Excellent spa experience! Best facial Ive EVER had; Karen was amazing, kind, professional and was so knowledgeable about skin types. No pushing of products or upgrading of services! Cannot wait to come back to Welk!Also had a massage by Amy; excellent pressure and very relaxing! Very sweet person, soft spoken and strong hands! A definite repeat experience in my future!

Bello Vita Spa is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was relaxing and soothing, setting the perfect tone for my spa experience. The services provided were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful time. Karen is fantastic. Wow! Just got back to my villa from an incredible experience at the spa. The 90/90 combo has surpassed my expectations. The Best!! Made the appointment via text with their customer service support team and I have to say how fast & easy it was. 123 and my appointment was made. Now Im off to the fitness center to take a sauna. Slice of heaven! Here at Welk resort to get some “mommy me time” and decided to check out the spa. So glad I did. My experience was the best! Made my combo appointment so easily through their customer support team. Walking distance from the room. Loved it! Wish I lived closer to go more frequently. Thank you Karen and Amalia for such fabulous treatments!

Amy Lu Roger gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever received!!! She is tuned into her clients needs and wants, and gives a massage like no other!!! Her energy is pure and her touch is magical!!!!

Our family were on the vacation at the Welk and decided to get a massage. And let me tell you Alfredo, Amy, and Eileen took good care of us. My dad said that this was the best massage in 30 years. He is a big guy and it was hard to work on him but Alfredo did some magic haha. Recommend this place 10/10!

Im being generous with two stars instead of one, and its because when my appointment was finally straightened out after a stressful experience of unproductive phone tag, last minute incorrect email confirmation, insufficient responses from the spa, and GPS being completely wrong, the facial was quite good.First of all just be aware that you can never call anyone at the spa desk, because there is no one at the spa desk. The resort confirmed the same and said that they transfer all the incoming calls from the front desk to the practitioners cell phone. If that person is in a therapy session, youre not getting through. They dont return calls right away either, so when my appointment was messed up (booked for one person instead of two) I couldnt easily straighten it out.They also email-confirmed the morning of the appointment, so no time to contact anyone at all. So not off to a good start, and made worse by the fact that they wont update their google page to tell people what the address is. The address for the business puts you in front of a bunch of villas on the other side of the resort. This is really inexcusable, for any business, let alone a high end resort and spa. I had to ask a guy in a golf cart to escort me to the spa, then drop a location pin so my daughter in law could find it.I mean this is just ludicrous.Unfortunately, things got worse. The spa booked me in with who Im assuming is a backup massage therapist who gave a mediocre massage. No where near the price tag I paid for two massages and two facials, $540. Let me reiterate, NO WHERE NEAR worth that price.The massage therapist used the cheapest oil that they could put their hands on (grapeseed) for my session, and used a scant amount so there was a lot of pulling on my skin. There were no essential oils added, and she actually got fatigued during the massage, probably because it had to be last-minute booked, so she did portions where she was sitting on a stool barely touching my feet, and again sitting, and barely touching my shoulders and neck, which I specified was a problem muscular area. For what its worth my neck still hurts, which sucks.I didnt go there to get some grapeseed oil lightly rubbed onto my feet, back, and neck. So yeah, almost $600 down the drain due to mediocre massage, zero response from the spa manager, spa not answering phone calls, spa not answering messages, me not being able to talk to anyone to confirm, not being able to find it in the first place, and the front desk at the Welk being helpless over the situation. Worst $540 Ive ever spent.Worst massage I ever had, other than the one where I couldnt walk the next day. That one was worse. So second worse I guess. The facial was good, so two stars. Hopefully someone sees this and they can get their act together.

My mom and I enjoy a wonderful massage and facial! We will definitely be returning for Karens facial, our skin felt amazing. The massage was ok got some yoga tips on stretching. But the most memorable was the facial. We recommended the facial to my sister and she too enjoyed her facial by Karen! Thank you!

Bella Vita Spa is an absolutely delightful place to experience utter relaxation in a beautiful environment. The place is lovely, and every detail is carefully attended to. The staff is wonderful and so attentive, and Any (my massage therapist) was absolutely terrific. I recommend them highly!

I love Monique! She is a very lovely lady with a lot of knowledge about the body. I was so surprised to see a tiny woman like her put the best pressure on my knots. I’ve gone to her twice and I just have to have her. She is awesome. Thank you for the good work.

I have had two massages in one week from Monique and she is fantastic! She gave me a lot of good ideas and advice to better myself since I dont live in the area. Very professional, friendly and courteous. I sure hope she gets treated well and paid accordingly, she is very good at her job!!

What a fantastic place!! We did the combo facial & massage. Karen did a wonderful facial and made you feel pampered and extra special!! Loved the little massage at the end!Monique, the massage therapist, I can’t say enough great things about!! I’ve never had a massage that intense (in a good way) and relaxing. Loved how she could pinpoint my issues and worked on alleviating the tenseness and pain. Loved the exercises and suggestions offered.

My daughter and I had massages and facials. The facials were amazing!!! The esthetician was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Our skin glowed and felt so hydrated afterwards. The massage therapist was friendly and targeted high stress areas! Loved this spa, highly recommend!!!

Monique is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is incredibly skilled and methodical - in 2 sessions she relieved significant neck pain I have suffered from for two years. I genuinely can’t sing this woman’s praises enough. She has a gift! I highly recommend her if you are booking a massage here.

Amazing service. I brought the wife for a couples massage an it was well worth it. Amy was my masseuse and was very funny an had very good pressure for me.Karen was so awesome to offer the best packag for us an accommodate our special requests. Wife an I cant wait to come back!

I have to say this is one of the best places I have been in regards to a spa. The ambience is very high class, clean sleek look. They are professional and friendly.The staff is AMAZING! One of the staff does amazing hot stone massages. (Ask when calling for the employee who does the hot stones)She is the only person I let massage me!The facial technician was great too. Very professional and relaxing rejuvenating time.For a relaxing massage to a purifying facial you cant go wrong here!The massages range in prices. An hour is about 100. The 1 1/2 hour is about 150. They also have several packages and options available for EVERYONE. Prices I said are approximate and vary.

Had couples massage, my massage was more like a rub down, I think she was new. My husband had a really good massage, worked a lot on his shoulders and back. Its the second time weve gone there.

All I can say is WOW! Such a relaxing and soothing experience end-to-end. Everyone is very welcoming and made my girlfriends & I feel very comfortable. I left my massage and facial combo feeling like I was on cloud nine! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

They canceled our appointment. We made this appointment a solid 3 weeks in advance, but they couldnt contact us to CONFIRM the appointment that we had made a solid 3 weeks in advance, so they canceled it. Apparently they had an incorrect phone number. We were not told that a confirmation phone call was NEEDED, or else we would have been on the look out, and we would have ensured they had the right number or else called them to confirm. This was suppoae to my wifes self care day.

Karen gave me an excellent facial. Monique gave me a wonderful massage. It was all heavenly. I cant wait to come back now!
