I love going to Kure, they are reliable and very nice. Their juice collection is very unique and also they have a juice bar with some really good flavors as well.

Love this place! I used to stop by weekly/bi weekly for their awesome vape juice and thca vapes. The customer services is always on point, I’ve encountered at least 4 different staff, as it’s usually just one working at a time I believe, and every single one including the manager are all fantastic. I haven’t stopped by in a couple months cause work has me busy and they close before I can get out with my new hours, but will be stopping by again soon cause my vape had an accident and need a replacement. As soon as I realized I needed a new one I didn’t even think of any other place. They have my business as long as I’m living here

Such a great experience! It was my first time visiting the store. I was immediately greeted as I walked in by Jeremy and Karina. I felt great vibes right from the start! I was looking for some products for my mother and they were so very helpful and knowledgeable, in which they took excellent care of me. Jeremy and Karina are so very down-to-earth and really treated me very kindly. We shared so many laughs as they were helping me with my purchase. I will definitely be back to purchase more items for my mother and just to stop by and say hello! Keep up the excellent work!

We have been customers of Avail Vapor since the store on Ramsey St opened. We also shop the store on Skibo but the Ramsey St shop is closer to home. Every rep in the store is courteous, professional as well as knowledgeable. The current manager, Tkeyah is a delight! She always has a smile and if there is a problem, she makes sure it is resolved before we leave the store. Additionally, she informs us of any changes with Avail merchandise. You can tell she takes pride in her job and the AVAIL brand.The new 60ml have become a fave of ours...definitely worth the $

First time walking into the store and we were greeted immediately by Jeremy. He took his time with us going over options for juice and recommending flavors for us. Jeremy at Kure was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I was in the looking for a battery and Jeremy help me decide which one is better and why.I left feeling confident in my purchase and will be coming back. I’m very happy Kure is on Ramsey and Avail is no longer there.

It was a great visit from opening the doors to saying good bye. The stores assistant manager Franco was working. Gave me a nice welcome and helped me become a member for their once dollar price. With that I was able to try all of the flavors and if interested get a better member price. After Franco taught me more about gaping, he helped me choose the right starter kit for me. He did a great job and avail vapor is a great company.

These guys are great. They helped me understand dripping and showed me how. No they didnt do it for me for liable reasons but they were helpful with talking my way through the process. They are very knowledgeable and I will be visiting the store again soon. Also the store looks wonderful. It felt like I was in a scene of Blade runner.

My wife and I stopped at AVAIL to check out buying two kits for an upcoming cruise. When a time for awesome customer service seems like a thing of the past, we were met by Franco and it became very apparent, very quick that he is very aware of good customer service! Franco was a true professional, answering the many questions we had, explaining his answers, making sure we were getting all the information we needed. We ended up joining the club and bought the two kits. We never felt rushed or pushed and the store is very well organized, plenty of opportunity to try the different blends. Most of all though, I cant say enough about Francos great handling of us as new customers, and he is why we will be back! Thanks Franco!!

I was immediately acknowledged when i walked into the store. Josh is a great salesman but he really doesnt focus to much on the sale but on customer value. He walked me through the better mods and how they work. I wish google had 10/10 star rating because the avail store and josh definitely deserve one!

Ive gone in and worked with Jeremy & Franco several times the past few weeks. This company and their staff are fantastic. One of the vapes I like has had some manufacturing defects, and Avail/Vuse has replaced the vape without issue any time something went wrong. 10/10 I would recommend this business and Jeremy & Franco to work with.

I absolutely love AVAIL VAPOR, the customer service is freaking amazing! I came in tonight to get another bottle of juice, and I instantly felt like I was part of their family! That’s rare in 2019 to walk into a business and immediately feel welcomed and appreciated! The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and only want what’s best for you! They don’t just try to “up sell” and make you spend a huge amount of money, a $1 transaction or $100 transaction, it doesn’t matter! I stop by to buy a new kit. Franco was amazing helping me with my need and answering all my questions. This is my second time being helped by him and both times I left the store feeling better than when I walked in. He even charged my new batteries while he checked on my points problem. This is why I only come here now.

My first trip here was good. I purchased a couple cartridges for my vape, the CS was excellent. When I went back for another cartridge, the girl was totally inexperienced, looked in every cabinet for the cartridges I needed and came back and said she must have been out of them. She was inexperienced and couldnt answer any of my questions. The juices are extremely expensive.

T’keiyah is th greatest manager on the planet! Avail has the best hardware, and accessory prices around. Great nic salts variety also. I’m still not sold on house juice. I’ve given it several goes. I’m not big on artificial flavors, or heavy sweeteners. I vape a cleaner juice. E.G. I get 4-7 days out of a smok coil with the brand I use. Right?! Unheard of! At 50-80 watts too! I gigress. This is about Avail, and the wonderful customer service given there! The rest of the staff is great as well. All are knowledgeable about all the equipment they sale. I just wish they sold higher nic 3rd party juice. I have since found nic additive, so I can buy any strength nic, and bring it up to any strength I want! I highly recommend you come see Ms T’Keiyah, Franco, and the rest here! Top notch!!

-1 for being the only shop in town that still feels the need to badmouth other shops.-1 for that bitter aftertaste that comes with all of their juices. Ive tasted that before and Ive got 3-words; industrial grade VG. At least the employee that I spoke with was honest enough to admit that he only vapes it at work because its a firing offense if he doesnt.-1 for utter lack of serious vape knowledge among their employees. Company policy of hiring salespeople instead of vapers really shows.-1 for feeling like a cold sterile mall jewelry store, instead of an inviting friendly local vape shop.-1,000,000 for being owned by BIG TOBACCO! Yes, for anyone who missed it, Avail sold out to Altria this past November. Altria is the parent company of Phillip Morris (Marlboro). Nothing more despicable than the tobacco industry trying to take over vaping by buying out the largest vape shop chain in the country.
