It’s a well stocked shop, wish they carried Lost Mary tho. Sales guy is kinda pushy. If I don’t ask for a recommendation maybe don’t give me one, thanks. Also don’t like spending $30 for vapes that should be more like $20. To sum it up: good selection, but you pay a premium.

Not sure what’s been going on here but things have been wonky lately. Came in last night and told the guy I wanted iced apple watermelon juice , showed him a photo of it and got home only to realize it was not what I asked for. Was told by associate that there’s nothing they could do. I understand it’s my responsibility to look at it and be sure it’s correct but it’s also the associates job to get it right. Wasn’t even offered a discount for their mistake, now I’m out 22$ and a highly displeasing juice that is not easy to smoke.

Jacob was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about these products.I came in as a first time vape buyer looking to wean off cigarettes, and wanted clean and regulated product for nicotine fix! He told me the pluses and minuses of various american made vapes, was energetic and enthusiastic, overall the best sales experience ive had in a long time. Satisfied customer here

This has always been my go to place for vapes. Recently Ive been getting damaged/defective ones and they were awesome to replace it once. My last purchase I got 2 YAYA supremes. BOTH came damaged, one had the E juice spilled all inside the pouch and could not use it(was completely dead/damaged). The second one was obviously used, the box was opened from the bottom and the vape pouch was opened. The vape didnt even have the silicone covers. I emailed them 3 times asking if I could get a replacement but they completely ignored me and never responded.Im truly disappointed and wont be returning back as a customer.

Great staff and the fact that they make all their own juices puts them number 1 in my book.

Went here tonight. Bought four big boy clics. First one I opened tasted burnt. Next two I opened tasted burnt. Not much hope for the fourth - first three unusable. Nice guy working there, so not sure if it’s just the brand but from the reviews I read, sounds like mostly bad products. 50 bucks down the drain.

Went in this afternoon, guy behind the counter was upfront about his inexperienced with disposables. His boss/coworker/tyrannical overlord picked up on the rebound dude. (Not saying youre a tyrannical overlord, just that Id have that printed on business cards if I could.)Great recommendation, decent little product, wasnt overjoyed by the planter outside but that aint yalls fault. Keep up the great work.

Dude this place is bomb. Hands down best vape shop in Escondido and all San Diego county. $30 gets you 120 ml liquid and its bomb 👌 should have been going here all along!!! Highly recommend to anyone who loves vaping and I got OG.

Making the transaction very easy and efficient.Romee was the one who helped me both times I came in, I had a problem with that Vape pen that I bought, she immediately recognize the problem and exchanged it for me at no extra cost and no questions asked. Nice range of products, reasonable pricing, and a knowledgeable staff make it easy to find what you want. They can do custom blend juice, as well as custom build your equipment. Laid back, no pressure to up-sell. Worth the trip.

Been coming here for at least a year now since I left cloud 9 and their overly priced juices. They are amazing. Bought a tvl mod and with the mod they will replace your cotton for free. Ill never go anywhere else now. They know me and will always take care of me since I am a loyal customer. If you live near escondido, just go there. Buy one of their mods. You dont need any other vape shop. It is worth it.

Every time I went too this location they did not have the basic vape glass replacements available and the juices they have in stock are bare minimum.

Great experience with staff, I felt safe, all employees was wearing mask. Store was clean. I purchased a couple of devices, disposable, the YAYA’s. Great product, flavor was outstanding. I will surly be back.

Way over priced. Almost 10 bucks more than anyone else. Lies over phone that they have best prices in San Diego but they dont. Also lied about having the juice I was looking for. never has juice flavor that everyone else does. Dont waste your time. Horrible liars!

So there is an epidemic of fake products of all kinds and I was wondering if you sell real Nord coils 1.4 regular? I have been noticing aparant counterfeit coils at cloud 9 or does anyone know of the packaging or coil Imprints change constantly to possibly stay ahead of fakes? Either way its a huge problem and I need a place I can trust dont care about cost just real products

Ive been shopping here at tvl for about 4 years always have what I need with friendly staff the best selection on juice and prices they have the best mods by far in a 20 mile radius Kyle and Joe super friendly and Jan are always knowledgeable when you need advice. Wanted to grab a tank to put on a Wismec RX75, told the guy that, got sold a sweet wismec gnome atomizer at a good price. It doesnt fit on the RX75, its base is slightly too large. This is a great vape shop with prices that are pretty solid. I recommend this place to anybody. Luckily I have a half dozen mods and can use the gnome atomizer on another device, but if I were a d bag Id be crying about getting sold an atomizer that doesnt fit the device. Thats on ME to know, not the Vape shop. Its MY job to know what I need not the dude working who was totally helpful. Just sayin Im sick of people complaining because they are kind of stupid. I bought an atomizer for a mod and it doesnt fit. Thats simply me being an idiot. This place is great and the employees are helpful and cool as hell. Best prices for a walk in location around if you need to grab something and cant wait for shipping.

As a smoker looking to transition into vaping, I couldnt of chose a better place to visit to take the plunge. The fella that helped me out (sorry I didnt get your name. Had something about space and possibly bass on their shirt?) was extremely helpful and patient in quickly educating me on vaping basics. Prices seemed very fair and the house flavors I got (OG and jerry rigged) are delicious! Im not local to their stores but Ill be ordering from them online for a while to come! 5 stars from me, thanks again for all the help!

I hate coming in when certain guys are there. They never look for what I’m asking for. It’s easier to just say they don’t have it. I know they have it because I get it there all the time but the new staff just doesn’t care to look for anything.

Great Vape, Great Service, These guys will hook you up with the best set up. If youre new to the Vape scene or a Cloud Chaser, this is the place to go. Their House juice is delicious, the boss sauce is my favorite. Ive been to a few smoke shops and vape shops in the San Diego county and in my quest to find the best shop I ran into people that dont know what the hell theyre selling or the hipster duesh bag that treats you like an idiot because thats how hipster duesh bags are. The first time i walked into The Vape Lounge, I was greeted with the warmest welcome from both employees and their loyal patrons. They never close at 10pm, theyre usually there till 1, 2 even 3am in the morning. lol. The point is, dont waste your time with any other place, Ive been back to this place several times and their customer service never disappoints. These guys are legit and if youre a cloud chaser looking for a killer team, The Vape Shop is the spot.

They re open till midnight that in itself is very convenient. I ran out of vape in the middle of the night and found this place and Im glad I did. They are helpful and have a great variety of vape and mods and are even open to suggestions of recommended products. This place and staff makes you feel welcome.

Its almost 1:00am on a Tuesday morning (Monday night) and Im chilling at the Vape Lounge.Came in this evening after having only used tiny e-cigs, and Jerry here set me up with exactly what I needed. The staff here are crazy knowledgable, and they dont try to push you in to anything you dont need. They have a HUGE selection, and the staff knows all of it. Theyll meet you where you are. Im a beginner, but they are just as helpful for experts.They have a ton of really good house flavors, all made with vegetable glycerin, none of that acid-based junk. Theyll let you try out any flavor for free too.Super chill and friendly clientele, and theyve got rooms with couches where you can just chill and bring food and listen to music and vape. And free coffee and wifi.Also their prices are really fair too. Lots of sales.

I really enjoyed my time spent here. The employees are super helpful and super nice. I drove all the way to the shop from Temecula due to a friends suggestion and let me tell you it was 100% worth it.

I am very upset with these people and I am going to tell everyone I know about how I went in and bought a vape for quite a bit of money and it was nothing but one problem after another so I figured I would buy another one cause maybe it was me who wasnt doing something right .so I purchased another one and this time it it wasnt firing right and when I took it back they wouldnt do anything for me. Bottom line I spent $400

Wow... I cant believe Im actually having to give a bad review, but here I am. I went in looking for an Aspire Athos coil and started to get the run around about how the coil isnt manufactured anymore and how I should check out this tank and that tank. Nope. Youll never get my business.

After being told that Thursday was a house day for house Jews I was told by a member of the staff that you could get a 120 ML bottle pay 4 bucks and get another 120 ML bottle of their house juice after spending 50 bucks in getting what I thought was gonna be turned out it was only to 60ML bottles
