Was a cute store definitely had everything I needed and looked for. Im glad to find a good shop with good stock!

If you say your going to be open at 9am,then be open at 9am. If not then you nees to change your hours so that people are not sitting outside waiting for you to open at 9am,when in reality,Ive been waiting and its now 9:29am and you guys are still not open,even though your open sign is on and lit up

I love this smoke shop they have always been more then cooperative and always recommend me the best flavors when it comes to vapes !

I bought a bong and smoke wraps yesterday and the bong had a crack in it. We were’t able to use it and for that my partner called this morning to see if we could exchange it since they had two other turtle bongs. They were rude to my partner as they cut them off to tell them that I was supposed to look for the crack before I bough them. After they reviewed this place they called them back, inviting them to come back at shady hours to look at the bongs. I’m just taking the loss and taping the bong. I’d suggest going to other places unless you’re underage, because this place doesn’t card 👍

I will honestly never go anywhere else. The young man Jake was such a huge help. What a wealth of knowledge this young man had!Love the glassware and variety they have available as well!A must go to Vape/Glass shop for sure!

Staff seemed like he couldnt care less. Far from helpful, he was too busy with his cell phone to be interested in dealing with this customer, who needed assistance making a selection during her first (probably last) visit to the store. Additionally, there wasnt as good of a selection of nic salt products as I had hoped to find. Disappointing experience.

Perfect customer service, very knowledgeable employees on all products, warm welcoming, and very respectful. This smoke shop is the best in Everett and surrounding areas. very clean smoke shop inside and out. well organized and always stocked with all products. they have everything at Smoke Plus from all kinds of new mods and vape juice. Also, very big selection of hookah’s and flavor.i would give 10 stars if i can!!!

Mini mart and vape and smoke shop the woman working there has been very helpful and kind. And they have a great selection on glass pieces and disposable vapes as well as cookies hoodies.

I bought a vape in there yesterday and never have gotten to use it...it was broke or defective no battery and this was right out the box...I thought well Ill just take it back...and theyll fix it...nope cant even buy coils for it...y are they selling vapes that they dont carry coils for? Then now where is it posted that theres no returns no refunds...all I wanted is what I payed for...in worked ng condition...thats 70 bucks just flushed down the toilet that another business wont honor...have a little class and stand behind your product or dont sell it...DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCT THEY DONT STAND BEHIND IT THEY WONT HONOR YOUR PURCHACE!!!

My experience here was awful. The clerk was rude and refused to help at all. Then he attempted to over charge me by 10 dollars until I called him on it and requested a receipt to verify sales would not recommend going here

Bad experience i bought 5 vape pens of which 3 didnt work and instead of refunding me told me to file a claim with the company? There is no company site for the company to file a claim he lied sold me faulty products and would not refund them. Was excited to use the product and lost 60$

When the place says it opens at 9am and you have over 4 customers waiting for over 10 mins and you’re still not open, maybe change your hours of operation

Love this place a lot, I would give it more than five stars if I could...Im assuming it was the owner I was speaking with but he was very knowledgeable about his products and countless times that I went in there that he just outright either gave me something for free to go with my new vape system or gave me a great discount...havent seen him the past few times I was in there but his employees are super helpful and very kind as well...one of them made sure that I was able to get what I needed by contacting his boss to see when the next shipment of my coils for my vape system would be in and it just so happened it was only going to be within the hour so they gave me a discount for coming back and when I got home I realized that they were the wrong size so I went back and thankfully he replaced it with the right size which Most places dont do returns/replacements on products like that...Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences here...

Love this vape store got alot of choices on vape puffs and a variety of prices that fits my budget. Plus its nice u get 2 test the vape puffs 1st b4 leaving 2 make sure they work so nice

Bought a glass piece here for 40$ , and when my bf and i got home to use it after filling it up with water i noticed it was leaking. we were sold a bong with a small, not visible to the eye crack, and the guy told me my bf should’ve checked before he bought it. they can’t/won’t exchange it or refund us so now i have a 40$ unusable bong.
