Me and my wife Natasha booked a massage at Body Kneads as a part of our first wedding anniversary celebration. Sarah was kind, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend her services!

Sarah did my lashes a couple of days ago and did a FLAWLESS job! The whole experience was so calming that I actually fell asleep! I will definitely be returning! Loved her service!

This place is outstanding for soldiers and athletes,. I have been a hard active person with which Ive accumulated severe leg injuries. Sarahs Athletic Combination massage is on point. Its alot to go through but the differences are sincerely noticable. Ive been able to increase my mobility and run time for the Armys PT test thanks to this place. If you need recovery please give this place a shot. Also she throws clients parties for their birthday or special occasions very sweet and homey.

Sarah is very professional and great for working with soldiers and athletic bodies. She uses stretching, cupping, and other techniques with sports massages that really make a difference. I highly recommend her for any soldiers on Fort Liberty that need help with muscle soreness.

I love love love Sarah and her blessed hands, Ive gotten the hot stones massage, the deep tissue as well as the Swedish massage before... they are all heaven and well worth it, I feel so relaxed for days after

My first experience at Body Kneads was amazing. I came across an amazing deal while searching for an additional birthday present for my daughter. The price was so good I purchased it and a second as a gift, One for me and one for her.I wasnt familiar with the location so I decided to do a recon the check out the atmosphere. I called Sarah on the way out but she was kind enough to allow me to take a peek inside she even showed me the themed rooms. The atmosphere is nice, calming, and welcoming. The receptionist was out but she left a note for her to give me a call so I can book my appointment.The receptionist Jordan promptly called me on Monday morning to set up my appointment, she was friendly and professional. I wasnt able to put my appointment on that call because I wanted to check scheduling with my daughter so I had to call back. Again the phone conversation was polite and friendly and I was able to book my appointment with Sarah.When I arrived on site for the appointment I was greeted by Jordan she was bubbly courteous and professional. She gave me an iPad to complete the intake forms and she got the room ready while I was doing so.Sarah call me back and offered me the bathroom break which I needed. Afterwards I proceeded to the room to prepare for services. Let me tell you Sarah is wonderful. Every therapist is unique in their own way, but sometimes theres just that connection. I really enjoyed my swedish package and I added the foot scrub as an additional service, wow, just wow that was a perfect addition to complete the session.By the way, My daughter had her services the day before and she thoroughly enjoyed them. She was taken aback by the foot scrub, shes the reason I decided to add that to my package, and Im so glad I did.I am completely satisfied with my experience. I plan on making a return visit or two and I highly recommend this facility. Give it a try and judge for yourself!

Updated review: been following Sarah for a few years. She is the only massage therapist I will allow to touch me. Now my pain has come back and she relaxed my spasming and my hip pain. It will take time again. I can’t thank her enough. She tries different methods (stone, cupping etc) to make my body relax. She knows what she’s doing! If I can’t find the painful areas she can and she will do what she can to ease it and knows just how much pressure to give.

I have been receiving massage therapy for more than 25 years and Sarah is one of the best therapists I have ever encountered. The Spa is clean, beautifully decorated and inviting. I went for my first massage not too long ago. The Mother’s Day pack is exquisite and so perfect for a busy working mom. Very relaxing and thorough massage and facial. I will most definitely be returning!!

I love this place. Ive been seeing Sarah for a couple of years or more and she gives a great overall massage and will target any problem areas. Most recently Ive seen Paula and I was very pleased with her massage as well. She also gives a great massage. I highly recommend Body Kneads!

I have been going to Sarah for several years and she is great! There have not been many massage therapists that have been able to do a deep tissue massage that is suitable for my needs. Michaela was an absolutely wonderful therapist. We hit it off right away and had a great conversation throughout the massage, though Im sure she would also respect the need for silence and total relaxation! She paid special attention to my athletic injuries and particularly bothersome spots, and the room was beautiful and calming. Id recommend Michaela to friends and strangers-- shes so passionate about helping her clients and I will definitely be coming back!

Sarah is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She is extremely skilled at what she does, and she always goes the extra mile in customer care. I had the pleasure of visiting this business. My entire experience was wonderful. You notice the beautiful decor and cleanliness time you walk in the door. The employees were very friendly and informative. My masseuse was Michaela. She did an amazing job. Always making sure I was comfortable. I left with less tension and tightness than when I arrived. I will highly recommend this Spa to family and friends.

Sarah got me in as a foreign fill and did an AMAZING job! Her room is cozy and so relaxing, I felt bad that I wasn’t so chatty while getting my lashes done, but I couldn’t help but melt into the heated bed!

This was, by far, the best massage that I have ever had!!! I’m almost 58 years old and have had a major stress knot in my back since my twenties. Sarah was able to locate the knot and almost completely rid the knot in just one session. Sarah also found several more smaller knots, that I didn’t even know where there, and take care of them. I’m looking forward to my next message with Paula to help rid me of the main knot that’s driven me crazy for years. Had a great experience with Sarah. She provided a deep tissue massage and gave me information on different methods on continuing treatment and how to prevent injury. Definitely recommend seeing her for all of your massage needs!

Buyer beware. Nice enough people but I was charged $85.00 for a massage that is listed $75.00 on the website, on a Monday that is supposed to be $10.00 off all therapeutic massages. It didn’t seem right when I paid but I wasn’t able to check and confirm the website price until I left. Oh and we finished up with a sorry, I don’t have change, should I put the extra on your account? Not at all prepared for business.

Sarah is magnificent masseuse who combines stretching and various massage techniques (e.g., hot stones, cupping, Swedish, etc.) to alleviate tension in my neck and shoulders, the tendinitis in my dominant arm, and the pain caused by my plantar fasciitis. Since Sarah previously worked for a chiropractor, her 90-min massages are the best in town!

Sarah is an extremely skilled massage therapist to whom I went many times for her ability to deliver extremely hard massages to help mitigate the ailments caused by living that airborne life at Bragg.I know that she also offers a number of other treatment modalities as well for which I know she is also successful. However, I recommend her to all of my friends IVO Bragg who are in need of SERIOUS massage work given my successes receiving treatments from her. I credit her treatments with helping me to keep going in spite of some rather serious accuse and chronic injuries in that she is not merely strong but also knowledgeable about physiology and treatment methods.More than that, she is also extremely nice and a good conversationalist...which greatly benefited me as a distraction from the temporary pain which I endured to bring me lasting relief from painful injuries.Highly recommend. Would definitely visit again if I was still in the area.

I am really impressed by the owner. I went in to try out getting lashes and in the end I wasnt a good candidate. The respect I was given was professional and trustworthy. I can say without a doubt that she cares more about her clients and reputation than she does about making a few dollars.

The employees were very professional, nice, and courteous. Michaela was very good at making me feel comfortable. She made sure to get the pressure correct and I felt great afterward.

A bit noisy as it is very close to a main road. Found the noise annoying.

Saw an offer on Groupon so decided to give it a try. Refused to take my calls and ignored them (you can tell when they send you straight to voicemail). After about 8 calls they sent me a message saying they’re unavailable. Ended up having to get a refund. Horrible personal interaction. But you’d rather send to voicemail over answering any of the 8 calls intentionally.

The office is beautiful and serene. Friendly staff. Michaela is a wonderful massage therapist. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I went for an early anniversary celebration and Sarah made it special with Chick-fil-A too lol I dont let anyone touch my body and even going to the doctors I get white coat syndrome and I had no issues with Sarah not once during the massage.
