Best Place For Help/HealingI found this head shop purely by divine incident. I stumbled upon it and I felt a vibe that I cant describe as anything other than warm, inviting, welcoming, knowledgeable and peaceful. This place was all that and more, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and we even discussed things like medicinal uses of herbs and other botanicals.5/5 | I will come here for life (as long as my gf lets me move in lol) its a great place for all your glass and herbal healing needs.

Stopped in because I was looking for a disposable vape. Little did I know they had drinks, brownies, food, and a super chill atmosphere. Shawn was awesome to talk with, and made me a FIRE drink. Your missing out if you go anywhere else. For sure a top bookmark on my stops!

I went there 2 weeks ago and they guy had some new e-juice flavors and i got the sweet cream and he also hooked me up with a new coil for my vape. They also have great prices there so if u havent been there yet u should go and u can also chill in there lovely place the guy there is very friendly ❤️❤️

I liked the store they have a decent selection of a few different things my friend recommended me go there for what I was getting and I was definitely pleased with the selection The staff was friendly its decent prices if they have something that you were interested in I would recommend giving this store once over Ill definitely be going back

I had a wonderful experience today with Sean (Shawn?? Idk how he spells it, my bad) He was very friendly and attentive in helping me pick my vapes and Boba tea. He had me make sure my vapes worked and everything was good before leaving and had some helpful advice.

Im not quite sure how they get away with it but this place is not wheelchair accessable. I called on the phone and talked to one of their employees & mentioned I was in a wheelchair and they never said they had multiple steps outside an no way to get in. I drove over 25 miles round trip to get here an could not even get inside & when I asked if they could complete a transaction with me outside I was told NO...I was in shock to say the least, but im not surprised as the owners other business a icecream shop, the enployees are equally rude and incapable. No idea how anyone runs a business like this. I just heard they are closing and I can see why if he runs his business like this.

I love this place. Everyone is super nice and helpful. They have excellent quality Kratom, a beautiful selection of glass pieces and lot of other super neat stuff. They also have a rewards program through the Clover app, which is pretty awesome. I highly recommend checking it out and the new location on 26th and Poplar has better parking.

Utterly disgusted! After applying for a position at the establishment online I received a prompt to contact. I waited to do so until normal business hours.#1- The person answered the phone with no greeting! I had to ask her if it was Hippie and the Hound#2- I explained to her that I had sent my resume information over and would like to discuss it with the Hiring Manager her responce... I am the Hiring Manager and We seen em telling me she had to go she had a customer and hung up?I was completely taken back by this! As a trained professional manager I would have never spoken to a prospective employee in this manner! I encourage ownership to seek a friendly staff as this will attract customers and increase revenue! In hindsight Im glad this woman was rude... this shows true colours! I will not be patronizing this business!So the Funny singing guy promoting his business...rethink the status of this employee!Happy Day! 😎

My first time was surprisingly pleasant. The gentleman was very friendly and Highly motivated to find the right part that I needed. He went far beyond customer service for me. Finally got a chance to stop at the new location and, honestly, I was pleasantly floored by the experience. They haven’t fully set up shop in the new 26th St location (still pending the non-alcoholic bar), but even then, it still was a thousand times better than any local smoke shops I’ve visited. Staff was knowledgeable and caring, glassware and CBD selections looked great, and they carry the largest variety of kratom I’ve ever seen in a storefront for prices that I would expect from an online vendor! I’m so impressed with the staff and products!!! I’ve been using kratom since 2012 and have DREAMED of finding a local retailer like this!! I can’t wait to stop back in and see how they continue to grow!

After waiting for at least 15 minutes with NO greeting what so ever. I had to stand in the lobby being ignored while staff chit chatted to other customers about “bongs” (which is illegal wording to use in a smokers shop). I asked several times politely if I could get serviced and was completely ignored. By the third time I said something the staff said “I thought you were together” when she greeted both of the other customers that were actually together and held a conversation with them and only them for the following 15 minutes. I’ve been here before and have NEVER had someone so rude working there. You need to teach your staff how to properly greet customers.

First time customer, stopping in to grab a gift for a friend. The salesperson was very kind, and showed me a variety or options that fit my budget. A very well put together, and unique smoking boutique, I will be shopping there again.

There are a few things that you should stay away from one or the nectar collectors. I’ll take that hour and 15 minute drive to Mayfield Heights and go to puff ‘n stuff for their quality glass not hippie…… second is the nicotine sticks. the reason why they sell them so low It’s because they’re gonna die within a day I bought a Nic stick and within that night it was tasting old and rusty.. But they do have really good cereal bars and really good Boba tea with infused delta eight those are the only things I recommend

I will definitely visit this store next time we are up fishing. Ill have Xtra money next time for sure. The staff is the best. I wanted to ask about the hound though.

I went in search of a specific product known as wax liquidizer, and not only did they have this in a variety of flavors, but their vapor selection was profound. This head shop is a must check out spot.

After standing in lobby for almost 15 minutes with out being greeted I went outside and called a competitor to compare prices from what I saw. Came back in and asked a few questions and was given short snotty answer by the older lady working. I dont think I will return to this place, even though its only 1/4mile away. Edited to 2 star after receiving message from HATHVSAL. It was a dropped ball, but ill revise after a 2nd visit, everyone has a bad day from time to time, im a firm believer in current actions over past

Bought a vaporizer and was told if I didnt like it I could bring it back within a few days. Brought it back 2 days later to exchange it and even though it was in new condition they refused to exchange it. I didnt ask for my money back and I was willing to spend more than my original purchase yet I was refused the return I was promised! Go elsewhere for your smoking needs!
