I was vacationing from the Harrisburg area and wanted to treat myself. I had the hour body massage. The gentleman was amazing! Hot stones, hot oils, warm, gooey mittens and booties. He was very kind, polite and professional. He knew what he was doing. I cant remember the last time every muscle felt this tension-free...and it was much needed. A goody bag of snacks and free bottled beverage afterwards. The spa was very clean, beautiful and peaceful. Very well priced.

10/10 experience!! We took a friend to celebrate her birthday and we all had the best time. The interior design was detailed and exciting. There was relaxing music in the background with waterfall sounds following. We were oiled and massaged then received BOTH hand and feet masks along with a hot rock massage and a self heating eye mask. We fell asleep from being so relaxed and woke up feeling heavenly. The staff then offered us an assortment of nice beverages and snacks from China as a gift bag to go. Right before we left they asked whose birthday it was and gifted our friend a complimentary boxed gift with a soft blanket inside. We were all blown away by the essence of the spa, the hospitality of the staff and the rejuvenating energy of the massages themselves!!!!All three of girls will be back ASAP

I surprised my boyfriend with a couples massage for his birthday and it was the best experience ever! The moment we stepped through the door to the soothing sound of water and gentle music, we started to relax. The couples room was so cozy with soft lighting and lovely decorations. I wish I would have gotten the names of our masseuses as they were fantastic!! The man who massaged me knew exactly where my knots were in my shoulders and neck- I still feel fantastic, hours later. And, my boyfriend said the lady he had worked on parts of his back that really needed relaxation. They also put warm hands and feet booties and eye masks on us. We also received hot stone massages!! The whole experience and atmosphere was just amazing and we cant wait to come back! My boyfriend was also gifted a box that had a soft blanket. We both had a complimentary beverage and shared a bag of authentic snacks. 10/10 and highly recommended if you are looking for a quality massage at a great value!

Great services. The place is clean with a relaxing atmosphere. I had Jin as a masseuse and she was an experienced professional. She focused on the knots that were in my back and applied the right amount of pressure needed. I felt a lot of relief afterwards. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommended!

Went today to use my Christmas gift from my husband. Let me tell you this was by far the BEST message that I have had. I walked in and the atmosphere was instantly relaxing and super clean. The staff was very kind and welcoming. In not sure who I had for my massage but he was AMAZING. I had some tense spots and happy to say that he was able to work them out. The hot stones, hand, feet and warm eye mask was great and was relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Also upon leaving they let you pick a drink and a full goodie bag of Chinese candy/snacks that where great! I definitely will be back and might make this my monthly treat to myself!

My first impressions of 99 Relax Spa was its clean, neat and friendly staff. Had the Couples Massage. I’m not a huge fan of massages but decided to do this on a whim with my wife.I was surprised at how relaxed my body felt as I had the mask on my face , gloves on my hands and the booties on my feet. The hot stones were a new and welcoming experience.Left feeling like a million bucks! Enjoyed the complimentary beverage and snacks too!

Wonderful experience yesterday for 1 hour massage 💆‍♀️. Went there with very tight muscles in back, have been having horrible back spasms. Was treated to very deep tissue massage, got lots of knots out. Plus lovely warm booties and hand mittens with warm oil. Hot stones. Was very therapeutic. I would definitely recommend to others. Thank you. Little sore today but need to drink more fluids, get rid of those toxins. Highly recommend 👌 👍

This experience was a birthday gift. Firstly, there was no language barrier. Good Chinamen from New York just opening in the area. Secondly, if they charged more it would still be worth the money spent. I just knew the experience was going to be good as soon as I walked through the door. Nice lite scent. The waterfalls coming from the Reflexology chairs is soothing to the ears,plus purple and gold throughout made me feel like royalty. Very clean everything! If you are looking for quality massage mixed with quality environment…99 Relax has both!

THIS 99 Relax spa IS A HIDDEN GEM FOR SURE!I would recommend anyone to go too.Not only was the customer service tremendous but the quality of service, gifts, and cleanliness was so unexpected!Free goody bag of exotic treats and complimentary drink after. The service itself speaks for itself I have never felt more relaxed. It was also my friends birthday, and they gave her a gift box with a but soft blanket. What business does that? I had Amy and she got out all the knots in my body. Such a good experience $75 for 1 hour, Im going to be here 1 a month.

My fiancé and I recently experienced a couples massage at this establishment, and we were thoroughly impressed! Not only was the price fantastic, but the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. As a nice touch, they even provided us with drinks and candy from China as we were leaving. The facility itself was impeccably clean, adding to the overall positive experience. We highly recommend giving this place a try!

This was my first ever massage and it was wonderful! The atmosphere was amazing and so relaxing. The massage itself was also phenomenal. The sweet man that did my massage was so kind, gentle, and respectful. They even sent me home with a beverage and cool snacks from China I believe. I can’t wait to go again!

This place is fantastic. It is so clean and fresh in there. They put those little gel pockets on your hands and feet, and they also use the hot stones. Amazing massage, super nice staff, and they even give you little Asian snacks at the end! My new favorite place.

We booked the couples massage. I loved that we were able to book only a couple hours ahead and the massage was great. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The second best part was the snacks! It was so fun to take our snacks home and try them all. We will definitely be coming back soon!

I booked a 1-1/2 hour appointment w/Jin. It was pure heaven, and I highly recommend going! She was very professional, the massage was extremely good and I cant wait to go back! I loved the hot oils, hot towels, and the hot massage balls. She focused on my back because I was in pain, locked up for a few days, and was not able to stand straight or walk comfortably. This REALLY helped me get moving better, and I am able to stand up straight and move around with very little discomfort. The spa is very clean and has pleasant smells with the sound of the waterfall in the lobby made it very relaxing.

Great experience! This was my second visit which was even better than the first. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Clean environment. My massage therapist see I didn’t have an umbrella and walked me to the car so I didn’t get wet. Can’t wait til my next appointment!

Passing through here today. I experienced a 90 minute massage. I often drive long-distance buses. The back is very sore. The masseur helped me solve my pain. And wipe me with painkillers, which makes me more relaxed and relieved. Warm table.Very professional, very clean. Strongly recommended.

I hardly write reviews but this place definitely deserves a good one. As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed with warm smiles and kindness. The establishment seemed very clean and smelled wonderful. I purchased the 60 min signature body message and all I can say is this will be the only place I go to for my relaxing needs from now on. I left with a complementary beverage and awesome snacks! 5 stars for cleanliness, hospitality and professionalism :)

Just left, I feel like jello in the best way. We did a couples massage and you can tell they know what they’re doing because my masseuse focused on my lower back and his masseuse focused on his shoulders, where we each carry our tension. All and all it was amazing! And then they gave us snacks from China and I feel like a little kid going through the bag :) definitely give them a try, I know we’ll be back!

Best massage I’ve ever had!! We made a last minute appointment on a Sunday while in from out of town and I was super pleased! 99 spa is super clean and everyone is very friendly. They were even accommodating to allow us to have our dog with us since we were traveling. We did the couples massage special and the amount of extras we got for the price was phenomenal. The massage therapists are really skilled at what they do. Hot stones, hot packs, herbal eye mask, foot and hand mask were all amazing. I could not recommend them enough! I’ve had massages at several spas in Erie and 99 Relax Spa tops them all! I will be making trips from out of town back monthly for massage for sure! Exceeded my expectations and after we were given a drink of choice and a goodie bag of authentic Chinese snacks. Definitely give them a try you won’t regret it!!

My first visit to 99 Relax Spa was amazing! My husband and I did a 60 minute couples massage. We get massages often. And I must say that this was one of the best we have had. Both of us left feeling relaxed. You get extras that you dont get anywhere else...for free. They included warm hand and foot treatments, plus a warm stone massage (my favorite part). And when we left, they gave me a little goody bag of treats to take home. My only regret is that we didnt do the 90 minute massage instead of just 60 minutes. We both highly recommend 99 Relax Spa. And we will be booking our next appointment very soon.

My wife surprised me with a couples massage for Valentine’s Day. Wasn’t sure what to expect but was very pleasantly surprised. I would say that it was the best massage I have had in my entire life. The staff was wonderful and extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

Dont buy off of Groupon! If you buy direct its the same price for a couples massage but groupon takes half!We paid 150 (with a 60$ tip) and it was so worth it. Very professional and polite. Everything felt so great especially the hot stones. Plus you get a free drink and bag of Chinese snacks! Will definitely come back.

They took me within an hour and for an amazing price. I got a 90 minute and it really comes with everything, the hot stones are a really nice touch to the deep tissue massage. The staff was so sweet and even sent me on my way with complementary snacks and variety of drinks for after the experience. I definitely recommend if you’re in the Erie area even a 30 minute massage is worth it.

I just had a 75min Hot Stone Massage at 99 Relax Spa. The massage was very wonderful. The masseuse worked on all my tight muscles and knots. I then had the hand, feet and eye mask treatment, which was luxurious. I loved it, my hand and feet felt soft and fresh. The hot stone massage was amazing and felt so relaxing. The 99 Relax Spa has very good prices, performs various massages, such as reflexology massages (foot massages), couple and single massages. The salon is very clean, fresh and lovely. If you love massages I recommend this place for a wonderful massage, good prices, excellent hospitality, and nice people. I plan to return in the future.

Everything was very clean, the atmosphere was fantastic, and everyone was friendly. We did the couples massage and it was beyond perfect! When it states whole body, it is absolutely WHOLE BODY.

She booked through the phone, which was a phenomenal experience as the host was helpful and answered all her questions.Upon our arrival, we were greeted kindly. The space was neat and smelled amazing. The message was service was provided by two well trained professionals. Their services ranged from deep tissue, to Hot Rocks massage, and aromatherapy. Our bodies were feeling amazing!After the massage was over we were given soft drinks, Chinese snacks, and souvenirs. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and professional experience.

Listen I just had an out of body experience at 99 Relax Spa. It feels like I was in a street fight with Jackie Chan, Floyd mayweather and Mike Tyson. I’ve never been felt better. My body feels like it got worked over by iron man. The hand strength was that of vibranium. Don’t get me started on when the hot stones entered the chat. ARE YOU EVEN SERIOUS? I went into hyperdrive to outer space at this point. Then came the hand and feet WARMED hydrating gloves and booties as well as the heated eye mask. At this point I didn’t even remember anything outside of the sheer magic of this out of body experience. Every single inch of my sore chronically ill bod was giving spirit fingers. At this point the HEATED rice bags arrived and were placed on all pressure points this was coupled with a head massage that I would say could only be described as euphoric. The reflexology component to all of this was not to be compared to anything BC IT WAS THAT INSANELY GOOD. Now it’s time to go and I have to check my license to recall who I am. I proceed to check out to pay ONLY $85?!?! (So I obviously tipped $30) WHAT! THEN are you even ready? I get a brand new hotel pillow with a “HAPPY MOTHERS DAY”, a cold drink and goodie bag of snacks to go? GTFO.I just. WHAT! Whatttttt. GO NOW. Go NOW. What do I do now? Ask them to marry me or? WOOW. 🧖🏻‍♀️🤤

My boyfriend and I did a couples massage, and it definitely exceeded expectations. The service list showed a bunch of different services within the one package (60 min couples) so I wasnt sure what all we were going to be in for as other places have you choose what you want in your package (e.g., hot stones or aromatherapy) and this one came with EVERYTHING listed. This was my boyfriends first full body - he often has horrible back pain - and he didnt want to get up afterward, he was so relaxed and pain free. This was my second (first being at a corporate spa) and I loved it. My masseuse was very kind and respectful with making sure the pressure was right for me. They definitely know what theyre doing here! We will be back 😊

I have major issues with my back, and the way the man pushed on my spine hurt so badly, and pushed my hips back out of place. No waiver to sign or anything. The way he pushed on my spine and dug into certain muscles made my wonder if these people are even licensed. Im a single mom and was really looking forward to a massage. The last time I had one was a decade ago, and I am so wholeheartedly disappointed. I wasted a $100 gift from my children when I really shouldve gone somewhere else.

My absolute favorite! Any time I am in town visiting family I visit 99 Relax for a massage. So clean and relaxing and massage is amazing every time. They go above and beyond and everyone is always so nice and welcoming. I would be here weekly if I lived here hands down- better than my place in DC!

First time ever getting a massage and decided to book a couples massage through Groupon. Staff was very friendly and had an amazing experience. Will definitely be going back when we get a sitter again. Purchased through Groupon but there was no need to do so, the location has the same prices groupon does and it will be easier to book directly through them from now on.

We love 99 spa, started going the week they opened, now were hooked. Very clean, friendly, and inviting environment! Everyone is friendly, the massages are great too. Some places still do deep tissue after you ask for soft. We have gotten to gifts umbrellas and a mug that gives the temp of the contents. Came here for a couple’s massage and the hospitality is top notch! The spa is wrapped in warm and inviting colors from the moment you step in and the staff and (I’m presuming) the owner were very friendly and welcoming.The staff are well trained to immerse you with all types of traditional massage techniques from deep tissue to hot stones to mineral oil aromatherapies. At the end, we were left with several thoughtful gifts including authentic treats from China. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Don’t pass this place up!

My aunt and I were long over due for a message, so we had it done. It was definitely 30 minutes of bliss for us both, only wish we’d done 60 minutes! Both of our message therapists did an awesome job working out the knots we both had!!! Each part of the session was very relaxing and you could feel the therapists putting the work in for us!!! He really worked out my tight knots and muscles, used hot towels and stones, as well as moisturizing socks and gloves that left them so soft!! My first time there was absolutely amazing. 90min massage. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm beds, and those amazing jelly filled hot mittens and booties the put on.🥰 My neck and shoulders sounded like bubble wrap popping. They definitely worked out all my muscles. My neck was so compacted and tight when I came in, that I was an inch taller when I left lol. I booked my next appointment on the spot and have found my new favorite massage place.

This place is amazing and a full service spa experience and a great price. I travel a lot for business and Aro runs a very clean, well managed and chill atmosphere. The massage and complete massage treatment for 90 minutes had be in a blissfully space and the masseuse totally relieved my neck and shoulder tension. This is my no go to for me time. Booked a couples massage here for our anniversary, had a wonderful massage the workers were very friendly and polite. Environment is peaceful & clean we were very pleased with the service would recommend. We were also offered free beverages and snacks thought it was a nice touch!

I have visited most of the massage parlors is Erie and this was my best experience. The spa was clean, the massage I received was excellent and focused on my tight muscles, moisture gloves and booties as well as hot stones were included. I highly recommend.

Even though some of the staff had limited English, they were the friendliest group of people Ive ever met! The massages were wonderful, and there is free food and drinks on the other side. The gentleman at the front desk had an infectious smile, and he was so excited to help me pick out snacks when the massage was over. Immaculately clean. I will definitely go back when in Erie again.Bonus: Try the corn candy. I know it sounds gross, but it was sweet and chewy and delicious!

This place is brand new and amazing! I had a Groupon for $55 and received a one hour massage that included hot stones, foot and hand mask and massages, a hot towel wipe down from the oil, scalp massage… and just overall a fantastic massage. They are very professional, extremely clean And I am definitely going back. They have an entire cooler filled with various drinks and shelves of snacks unlike other places that have a community water bowl. I got so much more here than I ever have at other spa places. I’m going back with friends for a girls day for sure!!

This was my first visit, and I plan on returning. I called and left a message (hoped for the best!), and they returned my call and suggested I come in right away. I was greeted very warmly, the reception area was brightly clean and clean. Had a great massage and left with snacks (they kept giving me more!). Very nice and relaxing place. The massage therapist are really good. However the major draw back is you will hear the other customers talk and walk around. The rooms are not sound proof and the foot therapy chairs are out in the open so you will hear the door open and close as well.

My 2nd time at 99 relax spa. I’ve had massages on two different coasts and 5 different states, This has been the best! All of the little things they do make it an over the top experience, like the warm himalayan salt pouches, the warming eye mask, the warm table, the hot massaging rocks, and even the warm towels they clean you with have a Soothing scent to them, and the top of the line drinks and snacks at the end were enjoyable as well.

Visited 99 Relax SPA today. The clean environment is very comfortable. Various free additional services let me get an experience that I have never had before. My back is always sore. Todays massage master did focused relaxation for my back. The intensity and rhythm were great. When we finished, I felt very relaxed in my body. Really helped me solve the problem. Very good massage. She knew right where my problem spots were and spent most of the time working on them specifically. The only thing was the language barrier. I laid there for a while not knowing if I was finished or not because she didnt speak enough English to be able to tell me she was finished. Other than that it was a great experience.

I’m super picky have been getting massages all over the US for 18+ years. Lumbar fusion 3 levels, rod and pins in ankle, hand surgery and a handful of damage from sports, racing, construction and MMA. Masseuse was able to gauge the amount of pressure he could use near injuries and was able to get closer to the site of the injury than anyone has ever even attempted. Rarely does anybody have enough pressure or stamina for an hour massage and you’re left wanting more. Here you feel like you get two hours. The guy with the glasses at the front desk is a magician. You will leave here feeling taller. Possibly the best scalp and face massage you will have.
