Absolutely magical! Maria is comfortable, passionate, and absolutely magical with her hands! From when you book an appointment to exiting the place after the massage the customer service is on par with the best. It’s a great treat for Erie to have such a skilled and passionate masseuse. Professionals of her caliber usually charge twice the rate in cities hundred of miles away.If you are living/visiting the Erie area I recommend this place to pamper yourself. For not only is the customer service superb, but Maria will do her utmost to make sure you have a refreshing and relaxing massage.

I highly recommend Maria from Balanced Restoration. My wife and I went there on a weekend getaway to Erie. It was a professional and comfortable atmosphere. Maria was very knowledgeable about all of the techniques including cupping. Which I opted to have during my massage. I have had numbness in my right leg for a number of years and nothing has been able to relieve it. Until I had my massage and cupping therapy with Maria. After just one session the numbness went away completely in my leg. I look forward to making the trip back over to see her to continue the therapy in hopes that it will completely alleviate the problem. If youre just looking for a relaxing massage or continue therapy for a physical problem Maria at Balanced Restoration is the person and place for you to go!

My husband called several different places to try to book a last minute surprise massage for my birthday, and although she had originally planned to be closed on that day, she told us she would take care of us. Both of the owners were very warm and welcoming, as well as informative. We both felt very comfortable, and received the best massages we’ve ever had! They both did an excellent job and we can’t wait to go back!

As a person with chronic neck/ back problems, I cannot stress the importance of massage enough. Maria takes the time to listen to what is bothering you and then custom tailor her techniques to what best suits your needs. It was super easy to schedule an appointment direct from her website and I even paid before I got there. 5/5 would recommend and will be back!
