Shelby is a wonderful therapist! I get a deep tissue massage monthly and it is exactly the amount of pressure I am looking for. J Spa is a great atmosphere and everyone there is very kind. I highly recommend them.

My therapist was nice and skill in her practice The establishments itself lack of detail to individuals needs, which made it an uncomfortable massage and didn’t allow me to have a full hour in which I paid for due to the lack of concerns related to allergies and not taking them seriously which was out lined in the client information form and discussed several time in the phone. My experience left itchy and uncomfortable. I will sadly not be returning.

First time going here and had a deep tissue massage with Jackie. I feel so good and relaxed afterwards. She is friendly and professional, and put just the right amount of pressure where I needed it. The facility is super clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I wish I could leave a separate review for my actual massage therapist, Shelby, who is PHENOMENAL!!! I always felt sooo much better after seeing her.Unfortunately, my experiences are always negatively tainted when I have to deal with the front desk staff and/or owner.1. The front desk girl ALWAYS messes up my appointments. I regularly have had to call multiple times to get it corrected. Most recently, Ive been trying to call to cancel my remaining appts. and the girl put me on hold for 10+ minutes to get my information. I do not understand why she didnt just ask. I eventually go through to the office hours later.2. The owner, who often works the front desk, is unbelievably rude & disrespectful. She has, on numerous, occasions overcharged me. She also doesnt seem to understand how billing insurance works and blames the customer for the numerous nuances of insurance. I understand her frustrations with dealing with insurance, but it is NOT the customers fault. Also, she has the option to not accept insurance.Overall, Im unbelievably disappointed with my numerous and consistently bad experiences at the J Spa. I have since found a wonderful and talented massage therapist elsewhere.

I started going to the J Spa because they take my insurance, but I have stuck around because Jackie is a phenomenal massage therapist. I like a deep tissue massage to get out all my knots and tension, and she can deliver. The space is also beautiful, relaxing, and clean! I feel comfortable coming here even during a pandemic because they seem to be doing everything right and are happy to answer any questions you might have. 10/10, highly recommend!

Jackie gave me the best massage ever! I got a deep tissue massage that had the perfect amount of pressure. My knots were all worked out. The spa is super refreshing and relaxing! I wholeheartedly recommend J Spa!

The J Spa is super clean and welcoming. Jackie is an excellent massage therapist and I always leave feeling lighter on my feet and moving so much better after each visit. You can also find a variety of products for multicultural hair that you cant find elsewhere. I look forward to each visit.

Well sadly, Im very disappointed. I tried to support a local business.I purchased hair extensions for a new foster placement, whose hair has years of damage, My daughter was super hesitant and had never done her hair this way before. DHS reversed their decision to allow it, and I attempted to return the unopened, unused hair. I was informed returns are not allowed. That the lady at the front desk, also the owner, who assisted us during the purchase, and was aware of our situation, never mentioned the return policy - like anyone with good customer service would - seeing a young girl be so unsure. It is also not mentioned inside the store, on the website, or on the receipt.Customers beware.

Getting massages here has saved me...Jackie has hands of magic! The massages I get are integral in helping me with injuries I incurred from strenuous pregnancies, labors and deliveries, and just an overall lack of self care I take as being a mother to little ones and homemaker. These massages are not only for helping me to mentally decompress during my me time but, just as importantly, they also help build my body back up. She is adept with her skill, and I always feel refreshed and energized when were finished. I seriously wish I had known about The J Spa when I was pregnant so I could have taken advantage of the prenatal massages, too.

I booked a Swedish Massage and a Scalp message it was my very first time getting one and the crew at The J Spot really made it such a comfortable and nice experience. Will definitely be returning!

I had Brenda for a massage yesterday and she did an excellent job! She did the right amount of pressure for me and worked out all my knots! The facility is very clean, and the staff are all friendly and professional! I will definitely keep going back!

I just visited The J Spa for the first time yesterday. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Jackie. It was legit the best massage I’ve ever had. I went in with a bunch of neck and shoulder pain that had been plaguing me for weeks, and when I left I was pain-free for the first time in a month! Will definitely be back!

Brenda was nice, but I paid for a deep tissue massage and what I received was very far from it. There was very little massaging/kneading or pressure. Mostly she just used her palms to press down on my back, followed by long strokes with very little pressure. Very disappointed unfortunately. The atmosphere was very pleasant though.

Ive been going to the J Spa for over a year now for deep tissue massages. Jackie was recommended to me by a PT, and she is hands down the best in town. When I was going through a difficult time with an injury recently, not only did her massages help with the discomfort, they helped get me back on the right track. Many massage therapists in town do the circuit -- as if they have a script of sorts they stick to when giving a deep tissue massage. But Jackie listens to what needs attention, and works on those areas. No two massages are the same. I highly recommend her and her team.

Very quiet, calming, and peaceful space. I had an amazing, relaxing, and thorough foot reflexology session with Jackie that left me feeling refreshed! I felt that she listened to my needs and that my session was tailored to me. I will absolutely be visiting again and trying out more of their many services! Thank you!

Very Classy, clean, and Relaxing atmosphere. Great Customer service and massages are on point! Definitely recommend. Been after a fender bender in an auto accident-no insurance hassle as well as an Mother & Daughter-in-law fun outing everytime service was exceptional.

One of the best spots in Eugene. Planned a relaxing day for myself since I have been working so much. Jackie took her time, listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. This one of the best experiences and I highly recommend their services.

The sports massage from Jackie is an ideal example of the practice. She targets areas that athletes can weaken or damage from repeated use and applies targeted pressure to activate healing and remove knots and lactic acid build-up. As a distance runner, I appreciate Jackies work and recommend it to my running partners and friends.

Absolutely love this place! The therapeutic feeling and spa vibe is legit what you get right when you walk in. These people are professionals and also follow the covid regulations to a T (went before 2nd statewide shutdown). The prices are very reasonable and the quality they give is immaculate. Will to spend more time here once things are safer. Thank you guys so much! 💗

Wonderful deep tissue experts! It is like a sports massage, I tell them what I feel is going on with my body and they sleuth out what needs work! I would recommend the Jspa to everyone!!

Google is suppressing my very detailed review of this place.Bottomline, the owner is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Also refuses to adhere to insurance policies and over charged me on numerous occasions.

The therapist can help almost any ailment. You can get a deep tissue massage that helps tight muscles to twisted tight muscles. I get a concentration for my knee due to surgery
