Massage Envy

Great massage therapist! However, I booked to receive a deep tissue massage which was cancelled and re-booked with a therapist who was unable to do a deep massage. Not the therapists fault but disappointed in being re-booked with someone who could not perform the type of massage I originally booked. Otherwise, good experience!

The front desk staff is extremely welcoming and helpful when trying to customize my sessions during booking. Sydney had such a relaxing ora and her tone of voice really felt accommodating to the spa environment! Anyone who is looking for a friendly, clean and relaxing spa experience should consider becoming a member!

STOP WHAT YOURE DOING AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ASAP!!!! Words cant express how grateful I am for this place. Brooke has been an absolute blessing for my recovery and overall well-being. I feel appreciated and cared for as soon as I walk through the door. These people deserve all the praise I could possibly give, and then some!!!

Everything was wonderful until I went to pay. My friend had given me a gift card for a massage for my birthday. When I took it out to pay, the lady at the desk grabbed it and told me they are under new management and wouldnt accept the gift card. My friend basically wasted a lot of money on an unused gift. Had it not been for that, I would have given a 5 star rating.

Been coming here for a very long time, and I’ve been a member for many many years. Overall, my experience has been great.But the last time I was there, I was kind of blamed for a name confusion. My name is very similar to the name that was called as soon as I left the bathroom. Aesthetician looked right at me and pretty much said half my name. There was people walking by and I didn’t hear the full name, but I thought she said mine since she looked right at me and I did have a facial that day. Even though I go by my middle name I was a bit confused, but figured it hadnt been passed along to the aesthetician just yet that I asked to be called by my middle instead of my first. I thought it was odd that I was getting a facial before my message but didn’t think anything of it. I’m there to relax and not stress out about things that are out of my control. Definitely if I’m signing a waiver before hand. I would think they would double check. I was looking forward to my massage just to be told I missed it. I wouldn’t mind if they knocked on the door and said oops wrong person. I’d rather have corrected the mistake and gotten my Massage & Facial. But it took 10-15 minutes for the staff at to find out what was going on.Frustrations aside. I was given Credit for the missed message so I should be getting that free for the inconvenience.FYI The customer should never be blamed for mistakes like that. I most certainly did not Appreciate the gaslighting. It’s honestly no one’s Fault. It was just a miscommunication.

Welcoming establishment, great customer service, very relaxing experience! i was booked with the one esty, i think her name was grace, she did an amazing job! i’ve never felt this good in my LIFE!

This was right on time and very convenient, from the time I walked in with smiling faces from Aerial I think the lady with the braids and Bri were very welcoming. I got everything I usually don’t get up north and that was genuine customer service. Brooke was amazing with my massage and checked on me as much as possible. I came in just to get a skin analysis & book my first appointment! & they got me set up with a membership to give me the best expriences & the full amenities of any treatment of having a healthy mind && body && beautiful skin. Just had a very relaxing experience. Was sore a bit from a bad matress I sleep on. I was loosened up all back/shoulder tension/knots. Was comfortable the entire time and just overall good. Shout out to Vicky for a great massage! Receptionists at desk and other workers were very kind and welcoming. A very well oiled machine you guys got going here. Keep up the outstanding work @everyone there and also thank you for the memorable experience. I’ll be bringing in more customers for you guys 😁 11/10

This was my first time getting a massage ever. I workout frequently and had a lot of tension in my shoulders and back muscles. Brooke did an excellent job and I’d highly recommend her to athletes or people who strength train a lot. I left feeling a noticeable difference with the tightness I was experiencing and will definitely be back.

I had my first facial ever with Danielle! She was amazing! So sweet and professional!! It was a great first time experience!! My face felt so soft!

I’ve had great service and experience going to massage envy. I typically go 1-2 times each month. I have a stressful job and consider this my therapy. The front desk employees are professional and friendly. The massage therapists are amazing and very professional. The facility is exceptionally clean and sanitized.I would highly recommend them to everyone.The only area of improvement would be in the 10 to 15 minutes they cut short periodically. Example my appoint was for 6pm, I arrived at 5:55pm talk to therapist after being placed in the room, they started the massage at 6:00pm and ended at 6:50PM. Not sure I agree with their reasoning. However that doesn’t stop me from going, it’s worth it to feel rejuvenated and relaxed.

I received a giftcard to this place so I figured Id try it out. I ordered a 60 minute massage with the foot and hand scrub add on costing $15 additional each. When my my massage started I had asked for full body but I noticed my massage tech had only done my shoulders, arms, lower legs, and feet when she started the scrubs. She finished the scrubs and when she was done she said oops I went over the time but I had to finish the scrubs. I looked at the clock and it was 3:26. My massage was scheduled at 2:30 and I didnt get back into the room and on the table until after that. So I was really confused how my 60 minute massage was less than 60 minutes. Also the add ons even though you pay extra for them cut into your massage time. So I got about 30 minutes of my actual full body massage before the rest of the time was used up for the scrubs. Overall I am very disappointed and would never go back here again.

I have had 3 massages at this location. The staff is very friendly and professional. All three of my massages were with Miguel. I was impressed with my first massage, therefore, always request him. He is very good at working out my knots, which I have many. I highly recommend Miguel. I always feel so much better when I leave.

Cathan did a great job. He worked longer on the areas that needed the most attention and ensured that I was comfortable and that the pressure he was using wasnt to hard or to soft. I enjoyed the service I received and my back and shoulders felt great when I left. I now have a membership and will be returning every month as a regular customer. I would recommend massage envy to anyone looking for great service all the way around!

I had a great massage and stretch from Jake at Massage Envy. He listened to my concerns about my sciatic and addressed them accordingly. He also offered valuable advice on stretching techniques to use between visits. I feel much better and I couldn’t be happier.Update: Still super happy with Massage Envy and the massages I’ve had in the past few months. In addition to Jake, Vicky and Naomi are amazing. I highly recommend either of them (and Jake) if anyone is new to ME. And shout-out to the ladies at the front desk. They are always very nice, professional, and knowledgeable:)

I have been to massage envy several times now, but today was my first time with Jennifer! She did an amazing job! I only did 60 minutes and boy was that a mistake! Should have done 90 minutes! She was very gentle in her approach yet firm in all the right tension spots. Listening to the music, it felt like little ballerinas dancing along my back! Thank you Jennifer for a great experience! Also, the two ladies working the desk were so kind and welcoming!

I have been very happy with my experience as a member at Massage Envy. The front desk staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I have been impressed with their practices during the pandemic and making people feel safe and also still relaxed & comfortable. My therapist, Miguel, is extremely thorough and professional. He takes the time to show me stretches and gives me tips on what I can do outside my sessions to get relief from tension. He goes above and beyond each session! I would highly recommend him.

There are so many great people working at Massage Envy in Erie! I have been consistently going there for years, and have had great experiences. Amanda and many others at the front desk are very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Had a 60 minute facial with Kelly - she is AMAZING! From the time I walked in, I felt relaxed and the front desk was great. Kelly made the experience relaxing and made sure to address my skin care concerns. Cant wait for my session next month!! Im so glad shes back in Erie!

I recently came in for a chemical peel ( my very first one ever ). I had done some research prior so I knew what to expect as far the process of it all. As always the service was very relaxing and my esthetician was friendly and professional and the peel application was surprisingly mild ( almost none existed ). As the days have followed unexpected to see more peeling occur especially since I had explained specifically what my goals were skin wise ( which is to get rid of dark spots and hyperpigmentation ) and a chemical peel was recommended to me by staff to try this service. Of course during the first couple of I was not expecting to see much of anything going on. But as day 4 approached I expected to see at some peeling, it is Day 5 now and again no significant difference happening from this treatment. I was not looking for a one and done type of treatment but I at least expected to see some form of results occurring at this stage. It could be the way that their peels are formulated, which who’s knows my not be aggressive enough for what my skincare goals are. But as a person of color that is something that should’ve been taken into more consideration before talking me into a service that may be better suited for a different type of skin pigment, especially with how much the service costed.

Got a 90 minute session from Kelly the other day and it was PHENOMENAL! I highly recommend the 90 minute for anyone looking to relax. She did an exfoliating lip treatment and I loved it! It was just what I needed before my friends bridal shower! I am so glad she joined the Massage Envy team so I could get affordable facials!

This was my first time at Massage Envy and I couldn’t be more pleased. Very clean and professional space. The ambiance was perfect for a spa. Just beautiful inside. Naomi did an amazing job with my neck and shoulders where I have chronic pain. Honestly my neck has never felt better. I would definitely go back and ask for her!!

Simply amazing. Everyone here is so friendly and professional, and the building is gorgeous and comfortable. By far the best quality massage I have ever had no matter who I go to.I never had a facial before going here, and now I am beyond hooked. The quality of the products they use as well as their knowledge on my personal skincare needs has transformed my face as well as my self confidence. My overall experience 3 1/2 stars. Front desk clerk very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was Nice and clean. The Therapist was Friendly she was gentle. However, my appointment was for 1 1/2 hours and I was only asked once at the beginning about the pressure or temperature.

Almost fell asleep several times! The room was very warm and comfortable. Everything was very sanitary and safe. Pam was very sweet and helpful, she understood exactly what I needed in regards to my back pain. My back is all better now thanks to her!

This was my first experience at a massage envy and it was wonderful. Every person was so kind and when you walked in you felt instantly relaxed. The room you enter right before your massage is so cozy and quiet you have a moment to just enjoy being there. Cassandra was absolutely amazing and is the first person to ever give me an enjoyable massage (I have very sensitive skin to touch/pressure). My boyfriend got his first ever massage by Pam and said she was amazing as well!I was afraid to be pushed to get a membership but the girl at the front desk was super nice and just gave me a pamphlet and said if I was interested to just reach back out, not pushy at all. Overall wonderful experience!

My husband and I recently visited Erie, PA for our 42nd wedding anniversary. We decided we would pamper ourselves during our brief stay. I had made phone inquiries at a few other spas in the local area, but they were not able to accommodate us like Massage Envy, Erie, PA! I called a couple of days ahead, and we were fortunate to get two appointments on the same day at the same time. From the moment we stepped inside the business, we received a heartwarming welcome from Amanda before receiving our individual wellness massages. We completed the necessary questionnaire regarding our personal health and satisfied all of the Covid-19 safety measures before proceeding to our individual masseuse. They were very thorough, and we felt that all necessary health precautions were being taken to ensure a safe visit. My husbands session was with therapist of the month, Barb! My session was with Ryan, and he was absolutely AMAZING! Oh my goodness! We havent felt that relaxed in such a long time! By the time my session was done, I walked out standing straighter than when I had walked in. Don was equally happy and very satisfied with his session with Barb. While my husband was waiting for me to come out, he was having a pleasant conversation with Tanya Norris, the Business Manager. The staff at this site are totally awesome! If you are visiting the Erie, PA area, do yourself a huge favor. Book an appointment and enjoy an exceptional experience from start to finish! We are going to continue enjoying sessions closer to home (Pittsburgh, PA) because of our awesome experience at Massage Envy, Erie, PA! 😍

I’ve had the pleasure to have massages at ME on a regular basis for several years now. From the initial contact with scheduling through Amanda, to the massage with Nick and then aftercare, the experience has been superb! Nick has always provided me with exceptional service by being sure to communicate with me and address any concerns I have. Amanda has gone out of her way to assist with scheduling to be sure my appointment needs are met. Massage Envy continually offers professional yet personal service.

I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday June 8th, 2021. I called to cancel, as I was unable to lay on my stomach (I have a heart monitor and laying on the leads caused to much pain). When I called and explained to Amanda my situation and why I was canceling, she indicated that they can work around the positioning to maintain my comfort. I kept the appointment and Amanda and Naomi set me up with pillows to adjust how I could lie down so I wasnt putting pressure on my leads. Naomi was great, as usual, and the massage she gave was the same quality as I have gotten with all of my massages with her. She made sure I was comfortable and had no pain the entire session.

Very clean and calm. Naomi was amazing!! She was so nice and funny and made me relax. She gave me a great massage and really worked out my tense muscles. I would highly recommend her.

My fiancé and I booked a couples massage at Massage Envy & it was a wonderful experience. The spa is very relaxing & accommodating. Our therapists, Barb & Craig, checked to see what pressure we wanted and really focused on our areas of tension. We will be going back for sure!

Vicky is a vital and indispensable part of my self-care routine. Ive been going to her exclusively for about three years now and she has always made sure she understands my needs completely. Shes very professional and a extremely skilled therapist. Ive seen many massage therapists over the years and none have been as great as Vicky!

I have tried several massage therapists and each one has their own level of expertise. I am getting back to work from a long term leave of absence, am out of shape and my body is not handling the stress well. Everyone is professional and I’m getting my body back! But I think by far my overall experience with Victoria has been the best yet! We did a 30 minute assisted stretch and 90 minute deep tissue massage, whoa Nelly!!! I will see her again, but I know I can see anyone there in a “pinch”

Had a 60 minute facial today with one of their newest estheticians Grace and it was the most relaxing experience with her. 10/10 would recommend Her to anyone!

Miguel was great for a massage. My back is always so messed up with knots and things….it needs a lot of attention. As he focused on an area i thought in my head “ugh it would be great if he loved to (spot)” And He did ! After he would focus on one area, he would move to another spot that i was thinking in my head . It made for a very satisfying massage. He’s very skilled , intuitive, and really aims to address the issues you’re having.

Vicky is a wonderful therapist. She is very strong in deep tissue therapy, which is exactly what I needed. She made sure she understood my needs and worked the points that needed the most attention. Very well taken care of and highly recommend her!

I’ve have some mixed results over the years of coming to Massage Envy UNTIL I met Naomi. She is absolutely the best and most consistent therapist there in my opinion and is the main reason I keep going. Thank you Naomi! I so appreciate you and your skill!

This was my first time here! The front desk staff were kind and welcoming. Miguel was great. He took the time to explain, in detail, why I was having more pain in certain areas and even gave me a few tips on stretches to try. I will be back.

This location is by far the best Massage Envy I have ever visited! From the moment you arrive until the very end, the staff treats you like you are part of the family. The ambiance of the tranquility room made me relax almost instantly, and my massage itself was just heavenly. I also decided to try a facial when I was there, and my skin has never looked or felt better. Overall, an experience I would recommend to everyone!

I have extremely mixed reviews about the experience. First of all, the prices are outrageous for what you are offered. Nowhere on their website does it mention that an hour-long massage will be $110-$115. The $65 is for first-time customers. I have NEVER paid that much for an hour-long massage, and Ive lived in big cities that have offered amentities such as wine, hot stones, robe, and a steam room. Also, they dont offer water before or after the massage. The toilet paper and sheets were paper-thin and insulting. The massage room was cold and no music was playing. The massage itself was only 50 minutes. My massage therapist was male and used great pressure. He also checked in to make sure i was doing well throughout. His choreography was a little off-balance and he spent way too much time one side and not the other. He also ran out of time to turn me over and massage my neck. I would return to him based on his pressure and self-awareness. He was also nice and gave me stretching tips post-massage. I would recommend going to another massage center if available, so you actually get what you pay for. Im shocked they are still in business, based on the prices vs value.

The front desk was very warm and inviting. Veatriz explained the membership and rates of services throughly. I received a 60 min massage from Ryan who was attentive to my needs and provided an excellent experience. I really liked how clean everything was inside too. Looking forward to my next massage at this location!

Where do I begin?I would like to say that as a former employee Tanya and Yvonne were some of the best managers Ive ever worked for. They treat their employees right. It would probably end up in my top 3 places Ive ever worked for.If anybody has a issues reach out too them, and they will make it right. It truly does matter to them that everyone walks away with a positive experience. They go through extensive training with their staff too make sure its a friendly and professenional atmosphere.Miguel and Naomi are my go to therapist they both are able to find the spots that need worked out. And would highly recommend them for therapeutic work. I have to flip a coin each time I go. Too see who I get.Pam, Barb and Ryan are great for a relaxing massage after a stressful week of work and life.Nick, Cathan and Jake are great for a sports/stretch massage.And a new therapist, Bella has a very unique style where shes a relaxation based therapist yet can work out the problems areas like Miguel and Naomi without even trying. Its a mix between relaxation/therapeutic. After many massages from many therapist Bella stands out in her style.At the end of the day they all have their different styles and its a matter of finding the right fit for you.Now as a former employee. I wasnt payed too write this or told too. And to prove Im not baised. Its extremely hard for me to go out of my way and type a review on Google.Tanya and Yvonne are just that good. And deserve it. The whole staff at ME Erie deserves it.I truly do look forward to getting my annual massages at ME Erie. When I cancel for that week. I know someone takes that spot.

Cathan is a wonderful massage therapist! He listens to me and adjusts based on what I say my needs are. He takes a collaborative approach and gives me suggestions for moving forward. The staff are all really friendly and very helpful. I’ll keep coming back!

I was a client of Kelly’s many years ago and was never able to find an esthetician that compared. I actually stopped getting facials after trying several other places after she moved. A friend of mine told me she got a facial from someone I knew. So my favorite esthetician is back! I booked an appointment to be sure it was actually her and now I’m a member at Massage Envy! I look forward to having monthly facials with Kelly!

I have been to massage envy several times and my past appointment was exceptional. I made a last minute 90 minute appt with Miguel Alvarez and he was quite surprised at how amazing it was. I am basing my review on the close to 50 massages that I have had over the past 20 years. Miguel was VERY GOOD at reading my muscles and figuring out where problems were that I did not realize were causing discomfort elsewhere. Besides my upper body, I have always had problems with my feet. By the end of every day I feel like I have boulders on the soles of my feet and I cant wait to lay down. Even then, my legs and feet feel very uneasy to the point that I have to rub them until they calm down. They have ached for years. Miguel massaged and loosed up the muscles or whatever he did on the balls of my feet and I literally HEARD them scrunching when he worked on my feet. HE IS AMAZING. As soon as I got up from the table, I did not feel like I was walking on boulders. 5 days later, after being on my feet all day, every day, I have absolutely ZERO PAIN in my feet at night. I am in shock that nobody has ever made my feet feel that good. I am very active and at 60, feel like I got a younger makeover. CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY NEXT APPOINTMENT. Thanks Miguel : )

The spa was beautiful, serene, and very high end. I felt like I was miles away--so peaceful. Spending time in the Tranquility room was a lovely way to begin and end sessions. Pam was experienced, knowledgeable--an amazing massage. Stacey did my facial and I felt all my stress melt away. Loved this place, and will definitely be back!

Most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. Charged my wife and me for appointments we never set. Front office Manager is very rude. ts too bad because there were actually a couple good massage therapist worth going to if it werent for the manager scheduling random appointments for you so she can get her monthly scheduling bonus. It took us a few appointments but finally realized this is not the place to go for a good professional massage. The owner spoke with my wife and she was unsympathetic to what was happening and in fact that only emboldened the manager to do the same thing again later in the month. My wife came in to talk with the manager about charging us for these unscheduled appointments and the manger said she wouldnt schedule my wife back without paying five! Late appointment fees!!! When my wife got upset with the woman she had the nerve to assert she did nothing wrong and that she would be glad my wife and I werent coming back. I had no problems with the place except the random scheduling and late charges before that but after being treated like that I dont know how a place that hires such an inept manager can continue to exist. Maybe Im not the only one here who has had this experience...? Anyone?

Im continual impressed with the staff at Massage Envy. The facility is always sparkling clean and great attention is paid to make sure clients are at ease regarding Covid precautions. Ill give a special shout-out to Nick who has a great demeanor and always reviews exactly what stress or achy areas need work.

I have been a customer of Massage Envy for 2 years and I have had good service, but my new Esthetician Kelly is by far my favorite. She does such a fantastic job on every aspect of my facial. I appreciate her knowledge and professionalism as well!

I recently had a massage at ME in Erie PA. It was a truly wonderful experience. The masseuse (Keri) was excellent. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The place itself is fantastic - the color scheme was very calming, the cleanliness and courteous staff made me feel welcome. Overall, an experience I would encourage everyone to take advantage of if you live in Erie or are just visiting. Well worth it!

My job requires me to be o. My feet 12 hours+ a dayMy legs have been feeling heavy sore and stiff. I was having a hard time walking down steps due to how tight my muscles where. After my session with Nicholas I could see and feel a major improvement in my gait and posture. I can not wait for my next appointment. Im very happy with the service provided!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Therapists are all great. I make sure to come twice a month. They have a really good membership to save dough if you go at least twice per month.

One of the greatest benefits of Massage Envy in Erie is that clients have the option to book appointments out so that they can have the opportunity to work with a therapist of their liking. This eliminates having to fight for a spot at the last moment. I am very pleased with the company and their staff. I love Massage Envy!

This place is absolutely incredible! By far the best massages I’ve ever had and the facial I just experienced today completely blew my mind. Yari Torres changed my life. I not only learned a ton about my skin and how to properly care for it, but she drastically produced visible result and corrections in just one session. I am in complete awe. Regarding the massages, I struggle with major tension build up from a high stress job and in just one session I had unbelievable results as I quite literally felt the pressure release which has significantly improved my sleep and daily life. I highly recommend Massage Envy! 5 stars doesn’t seem enough!

Everything started off great with them. Id even signed up for a yearly contract and loved every therapist Id had! Then today happened, not only did they charge my card for a so called no call no show but i spoke with the manager to refund the payment she proceeded to tell me they would not refund my money and were also still expecting me to pay my monthly payment! She was not only rude but throughout the coversation attempted to talk over me, blame me for the miscommunication, and then eventually stated verbatim that i was not i got fit as a customer of their company and that she was canceling my contract....still no refund! My advice go local not corporate cause they couldnt care any less about you or your well being they just want your money!! And if you have an issue instead of handling it with professionalism and courtesy they blame you and bad mouth you to boot!!! I will NEVER recommend this place again

I get the best massages I have ever had from Miguel. He is perfect with the pressure I need, and adaptable. He has great technique and is very knowledgeable!

So I had planned to take my boyfriend here for his birthday as a surprise to get a couples massage. As Im booking the appointment the woman at the front desk asked for both of our contact information and I had told her that I didnt want to give my boyfriends number since it was a surprise. She assured me she would put a note in the computer so that they only contacted me. Sure enough the day before our appointment he gets a confirmation text. I was so upset so I called to let them know and they didnt seem to care at all. I ended up cancelling the appointment all together. Was really looking forward to doing a big surprise and so disappointed he found out and they didnt even care

Worst massage experience I’ve ever had! I went in feeling fine, left with pain, and still pain few days later! Room was cold, my feet especially were ice cold. I’ve never been cold at any other massage at other places. My wife had the same experience that day as well. Not worth the money to be cold, and leaving in pain.

Miguel was Awesome. 1st massage I ever had to ask him to back off some pressure for a deep tissue. He can adjust to whatever pressure you need. Very impressed

Cathan does amazing deep tissue massage, which gives me relief from pain, muscle spasms and restricted movement. He is very knowledgeable about the body and it’s musculature and has given me many tips on stretches and posture to use between visits. I would highly recommend Cathan to anyone, especially those who are in need of therapeutic massage for pain and restricted movement.

I am a member. Great client service. You will feel pampered like a princess there once you step your foot in the establishment. Be ware that they will try and schedule you for as many appointments as possible and sell you all their products. Otherwise great place to relax and receive quality treatment

The only thing I would change is they put two therapist in a couples massage room that had an accordion door sperating the two clients. You could hear the people next to you constantly talking. It didnt seem that busy I dont know why they would not separate the rooms further apart.
