessional and really undermines the staffs great one on one sales and interpersonal skills.

I came here today with few of my friends, not knowing what to expect besides the mundane, usual vape shop. It was neither mundane, nor usual in any way. The customer service was great. My friends really enjoyed the selection of juices. I, personally, enjoyed a few of their employess. Kat was outstanding, stood out in the crowd and was able to answer any questions i had. If i had to recommended any vape shop, it would be it would be the vape dojo in ellicott city! I cant wait to go back!

This is a nice little vape store. The prices are very fair and the juice selection is acceptable. I recommend many new vapers to this store as they will go out of their way to make sure you understand how to use the product that you are buying so you will have success with it. The customer service is top notch. In 4 weeks Ive quit smoking and have amassed quite a collection of cool vape related gear. These guys sold me my first Evod starter kit and now I have Evods, pro-tanks, VV mods, VW mods, and a newly acquired natural mech mod that I love. My only knock on the place is they have a poor inventory management system. They are constantly running out of stock on several items. Im sure that this is in part due to their low prices. I went in a few weeks ago and the shelves were almost empty.

Juices were usually good, and Id love to be able to shop here. But one of the managers is visibly shaken every time i walk in, regardless of what Im wearing. Just about nothing is ever in stock though besides the juices.That, and they are discriminatory towards my gender and religious practices. Going so far as to cite nonexistent reasons for me not being allowed in. Id prefer they just straight up tell me that i bother them instead of making feeble excuses.Id bring this to the county, but its just not worth it to shop there. I feel more welcome at most every other vape store in the area.

Been going for years.I love their Ten Buck line of juices. You get a BIG 60 ML. bottle for onky 10 bucks and the flavors are great.Everyone there is cool and knowledgable about vaping equipment, juices and the industry in general.Definitely a great little vape shop...

God, I love this place as well as the workers here. I visited this place for twice. For the first time, I tried to get e-juices. They allowed me to taste as many as I wanted, and I got vape dojo jen juice, 12mg. It is awesome juice that has decent mint mixed with fruits. It reminds me a bubble gum I loved when I was very young. vape dojo juices have very good prices; for beginners, they are very good choices.Today, I visited there for 2nd time. My gf wanted to start e-cig, too so I took her there. She got kangertech evod. I myself purchased innokin cook fire 4 kit. Trust me, even if it depends on products, their pricing does not have much difference from online sale prices. Thats why my gf and I purchased today.They explained the instruction very carefully, showed us all demonstrations. They are very friendly and nice. No forcing, nothing. My gf and I also enjoyed their lounge. All the charging devices and ports we could use, and nice couches. I read some negative reviews about this place, but for me, vape dojo gave me a wonderful time.

Two guys named Mitch and Michael helped my friend out, you feel really welcomed. They have really good Vape flavors for not bad prices! The staff there is great.

Favorite vape shop to go whenever I need anything vape related. If my wifes device breaks, we go right there too see what we can salvage and what we need to buy. The staff is very helpful, and very very friendly.

WORST customer experiences I have had in a long time. Also seems like they are buying fake yelp reviews. The (tall guy black hair) employee just ignored me until I asked him if he worked there. He just said Yes. then walked back to the corner of the store. I asked to see some vapes and what are the differences. He answered every question with just a yes or a no. Then I had to force answers out of him. I had money in hand and wanted to buy a big tank vape they had but the guy couldnt be bothered to take them out of the case so I could see them. What an a hole. You can tell which reviews are the real ones because they are all like mine. I wish there was an option for 0 stars but on second thought 0 is not low enough. Its like he was trying NOT to sell anything. Every question was answered with a yes or no then he would walk away and seemed to get irritated that I wanted to buy something. If you are a sales person and you want to see how NOT to make a sale talk to the tall guy there assuming he acknowledges you exist. Go somewhere else this place sucks balls. I never write reviews but I want to warn people not to waste their time. How the hell does this place stay in business?

I will say that I used to be a loyal customer of the Vape Dojo until I came to find out how shitty their return policy really was. I bought a Aspire Nautilus that fell apart on me the first day I had it. I filled the tank and tightened the ring when the air flow ring popped up and the tank came a part in two. The glass part of the tank fell off and shatters and the air flow base on the ring goes off and springs go every where . This thing was IMHO a defective POS. The manager behind the counter basically tells me that the ring is still functionally good even though I have to hold it up to get proper air flow and I can order a stainless steel tank on ebay to cure the broken tank. The reason they gave me was that they could not do anything with it due to it having been used with juice and they could not resell it. I said that the unit was defective why would your ability to resell even matter . The manager gives me the well sense it had juice in it we can not return it.Well considering how much I spent with them sense I found the Dojo in February ( SVD mod, Hgar Nemisis clone, Igo W3 , 20 feet of wire Smoketech RSST tank , wire and mesh for that , and 4 or 5 aerotanks that I gave out to people starting out vaping as gifts, plus other misc items wicks ext) I find that they would throw away that level of customer loyalty means I did not matter to them and to be treated like I was trying to rip them off when I just wanted a replacement to a defective product is a problem . I have gone from being one of their avid supporters to wanting nothing to do with them ever again. I will shop at places that value my business and will reasonably guarantee their products , neither of which Vape Dojo does. If you do go into their just know that it is going to be buyer beware and that is just how it is.

For a self proclaimed “expert vape store”, the only thing this store does expertly is placing their brand stickers on low quality products IF they have any products in stock. The employee was as helpful as a rubber chicken. Everything that was in stock was marked up quite a bit, would recommend mean street vapor, or any store other than vape dojo.

I have received nothing but great service from the staff and their prices are good. When I was a noob to vape they took the time to explain everything in more detail than required to make a sale; that showed me they care about service and as such I have recommended them to everyone I know who used to smoke.

Great people, they helped me with every my every need. I started to go back more and now theyre family to me. Honestly, havent met anyone more down to earth than these guys. And the best thing about this shop, everything is cheaper than most stores if you want to price match.

*This review is for the Hampstead Vape Dojo as well*I love this vape shop, it doesnt get any better when it comes to quality of the juice, flavors and price! I mean come on where else are you going to get high quality juice that is made right here in this country, in there own lab, (not in someones basement) and most importantly you know what your getting because the bottles are clearly labeled. Did I forget to mention that a 15ml bottle of juice costs only 5$.... And I know what your thinking why is it so cheap... Because they cut out the middle man (Genius) instead of having to pay someone else to make there juice and all the fees that come along with that, they simply cut through all that b/s and make there own.YES I recommend them! Your crazy not to give it a try. Iv been vaping for about 4 years now and have been to so many different vape shops, but i was never satisfied. I was tierd of spending 15 to 20 dollars for a bottle of juice that was most likely going to get thrown out after a couple of days. Thank God I found this vape shop.I lived in Maryland my whole life up until about 6 months ago when I moved here to Minnesota and I still will only purchase my juice from them, of course now its online but it beats the hell outta the alternative.As a loyal & longterm customer, I just want to say Thank You Vape Dojo and everyone that works for your company. This place has good stock, but the customer service is terrible. The employees are just plain jerks. Currently looking for a new place to shop for similar products because these folks arent at all the people I want helping me. Three stars because they have a good stock. Cut two stars because they just dont care about people who know about vaporizers.

They arent the friendliest to those who are 18 years of age. Not very experienced with what they are doing. I like to get high end juices and mods and almost everytime I have gone they didnt know how to help me. I do not recommend experienced vapers who like clouds and powerful mods do not go to Vape Dojo. If they had people who knew what they were doing that would change this score to at least 3 maybe 4 stars.

I left a 5 star review earlier today because Id never received anything but quality service. But tonight I had to argue with a manager for 20 minutes to replace a faulty piece of equipment that I bought two weeks ago. Their policy clearly states Refund/Exchange for any faulty equipment sold within the last 30 days. His reasoning was Because I havent seen it before.He then tried to refuse me service for making them honor their policy by proceeding repeatedly ask me to leave even though I wanted to make a purchase. The only reason Im leaving it at three stars is because one employee treated me reasonably and with respect and allowed me to complete my purchase, maybe hed make a decent manager. Whoever the manager was tonight was increasingly unprofessional, didnt have any idea who to contact (as a manager you should know who to call) and gave me an attitude when I told him I was unsatisfied. After I repeatedly said I wanted to make a purchase it appeared to me, and as other customers said, that he was throwing a fit in the back.

They are always friendly and welcoming. If you ask for advice they give it to you honestly and dont try to just get a sale. Theire prices are very reasonable compared to other vape shops.

I go out of my way to shop at this location.. Always very friendly, and Im in and out in less than 2 mins.. I highly recommend. They even jump started my car when it wouldnt start!! Charlie Noble, Ten Bucks and Jam Monster and great people? Why would you shop anywhere else??

Really disappointed that I spent a lot of money on an HCigar Chi You and an Aqua only to find out they are Clones and not the real product. They advertise it is real with a sign that says HCigar... I looked at a lot of their products and found while they have signs up saying real and such. Almost all of their stuff is fake and clones. When I asked the owner why he sold clones and didnt tell people he only said.. We dont have to tell people they are clones and not the real product. I asked for a refund because he sold me something fake... He said no since it was a week old and used. Be sure you look at what you buy and research it. When you pay a lot of money for something advertised you expect to get what you pay for.

My first impression as i pulled up was dirty, pulled up and an employee stepped out of the door blew a snot rocket right next to the door, wiped his hand on his jeans and went right back in.Horrible customer service, went in trying to learn but everyone seemed to be in a bad mood. Went in not knowing much and was trying to get help to fully understand some of the things they had, but got no help at all. Even when I asked several questions, the guy I spoke with never fully explained anything and made me feel like he was just trying to get me to buy something and go. His face and tone of voice made it seem like he was uninterested in what I had to ask. Will not be coming back here again!

Cheap prices- mom was rite - you pay for what you get ..!Unfortunately Ive tried couple of kits that are online but none are good at all.....especially this -broke after 3 days- Atomizer gave up on me....Near my house but ill never buy there any more.

Ive been going to Vape Dojo since they opened. The shop was overcrowded when they first opened, but thats the only bad thing I have to say. Ive always been treated with courtesy and respect, and Ive yet to find another shop with juices that I like better.

Great place to buy overpriced vape products, george (the sales associate/half baked celery stick) openly said he enjoys the buzz of paint thinner and to no surprise was buzzed off his balls while helping me and my girlfriend out, from dropping every vial of liquid he picked up to forgetting to give us a receipt, best of all, his speech difficulties make it strainous on his very few capable brain cells to keep up with basic employee-customer interactions so he’ll blankly stare until he has comprehended a 2 word response. Again fantastic place if you want to buy overpriced vape products with 1/3 of the selection of any other store.ps: The things they sell can be found online at amazon for a quarter of the price

Ordered a couple of simple things around the 5th and as far as I know are not even shipped yet. They conveniently dont show the tracking information so that they can blame it on USPS if my order does not arrive. I sent in a customer service request for my merch but of course no one has bothered to reply or handle my case. I spent close to 60 bucks.

Great place and people. They do have a tendency to run out of some products quickly. This isnt a big deal, but you cant call them to check inventory. No one ever answers or the call simply doesnt go through. Ill only go to this location if Im literally driving right by.

Horrible! Ive only been here a couple times, but everytime i go here, they never have Freemax mesh pro coils, they only have single coils and when you try to call them before going, no one ever answers the phone! Very bad for business! Guess its time to just move on from this place all together

A while ago I gave this place a review that wasnt very good. Recently I went back to buy a couple things to find that the place had been revamped. The employees were really knowledgeable and friendly and I saw that that their stock had improved dramatically.

Taylor was extreme knowledgeable of the products and their use. Wife variety of product for purchase and testing. And yes they have flavors. Many choices.

Went there today to buy a kanger evo2. These guys are super friendly and very helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions with detail and showed me everything. I would highly recommend these guys. I will probably go here from now on exclusively.

A great place to pick up vape juices. They frequently run specials and their own line of juices have lab reports so you know what youre inhaling.

The fluid has no flavor, i guess thats why the prices are so low. The employees are rude, especially the guy with the the snakebite piercings. Ive tried this place a few times and I will continue to do my shopping online. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The red haired girl at the ellicott city location was really rude and sarcastic. Used to shop here quite a bit but never again there are too many better vape shops around dont waste your time or money

The hardware selection is rather limited but they have some really good juices and it’s a pretty comfy little store.
