Theirs a young guy there that gives me the wrong coil every single time . i’ve been going there for three years and he’s the only one that has ever and continues to give me the wrong coil to my geek vape that I bought from there it’s not even like he’s giving me the wrong wattage. He keeps giving me a coil that doesn’t even fit in my vape at all and he kept saying sorry as if that made up for me having to drive back across town, wasting my time and my gas. The last time I was there last week I went in. I bought two coils just to get all the way home and again they did not fit so I drove back up there and I told him they did not fit once again and he told me that they did fit, and that those were the ones that went to my vape so we went back-and-forth for a minute, and then finally I told him to give me the coils that he says don’t go to my Vape And take the two back that he sold me so he does that I walk out to my car. I put the coil in the vape and as I already knew it fit so I walked back inside to let him know that once again he was wrong, and does not know what the hell he’s talking about!!! he should be fired. I would never go back there again because of him he makes me miserable every single time like I should be able to come in get the coils for my vape get home and put them in and everything be fine instead I get home every single time For them to be the wrong coils and have to drive all the way back up there just for him to say sorry with a smile on his face because it did not affect him whatsoever!! Again, I’ve been going there for three years not a single problem but now I will never step foot in there again!!

Im from out of town and didnt know what to expect in stopping here. The girl who helped me was very friendly and super helpful! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they didnt carry my smok Nfix pods and they only have 50mg disposables. Other than that, it seemed like a great place with reasonable prices!

Usually have what u need. Staff changes a lot and they dont always know what theyre talking about. Theres a few consistent staff that are very knowledgeable. It gets super smoky In there and theres usually a lot of younger kids hanging out doing nothing and they tend to gather right around the service counter which means they are totally in the way but its a decent enough place and they have a mediocre selection.

When theyre busy staff cant be bothered to even say well be with you in a moment. Theyd rather let you stand around. Most of their mods and tanks are very overpriced. Always seems like a hangout for the stoner kids/cloud bros/employees friends when I pop in here. Staff is moderately knowledgeable, but its quite obvious that some of them arent and try to upsell.I dont understand why their house juice is so expensive either. It literally costs 2 cents/ml to make but they charge in excess of 10x that amount, and even more for their max vg (which even if its 80/20 doesnt effect the price when ordering supplies).They only carry single stand rolls of wire, so if youre looking for prerolled Clapton or above, youre out of luck.3 year update: This place has turned around for the better. No obviously underage kids hanging out acting like cloud bros, at least not when Ive been here. Staff is friendlier than they used to be. Much more likely to recommend now.

The guy that was working there when I went was very distracted and acted like he didnt even want to help me. It was my first time ever being there and I wanted to get my first vape and of course I had many questions but he didnt want to answer them. Only reason I will be going back is because their juice is cheaper although I will be looking for cheaper alternatives because it will just be easier for me. I still recommend the place though. Wide variety of flavors and cheap juice prices. But dont buy anything else there, its way too over priced.

We got my husband a gift certificate for here for the holidays. He went to try out their flavors and came back telling me how helpful they were. The employees spend time with you to make sure you know what youre doing, and answer any questions you might have. They customize all the flavors and nicotine levels to help you if your goal is to quit smoking

Prices on house juice are extremely reasonable, on par with the cheapest online. I still havent tried all of their flavors. Staff is always friendly, ready to offer suggestions, or to leave you alone to look. My favorite vape store in Erie.

Its really expensive. I always feel kinda awkward walking into most vape shops. The Cabana is the only place I go to due to the care I get with their employees. It may be halfway across town and there may be more shops closer to me, but its worth the extra drive.

Bought a new mod. 40 Minutes later I tried to return it and offered to pay for the coil I used. I didnt like it. Brand new. No scratches. Nothing. Box still had the price tag, mind you what I paid was about double what I could get it for online. Had reciept. Everything is brand new. Was told tough luck. No returns. Stellar customer service. I was there today for the first time and I will not be coming back.Its literally filled with children that are so loud it’s hard to even hear the employees and some employees are literally more helpful not even helping lol. They are inflated in price it’s insane I’m more mad at my self for even stopping over there. If you are a store on upper peach please be more professional about business limit the amount of kids that go in there it’s a bad image for you guys just saying!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!Hmm well where do I start I purchased a vape and there was something wrong with it internally and it burned my lip to where I have a huge burn blister on the inside of my bottom lip now I was still polite and went in to exchange it they didnt want to at first but did end up exchanging it for me after they tested it and agreed it was faulty and got hot in a weird way and threw it in the garbage but they werent happy about it I exchanged it for a new vape and paid the difference for the vape so I still paid full price in product I then left and went home and forgot to buy a ceramic coil so I called IMMEDIATELY after getting home from the vapor cabana to make sure they had them in store they said they did and for me to come back so I left immediately and went back to the vapor cabana and mind you I live fairly far away came back from my home to the store right after purchasing it and they tell me they dont have the coils and that my vape doesnt take the ceramic coils which they told me it did at the time of purchase I then asked to exchange the BRAND NEW vape I just left with and they told me no and I said well thats poor customer service so he said hed call the owner and called me back after talking to her and told me she was ticked off at him for exchanging the first vape even though it burned my lip and told me there was nothing he could do for me being the new vape worked properly but not to mention the new vape did not work properly at all it melted everything down under the coil and the coil would not burn it period ... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN EVER ME PERSONALLY IF MY PRODUCT BURNED A CUSTOMER I WOULD HELP THEM IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE TO FIX THE SITUATION NOT BE AS RUDE AS CAN BE those at the vapor cabana more like ruthless didnt even care I got burned didnt apologize nothing NOT THE KIND OF PLACE I WANT TO SHOP GOOD LUCK TO THE REST OF YOU THAT DO SHOP THERE!!!! So I was really saddened because I have never had a hard time at vapor Cabana but after spending $42 on salt nic with no flavor and asking for them to make it right they denied doing anything about it. I am really disappointed unfortunately I will not be doing business there any longer.

Their vape prices are overpriced. They are specialized in their vape juices. But make sure you use the right verbiage when buying water pipes and bangers or they will not allow you to buy them. LOL hey

Went here to get a tank for a vaporizer I bought. They didnt carry a tank for what I had. I ended up buying a completely different vaporizer for CBD. The CBD they carried had to be mixed with a vape juice and couldnt be used on its own. I ended up buying a vape, CBD, and liquid along with 2 coils for the vape. I went online and purchased coils for around 1/6 of the price of them in the store. You can get any product online for a fraction of the price. Im not the type of person who wants to pay for atmosphere.

Friendly staff, huge selection of quality vapor products. There are many vapor shops in town and i have tried most. This is the only place i would recommend in Erie. Consistant and cost friendly. If you need a vapor shop this is the place to start.
