Was there at 1207 on a Sunday and the door was locked

I highly recommend not going here, they are a horrible business, a complete ripoff. I bought a tank that costs almost $40.00 after tax and since the day Ive had it, its leaked out of the bottom. I have been there three different times and they still will not exchange the product. I tried to exchange it the very first day and the guy talked me out of it, telling me I had the wrong juice. So I got the correct juice and again it continued pouring out the bottom. I took it back there again yesterday and they put a new coil on it, saying that was the problem this time. So, now I call to tell them and they say I must have proof of purchase for them to do anything about it. Oh, and the reason I do not have a receipt is because the first day I went to return it and gave the receipt to the man along with my debit card but then the guy talked me out of it, saying its just the wrong juice, he NEVER RETURNED THE RECEIPT, just my debit card. Im guessing thats how they screw other people too. Beware, theyre a scam.

As I entered this store, I was greeted very quickly and they asked how could they help me. At the time, I was just looking around to see what they had and they were very respectable when I had a question and didnt try to drag me allow over just trying sell something. When I asked them if they had any really fruity flavors, they brought me quite a few testers to try and I was really impressed. Nothing tasted cheap or like it had been there a while. Really good juices. 10/10

I generally really like this place but today I had probably the worse customer service. I went in around 8:50 pm and the employee was sitting with her friends and watching some thing. She made it so obvious that she was really annoyed because I happened walk in to make a purchase. She was so eager to get back to her friends, she literally threw the receipt to me so I can sing and get the hell out of there. As a retail employe I always like to be nice to sales people, so before leaving I thanked her and wished a good evening, she didnt say a word. I feel like she usually treats people that way, thats why I always try to find someone else to help me but this time I didnt have an option.

Great customer service makes a difference. Extremely pleased with my purchases. Alyssa and Taylor were so very patient and helpful...Support local businesses like this one folks! I highly recommend.

I went in there earlier today looking for a new vape pen, sure of the kind I wanted but unsure what they had. The two employees in there helped me so well, I unfortunately didn’t get their names but they were so friendly, kind, and helpful. They recommended me great products and we had a great conversation. I had never been here before but they treated me like a regular. Amazing service! And decent prices and selection! I will definitely come here more often!

We went in not really knowing what we were going for, but just saw there was a large selection and that seemed like the thing to do since were kind of new to this. We were greeted with warm welcomes and had extremely friendly and knowledgeable assistance throughout! Shout out to Billy, and also the kid (haha) whos only been working there a few days but is already all over it! We appreciate you!

I had been a customer of vapor bank since they opened for business. Have spent thousands over the years with them but will not anymore and wouldnt recommend anyone waiting your money here. I bought a bottle of juice and not noticing because of the new labels that there was no color in the juice. When I discovered before opening the bottle I returned to the store. The guy in the store opens the bottle. Puts a drop on his finger and taste it. Says its fine and hands back to me. When I put in ecig it had zero flavor. I took back again and was told they wouldnt do anything. They were fine losing my business over a $20 bottle of juice. I want asking for a refund. Just wanted the flavor I paid for.

Very helpful place to shop for things that are needed and if they dont have it at that time they will order it for you so that you can get things

After being ignored at the Mill Location by my house I made the 15 min drive here to make my purchase.The guy with the beard and geeky needs to go.He was more interested in the woman with huge chest and bubble butt than me and my wife which had been there 10 min and he had my items in his hand to ring up.I will make the drive here for all my vape needs to avoid the personality of that guy.

Went to shop in Newburgh purchased suggested Smok tank for my mod. Took out to car mod says no atomizer. Went back in clerk says coil probably was not tighten correctly when they installed. So I take it apart there and coil would not budge it was stripped. The clerk then suggested another Smok tank a Baby Beast Brother. Oh and I didnt get my receipt back after exchange. So now with new tank can not vape over 40 watts without burning taste. So I go back to shop to get new coils, guess what the tank they sold me they have no coils for it. Clerk looks up Green River on computer and says they have plenty in store, so I drive over there to find out they have none either. Really upset at this point. Leave note for management to call me and nothing.

This my favorite spot to pick up my e liquid. Greed is an awesome strawberry banana combo. My guys here always have what I need. No waiting for deliveries! The young men who work here are always helpful and polite. The absolute best in Evansville. Thanks so much for making me a lifelong customers. I tell everyone this is the vape store for you.

BEWARE!! Cheap junk, rude service! After purchasing an item & at home find out it did not work I returned to the store for an exchange or refund only to be told I could get neither. I was also told that only their products will work with other items no other product will.. well there was no sign saying this nor did the employee mention this... which I already knew was a lie because I was presently using 2 separate items. I showed the employee the previous item that I purchased at their store that did work told him that is what I was assuming I received during the purchase & was told they no longer carry that brand, what a liar... I looked through the cabinets & there it was, not only do they sell poor quality items but the sales associates are liars not to mention very rude. Sad... what a disgrace to small businesses! I really dont see how this place stays in business if this is how they treat their customers. I have heard from several people they have gotten the same treatment here. They sell you cheep junk then when you get home it stops working within a day or so...when you take it back they will say you need something else which results in the same outcome. If you notice the sale associates dont even use the store products. I guess it cost me $30 to learn to never shop here again. I will be contacting the BBC & spread the word to save others from this scam of theirs. Vapor Bank you should be ashamed of yourselves for treating people this way...what comes around goes around, karma will catch up with you someday.

Friendly staff, clean store, low wait times. Four stars because the selection of disposables is not as big as other stores Ive shopped at, but the products here are the real deal and good quality.

The employees there were super helpful, informative, and entertaining. The girl at the counter was to cool for school. 10/10 would stop again

Pearry is an excellent vape juice! They are NOT competitive with online prices, but if you like shopping in brick and mortar stores Vapor Banks have good variety and decent customer service. Id recommend swinging by and taking a look.

Nice e cig shop to have locally in Boonville. Rob is knowledable and eager to help you get the products you need. Pricing is extremely fair , and they have a variety of products . I highly recommend this store.

The staff is really knowledgeable about all of the different products that they sell. I’ve only had one bad experience and that was because I was purchasing CBD vape juice with zero nicotine, and (I think he was new) but, it had nicotine in it. It was quickly fixed without any complaints. Great vape shop!!!!

Bought a system 2 weeks ago and now it will not hold charge. Called them and was told they could not replace it that I was stuck with it. Would not buy anything from this company

I was very pleased with their customer service. The staff saw me waiting for them the open. They opened their doors early for me to get a new replacement glass for my tank and e liquid. The staff memeber even changed it out for me.

Very friendly staff here. I bought some things as a gift for a friend, when the mod I purchased wouldnt charge the staff took great care of it and replaced it free of charge. I was very happy with how they treated me and how well they handled the situation!!

My trust in this company has been chipped away slowly over the past 6 months but I come back for the eliquid. Asked for a mod that could handle being dropped, sold me a mod held together with plastic & charged double the online price. Their tank recommendation was good & I still use it & the coils last longer than expected. The eliquid is a little pricey but man, its delicious. Went to find a replacement mod, got recommended a much sturdier one but still wanted twice the online price. Their CBD oil selection is random & pricey. I do buy the CBD crumble to make my own eliquid & pet balm. The staff are friendly & personable. Maddie rocks! Their POS system could use an upgrade. The card transactions take so long to post to my bank account. This is a great place for finding some tasty eliquids & getting help with finding good equipment. I wouldnt buy another mod from them again.

I love the east side location because of their amazing customer service! The staff always makes me feel important and theyre very knowledgeable! I love the wide selection of juices.

Theres a few people complaining about this establishment but Ive had nothing but great experiences shopping there perhaps the people complaining think they may know more about these types of products but in all actuality they dont the people that work there have NEVER been rude to me or any one else that has been in there shopping while Ive been there they know more about the products and whats safe the some of the other vape shops around town in other words dont let the experience of some ruin a good place to shop go in abd give them a chance I guarantee you walk out pleased

The clerks behind the counter are courteous and knowledgeable. And didnt mind at all the fact that I had no idea what I was doing , they were real helpful.

Ive had so many bad experiences here but I always come back thinking it was just an isolated situation each time. But after wasting $20 on parts that dont fit my tank Ive finally learned my lesson: buy online.

4/28/21 will be my last time going to this location, I dont do attitudes especially if I come to a place of business to spend my hard earned money. I guess the customer not always right what kinda person instructs a customer to go elsewhere when you sell what Im looking for??? Cant be serious...

Sad at best, easily charging double the internet price or more. TNT, Nice Guy vapor, or TKO are much better choices. I think if you compare vapor bank juice price to TNT in Henderson youll be amazed, or angry.

Just moved to the area and this shop has everything I needed! Good selection and prices just as cheap as online! Very Good first impression! I definitely will be back!

Outside it says that they have CBD. After going inside, they say they don’t carry it. What’s the point of having it posted everywhere outside if they’re not going to sell it?? Doesn’t make much sense to me.

Seems like every time I come by this store before work to get juice, they never open on time, and the girl who is there usually has an attitude problem for no reason. Hell, they were suppose to open 20 minutes ago, and still nothing, but her car is sitting outside the store.

The juice is bad. Every brand and flavor is subpar. The devices are shamelessly overpriced​ and outdated. One extra star for friendly service and for selling coils individually.

Love the people that work there and they make my favorite juice, Strawberry Cheesequake but they make their juice so thin it burns quickly.

Great place to shop! Huge collection of mods, tanks, and rebuildables. Love shopping here, they are so helpful and open later than any vape shop in Evansville.

Poor selection and workers preferred to talk amongst themselves rather than engage me. I was the only customer in the store and I felt a lack of desire for my business, so I took it elsewhere.

I have been to just about all of the vape shops in evansville and this place tops them all no contest , the product is unmatched along with the friendly and knowledgeable service, my only regret is not discovering this place sooner but I will definitely be going back!!

Some of the staff are arrogant and deceptive. I honestly can say I felt more like they were just trying to sell me products then trying to help with a solution to my needs.
