Just place that all kinds of products but the customer service was lacking theyre on their phone talking and laughing and joking when were waiting to get waited on then they wont even go over and open up the pods so I can see them he just stayed behind the register and act like I wasnt there he had red hair and a beard I dont think you should be working there so Im giving them two stars

This used to be a great place now the employees are so focused on the in store slot machines that you have to go get them to cash you out I cant believe the owner lets them play while they are working

Refused entry with a mask, despite me having a medical condition that necessitates mask wearing in public spaces. I made this clear, but was still told I had to leave. There are many smoke shops in the area, and this is the first one I’ve been to that has had a problem with immunocompromised people protecting themselves.

Thought Id finally put a review got two vapes from here (recently)and a glass piece or two months back but whoever the blonde lady who works on Sunday for closing shes knowledgeable and a good conversationalist will remain to visit for my vapes

Every time I go in I get such amazing help. Like they are so helpful and knowledgeable. Dylan is amazing and has helped me so much with quite a few items. I don’t know a lot about things but I feel so comfortable asking him anything because he is the best! They are all so super friendly!

Sells the cheapest vape batteries offering no exchange or refund when they fail. Not a safe purchase here. A person cannot be confident in their purchase here. I will go elsewhere

Ive been here about 3 times...The first time the guy I talked to was really nice and sincerely invited me to look around after I purchased what I came in for and had mentioned it was my first time visiting. He made me feel like I could let him know if I had any further questions (not like he was just saying it). Unfortunately, my most recent experience the other night was really disappointing. The guy who helped me (my receipt listed the cashier as Eric) was a little abrupt, almost like I was a bother. I told him what I was looking for and he quickly grabbed one off a shelf and said Here, this is the only one we have.. I had remembered seeing a bunch of them the first time I was in there which is the SPECIFIC REASON I returned when I was ready to make that purchase. I was a little surprised and even mentioned it to him. He kinda sighed and then walked over to somewhere behind the counter and said Well, we have this one, too.... but it was much more than I needed. I looked up on the shelf where he grabbed the first one and saw at least 3 or 4 other styles. I asked him about them and, sure enough, thats what they were...Also, there was a girl sitting right next to us (behind counter) and she didnt even look up from her phone to help him. Maybe I used the wrong terminology or something but they clearly didnt have just one, once you knew what I was looking for why wouldnt you show me my other options? Ok, whatever. I also needed a lighter. He showed me a couple, I selected one, he had told me it was $13.99. After I got in my car I looked at the receipt and it was rung up as $17.99 which further irritated me. I almost went back in to say something (I normally would) but theres no way to prove he had quoted me $4 less and I just didnt want to be further aggravated by the guy. I left feeling pretty unwelcome and annoyed and it will certainly influence whether I choose to shop here again.

Bought two Nomad brand vape kits, were told they were the best for both cartridges and wax, paid $75 apiece... now both batteries are somehow useless, wont heat... about two and a half weeks later. Didnt even get a full month out of them. Super disappointed I paid $150 to be right back where I was before this purchase.

The previous employee that worked at this store did not give me a receipt when I purchased my item. He said the machine is down. Well I had an issue because I wasnt given what I asked for and when I went to return this item which had never been used.. still in the box with the stores sticker on it...I am unable to return it because I dont have a receipt and they cant prove it came from there(store sticker is on the item).The staff were rude and stated this isnt their problem when it clearly is. I am irate to say the least.

The guys in there took time to fill my torches! They even offered to get me high on dabs!!

Mediocre place, openly smoking bongs and vaping right in the shop. Also have been offered illicit items later in the evening, neither discrepancy is even remotely professional. All the male employees either are rude or simply don’t know what’s going on

This is my favorite smoke shop now! First time here today and it was great. The selection is huge and a lot of floor space to browse. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Very courteous and personable employees. Very clean and organized. If youre looking for the type of product they are selling they have a huge variety and the employees are very knowledgeable to match your needs with a specific product. Dont be afraid to ask because they are eager to help.

Everyone is really great, I love it here! Just want to add how nice it is they stay open till 10. Wish their elfbar selection was better but still my favorite shop in erie.

I am trying to fix my Bluetooth speaker and took out the battery to go to batteries and Bulbs+ on Peach street. The gentleman tells me the battery pack is a Lithium battery and they do not sell them. He then tells me to check out Smoke shop and they sold me some batteries that looked like the ones in the pack but would need to be soldered in. I was met at the counter by Hazel who helped me pick out the batteries and told me if they were not what I needed I could bring them back for a refund. They were purchased on August 17th at 12:39 pm. After a day to think it over I decided that they were not what I needed and went to return them tonight which is August 19th and was told by the salesperson that they have only a 24 hour return on batteries so they couldnt take them back. There is nothing on the receipt saying that batteries only have a 24 hour return period, and nothing in store saying that. The salesperson told me the owner is a real stickler about the 24 hour return period and if its returned any later than that he will get in trouble. So they basically told me to go pound salt since it was 2 days ago I bought the batteries and Im out 43 bucks.

This shop is mainly vape focused but they have a large variety of cheap cigars and a small selection of quality cigars. The staff were very friendly and the cigars were about average price. Overall a good experience.

Reading the one star reviews was a headache. this stores staff is knowledgeable and professional yet not overly professional and doesnt act like know it alls. its my #1 head shop ill go too. easy in easy out. infact i like it so much i decided to make a review which i never do for places, let alone a smoke shop. good people!

Wish I could give zero stars. This place does not care about their customers at all. They talk down to you, they judge you, and they dont care about selling faulty items and then not taking them back, and then blaming you for the item not working. Thats how this place operates. Would never recommend, not even to an enemy.

I had the worst experience of my life in this store I was accused of stealing something when I in fact did not! I hope they go over the video footage because someone owes me an apology. I was screamed at and publicly humiliated!

These reviews are suspect. It is very rare that a post gets over 100 completely positive reviews in 30 days. I was in this store. As far as head shop gear is concerned, this store does have lower than average prices for this area. As far as e-cigs are concerned, he has the highest prices in the area. Additionally, this store has a limited selection of non-popular pre-packaged e-liquid

ElfBar is only 24.99 for 5k puffs and so fruity flavored--staff is so chill I come here once a week and wont be going back to vape cabana any longer as this store has the cheapest prices for the same products other local vape shops sell for

Manager behind the counter is a cry baby, cannot do his job properly, will storm out of the store like a child if you say anything he doesn’t like. Likely has mental problems.

Good place to get all of your smoking products all in one place. Big open floor plan, good and knowledgeable employees. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was prices are a little on the high side.

I went in there for the first time today. The lady was very rude. Didnt offer help, hardly answered when I asked questions and NO MASK and walking thru the place vaping... I felt very uncomfortable like I should hurry up and leave. Very weird and uncomfortable experience.
