Had a nice experience purchasing a new pipe early Sunday. I was the only patron and I think the 2 girls working were glad to have something to do. Helpful and friendly, and a little discount on my purchase. 👍

Love this shop, employees are pretty much always super helpful and more than willing to give suggestions. I go here every time, despite there being other shops closer to me.

Don’t recommend i was looking for a dry herb vaporizer and me and my girlfriend was thinking about buying one and we was asking if they make a lot of of cloud and one of the workers said yes and i was double confirming if they smoke or not because i was spending 250 dollars on it , so i brought one and then we went home and tried it and it didnt work and the smoke was transparent and i told them that it didnt work and it was within 48 hours with a receipt and everything with and they found my receipt and they told me i could totally talk to emma and she will refund me or get store credits so we could buy something else from them and we waited and she was being disrespectful and didn’t help us out or give us store credits and then i asked one of the workers to tried it and even he said it didn’t work and she still refuse to give me my credits 0/10 don’t recommend making big purchases there

I have been coming to this shop for years, but have always been slightly uncomfortable coming downtown by myself. That changed today, and I couldn’t feel better about a store, or more protected by a group of staff after an incident today.Today, a man came into the store being rude, aggressive, and just nasty for no reason. Despite the manager bending over backwards to make the guy happy (when he should have just kicked the guy out) the angry guy continued to antagonize and try to intimidate others in the store. All because the manager could not, in good faith, guarantee a part for a new model would fit the old model the angry guy owned. (Not like a google search could have answered this… right?)But the staff and the manager were AMAZING!! They made me feel safe and like they had the situation under control. They handled it with grace, and should be very proud of themselves. I’m sorry that you guys had that interaction, but thank you, Wild Side, for making sure people are safe in your store.Edit: I think the angry guy posted a review below me 😂

Flew in from Cali to visit my son at U of O and was looking for a vape while I was in town. Was helped by a very courteous and knowledge worker at the counter. He suggested some different kinds and asked what I was into. He suggested the Lost Mary blueberry raz and I was not disappointed. Definitely coming back here on my next visit👍

They aren’t very helpful lol. I went in, knowing exactly what I wanted. Water pipe; $50 or under. I got directed to a case, with mix matched prices (non of which are even shown) and then ignored 🤣. Like, k. Walked out and I’ll go else where. Idk what the point of sharing that there’s a broken piece discount if they won’t even put forth effort into making a sale. At least pretend 😅😅

Very disappointing experience all around! Told a product was carried over the phone though after driving down I learned it wasn’t. Manager came off very unprofessional and aggressively defensive when I nicely ask to explain my recent numerous negative experiences surrounding the store and the negative buzz surrounding it recently, so that he would know what “word on the street is.” I would love to be able to communicate with the owner as I’m sure they would at least appreciate knowing this information about a business they are clearly heavily invested in, with a crew that is unknowable, rude, and has bad buzz going around town about.

Excellent selection, decent service. Generally a smooth experience when shopping here......except today when I encountered a ridiculous policy which I feel was used with discretion againt me because maybe I appear to fit the description of a white-collar criminal (young, non-white, tattooed, expensively dressed, ex-con.) Either that or this policy is new: I was asked to show that the name on the debit card I was using matched the one on my identification card. Despite being an approved secondary cardholder for this account, I was initially not allowed to use it for this reason. So I just added it to my digital wallet and used tap-to-pay, wasting several minutes of my time. I marveled at the uselessness of such a rudimentary policy.

I love you guys! You all have been outstanding reps and have always made me feel welcomed and at home! You have listened to my product preferences and have made it a point to always have it on deck when I need it most! You care about what the customers want and it shows! I haven’t been without my vanilla lemon tart vape since! Lol Thank you for brightening up the neighborhood! One smoke at a time lolP.S. I found myself in a predicament when I had to be at work without my vape and it was horrible. I called to see if there was some kind of delivery service connected to you guys and there wasn’t. Dreading this shift!But I say that to say this: I think you’d definitely benefit from having online orders and delivery via go puff or something. I’d like to propose a request! Let’s get you guys a website up with real time inventory and it’s availability online that people can place orders and get them delivered to them! If be more than willing and able to assist with the whole process! Multiple streams of revenue plus providing shoppers an alternative way to get the product they desire! I’ve had experience doing the same thing for dispensaries and would love the opportunity to help provide this service to the community and to work with all of you! Let me know what you think! I have no problem with the store itself they actually have good products but one of your employees stop us from buying from your store just because of her attitude. Me and my wife simply came in to browse potentially bye

I came in calm and collective about my refund and i was a regular customer and i was talking to emma telling her the situation about my device not working and she kept over talking being disrespectful and totally unprofessional and she told me i cannot get a refund even though my device never worked i dont recommend she is bad for business and i came in multiple times and brought hella stuff from them before never recommend i respect luis for being completely honest and very respectful and saying he cannot do anything for me since hes not the manager but ema is , is insane to me how a person like that could be a manager

Ive been a regular at Wild Side for about 3 years, so a good while now, and its tough for me to write this, but things have really changed – and not for the better. The place used to have a great, customer-first vibe, but lately, its all about the upsell.Every time I drop by now, theres a big push to get me to buy the most expensive stuff. I ask for something simple, and theyre all about showing me something pricier. Trying to find something more budget-friendly feels like a lost cause because they seem to dodge the question or pretend like cheaper options dont exist.The last visit really got to me. I tried to use my girlfriends debit card (she was totally fine with it) but they wouldnt let me because my name wasnt on the card. This has never been a problem anywhere else. What other establishment requires this? Why is this now required, when no where else practices this. So the curly haired sales dude gives me a hard time after upselling me - I step out, add the card to Apple Pay and then it’s fine. Make that make sense.I really miss the old Wild Side where you felt like they cared about what you wanted, not just how much they could make off you. Its a shame to see a good spot lose its way over sales. I won’t be coming back here.

I was helped by a good looking gentlemen named Sam which this was the second time this guy had helped me just moments before the store was due to shut down for the night. He made me feel like I was a one of a kind customer. He was very down to earth and made me feel like my business was very much so appreciated. Skyler was the coworker there with him for the eve and they both had great attitudes we all had a chuckle about me calling from Irvington and River Rd as I was headed their way aSkyler didnt believe Id make it in time. Good deals and prices are fair. Its a great place to go for vapes. Juice is fairly priced and they have tons of glass and atomizers for whatever tank your running.

We went to Wild Side 10 minutes before they opened on the day of their buy one get one 4.20 sale. Im pretty sure they opened early just for us, and they had a huge selection. We were helped out by Vinnie, who was extremely genuine and patient with all of our questions. The staff here are incredible and I couldnt be happier with my new bong and rig.

Biggest and best selection of disposable e-cigs in Lane County that Ive seen. Lots of other products for vaping, tobacco cigarettes as well as a humidor for cigar lovers. Hookah supplies as well. Review update: I was sold the wrong size coils yesterday. The employee said they were the right ones. I brought all 5 back to exchange them today and was told I couldn’t exchange the one that was opened (not used at all and way too big) So, I lost the money for one coil. Stupid ridiculous! I went in to purchase a vape for my husband and myself and we were greeted kindly. The two associates that assisted me were Ema ans Wybie. I asked to look at several different devices and both of them were patient,kind and professuonal. I left and came back in several times to aak questions and I was guven true customer service which is hard to cone by these days. I went in to compliment them and spoke with the manager Avery who alao impressed me with the time he took to hear me out. My wife and I bought a electric dab rig and after a month of use, it is now broken. I asked many questions like what dabs to use for the rig and how to clean it but because the lack of knowledge these staff are, I did not get the full information. The bongs and pipes are great to use for smoking weed but not electric things.

Be careful shopping at this store the people I just dealt with were rude and not helpful. I work out of town alot and bought a nice piece there I went to pick up the piece and it broke on the seam I talked to someone earlier and was told to bring it back, the way I was treated when I went in was! WOW!!! Then I was told I could only get a 10% discount when I spent close to $475 last week on this piece. Unprofessional, rude and downright wrong to not give customer service to someone that spent almost a grand in that store within The last week. The integrity of the Glass was faulty and they wouldnt own the mistake.

Went in the other night poor customer service, fake bars, bunch of wannabe kids who think running a business is a joke. There are many better highly rated shops who know how to take care of their customers with legitimate products and actually understand them as well. Will not be coming back...

I wish I could rate this shop higher, but the last several visits have really left a bad taste. Went in to buy a battery for 510 threaded cartridges. First one I got I asked the guy, does this have variable voltage and he said yes. Got home, opened the package and it didn’t. No worries, I went back for an exchange. Second battery has lasted all of 2 days and now it’s quit on me (outside of the 48 hour exchange policy no less). I was told all the batteries were ‘high quality’ in store except I’ve had nothing but problems. Sad but unfortunately we will have to take our business elsewhere.

These folks, while very nice on the front end, sold me a product that flat out did not work. They would not stand behind the product at all. They had all kinds of excuses, but the bottom line is if you sell something and it doesnt work, you dont get to keep my money. Shady folks. Buyer beware!!

I usually shop in PDX as they have more options up there but I was in town and my husband had just broken my favorite bong soooooo….I googled a head shop, saw this one and decided to stop in.It’s a smaller shop with not a huge selection but the customer service was good. Damian helped me out, I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the few THICK glass options for classic beaker style bongs that they had. (I’m picky and slow at making decisions with my glass because I don’t buy cheap quality) he took the time to fill them with water for me and let me test the pull of each. Then he upsold me on bowls which I bought 3 because of his patience and how helpful/honest he was (despite being more on the quiet side for a sales person lol) I appreciated his opinions on what I was looking at. Would go in again as he gave me a discount and seemed to be genuine.

Maybe I just went in at a bad time but staff had no clue. Prices were ok for a few replacement dab nails but quality was not great. Seems like a good spot for college kids but maybe look elsewhere if you know what youre doing?

Low prices for a reason- their elf bars are not real :/ elf bars always last me exactly 15 days, this one started tasting old after 3 days and died (like completely died) after 6. cloudy days had warned me that they sell knockoffs n i learned the hard way! pay the extra $5 and get your vape elsewhere :)

They might have the biggest selection of disposables in the Eugene area. The only downside is they dont have a menu or list of flavors so it can be difficult to know what they have unless you can read the names from the boxes or the employee reads them off for you. They also are the only smoke shop with a return policy on the disposables, which, if you have ever gotten a bad one, you know how valuable that is.

Everybody I talked with on the phone and in person said they would price match Grav, but when I went in to buy the rig and showed them the price Grav was selling it for on their site, the manager called the store owner and came back saying they couldn’t price match it, cause it was soo much cheaper than what they were selling it for 🤦🏻‍♂️. They were apologetic and kept making excuses for why they couldn’t match the price Grav was selling the rig for. But what it comes down to is this, if you say you’ll match the price of the original company that makes the glass, then stick to your word, otherwise you’re just a liar and don’t deserve my business. Needless to say, I bought the rig from Grav. It took about 5 days to get (not bad at all). Definitely worth saving $110. Really annoying getting lied to. I’ll never shop here again.

Wife came in and spent 150$ on a piece that doesnt even seal and hit properly. Not very good staff if they let her leave like that.... We will not be going back here ever again, avoid this over priced, bad quality, smoke shop

Easily one of the best smoke shops in town! I came in and made sure to tell them I was just looking to gather information and wasnt going to buy anything, the man working spend almost 40 minutes showing me different kinds of glass and the pros and cons of each and best deals within my budget. I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the variety of products and the prices. On my way out the door he gave me a free pack of Raw papers and tickets for an upcoming raffle where they are giving away prizes. I left feeling so happy and satisfied I decided to write this review. Thank you Wild Side! and the guy with the dreads is awesome! Will be coming back to shop in the future. Highly recommend these guys!

Always friendly service, knowledgeable staff, and fair prices. They stay open later than most places as well. They even have a raffle for very dank glass once a month where you earn tickets with your purchases. Only complaint is parking can be weird, but thats just part of being downtown.

I used to love this place. But they sold me fake pulsar glass which cracked upon heating, and i payed 50$ the first time for a different good feeling glass. That snapped in half being sat down. I called and asked for a better discount than the 30% and was told no, just cant waste money here anymore😕 the cheap glass is too expensive for the 30% to be worth it to me. Wouldent reccomend there glass for daily users..

Very nice Staff. I was surprised to find that they had only a small variety of e-juice to choose from in the mg I use. That was disappointing. If you are into it, they have a really large selection of glass that looked interesting! Lots of different styles and size. It was clean and organized. Disposable gloves and cleaning supplies were on the counter, so it appears that they are doing their part with trying to keep people safe from COVID-19. I just wish they had more kinds of e-juice to choose from!

Went to wild side for a giveaway cause I spent close to 1k and had a bunch of tickets put them all In and didn’t win anything and the people that did win were people that put there tickets in closer to the end if not last and won twice there 11 things to win and it was all the same people cause only one person reached to the bottom of the tickets and they were really poorly shaken and my 2 friends also didn’t win either and we all put them in around the same time i feel like for future ones you should only be able to win once cause for a guy to win both top prizes is crazy I feel everyone should get a chance it should always be someone different but other then that the giveaway was fun to go to and nice to look at all the stuff they have in stock

I love this place. I have always experienced superior, friendly service which has kept me coming back. They carry a large range of products but if theres something they happen not to carry, theyre quick to recommend a place that does! The staff is always helpful in sharing their personal experiences with products and are honest in their opinions.

There is a lot to say that I will try to keep short. I have tried to give this place a chance based on its location, but the staff is just rude. During my last (and final) experience, there were three young women trying to help me. The problem: At least one of them (for whatever reason) decided I wasnt cool enough to be in the store and pretended to be out of the pods I was looking for. Two women pretended to look through the inventory (it might have helped if they actually looked-like behind products, in any of the drawers/boxes, you know... looking), and the only one trying to be helpful checked the inventory CONFIRMING the product was in stock.I proceeded to ask, instead, for a disposable since I was on my way to work and needed something, and the first lady who had turned her nose up at me couldnt find the product. I even literally started pointing at it while describing its location because she still wasnt finding it, and finally the person who looked in the inventory grabbed it so I could buy it. After the first persons inability to find something hanging right in front of her, I have no doubt the pods I wanted were in the store, and the first person just didnt want to help me.I dont like going into shops to spend my money and be treated poorly, and since they told me I should go elsewhere to buy what I need, that is exactly what I will do.

I’ve been in the shop multiple times and have yet to no be amazed by the staff. Always very helpful, great personable conversation, and they know how to hook it tf up. Nathan helped me go through a bunch of different downstems when I broke broke mine two days after buying a new piece and didn’t want me to leave till there was a smile on my face and a new one in hand! Will definitely be back and will continue to recommended many friends.

I bought a 14 mm 90 dagree angle banger set yesterday I didnt want the set only the banger but all they had was a set so I ended up buying it. I got home set my banger up pearls and everything took my first dab off it and it was great! I cleaned it as normal with my 70% iso and q tips took a few more dabs and noticed the pearls cracked right down the middle 🤨 Ive used many terp pearls in my life and never had them crack after a few uses.

Purchased a Spinner pen for the purpose of using oil cartridges only. Took it to 2 different dispensaries and both places said the voltage was too high with the lowest setting at 3.6. Went back two days later with receipt and it NEVER being used and was told they wouldnt give me my money back. Only a store credit.well, I dont need a store credit. Honestly, wont buy anything from there when the sales kid was told specifically what I was looking for and sold me something I cant use. I even had him call the manager and he told him to tell me too bad.There is NOTHING posted or on the receipt stating otherwise. So this store can suck my ****.

I bought a water pipe form there $75 shelf. For whatever reason it had a slow leak. I didn’t notice for at least 12 hour of use of course. I kept wiping up the same small puddle underneath the Sherlock bubbler/bing. The next day I went into the shop in person. Thankfully Nate or Nathan helped me chat with The manager, Piper. She decided to give me a full replacement. I’ve never had a water piece ever have a slow leak so it was an odd situation. Most likely the shop had been duped by a glass distributor. I was a regular customer. Had spent over 1000$ in the course of a year. I tried to exchange unopened coils that where not what I asked for(clerks mistake not mine), came back to exchange them and was told that they don’t do exchanges even after I explained I was not sold the product I asked for. And this is after I waited 15 minutes for the guy to get off the phone. I take my business to urban vapes now. Way better customer service.

Has been my go to place for salt nic but recently went in, was told a product was not menthol or ice, only to find out at home it is. Given, it was written pretty small on the side of the box, you should know your product. Was told I could not exchange so Im out 20 bucks

Was told 3 day return policy for disposables. Brought broken disposable back on third day and some other lady told me 48 hours. That’s ok. Vapes are cheaper online, and Kratom is better too.

This is a great little shop. The employees are nice and respectful and know the products pretty well. I went there today and got some CBD e-liquid 1000 mgs, my regular juice and a mod charger and she took 20 bucks off my purchase!!

I asked for cheap D8 and they sold me 13$ gram of concentrate(label says 13$) then I check my bank and they charged me 16.99$. I go in and ask what happened and the young woman says they changed all the prices and forgot to change mine. They never offered a single solution to make it right.

My partner lost his vape pen and we needed a new one, quick, as it was getting late on Sunday. This was the only shop to be open until 10pm! The guy working was very chill and got us a late, last minute deal. Thanks!

Went in for a new novo. They pushed the novo 4 on me saying it can take both kinds of juice and how its the newest model and what not. Come back a few weeks later and apparently they dont even sell the pods for the novo 4. So now I got to buy ANOTHER NOVO that I can find pods for

Horrible service. I went in on the 19th and bought a coil for my vape. They sold me the wrong kind that doesn’t fit which I didn’t discover until today when I needed to change it. I even double checked with them to make sure it’s the right kind and told them what device I had and they still sold me the wrong kind of coil. Definitely leaving this negative review here until the owner or manager makes it right. I tried calling multiple times and they never answer their phone. Horrible customer service.

Helpful staff, yet, they made misleading statements and sold me a disposable vape that had an extremely disappointing battery life. My advice: only go here if you know exactly what youre looking for.

Tried to return an un-opened, still sealed in the package (hermetically sealed), 80$ grinder, 5min after purchasing; upon finding out that the person I bought it for, received the same one from his girlfriend for his birthday. And they wouldnt refund my money. Terrible policy. Unfortunately left a bad taste in my mouth and i wont be returning.
