Took a jaunt from NY and their oppressive no flavor vapor law to visit this place.Cody and Yesuwa were sooo helpful and kind. I was greeted with smiles and lots of information on their products. The store was super clean and very well stocked and had super pricing. These two guys should be employees of the year with their stellar service. I will DEFINITELY be making the 2 hour trek back to this store. If you are near or far, this is where you want to be for your vaping needs!!!

Had an excellent visit yesterday and again today . Wheelchair accesible , single manual open door . No pandemic precautions except hand sanitizer. Super clean and very friendly helpful staff knowledgeable in the products that they carry and sell . I purchased a red in color Yocan variable height variable wattage vape mod . They will of course be having a big sale next week on April 20 th with 20% or better discounts on a lot of stuff . I am very very new to this so the store staff has been my training manual .

I went to 7/10 vape shop on Buffalo road yesterday to pick up fluid. I barely go to this shop because its never been a good experience. Not sure what I was thinking 😕. I picked up a small bottle of Holy Melons, which is supposed to have a cantaloupe flavor. It doesnt taste like anything. So I go back to tell the lady working, and she says house blends normally are very weak. When I say no flavor, I mean NOTHING. It doesnt taste like ANYTHING. If it tastes bad, Id have been ok with that. It was the flavor I wanted to try. But this literally has no taste at all!!

I would LOVE to give to a huge shout out to 710 glass and Vapor located in Erie, PA! These guys are seriously so WONDERFUL! They are so dedicated to not only their job but also their commitment to providing the best products on the market! Their knowledge and education on nicotine, vaping, cbd and everything else in between is beyond phenomenal! Their staff will take the time to answer any questions you have and teach you how to use these products to best enhance your life and health! Super friendly staff that knows their stuff. Was looking for some flavors I havent seen up north (Original Yogi Granola and 5Star Caramel Nutz), they didnt have them but made recommendations based on my tastes. Was very pleased with my visit, will see them again!

Always polite to my boyfriend and I. Very laid back and knowledgeable staff.

The first time I went to the store was the first time I bought fluid. I vaped no more than a try or two before so had no idea what I wanted. He asked me what I wanted and actually paid attention when I started going on about my problem. I told him I liked strawberry but dont want to have a strawberry fluid that tastes like cough syrup. He got me the house made and it was mild enough that it was a light strawberry flavor water lick the lips and taste it. I told him I was smoking Newport and didnt like the mint flavor I had tried because it was too much. He has a nuport and he was knowledgeable enough to know how much nicotine is in a Newport cigarette. The flavor was good enough to almost pass the same and I have been off cigarette for a month in 4 days. I have had a few cigarettes in the time but that was only when I had to charge the vape or didnt have it on me. I have gone back because I feel that if the person there knows how much nicotine is in a cigarette or which level of flavor is desired then it is a good place. I have not been to another place though so I do not know if every place is this way. It is however a smaller more personal place. You feel welcome and comfortable there.

Had a great visit here. Shop was very inviting and had a great conversation with the guy working about the new regulations and taxes, and he was very knowledgeable. Didnt quite like the juice I bought, but it was a premium and they arent allowed anymore to let people sample, so not their fault. Hardware was also kind of slim, but also not their fault (prepping for Oct 1 tax). Check them out

I felt the need to give this store the credit it deserves. Todd, is very helpful and knows his stuff. He is always able to help me with my devices. The prices are fair. Today they had a sale going on for some discount juices. They are awesome! I love my little suorin drops. Will be back for a bigger mod in the future when funds are available. Staff is friendly and attentive. They will help you pick out a vape youll love that fits your budget. They arent pushy trying to get you to spend more than you can afford. Very knowledgeable about their products and the climate of the industry both at the state and federal levels.

Bought two batteries from here. Both Cartisan. The threads on them wore out almost instantly. The carts that were used were fine on other pens before and after.

This will be my only vape stop for anything I need I had a small issue a few days back and the owner personally called me and took care of my issue immediately. He and his management team are some pretty amazing people and wether you spend 2 bucks or 10 bucks you will get treated like royalty

I have gone in with my girlfriends and the staff is so kind, running to help us. One time I went in with my boyfriend he was inquiring about a problem he was experiencing with his vape and the manager argued with him, yelling at him saying that the problem wasnt real even though we had talked with several people who have had the same defect with this product. The manager began yelling at my boyfriend (who is very quiet and kind) and he ended up storming back to his office, ignoring us. I can assure you that we never became angry or argumentative however the manage just had a whole FIT! We left appalled at what had just happened to us. We refuse to return there.

Very nice and polite staff that work there and they will go out of their way to assist you in purchasing a product or any other question you may have.

The guys at 710 stayed open past their scheduled closing time on CHRISTMAS EVE just to help me and several other customers who were in need. And they delivered exceptional customer service to everyone. Highly recommend

I have been to all three locations of 710 Vapor. I owe a great deal of my success in quitting smoking to their helpful knowledgeable staff. It’s not for them my vaping experience could’ve easily gone south. It’s great to see such knowledgeable professional staff in a local business .

Knowledgeable and helpful staff who are very pleasant each visit to the store. Juices are great, and they always have an ample stock pile of flavors, devices, and miscellaneous items used for electronic cigarettes :)

Todd was extremely helpful and friendly. We are brand new to vaping and he helped us out with setups that were beginner level friendly. No upsale pressure and cut us discounts and even some free upgrades. Highly recommend 7/10 to everyone looking to stop smoking using the vape program.

Its hit or miss. If the store manager is in, hes a super friendly cool guy. But some of the other staff dont seem to want to help out. Youll need to know what you want before you head in, otherwise they just seem annoyed your there asking questions.

I wish I could review this establishment a ZERO!! Take the hint when you see no one in the business other than the lazy staff that runs it. Staff is down right rude, unhelpful, and aggressive. Plus the product this place is pitiful. E-juice tastes like metal and all mods/tanks are over priced ripoffs. AVOID at all costs. My recommendation: Order E-juice online so so much cheaper! (or Vapor Cabana.)

This bye far the best vape shop Ive been to they have top of the line customer service and the most welcoming staff Ive meet yet there chill store is the best place to hang out and taste the clouds hemi and Paul take care of there clients from new to pro they have your back stop in asap u will not regret it and wont wanna go anywhere else also they make there own killer juices try crack!! I walked in the door I was greeted immediately. My husband and I are new to the vape experience and had somewhat of an idea of what we wanted to buy. Boy were we surprised to find out we knew very little. At that point the gentleman who runs the store walked us through the entire process and suggested what we should buy as beginners. He did not try rip us off like so many salesmen try to do. He told us the price of everything and was extremely truthful. I wont go anywhere else. This will always be my vape store! Rock on guys!!

Love the place Ive only ever went there but today I bought a juice that wasnt mixed right or something it tasted old or burnt I even replaced my coil to see if it was that nope it wasnt I love u guys but whats up with that guys u guys are good at what u do what happened but they did just get ahold of me and straighten it out now that is class

Very well located vape shop. You do have to party across the street, but its easy to find. They have a wide selection of vape products and smoking products. Not too high prices and the customer service was A1. CAME IN CLUTCH!

I have been trying to find a local B&M vape shop since I started (2 Months ago). I walked into the Edinboro location, and I didnt want to leave. I was greeted by Evan who was more than helpful. He made sure that I tried any juice I wanted, and answered any questions that I had. Then Paul comes out and took my vaping experience to another level. I had already paid for my purchase , and he took his time educating me on vaping products gear juices,etc. I felt like I was hanging out with my buddies not shopping.This is now my store! If you havent been there make a trip, their prices are good, their house juice is awesome, Im never going back to premium brands again. Thank You!

Wait times are ridiculous. I just want to get some juice and coils. Instead, I have to listen to employees chatting up female customers ad nauseam. When paying cash, Ive been short changed on a few occasions. Is this the employee incentive? Perhaps spend less time chatting up females and do the jobs you are paid for. Lets see if my customer incentives are suspended after this post. Plenty of other places to shop from though.

The team at 710 is freindly, knowledgeable, and patient. Whether you are new and looking for a starter kit. Or a seasoned vapor looking to blow some serious clouds. They have what your looking for. I know that i have never left the store unsatisfied!

Newbie here. Was able to get help on learning about some basics for vaping. Bought a starter kit and the first juice (~7ml) is free. Wide variety of juices and plenty of vape mod styles to choose from.

One of the workers sold me the wrong coil. I went back today and she was quick to admit she was wrong, and they hooked me up! Great staff, very understanding, helpful and made the process smooth!

Everyone here is so helpful. They were very helpful with helping me find the right product and vape mixture to help my father stop smoking cigarettes. Very friendly staff!

Usually have a great experience with the employees (sometimes the owner is a tad grumpy and rude however, often ignoring customers needs, just trying to make a sale) otherwise though they have a great selection and high quality vape products.

Amazing customer service, the two guys who own the shop really know what they are talking about and take time to teach you what you need to know. I suggest this place for anyone who wants to start vaping and anyone who has been.

Walked in to see if they had aa batteries because the store across the street was out. I walked in with my 4 year old son and got told we weren’t allowed in because he wasn’t 21.

First time going to this 710 vapor and it was the best experience Ive had at a 710 vapor store the staff is excellent and very informative and friendly also said they would fix a problem I had at a different 710 vapor store prior will definitely go back to this store again

The one vape shop I go to, all the staff are friendly, pretty knowledgeable, and definitely love the huge variety of glass/papers/etc.

Went in to buy a new tank. Colins expertise allowed me the opportunity to fix my problem, and save some money. I will definatly return to these guys.

Was picked clean of juice I wanted but managed to get great help from one of the guys finding new other flavors I enjoyed.
