Vapor Punk

I usually get great service here, HOWEVER...just know that if your vape malfunctions after u leave the store, youre stuck with it. I tried this one in the store and it worked fine. Loved it actually. About an hour or so later tho, the battery began malfunctioning. And now, it wont work at all. But, apparently theres no refunds or exchanges once you leave the store, so I have to eat the $35. Not cool. 😒 👎

Last time I got a vape here it had almost a sulfur odor and made me sick like it was a knock off. Yesterday I stopped for a vape and it worked fine in the store but today when it died and I went to charge it its staying on zero and wont charge. What a waste!

Absolutely a amazing place, always friendly, helpful, and i love the feeling of just going in there, very cyber punk like.

Best shop in erie by far. First store and only to do delivery. The atmosphere is electric workers are happy and energetic and eager to please customers

I dont know how I didnt notice vapor punk. And I drive by it almost everyday. My coworker recommended this place. I love the flavors of the geek bars I got. I recommend this place highly. 😁

EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REVIEW: Im not sure how many impolite customers youve had come into your shop, but Im 35 years old and wasnt asked for my ID, nor did I ever swear at anyone. I was polite and simply trying to find out information on some of the products you sell.The employee was very rude to me when I stopped in the store. Didnt know anything about any of the products I asked about and then acted like I was being a problem for asking questions. There are better priced, stocked, and friendly stores in Erie.

3 stars is being generous but theyve got every flavor of orion bar so theres that, but where my complaint comes in is the service... by reviews it seemed like they were gonna have awesome, knowledgeable, energetic staff... and instead the dude waiting on me seemed more worried about getting back to his seat n phone to bother answering any questions I may have. I asked one question about the Orion Bar and got a half asked mumble of a reply. Im new to the vaping thing and am looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and inexpensive place to purchase what I need... I dont think Ill be back here tho... sorry!

Excellent customer service!! Johnathan was my counter attendant. He has a very soothing persona. He listened and responded in kind. Explained my options for the present and long term, along with all the services the establishment offers. This business has my business.

I truly am blown away by how modern and well done this vapeshop is. The customer experience is great, and everyone who works there is chill and knowledgeable about what’s on their shelves. It also seems like they only carry the good stuff, like whatever’s trendy, futuristic and such. I’d recommend this place as one of the coolest spots around the city.

Just found my new favorite vape shop! Super close to the house and AMAZING PRICES! They also carry disposable brands that you can’t find at any other store ! Highly recommend!
