Best manager on earth. Great guy, super helpful, and always has a solution. This has been the only vape store Ive been to for the past 6-7 years. That should speak volumes about what I think. Selection of juices and devices wont have you leaving empty handed. All in all, its a great store, I love that its based locally.

Friendly staff and good service. They are always welcoming, even if theres a ton of people in the store. They also give some pretty good suggestions on juice, and dont try to sell you overly expensive products. On the contrary, they recommend deal juices and tell me about sales every time Im in there.One star off because they are always out of stock. MGMT, give these guys more product!! They can sell it!

Inno-vapor has been my go to store for vaping needs.Their staff is super knowledgeable and always willing to help with questions about devices. They have some great juice recommendations and decent pricing on devices.

These guys are great! Every time I come into their store they greet me, even if theyre busy!Great selection of juice that most other shops dont have. All of their devices are from established and trusted brands, and the employees are well informed of every feature on every device.Will be coming here from now on!

I cannot speak highly enough about this store and its employees. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, especially Belle. She is very knowledgeable and I always appreciate her honest opinion and advice. You can tell that customer service is definitely a priority of hers, as she seems to know every one of her customers names and favorite juice. I have shopped around and the product selection, prices, and staff here at innovapor are just the best.

Stopped in today for my first time and Im glad I did. Brandon and Bell were super friendly and helpful. They made some really good juice recommendations. Im currently enjoying the vanilla custard tobacco, its delicious. Cant wait to try the others. This place is great.

Bought a battery on 11/12. The button stop functioning. Brought it back in to get a replacement but the guy wouldnt let me bc I didnt have the box. I showed him proof of purchase on my phone. Would not recommend.

The best juice on the Planet! Every time I visit the store it exceeds my expectations. Belle is wonderful! She makes the experience that much better. Its so important to have someone who knows exactly what youre looking for! The prices and customer service are unpapalelled! Thank you Belle!

I have to say I was a little Leary...I bought a pen and it had issues...one of the elements didnt work on my pen and the battery didnt last for more than 2 hrs( not constant use)...took longer to charge than it lasted...Its less than 24 hrs old!... I took it back and they really took care of me!! Changed out my battery with a better one and gave me a whole new atomizer ...basically a whole new set up! I was surprised and overjoyed that they took care of me...I will go back again..it a great place..thank you!!!!

Old post- I only go here. Great staff and very knowledgeable. Reasonably priced and a wide array of flavors.Edit- This place has changed. prices are high and they told me juice head went out of business 2 years ago... I dont see any information backing that up and I can get it at other shops. Other employees have said pricing was an issue and they werent allowed to sell it. Either way, I only go here now if I really need something.

This is by far the best shop Ive ever been to. Their house juice is awesome and they have super helpful staff. I went in because my vape stopped charging and even though I was out of warranty they gave me a replacement unit. I want to give a shoutout to Belle who was amazing. This will definitely be my new spot.

This is my go-to vape shop. They have the best prices, the store is extremely clean oh, its easy to find what youre looking for, they have a wide variety of Vape juices, and a pretty decent variety of vape mods. The staff is always friendly, quick, and willing to help. And signing up for their little Rewards program or their little stamp card is actually a great idea. I went in one day to get Vape juice and found out that I had a $10 off discount so that was pretty awesome and it was all because of the stamp card if I suggest that if you go in you get it

I have been going to this shop for around 2 years and would never go anywhere else. They have great prices on juice and accessories etc. But the real clincher for this store is the excellent service. Everytime I go in the staff is extremely helpful and patient and will work with you for whatever you need. I once went somewhere else due to the late time of night and that was a mistake, this place is awesome and my only go to!

This company has come along way in their customer service. I just purchased a subox starter kit and could not be happier with it. George, the manager, was more than helpful in explaining the the products. I had a lot of questions too. I wont be going anywhere else for my vaping needs. Top notch guys!

Every time I walk into the Englewood store I feel more than welcome. Awesome place. Order my supplies on line. When I am in a pinch, I always find what I need here. Staff is very friendly & helpful. They r usually running some kind of special on liquid. Bonus is there is a liquor store next door. Can kill two birds with one stop!!

My go-to vape store - excellent top notch customer service throughout the whole staff including Brandon for staying open an extra few minutes one day when I was in a pinch. Whole staff is great and Belle is fantastic always she knows exactly what flavors I like etc

EDIT 10/25/17: Ive been here just short of a dozen times now and every trip has been great. All of the employees Ive interacted with are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And not that Id care if it were the other way, but they all appear to be genuinely happy to be there and help out. Its much appreciated, and allows for a pleasant browsing experience. Thanks again!Walked in, told them I was starting out, and looking to buy my first vape kit, made it known I was a newbie, etc. Gentleman named Dezzie (sp?) and a gentlelady I didnt get the name of held my hand thru entire experience. Answered all of my questions very patiently and I walked out spending almost $200 while being very satisfied with my purchase. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted, and they helped me exceed that. I look forward to going back and trying new juices, and maybe getting some help changing my coils for the first time :) !! Thanks again for the great and friendly service!

This is my Favorite Vape Shop in the entire Metro area. This is a very knowledgeable and extremely helpful Staff. Five stars for sure. The little short young guy that worked today was rude and unprofessional. Ive frequented this shop often in the past not because of their great selection but because its less than a mile from my home. This particular experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth, figuratively speaking and I wont be going back. The employee was so rude and even made rude comments as I was leaving All over a $4 charger Id purchased less than 24 hours prior that was dysfunctional. I could buy every charger in that store it was the principal.

The 1st vape store I ever went to was vaportech and I couldnt believe how terrible the customer service was. The employee would talk down to me when responding to my questions. As if he were better than me for having more knowledge about vaping. Inno-Vapor was the complete opposite. Very friendly, helpful and gave good advice. I will definitely be back!

I recently just purchased a vape from this location. I am not excited about this vape pen but I was super impressed with my service. We talked about different juices and when I purchased my vape he set it up and walked me through it. Overall service was 5/5 I would definitely return to this location for my vaping needs. I do however need to get a new pen as this one doesnt work well for my tastes

Ive been to a lot of different vape shops and also a few head shops that claim to be vape shops and this store definitely has my loyalty. The employees dont try to oversell you on anything; they suggest you what would suit you the best. Honest people who actually know what they are talking about when it comes to vaping. They always have fresh new juice and equipment. Recommend to anyone who wants to vape and enjoy it!!!

First time to Inno-Vapor and I must say I was impressed! The employee I worked with was Nate and he did a great job getting me into my first vape and I must say I love my Pocket-X. Nate was extremely helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions. I will be back!

DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! I find it funny how the owner finds it necessary to do a poor review on his competition next door and then advertise his shop on that review. The vape community is about helping each other and not bad mouthing competition. Because of this and the fact that Ive known people to get sold clones as authentics is the reason why Id never shop nor recommend a shop like this. Their prices are ripping people off and they dont care. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP AROUND. Another thing is that some of their reviews are made by employees.

Came here looking for Uncle Junk e-juice because Uncle Junks site says its sold here. Drove about 20 minutes to find out its not. Told them I was going to check the shop next door to see if they stocked it, if they didnt I would come back here and buy some other juice. The employee told me the shop next door had parking located around the block in the back of the stores. Basically I cant walk 20 feet to the store next door to check; get my car out of your parking lot. So youre petty to ME because YOU didnt carry a product that was listed as being carried? Real classy.

Im so set on tobacco vape products for me I need to be a member at Inno-Vapor . The mod I am using now I purchased there for a competitive price has been dropped from my hand to the concrete and STILL works, from juice to coils too, what you need to keep up. Im happy with this place

Needed a small bottle of something cheap to tide me until my bulk order showed up, sure enough Im actually going to buy more of Innovapors store brand liquid as these tobacco flavors are all the classics well blended and of course high VG the way I like it. Good stuff guys!

Belle has been the biggest help in all my vape life needs for the last 12 months the way she treats her customers u would like she loves her job. But I think she does i recommend the Englewood location and belle to all ppl who live that vape life

If you are new to the world of vapor pens I would NOT recommend this store... There is no return or exchange policy posted in the store and nothing mentioned during purchase. When I went in less then 24 hrs after my purchase I was told the only thing they could do was give me a sale price off of a new pen...I was lied to by the staff, I told her exactly what I wanted and she promised me the product that I was purchasing was what I was looking for, it was not. You can not test the product out before purchasing so you TRUST the staff make the purchase and then find out that IT IS NOT what you wanted. All they want is to make a sale NOT keep a customer. Spent over $50 on a product that I can not use or return. The pens pops, does not produce the smoke and burns the back of my throat SO NOT WORTH my money...

This vape shop is the ONLY place I will go for my vaping needs. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. They offer the best juices (ISO Certified only) and their products are amazing. Dont listen to the bad reviews, its all just an unprofessional, desperate attempt to take away buisiness from this amazing shop.

I was very skeptic as to how this innovapor would be because the one on Colfax and Wadsworth sucks but this one is amazing! The employees are very very helpful and have a lot of knowledge. They really seem like they enjoy working there! Will definitley recommend to my friends!

This store has some of the best prices Ive found for things like child, teach glass, etc. Im not sure about what their pricing is on juice, but for equipment they are the best!

Im an older (59) guy that smokes cigars, I thought I would try vaping for the first time and a little apprehensive going to a store. I went to Inno-Vapor at 332 W Hampden in Englewood and was met by Nikki.I explained my situation and she walked me through the whole thing to make sure I bought something that would work for me and at a very reasonable price for a starter . Thats something I dont see very much. Just wanted to say thanks to Nikki, I really appreciated it.

Inno vapor is the only vape store i go to. Great costermer service. There juice selection is fantastic and safe. All there house juice is not back room made, its made in a nice clean lab. All there prices are great. I love there seliction they have with juice and hard wear. I recomend for everyone to come check this place out.

Upon one of many multiple time line dimensional veil ripps. I came to this shop to replace my awesome rose gold vape. One that I had recently acquired a month previous. I had left it in my work van, of course it wasnt there the next day. What was the most heart breaking, I had bought it for myself as a present to keep my head up over the though at the time I didnt know for sure. Recent lose of my lil heart. I awoke to screeming a slamming door and my throat slightly sore. In my vivid dream just before something had my throat and was clawing at my face to get inside it . I fought the creature off. Possible possession? Perhaps many strange things happen to and around me. These things are par for the course when splitting the veil .....Goodbye my lil heart, may you find the happiness you so desperately seek.

I am honestly beside myself with how this shop handled a recent situation I had there. They went out of their way to make things right and totally over and above to fix the problem. My wife and I have been going here almost exclusively since they opened and dont intend on going anywhere else. Thanks for the great service!

Super expensive prices . They wanted to charge me 31.95 for( the one ejuice), which everyone charges $20 bucks the most $25. If you ha e deep pockets and like expensive go for it!!!

Ever sense the change in staff this place has done nothing but gone down hill they dont even carry smok king v15 coils which is very frustrating considering how commen it is if you call yourself a vape shop you should have ALL the different types of coils especially smok products in stock and ready to go 100% lost my buisness!

Bought a vape mod I soon noticed it was not taking a charge took it back with the receipt they took the mod and I had to wait 3 days just for them to say that they were not going to warranty it on top of that I notice that they had broke it trying to make it charge and blamed me dont waste your time or money
