I always really appreciate seeing Dr. Jeff! He always fixes my back and neck up and takes time to do intentional muscle work/trigger point massage therapy before doing any adjustments; which I have noticed makes all the difference with having a lasting adjustment. So thankful!!! 🙏

The Urban Squeeze is the best place Ive been. The staff is so kind, very helpful and the whole space is very healing. I consistently get incredible massages and feel taken care of by the staff. Jay is fantastic. Best massage I’ve had in a long, long time. All areas of concern were addressed and any time I needed pressure lessened or increased it was quickly adjusted. I had a lot of stress aches and knots built up and I really felt like they were completely gone when leaving. Absolutely recommend Jay and absolutely will be back.

Dr. Jeff Hogan is awesome and really understands how the body works and knows how to fix his clients bodies. Ive been coming to him for a while and would strongly recommend him. The staff at this facility are all friendly. You wont be disappointed!

My experience here was average. When I arrived no one was at the front desk so I sat there for a few minutes waiting for help. The facial felt more like a massage experience than skincare. This type of facial can be nice if you are looking for a relaxing experience but I was hoping to fight some blemishes and fix some issues. There only seemed to be 2 or 3 skincare steps before I received massage on my arms and face. During my facial the facialist left the room for a while... she said it was to get the product but I felt like that should’ve already been in the room and she seemed to be gone for longer than I would expect. When I was paying for the service another lady who was sitting up front with my facialist asked if I was tipping… I thought that was kind of rude because a) obviously I was going to tip, the option on the computer hadn’t come up yet and b) it wasn’t really her business since she wasn’t who I had even worked with. Again, this was an average experience and I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Awesome place to spend a self care day!They have so many options available to help you feel good. From the facials to the massage, infrared sauna, chiropractic, and the IV lounge! Definately worth it!! Im a lifer!!

Highly recommended! The staff is knowledgeable, and inviting.The monthly subscriptions are a steal! I love the IV infusions “Brain Fog and Energy & Metabolism”, I feel great all week after I get one!!You also get extremely discounted Botox with your membership. My experience with Urban Squeeze started out great, staff was friendly and knowledgeable at first until the turnover happened with Ana and Krista. They were a great fantastic and part of urban squeeze and once they left everything went down hill. The owner has no respect for the employees or the clients like myself that was there, once if not twice a week. I tried to cancel my membership and reached out multiple times by text and calling the med spa and her personal phone, I never got a response back directly from her. I would stay clear of this place if I was you. It was great at first but now it’s horrible. It’s been months since I’ve left this place and I’ve been hesitant to write this review but I realize that people should know what’s really going on at this place.

I took my son to get a mini facial due to some bumps around his hairline and first thing we met with Meta (she the owner) and she said you know let’s change this Appt to a consultation, as she believed the facial wouldn’t take care of his issue. She totally didn’t care that she was losing out on the facial but concerned to do the right thing for my sons face and she gave us pointers and what we should do to get rid of the bumps which were more like hair splinters from his haircuts not pimples. I was very impressed with her willingness to treat rather than take my money! Very much recommended Urban Squeeze!

My experience with Urban Squeeze started out great, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. But towards the ends things got weirder and weirder. Booking was always hard for a working person like myself, hard to get appointments I could make after work. At the end they kept canceling my appointment calling it a double booking and not being able to get me in. The also had a lot of turn over in staff.

Absolutely thrilled and relieved, both mentally and physically. Weve been in Colorado for 4+ years, and I have seen 3 other chiropractors to treat displacement due to a neurological condition and a lifetime of injuries. Dr. Jeff Hogan has, far and away, provided the most knowledgeable, skilled, and effective treatment. In most offices, you go in, lay on a roller table, then snap-snap, and out the door. Ive been to one other that does dry needling. Dr. Hogan is thoughtful in his approach, takes the time to do soft tissue manipulation to help ease adjustment, adjusts in the manner that is most comfortable and least traumatic to the body, and provides home exercises. These steps help adjustments hold longer, reduce post-visit pain, and if you do the exercises, your muscles adapt to support the correct alignment. So so so happy to be in his care.Additionally, he recommended Jay, massage therapist. Jay was also attentive to my health history, and checked in regularly regarding comfort and pressure.Great team. Cant recommend them enough.

From the moment you walk in you get that nice overwhelming feel of relaxation! The staff from the front desk to the room have all been amazing! Ive seen multiple therapists and each time Ive been more then satisfied with my service!They also have a great selection of upgrades for your massage to better suit your needs. Along with the massage they do offer skin care services. The facials Ive had (yup Im a guy thats had them!) Have been relaxing and pretty much amazing.They also offer cryoskin which I have not tried, but heard great things about it. Lastly, I think the membership Urban Squeeze offers is hands down an awesome value.Overall get into Urban Squeeze!

I cant say enough good things about Urban Squeeze. Everytime Im in there they are all so kind yet very professional and take such good care of you. I get regular facials with Anna and she is the best. Go see her, youll feel like a new person after! I also do Cryro facials with Meta and I look forward to my weekly self care days with her. Ive noticed a big difference in the texture and lines on my face keeping up on these sessions. And I just have to say, Rachel and Meta are running a very intentional business and they always have your wellness at their best interests. Im learning a lot about the newest services/products offered for self care and I couldnt be happier with the services Ive recieved so far. 💕

Jay was fantastic. I booked an appointment with him for my wife’s birthday as she was having back pain recently. Jay educated us on how to better maintain her muscles after a she had a wonderful experience with his massage skills.

I have had a membership for over a year now and have had such great experiences. Jay is my masseuse and he is such a good listener. He always works to relieve the pain and stiffness in my shoulder. I have been getting IVs and Massages every other week for the last few months. I am finding that I am less sore after playing golf and I have found that my arthritis doesnt seem to be flaring up as much as it once did especially on my hands. I would highly recommend these services and Urban Squeeze is a really nice and welcoming facility.

Urban Squeeze is a neighborhood gem! Their services are truly magical. They use essential oils that they customize for whatever you are going through that day and they customize the massage that is right for you. Whether that is therapeutic, relaxing, deep tissue, lymphatic...etc. they can do it! Also, their facials are amazing. I had a microdermabrasion with baking soda that left my face feeling and looking like its never felt before! The staff is as good as it gets and very intuitive to your needs. I cant wait to get back there!!

Rachael and her staff run a top notch business. Very professional and excellent service. Ive been a client now for 4+ months and cant say enough about how relaxing and comfortable they make you feel. Each massage Ive had left my muscles in a better place and my mind & body reset and recharged to tackle the day-to-day stresses I face. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

I had a great massage! I really like the ability to control the music and mood in the room. They have a great assortment of scents to enhance the experience too. The rooms are really nice with the appropriate space to store your stuff. Filling in my info on the app ahead of time was a welcome change to the old paper form. I suggest trying it out if you are in the area.

How good they are really depends on which masseuse you get. Customer service could be improved, havent gotten my name right once though Im a member. Great discounts on perks though, if you use those things, like facials and vitamin shots. Still debating whether to continue this service or head to the reliable Chinese lady down the road.

I am always skeptical when I go in for a prenatal massage. I prefer male masseuses and prenatal is almost always female--plus, they seem awkward and dont ever really relieve any tension/muscle soreness for me. This was NOT my experience at Urban Squeeze with Jenna. The facility is very nicely decorated and professional, and so are the staff. Jenna was very thorough discussing my aches and pains and instructed me how to get most comfortable with the offered assortment of pillows. She worked my muscles exactly how I like--very deep tissue massage and really paid attention to the problem areas we had discussed. I am thoroughly impressed with my massage experience!The only negative is the introductory price -- $89 for a massage is pretty hefty for this area, in my experience. But if you rebook while youre there you lock in a price of $59, so thats good to know (and yes, I definitely re-booked with Jenna!)

Lots of services to choose from, and the staff was great!! Prices were fairly affordable and I felt comfortable throughout all of my session. Definitely felt the difference of before and after getting a massage.

Just started my Cryoskin treatments and am loving the results so far! Rachael is very friendly, knowledgeable and explains everything during the sessions. I also brought my son for a teenage facial. Meta made him very comfortable and gave him an awesome facial with great extractions! He wont go to anyone else! Highly recommend this place!

Such an amazing place. I love going to Lelia, she is an absolute miracle worker. Lelia is so in touch with you body, she is able to find knots that you didnt know were there causing you so much pain. Not only does she give an amazing massage but she is willing to go the extra mile and show you stretches to help as well!! Lelia is fantastic, love going to her!

Abi has magic hands!! The location is comfortable, clean & makes you instantly relax. The massage bed is so comfy and warm with fluffy, soft sheets and blanket on top. They have lots of options for adding essential oils and other services to meet your needs and relieve your pain. Really impressed! Top notch place ❤️

I had my first massage at Urban Squeeze earlier today and it was amazing! I got a sports massage from John. I went in there super tight and sore, but I left feeling loose and relaxed. My hip flexors and shoulders were the main points of concern and now they feel better than they have in a very long time. I cant wait to come back and I highly recommend the same massage to anyone who is feeling tight and cramped from exercising or just sitting at a desk all day!

Great place for sports massage! John has helped work wonders with my knee injury! I use their skin care line and its amazing! We love Mata as well, shes helped my daughter with some skin issues and weve seen huge improvements! Love everyone at Urban Squeeze!

I have had a massage by Jenna and a facial by Brianna. Both were wonderful experiences. I had just recently started working out when I got the massage and it was just what I needed. This is the first facial I have ever had by someone else and it was truly amazing. Both very professional and you can tell they care about you. I would highly recommend both.

I first met Rachel when she was moving in. I was instantly attracted to her positive mannerisms, and patience. I have since had 2 massages with Rachel. Her office is so quiet, and tranquil which is perfect after work. I do not feel pressured to be up-sold but rather valued as a client. Rachels massages are a 10/10 for working out the stress our bodys hold on it. Making appointments is a breeze too!

Astonished at the lack of professionalism. The women who work here seem friendly when you meet them, but you’ll quickly realize they’re fake. And good luck getting ahold of anyone on the phone. “Urban squeeze” is a dumb name, you’d think it was a juice bar or something. I don’t see this place lasting with the way they handle anything business related.

The facility is very clean and welcoming. No problem with scheduling. My esthetician was Emilie. She is the epitome of professionalism. She explained what was going to be done and ask about any questions. However, I was not obligated to carry on a conversation. I was simply allowed to relax and enjoy the facial. I feel like a new man.

I have recently found this new Massage therapist and body rejuvenation center. One stop shop for all your beauty and relaxation needs. I have received two massages from two different therapist and both were great. You feel completely relaxed and comfortable when you are here. Rachael and Jenna are great at what they do. The rooms are set up very nice and meant to put you in a atmosphere of relaxation. I have been utilizing massage therapy as a a way to release the tension and stress for a very long time, I think that their prices are reasonable and adequate to what you would pay anywhere else.I would definitely reccommend their services and cant wait till my next massage.

Not only will you get he BEST massage of your life here, but the secondary aspects of your visit will not be overlooked as well: friendly staff, nice facility, relaxing atmosphere, etc. Ive received relaxation and spots/recovery massages from countless places over the years, but Rachael and her staff are without question as good as it gets. The method of combing traditional massage with modern practices and stretching is unbelievable. You will feel like a welcome guest when you visit, and walk out relaxed & repaired in a way that simply isnt obtainable otherwise. Cannot wait for my next visit!

This place is amazing. Rachael takes the time to make sure all your needs are met. I had a stroke in 2014 she is working with me to retrain my muscles. I have been going to her for about 2 months the progress is amazing. She has been able to get my muscles to respond. She is dedicated to helping her clients She even brought in a second therapist to try to help me would-highly recommend.

I had a prenatal massage this morning with Jennifer. This pregnancy has me dealing with some sciatica, which was my reason for going in. Jennifer was very knowledgable on the topic! She was able to pinpoint the different areas in my body that were tight and adding to the discomfort. She also had stretches to suggest. She had a very comforting way about her and clearly knew how to make pregnant ladies relax. I highly recommend her!

FANTASTIC! After contacting Rachel with complaints of back pain moving into my neck she set me up with her new therapist, Jon. He listened well as I explained my areas of concern, and then delivered a massage unlike one Ive ever experienced. My neck and back feel soo much better today, but what amazed me most was the work he did on my elbow. Who knew there were so many muscles to massage in that little area! I was told that I had tennis elbow and that there wasnt much to do for it other than surgery. My elbow feels 10X better after the work he did on it. Outside of an amazing massage, the Urban Squeeze space was clean and bright, and the staff friendly and helpful. Ill be back!

I love Urban Squeeze! I found them through a Groupon and have been a customer ever since. Its comparable pricing to other massage places but the service is just great. Its so relaxing and I feel like I actually got my moneys worth when I leave.

Best massage I’ve ever had. Ketra did an amazing job giving a relaxing massage while also digging into some of the problem areas and releasing the knots.

I have been receiving massages for almost 20 years. Rachael and the therapists with Urban Squeeze are the best I have ever gone to! I have had back problems for 12 years, including 4 spinal surgeries, 3 of them for fusions. She has helped my back soooo much! She stretches me and gets into the fascial tissue like no one ever has. Also, your hour massage here is a full 60 minutes. Give them a try and you wont regret it!!!

I’m a dental hygienist, and Abi makes sure I can keep practicing by beating me to near death every two weeks (she’s also gentle if you laugh at her jokes🤣.)Seriously though, I feel like I’m hanging out with people who really are passionate about what they do, especially when taking care of us during a global pandemic. Got my purse stolen. They sent my phone which was in the stolen purse a text to verify an appointment, which I could not respond to because the phone was in the stolen purse. Luckily my credit cards were not in the stolen purse, but someone still managed to steal some money off one of the cards... Yeah, after not responding to the text, instead of cancelling the appointment to fill the spot, they charged my card. Poor! I found a place that has a more reasonable policy.

Omg did I feel so good after the IV treatment I received! Fully hydrated and all my inflammation and muscle fatigue gone due to the amputated leg. I felt rejuvinated and ready for the day ahead of me 10/10 and Ill see yall next time!

I have been a client of Johns for 6 months now. About 7 weeks ago I ended up in the ER unable to walk from extreme back, hip and nerve pain. After getting X-rays, going to a Chiropractor and being put on a long treatment plan for skeletal alignment I had a Hugh set back on a Friday night and was again in extreme pain. I called John and he got me in the next day and was so caring and attentive to the exact areas causing my pain. I was barely able to walk in unassisted and after my massage, I walked out standing up and woke the next day with less pain and more range of motion than I have had in 5 weeks. I was so focused on the skeletal problems, it didnt occur to me to treat the muscle and facia as well. John is more than a massage therapist. He has such a gift for treating and reducing immediate pain, limited range of motion, and chronic pain. I just dont have enough words to explain the wonders of Johns talent and the care he gives each individual that ends up on his table. Truly a therapeutic massage! If youre looking for a One of a Kind sports or therapeutic massage, hes your guy!!
