Buyer beware. If you get sold something it’s “NO RETURNS” even if it doesn’t work for you. Got talked into a product that I’ve seen really good reviews on so I decided to go ahead and buy it. After less than a day I decided it wasn’t the product for me and I went back to the store they said “No returns”. I would have been open to trade what I bought for something else, but it wasn’t an option. So now I’m stuck with a 130.00 purchase I want to just throw in the trash. The other issue I had was the guy told me the vape juice “was the closest thing to a Marlboro”. I couldn’t try it I had to just buy it. When I was able to actually try it, it was disgusting. It tasted like burnt popcorn. Marlboros take bad anyway, but nothing like burnt popcorn. It would have been cool for him to either let me trade on something else, or at least give me a free bottle of another flavor for my troubles. Anyone looking at this review want a Lost Vape Orion...Brand new 85.00, this one was only puffed on 5 times...I’ll sell it for 50.00. Thanks

Been coming here for a while but not anymore unfortunately, i went in and bought a clear elfbar, how ever it was fake. compared it to a real one i have, the QR code on it reads a different product, the color of the vape is slightly darker, the flavor taste like a mix between menthol and nail polish, also on the bottom of the vape when you take a puff from it, the light is in a totally different spot.idk whats going on if the owner is switching them out for more profit or if its one of the employees doing this. either way i got ripped off im upset and thats the last time ill be going their and or recommending their goods to anyone else.hope this helps anyone! ty

Had a great experience coming in yesterday. I came in with some issues with my MOD and Daniel was very knowledgeable in helping me fix it. As well as providing great discussion and help in looking for what i wanted in set up. Daniel was very patient with all my questions and shows lots of experience in his job. Will absolutely be coming back again. I dont think any other smoke shop comes close to the professional experience and experience of this location.

Came here the other day and was extremely impressed. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of everything they sell. Arnel provided great customer service and had an answer for every question I had. I had troubles with knowing what flavor/brand I wanted to try next and he was able to help me narrow down to a few that I would like, and so far I love them! Everybody is super friendly and doesnt give me any creepy vibes like other smoke shops Ive been to.

Super helpful guys here, always willing to make suggestions & give honest feedback about flavors. The price is fine. Ill miss coming here for vape stuff for sure.

Loved the atmosphere of this place! The gentleman who helped me was really nice and patient with me when I couldnt decide on a vape juice flavor. He had an excellent recommendation on a new flavor and brand I hadnt tried. I will definitely go back 😊

Probably one of THE BEST vape shops i have been to. Customer service is amazingly helpful and very welcoming, they were able to answer any questions i had about their flavors. Got many great recommendations on new flavors to try that i might not have picked up before. All in all just an amazing store that will always be my first choice.

The most amazing shop ever! Great people that are very knowledgeable in helping you get what you want. There collection is vast and they always recommend products based on your taste. I have never been steered wrong when I’m there. I will always choose this place no matter what! My go to for all my vape needs!

Clean store, friendly staff, nice location, great selection of cigars. Prices are waaaaaaay too high. $20.00 for a cigar I can get in Walnut Creek or Sacramento for $14.00. I could live with that if I smoked once a month rather than once a day.

Friendly service, clean store, decent prices. Doesnt feel seedy or shady like some of the other smoke shops in Fairfield. One drawback: cash prices-if you pay using a debit or credit card, there is an additional fee. Dont remember the exact amount off hand.

Love this place. Always get great service when going to get my cigars and they have all of my favorites. I make sure I come here when I need to replenish my stash.

Awesome shop and very knowledgeable staff. Management on the other hand could use some improvement. Bought some Grandmaster 2 days ago but must have gotten a bad batch. Tasted nothing like the sample, more like mentholated dog poo. Went in to see what they could do to fix the situation and was promptly told that they dont do returns or exchange. Well, several phone calls to management later with my refusal to take no for an answer and I walked out with a new bottle (that actually tasted like it was supposed too) and a smile on my face. Point being, if Im willing to drop significant $s at your business you should be willing to do whatever it takes to make me happy.

Excellent service every time! Product selection is good. Prices are reasonable but not the best. The shop is mostly convenience and tobacco focused but the staff is outstanding.

Best smoke shop I’ve ever been too! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is well stocked with quality products at good prices. They always seem to have a sale going on.

This place is awesome. Im from Nevada and was in fairfield awaiting the Steelers and 49ers game. Very helpful staff and a pretty good selection of cigars. One of the better to best cigar shops Ive been in so far. I highly recommend this place.

This has been my go to shop for vaping products for over 2.5 years. Ive purchased many items without any complaints. And this due to their knowledgeable owner & employees.Looking for the most recent released vape device or e-juice?! The device is more than likely in their display case already. If not, feel free to ask the owner about it.As for e-juice, the shop carries a fairly wide variety of e-juice in all flavor categories to suit your need. *Hint: make sure to ask about the deals on e-juice (Buy 1, Get 1).Stop into the shop. I highly recommend it! It opens early & closes late, 7 days a week...EVEN during holidays. Need I say more?!

Expensive AF!!! I normally order my cigars because of how pricey they are here... But, they have some decent cigars for a quick pick-up...

I vape. Went there a while back, didnt have much. Boy did that change! They have high end flavors, from Five Pawns to Space Jam and Suicide Bunny. Great prices too! They have high end mods to clones. And their resident vape guy is amazing.They have other stuff there too, but I vape, so thats what I was interested in. If you vape too, definitely give this place a shot!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about vaping products, which makes things very uncomplicated when deciding vaping needs. Plus, they don’t overprice like the other vape shops around town. 100% recommend.

Never again. The worst customer service they qualify for zero or even minus one.They lied about products they carry and I have me drive 20 mins and when I got there he told me I just sold the last one .With bad attitude he didn’t even bother .
