By far one the best places I have ever shopped at they offer coils and mods as well as a huge variety of juices. The manager was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the juices and directed me to a carbon copy clone of a custom juice I could only get out of state. I will be back when I need to get more they have earned a return customer also the starwars theme is fresh and inviting

Definitely check this place out ! 2/18/22–Was my first time in but won’t be the last. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and was more than helpful advising me with getting set up and finding what I needed/wanted and not just trying to sell me on something. No pressure environment! Got a great device and juice for a great price. Been to other shops but this was definitely the best experience so far.

Cloud City Vapors! Wow. I don’t even know where to begin. The staff here Anthony (the guy in the pic) and Dakota are so helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly they aren’t trying to make money off of you- They want you to find the right piece that suits your needs. To me that speaks volumes. I had been a smoker for 6 years and when I came here in February of 2018 Dakota and Anthony suggested salt-based nicotine devices. It’s completely changed my life- I haven’t had a cigarette since. When you come here- which I hope you do, the environment is relaxing with couches to relax and vape watch TV and chat with other customers. I try to stop by a couple times a week just to hang out it’s that great of a place. Also, the owner Tim goes out of his way to provide what customers ask for based on what they tell Anthony and Dakota—That’s rare to find! That’s coming from a guy who has tried to quit smoking and got vapes in between and then never got what I was looking for... Now I can always get what I need!Come check it out!Elliott

We just moved after coming here for the last 5 years. Anthony is absolutely our go-to guy for everything vape related! He even remembers our coil types when I forget! We always look forward to seeing him and are genuinely upset were moving away because we know we wont find such great service anywhere else. Hes not only a great guy, but a great business man, loves his customers and will do anything to help if we have a problem. Honestly just such a great atmosphere at this place. They always have the best prices. Ive went through several vapes and broke so many glass tanks (Im a klutz lol) and Anthony was able to get in acrylic tanks and I havent had an issue since!Plus the store is star wars themed!! A gigantic plus in our book! Cant say enough good things about this place. We already miss it!

My wife said she went in and the young guy with long hair behind the counter was most helpful and polite but there where two guys just laying around on the couch staring at her and made her feel very uncomfortable. Also mentioned as she walked by they just stared. If it was not for her uncomfortably she would have left five stars. Also who just lays around waiting on customers.

I guess they didnt see me through the door but I went in and a guy in uniform was yelling at another guy loud as heck. Dont know if they were playing or not but wow. Couldnt tell you if they worked there or not either. I did purchase a disposable vape though. Clean store the little dude at the counter was helpful picking out a new flavor. Wont be back though.

I went here about a month ago but just now realized I never did a review. Id read all the positive reviews before choosing the store. Even though its just around the corner from where I live Id have driven across town based on those reviews. Dakota was a sweet gal and very helpful. I was candid with her as to what I wanted and she explained several options and helped me make the right choice. The other fellow who worked there too was very nice. I liked the store. A nice variety of things for sale. I am always impressed and also pleased when I experience exceptional customer service in this day and age when it is so often something rare.

Honestly, this is my go to vape shop for disposables and mod accessories! I’ve been going here now for a little over two years and don’t regret it one bit. Anthony is one of the best employees to have help you pick and choose which mod, disposable, or even flavors of which juice you’re going for!

THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME! not only was the store clean and well organized, but the knowledge on the equipment was spot on. and lets be honest, Dakota, is the reason this shop is so amazing. her helpfulness and knowledge was what really drove me to purchase from this shop. the owners have done a great job finding such an amazing employee. as long as this store continues to have such great selection and great employees, I will continue to be a patron.

Update 10May2022. Staff has changed but still a great place to go. Very knowledgeable staff and great selection.Dakota was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great selection of the best items and good prices. They dont sell junk. All or most of their inventory are quality items that are built to perform and last, not cheap junk that will die in 60 days. They take a lot of pride in their business and their staff shows that with each interaction.

Awesome shop. Very knowledgeable. Helped me switch from a sub-ohm mod to open system pod kit. Answered my 100 questions and gave solid and sound advice. Not looking to make money from ignorant customers. Will be back.

Went in today with little experience with vaping, and was a little nervous on what to pick. Dakota was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave her opinions on brands and juices that she said were good. Im very pleased with my purchases there and my overall experience going there was great. I will be going here indefinitely for future purchases, or questions/help for sure!!

Anthony and Dakota at the shop helped me buy a setup from scratch after a long time in Army training. They are very knowledgeable and will help you figure out whats best for you. Very friendly and helpful. As long as Im stationed here Ill be a loyal customer

Anthony was very patient and knowledgeable. He worked with me as I reviewed several different mod and tank combinations. Based on what he told me I believe he is very well schooled in the products that he is selling. I came out of there very happy with my purchases. And yes Ive made multiple trips to this location because I believe they know what theyre talking about

I worked here almost two years ago and I miss it all the time. Tim is a great owner with an interesting sense of humor and the manager Anthony is super professional. The atmosphere of the shop is great and they always have the newest products. If youre in Fayetteville then this is the go-to shop.

I saw a previous review that was negative towards the manager of this establishment. I just wanted to say that I know the manager very well and she is one of the most professional people I know. I love the way she runs the shop and I think the pictures that she posts for their products are great. Cloud city vapors is one of my favorite places in Fayetteville to visit and I always have a great experience.

I just want to say that Anthony and Dakota are freaking awesome... I’ve always dealt with Anthony and he has always been awesome and the last two times I’ve went in there I meet Dakota and she has went above and beyond to help me repair my vape and I just want to say thank you guys for all your help and being super cool with us. I had a phenomenal experience at Cloud City Vapors in Fayetteville! It was my first time at this shop since moving to North Carolina and I wouldnt go anywhere else! The staff were very knowledgeable of all the equipment and flavors in stock.

I was following your store on Instagram, but I found that the female employees post photos that are very unprofessional. The latest photo was shockingly of the store manager, and you could actually see her breast through her shirt. I enjoy going to cloud city, the location is convenient and everyone is generally very nice, but photos like this just seem absolutely inappropriate and disrespectful. I hope that this can be addressed.

So I went there today to get an upgraded set up and of course I had alota of questions. Nicole was awesome she explained everything to me broke down each peice of product there for me and informed me of there pros and cons .I love going to the shop and seeing whats new or just stopping by to grab a coil or juice .if your new to the vape scene like me the stop by the shop.

Came in this afternoon and they took the time to walk me through my mod and helped me get it set back up. Wonderful customer service. Will be back again

I purchased a 30ML bottle of Strawberry Shortcake e-liquid for $5. Even though I have yet to find my device, I still enjoyed myself being in the room. Theres a flat-screen television on the wall, along with a couple leather sofas to ensure that your hard work doesnt go unnoticed. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your vapor :)

Ok I don’t even know where to begin... These guys at Cloud City Vapors (Anthony and Dakota specifically) are beyond amazing. They are always very helpful, not to mention knowledgeable in all different vaping varieties. I was a 7 year smoker pack a day. Came in out of luck I suppose and Dakota introduces me to salt based nicotines. Wow. Changed my life, haven’t had a cigarette in 4 months. I was sold an aspire coil for my eleaf tank yesterday. I thought the guy knew what he was talking about cause im new to vaping. Will not be returning to this establishment. I can get better and more accurate service from a tobacco shop.
