Purple Greens Vape & Glass Englewood

Bought a Carta 2 from these guys, and it is incredible. They have everything!!! I asked 1000 questions and given other information to look up if I had questions at home.If you like Kratom they have an amazing selection of tons of types! Highly recommend these shops. Austin, Fyn, Raven, the whole crew is amazing and patient!I have bought my Carta from their other location and a bunch of accessories from all their other stores.They also have a slew of vape mods, big and small. They got me set up with a geek vape ecig mod thing, and its been a game changer. I listened to the recommendations and was extremely pleased. They also have some very unique dab equipment of which I havent found anywhere else yet. I found this eyeball guy in the pics and had to keep it by my setup!Seriously, if youre on the fence, check this place out for yourself. Great glass, amazing staff, and very knowledgeable about their products. From Kratom to glass, they got it all.10/10 would recommend. Thank you all for all you do and I will certainly be back!

Bought a pen on Friday 4/19/24 under the recommendation of the worker there.On Monday 4/22/24 my pen needed to charge. After unplugging my pen from charge it completely disaggregated. The insides came out. The power button unhinged itself. It would still charge but completely non functional.I decided to go back on the same day and luckily the same person that sold me the pen still there. A guy with the hipster beanie and a full beard. He immediately dismissed my claim with little to no investigation and accused me of sabotage.Because he owned the pen for the last 3 years I guess it made him an expert on the matter. Then he kept the broken product... I supposed I just made a donation to the store then. To think I ripped him as well. No refund no exchange just extremely unprofessional customer service. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone.

Disappointing experience today to say the least, older bald guy working the register was very rude and patronizing when I tried asking questions, I tried being friendly and striking conversation and was completely ignored. Usually have a great experience at this shop with other employees, but an experience like this makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Old bald guy with glasses is rude and dismissive, my roomate and I were taken back they way he talked to us. Also likes to blow his vape right in your face!!!! Terrible experience which is sad because I’ve been here many times before and there is some cool people here. Not like this jerk

Wasnt very impressed with the prices, Geek Bars were $36 and change which is too much. Therefore I would guess everything they have is overpriced. But the customer service was good.

Sold me a faulty Terp slurper, came back within 10 minutes and they wouldnt give me my money back or an exchange. Out $30 for a useless piece of glass.

This is my absolute FAVORITE vape shop in town. I’ve been coming here for about 6 months and the staff is always EXTREMELY helpful.I’ve gone in a handful of times not knowing what I wanted and left with some of the best recommendations I’ve ever gotten.I now have new favorite flavors, and I’m always recommending this shop to my friends.Stop reading, and just go in! I LOVE this place! I am so happy that Purple Greens is within walking distance from where I live and I no longer have to drive a long distance to get what I need! They have EVERYTHING and then some with an awesome selection. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with their prices. Sarah was AWESOME with assisting me and she had a great attitude (unlike others at different companies). I appreciate her bubbly, fun personality, and her enthusiasm in her job. I will never go anywhere else!

This is my go-to spot for my vaping supplies since it is reasonably priced and has a wide selection of juices and vapes to try out. They also have an amazing variety of kratom! I have to mention how friendly the staff is, and their willingness to help find what youre looking for.

Stopped here randomly and now have my favorite new vape shop!! Austin was super patient with my millions of questions and helped me pick out exactly what I was losing for and for half the price I expected to pay! 👍🏼😄

Got to say super helpful staff was recommended there for kratom got a kilogram for $100.00 best price Ive seen since moving to Denver two years ago.

I usually go to the Peoria location off Arapaho. I have been a loyal customer to this place since it first got started and it’s nice to see how far they’ve come. They have the best selection of Kratom I’ve ever seen. Sarah is awesome!! She is very professional and knows her stuff. Thomas is pretty cool too! Lol. I would and DO recommend Purple Greens and Aurora Head shop off Hampden to friends all the time. Great shop, great products and great staff!! Keep it up guys/gals!!

If you need something for a vape I would not recommend coming here! The gentleman working the counter has no idea what he is doing. I came in to get a coil and he asked me to remove my coil from the tank because he could not tell what kind of coil it was. That should of been my sign to go somewhere else, but i was needing a new coil and on a time crunch so I had no choice. After looking at it he handed me a coil and assured me it was correct. I went to replace the coil and it was the wrong one. I went back to the store and the guy found my right coil but still wanted me to pay for it otherwise he said he would have to pay for it. I left and am now out $6 and still no coil. Go somewhere where they actually know what they are doing.UPDATE: So shortly after writing this review I went back and told the guy what he did was wrong. He gave me a coil that fit, but it was still not the correct one. I guess beggers cant be choosers.
