My first time here I had an Italian facial, Sindy was amazing. So relaxing and she did so good and made me feel so comfortable. Came out with my skin so glowy and feeling like a new person. Highly recommend Sindy for any facial services!! I definitely be back.

I took my daughter here today as a special treat for her birthday and we had a couples massage. Ciao Bella was the only spa I found that would allow her to have a massage due to her being under 16. The staff were AMAZING and so accommodating. Ms. Patty was my daughter’s masseuse and she was so wonderful. She explained everything and made sure my daughter was comfortable the whole time. Tonya was my masseuse and she was excellent and focused on all my trouble spots. Thank you for helping me create a memorable birthday (that I was also able to enjoy)!

Huge shout out to my girl Diana Peploe, the master masseuse. Dont be fooled by her size. Im 61 295 and this 51 knock out stretched me out. She was very professional, caring, and nurturing. She paid attention to my stress areas and asked how much pressure I would like for her to apply . My worst areas were my feet lower back and my neck. I walked out of this establishment full of energy, light around my feet, and all those knots she rubbed out of my back. I feel like Im an inch taller LOL. Ill definitely be coming back here. For anybody thats like me, a contractor that is constantly on my feet 24/7 and rarely gets to sit down on the job . This is a place to come to once or twice a month to get your body worked out. The ladies here, this establishment, are very nice, and they even offer types of beverages and snacks while you wait. Doesnt get much better than that

Ive been receiving professional skin care & body work for 35 years. Sandra provided the best facial Ive received to date. At some level, a facial is a facial, right? But Sandra is an expert in technique, effectively employing the tools of her work to heighten the sensory experience. Simply outstanding!

I woke up with a stiff neck and shoulder and back pain. I could barely move my neck. So I booked a massage with Pattie and she helped relieve the pain. She was very attentive to my concerns and did a full consultation prior to the massage. She was then able to target the specific areas that were tight and inflamed. I felt such relief and the pain and stiffness was gone. This place is the real deal! They clearly have highly qualified professionals here! I’ll be coming back for sure.

The services provided are fantastic! I had three services and was treated so great by all the technicians and staff. Friendly and attentive staff. I adore how involved the owner is; that she is easily available for questions, concerns, and just to tell her how superior the service is at her facility. I am a person who suffers from chronic neck and back pain due to motor vehicle accidents. I tried Mihwas based on customer reviews. I was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in and filled out the intake form I noticed all the beautiful amenities and the sound of running water. I felt as though I had left Fayetteville and teleported to a place of calmness and serenity. My therapist listened to all of my concerns and tailored my therapy session accordingly. I will be back for breakthrough pain and highly recommend this establishment. I was unaware that this type of professional service, care, and attention to detail existed in this city. Do yourself a favor and book your next massage therapy appointment here and be pleasantly surprised!

We did the couples message. I loved the set up of the room and the calming music, I thought it was relaxing. I didnt like that there were not a lot of options for different types of massage. I had Helen and she did a good job on hitting some spots that were bothering me. My wifes had an experience that was quite the contrary. The woman that did her massge didnt get any of her trouble areas. She explained that a lot of the pain was in the back region but the masseuse did a surface job. The price also included chocolate covered strawberries but we never recieved any.

Wonderful doesnt even begin to describe... we enjoyed a couples 90min hot stone massage with Morgan and Helen. It was wonderfully relaxing in an intimate setting. I highly recommend this location for anyone who needs to relax with a great massage! Our massage was topped off with some chocolate covered strawberries as well.

Today was my first time going. I had a massage, hair cut & color, eye brow waxed and a pedicure. From the time I walked in @ 130 till i left @7 PM. I was so pampered. The owner and staff are so polite and kind.The spa is very clean.. the massages are so relaxing and patty got all my knots out . I feel so relaxed and pampered..I highly recommend it to everyone to escape and have them a me day . So well worth it!! I went for the first time on Thursday. They got me in the same day my husband called. It was my first massage EVER! They made my experience worth every second I spent there. I am so in love with the energy and environment of this business. I recommend this spa to everyone. All of the staff was so warming and made me feel so comfortable. I loved my massage and my spa mani and pedi!! I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommended.

My boyfriend treated me to a spa day for my birthday, and it was the best gift a girl could ask for! I highly recommend this spa, it was an amazing and relaxing experience and Tonya was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable, and specialized a portion of my facial to help ease all of the tension and congestion I had due to allergies! The sea salt body scrub was an out of this world experience, I truly felt pampered from the moment I walked in. I finished up the spa day with a delicious immune boost smoothie made right there in the spa and their bar! I seriously cant say enough good things about this place! I will absolutely be returning in the future, Im hooked. Thank you Tonya and all of the staff!

My husband surprised me with a couples massage for our anniversary. We enjoyed our massages; Michelle and Billi Jo (spelling?) worked hard at working our knots. Thanks ladies! We enjoyed their chocolate dipped strawberries and wine afterwards, and to top it all off we had a great conversation with the owner who stopped by to check on our satisfaction. SO Impressed with this Day Spa and Salon!! First off it was absolutely beautiful there and very clean and organized!! They even have a cafe. I moved here from Chicago and had a long time stylist and was in search of someone brilliant with hair. Found one! My wife and I treated ourselves to a spa day - I had a 1.5 hour massage and she a mani pedi. We chose the place because they offered both and had very good reviews.Wow! I’m a Dr of Acupuncture and have taken many massage courses and have had many professional massages in big metropolitan cities, and I was still very impressed with Morgan’s skills. Very impressed! I had a therapeutic massage with some stretching. The pressure was perfect! I will be back. Everything about the experience was perfect.My wife’s feet look so amazing that I don’t recognize them. Pattie’s skills are on point! The foot is now baby soft and my wife works outdoors with children, so they take a beating. The polish is perfect. Perfect! Also the massage was amazing and very professional.The outside is very professional and they met us with our form and Covid scanning at the car. Very easy. The inside is gorgeously decorated with an Asian theme and it is sparkling clean! The front desk is beautiful and professional and they also have a tea/coffee bar.They offer a ton of services, so next time we will stay longer and get more done. We have found our version of heaven on earth here in Fayetteville.

I am almost 39 weeks pregnant and had a reflexology pedicure done by Patty and it felt amazing! It was incredibly relaxing and gave me great relief. Mihwa is a wonderful lady, very friendly, and very accommodating. This was my first visit here but I will definitely return and recommended it to others.Hopefully the reflexology portion of the pedicure assist in inducing labor. Even if it doesn’t, it was relaxing and just what I needed for my swollen pregnant lady feet.

I have gotten a massage here twice; both times it was exceptional, and I have no complaints about the massage services.However, I recently got a basic manicure and pedicure here, and it was not at all worth it. The massage is $100 for an hour, tip included; the basic mani/pedi was $100 WITHOUT tip included, which I found very strange. The technician who did my nails absolutely ruined my cuticles on my right hand- the left hand was barely spared because she realized that my right hand had started bleeding due to how harshly she was cutting away at my cuticles on the right hand. She then continued to paint my nails, which was ridiculous because 1) that is unhygienic and it stung and 2) there was literally blood mixed in with the polish that made streaks. It looked horrendous. When checking out, the owner proceeded to blame me, saying I must be anemic and tried to laugh it off. I questioned the price of the manicure and stated I was unhappy with the result, she tried to make up for it by giving me some very cheap ($13 on amazon) face cleanser and tried to explain it away. I was very dissatisfied with the service, especially considering I had made this appointment for an upcoming engagement photoshoot. The polish barely lasted a day as well. It was overall unprofessional, and I should not have been charged for the manicure.As a side note: Both times I have been here, the TV above the sitting area has had FoxNews playing, and both times the owners made comments to us about what was being broadcasted. I go to a spa to relax and get away from the bombardment of news and politics of the world, I do not want to hear or be subjected to someones (anyones, regardless of affiliation) political views and comments after receiving a massage at a local business. Leave the politics at home, or play the news in the breakroom.

Went in for a massage today. Ive been experiencing shoulder and neck pain from sitting at a desk all day. I received my massage from Yuki. She was wonderful, and she was extremely professional. Before getting on with the massage, Yuki and I discussed problem areas. She tailored the session to fit my needs. After the hour, I left completely relaxed. Hadnt been in a while. Just want to say thank you and that Ill be returning in the future.

I had a headache after I received miwhas technic massage for 60 mins today. I love massage so I have received various type of massage like Thai, Korean, Vietnamese, Swedish and etc. I didnt have any headache but feeling relaxed. But I dont know why I had a headache after mihwas technic massage today. I drink plenty of water before and after the massage... 😔My husband got me $150 massage certificate from Miwhas spa for mothers day gift and I requested refund $50 after I received 60 mins massage for $100. They refused and explained that it will give me a credit for $50 that I should use at miwhas spa.I dont want to have a headache again...

I have been going here for a while and it’s a great facility and service except that they have not done much for Covid precautions recently. There’s no mask requirements and no temperature checks, especially with the therapists. When I tried to ask about Covid policies the owner dismissed me and said I don’t have to come here, which is fair but I have been a customer for so long that when I ask about Covid , it was very defensive and I, as a client, just want to be safe especially since I work in the hospital and am dealing with very sick patients. I am writing this review to keep it transparent for future customers who are concern about Covid. If not, it is still a good place but there are other spas out there that tries to make it safe for customers and understand their concerns.

Had the most amazing facial by Sandra. She is the most wonderful esthetician!!! I felt so beautiful & pampered. I trust her with all my skincare needs!

I decided to try this place out because they had good reviews, but when I went to get my legs waxed the lady didnt get all the hair. She kept saying it was too difficult and that I should shave. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable to hear her complain to me while she worked. I would not go here again.
