I have been a regular customer of Cool Breeze Vapor for over 3 years+.Most every employee is well versed in product knowledge, quality customer service, and taking the time to learn what you enjoy!5 🌟 all around!

Not sure why anyone would ever have a bad experience at this store. I had been going in to see Ryan for quite some time and never had any issues with him or any other employee there. Everyone that works there, especially Ryan, knows how to keep a conversation going and always has really cool stuff to talk to me about while I’m browsing.

The service was awful, both employees looked confused..and smoke just the same. I bought a vape pen and it didnt work, I thought maybe I need to charge it..the charger snaps in half when I barely twist it in.. I got to get a refund..no refund.. I ask for a vape cartridge then.. the man says IN doesnt sell cartridges anymore.. GTFO.. YOU OWE ME $25 ✌🏻

I’m only giving my 3 star review because the 2 different experiences I had at 2 different stores.My experience at this location was great and absolutely perfect experience finding me e-cigarettes that has kept me smoke free for over a week now. Thank you!The experience I had a another stores was disgusting. A couple months ago A younger gentleman with a black facial hair was talking about documents and pictures he can show me that proves school teachers, politicians and celebrities are guilty of s@xual misconduct .The disgust in his coworkers eyes and mine as we were all in shock.Why would he talk about it and think it’s okay to show anyone the horrible things on his personal computer and offer to send me links about it?When his own coworker heard what he was saying I could tell he was not amused by that disgusting information.I’m not discouraging anyone to stop purchasingproducts over one employee, but I definitelyhope that young man watches what he says in the future.

I purchased a Drag S Pod Mod and it’s amazing. The guy named Adam actually helped me set it up! He even let me have some of his liquid to try it out! I’m very satisfied and will probably pick up that flavor soon, I think it was called Vapor Lock Blue! Highly Satisfied and I will definitely be back!

Always friendly service and a great selection of liquids to choose from! Rising Sun and V 10 are amazing!!

Although I no longer vape, the owner and workers are nice, knowledgeable and do no pressure sales. If you have questions or concerns, ASK THEM! They are fantastic and appreciate their customers.

Love this place! If you want amazing juice and cool place to hang out, come here! Its very friendly, there are people that will help you in anyway they possibly can whether it is difficulty with batteries, or problems with your tank. They will have your back. Everybody that works there are awesome, I wouldnt go to any other Cool Breeze location. I love all the stores but Cool Breeze on Pearl Drive is my home away from home when it comes to vaping.

Service is always amazing at the West Side Cool Breeze Vapor shop! Some of my favorite employees are Adam, Tyler, and Jennifer. Adam is so knowledgeable and has an answer for absolutely everything I ask him. West side Cool Breeze Vapors is the only shop I go to because the environment and service is always great and top of the line. Came in last week because the battery on my mod was shot. Had excellent help from the two Heathers; those are my girls!! They got me a new vape perfect for me and help me find a new juice that I love: paradise island. Will come back to this store for all of my vapor need needs

Rowena! Literally an amazing worker. Is dedicated and works hard knows plenty about the products! All the employees there are literally awesome and I would recommend to anyone who is into vaping! They also have this really awesome flavor called vapor lock that you gotta try!

The place is nice and open, the staff are friendly and always willing to help you with anything they can. Great selection of e liquid and they have anything from mechanical mods to starter kits, just about anything for anyone. If you ever stop by tell Adam BK 2.0 said hi.

Spent $100 on what I was led to believe was a quality setup. Three weeks later top of battery pack separates from body. (Never dropped.) Even though they had never seen that before it was not repairable so there was nothing they could do. Ill never be back.PS A quick search found this to be a very common problem.

These guys are so funny and fun. When I walk into cool breeze vapor Cole and Adam greet me with love and vapor clouds. I just love them guys to death. There just really hip and cool. They know there stuff. This one time Cole helped me build my first coil. I was super excited by the amount of vapor exhaust that erupted from my freshly built Alien Clapton Twisted Ligwisker coils. I went here yesterday and had a mod in mind. But after talking to a employee he suggested an even better mod penguin. For what I would of paid for the single mod, I got the penguin, an extra coil and a 60ml bottle of product for $75. They have always been very helpful. Will always recommend over any other shop.

If you havent tried their signature Vapor Lock juice you need to. Its truly one of a kind.

Usual employees were not there, the 1 that was, was rude. Very rude to my husband. I have been shopping at Cool Breeze Vapor for 8 years and was very disappointed in how we were treated. Since law changed we now have to drive 74 miles one way to buy our vape and vape supplies. Very disappointed 😞

I will never go anywhere else. No one gives better customer service than Cole and Adam. I was one of the first Cool Breeze customers when they openedand Ive been to all the Evansville locations, but the Pearl Avenue location is by far the best.

I fell in love twice today. One was with my new vape and the other was the west side Cool Breeze. I felt like a little kid at a candy store! Im impressed and highly satisfied with the service and knowledgeableable answers I received while at the store.

I spent $352.00 on 10/26/15. My snow wolf 200w box stopped at working on 11/6/15. So I took back to store to have them fix or exchange. They said they could not do anything because the boss is out of town. Really? Who is the customer? And these small businesses wonder why they go out of business.

I started exploring alternatives to smoking cigars a few months ago and visited cool breeze west for solutions. every single staff member has been very friendly, always willing to answer my relentless questions, and have let me try flavor after flavor. one in particular stands out, adam, as he has been the most helpful and about as friendly as of i were sitting in cheers sipping beer and he was the bartender. i dig this place, its spacious, clean, well organized, always smells good, and the staff are like bartenders. if you are into vaping or thinking about doing it check them out, hop on a stool, and male yourself at home. 5 stars all the way!P.S. ignore any 1 star reviews, 1 star reviews are totally admissible, and are written by illogical people. it is known that competition has been on the web and facebook trying to ruin the name.

I hang out at this store almost every day and I see a lot of customers come in with troubleshooting problems. The manager, Adam, is extremely helpful and will teach you everything you need to know about your device. Cole can help you with RDA/RTA/RDTA, building coils and your device. He cant build your coil, but he can guide you through the process. Cool Breeze offers the latest mods, tanks and a plethora of juices. The juices are made by Cool Breeze and you cant find any other juice like Vapor Lock. Vapor Lock is an explosion of fruits that is unexplainable and unforgetable. There is a wide variety of Low VG and High VG juices, so you are certainly going to find a juice that you will love. If you find a juice that you like, then you can order a 32oz bottle of your favorite flavor. They offer discounts for USI students, fire department, police, military and for EMTs and the prices dropped in Indiana, therefore better prices. If you are new to the area or driving through, then stop by the west side Cool Breeze for great customer service.
