Remedy Center Dispensary & Smoke Shop

Came into the Remedy Center for the first time today. The employee named Todd was VERY knowledgeable about the products, he help answer all my questions in such a friendly manner!! (trust me , i had a lot. i haven’t heard of most of the products.) I was nervous before walking in but i was greeted with such friendly vibes, the store is very comfortable. Whoever hired the associate working that night - deserves a raise !! I got set up with the rewards program and definitely will be back. Hopefully Todd will be working again when I return.

I just learned about this place and went in to the store. Was blown away with the customer service Bryce (hope that is how it is spelled) had given me. Was helpful and very informative. The stuff I got taste amazing. Will definitely be coming back again.

Had two amazing experiences there with Houston, he was very knowledgeable, very fun and easy to talk to, and is the best sales person by far! Also have amazing products and love the store as a whole! It’s a whole vibe!

I would definitely not recommend this store. I would have given a 0 out of ten stars if I could. They do not stand behind their products and have terrible customer service. This place is very sketchy and unprofessional. Save your money

Great products with great customer service. This shop displays integrity and care to their customer base. I came in the other day and ised reward points for their claw machine . Long story short, the prize in the box had been removed prior to being put in the machine, and it was the last one! However, Red took the time to dig through their stock and found it. Instead of keeping for himself, he had the integrity to contact me! Little things like that are what I look for in a local business and after that interaction Im a loyal customer.

MJ and her brother are great at talking up deals. They let me know all of the recent promotions and sold me on them. Ive already been back three times this week!! I recommend this spot 100%.

I dont remember who was working, but she was very helpful and just a cool person to talk to. The caramels we bought were fabulous. I look forward to going in again very soon.

Jessie knows how to treat a customer and is extremely nice. She even taught me how to break dance in the parking lot. I will be returning and you guys should ask her to show you her moves sometime!!
